We proposed a marketing plan for the performing arts venue using realistic contents(VR, AR, and MR). The venue is a place where the audience can experience the performance directly. The marketing plan of the performance venue is as follows. Firstly, it is a marketing strategy that utilizes an arrangement of venue seats. It is possible to predict for watching a performance at angle and sight in performance venue seats that audience want through VR. This allows the theatre seats to be experienced in advance with the VR contents inducing the reservation of the seats with a high sense of immersion. Secondly, it is a marketing using PR and AD of performing arts through MR in the space with a large transient population. It is possible to promote dynamic promotion utilizing the sense of the presence of performing arts compared with existing static promotion means. Thirdly, it is a marketing strategy that utilizes actor characters in performance. The audience could be interested in the performing arts in advance via a preview of the AR contents of the pamphlet. Fourthly, it is a way to communicate with customers directly by establishing a VR social network to manage venue members. This will help attract an audience to revitalize the theatre venue.

As more companies become interested in global markets, it has become crucial for firms to create globalized brands whose positioning, advertising strategy, personality, looks, and feel are consistent across nations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the global branding strategy of the Hyundai Motor Company (hereafter HMC) in order to show how the company processes its branding strategy. HMC, one of the leading global companies in the automobile industry, set up its brand identity as "Modern premium", in alignment with their new slogan "New Thinking New Possibilities", in 2011. The aim of the "Modern premium" concept was to provide consumers with new experiences and values beyond their expectations. HMC wanted their consumers to think of their cars as not only a medium of transportation but as a life space, where they can share experiences alongside HMC. In an effort to conduct consumer research in 5 different nations, HMC selected "brilliant" as a key communication concept. The word "brilliant" expresses the functional, experiential, and emotional dimensions of HMC. HMC furthermore chose "live brilliant" as a key campaign message in order to reinforce their communication concept. After this decision, the "live brilliant" campaign was exhibited through major broadcast channels around the world. The campaign was the company's first worldwide brand campaign, where a single message was applied to all major markets, with the goal of building up a consistent image as a global brand. This global branding strategy is worth examining due to its significant contribution to growth generation in the global market. Overall, the 'live brilliant' global brand campaign not only improved HMC's reputation image-wise, with the 'Modern Premium' conceptualization of the brand as 'simple', 'creative' and 'caring', but also improved the consumer's familiarity, preference and purchase intention of HMC. In fact, the "live brilliant" campaign was a successful campaign which increased HMC's brand value. Notably, HMC's brand value increased continuously and reached 9 billion US dollars in 2013, leading it to reach 43rd place in the Global Brand Rankings according to the brand consulting group Interbrand. Its brand value largely surpassed that of Nissan (65th) and Chevrolet (89th) in 2013. While it is true that the global branding strategy of HMC involved higher risks, it was highly successful according to cross-nation consumer research. Therefore, this paper concludes that the global branding strategy of HMC made a positive impact on its performance. We further suggest HMC to combine its successful marketing with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and embrace digital media by extending its brand communication horizon to the mobile internet
In order to help the marketers of the men\`s casual wear brands establish the marketing strategies to their target consumers, it is the purpose of this study to investigate on the variables affecting the casual wear purchase behavior of men in twenties, thirties and forties, and to clarify the differences of casual wear purchase behavior according to their age, The subjects were 429 men in their twenties, thirties and forties living in Seoul and data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, x², ANOVA and Duncan\`s test. The results were as follows : (1) Significant differences were found among men in twenties, thirties and forties according to the self-image. Men in forties favored the conservative and not-noticeable image of casual wear, however, men in twenties and thirties favored those of the active, sexy, and distinctive image. (2) Significant differences were found among men in twenties, thirties and forties according to the importance of the store attributes such as convenience of transportation and parking place, clothing in vogue, and various merchandise. Men in thirties and forties put more importance on convenience of transportation and parking place. Men in forties put more importance on various merchandise than men in twenties and thirties. (3) Significant differences were found among men in twenties, thirties and forties according to general purchase behavior of casual wear. * Differences of the use of information according to age Majority of the men consulted the T.V., radio and people in their boundaries * Differences of the clothing purchase frequency according to age Men in twenties buy more clothing than other age groups. Men in twenties buy the clothing every one month and every three months and men in thirties and forties buy the clothing every three months and every six months. * Differences of the shopping day according to age Majority of the men buy the clothing on Saturday and Sunday. This study reviewed theories on entrepreneurial local governance and inquired the changing regional policy in Chonnam region. The region became exposure as the direct investment unit of global capital by globalization of capital, the inter-regional competition and the relative reduction of the role and function of nation state. Therefore local government have the relative autonomy and the region is effected as the chosen space by capital according to the free movement of capital. It has been argued that there has been a reorientation of urban governance away from the local provision of welfare and services to a more outward-orientated stance designed to foster and encourage local growth and economic development. These profound changes in the way that cities operate have seen the public sector taking over characteristics once distinctive to the private sector leading many commentators to term such modes of governance as entrepreneurial. In Chonnam region, many local governments are introducing entrepreneurial policies for regional development. It appears as place marketing strategy to attract capital and tourists. This strategy is very important to used identity or culture of region in order to make the attractive region. The entrepreneurial characteristics and strategies appear as image unification of region, commodity development of natural or cultural resource, event and business projects. From this point of view, the entrepreneurial policy that is based upon regional growth can cause the problem of social justice like distributional distortion and inequality.

This paper examined the evolution and development strategies of Young-deung Festival holding in Chindo since 1978. The Young-deung Festival is a representative event tourism in Korea. The water between Hoidong and Modo in Chindo, a small islet 2.8km off the coast, part to reveal a path 40m wide as a result of the moon influence on the tides. This phenomenon is called “young-deung-sal”on the Chindo. This event began on a small scale highlighting the treasury of traditional folkfore and shamanism peculiar to these islands, various cultural resources, and local place attraction such as young-deung-sal. But, in the early 1990s, with the introduction of systematic management and a variety of programs, the small village festival has steadily evloved in the scale aspects of the program, budget, profit, and the number of visitors participating in festival. In addition, the period of festival was prolonged for three days and visitors from other provinces have steadily increased, in particular visitors from Seoul and Gyoungkee have steadily increased. In order to develop the Young-deung Festival, the followings should be done: creation of local image through place attraction, private organization in supporting festival, adoption of management techniques for the local economic activites, and extension of linkage with tourists places around Chindo, target visitor marketing through a continuous visitor survey.
Recently, sound design is being made by corporations for the production as well as for marketing and web with consideration of image of productions and attributes to improve corporational image through the design of melody which would remain in users. And sound is becoming an important factor to establish the identity of each area such as life environment and public facilities. At present, our local governments are promoting active business like as CIP to improve urban image but there is a limit to establish identity as the result of its partial focus on visual sense or insufficient recognition about it. Jeonju, the place of sound, has many festivals and great meetings related with sound but it has not identity in the sense of sound. So the purpose of this study is to suggest the condition of sound which has the trait of Jeonju and to provide data for the trait to be used as a necessary element to establish identity in order to activate regional image. For the method of research, sampling Korean beautiful 100 sounds among the natural sounds of residents. most favorite as the samples of sound to search the sound of regional image. Selecting favorite samples among them and analyzed the factors through the questionnaire on the image of adjective in each sample. As the result of analysis, it has been shown that the factor of sound to reveal trait of Jeonju is the image of bright, delight, and cozy with consideration of harmony, dynamics, contrast, and culture. For this study is to provide data so it can be used to actively establish and identify the local image.

This study was intended to present basic materials for the direction of product planning and marketing strategy to increase the market share of men's underwear. For this purpose, it attempted to classify the groups according to the benefit of pursuing men's underwear and analyze the differences in purchase behavior among the segmented groups. The specific purposes of the study were to investigate the purchase behavior of men's underwear, to segment the consumers into groups according to underwear benefits sought, to investigate the differences in purchase behavior among the groups, and to investigate the differences in demographics among the groups. The questionnaire was distributed to men aged the 20s to the 40s living in Seoul. A total of 297 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. As a result, the following findings were obtained. It was found that 84.8% of the respondents showed there was no favorite underwear brand. They showed the favorite color of translucent color, the favorite style of trunk and brief, the favorite post-processing of silver nano, deo processing, and the favorite material of charcoal. In purchasing men's underwear, the respondents showed a preference for simple image, and the discount store as the place of purchase. The results also showed that there were four groups of underwear benefits sought: sex appeal/individuality, comfort, practicality, and fashion/brand groups. In regard to the group differences, there were significant differences in underwear purchase motives, underwear preferences, store selection criteria, and demographics.

Purpose - Ethical management connects corporate management outcomes and emphasizes organizational cooperation. It also links human resource management, auditing, and financial management to increase employee job satisfaction. A survey of American enterprises showed that employees with high ethical consciousness had greater job satisfaction and lower turnover. Research design, data, and methodology - Hypotheses and models based on previous studies were used to investigate the effects of ethical management on employee job satisfaction and turnover intentions. To examine hypotheses empirically, a questionnaire survey based on previous studies was administered to service business workers in Seoul. Results - The study investigated the effects of ethical management practices in relation to factors such as top management's willingness to put them into practice, their appropriateness and implementation within operations, and their influence on job satisfaction, and also examined the effects of job satisfaction on turnover intentions. Conclusions - Ethical management greatly influences job satisfaction and turnover intentions, providing organizational members with alternatives regarding ethical considerations, and to place a strong emphasis on management willingness and enterprise regulations and policies.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to conduct a preliminary study to identify key trends on research articles indexed in KCI in relation to tourism in Jeju and sports tourism. Design/methodology/approach - Information regarding research articles focused on Jeju tourism and sports tourism indexed in KCI (145 and 120 articles respectively) were collected and finally abstract written in Korean of 100 and 91 articles on sports tourism and Jeju tourism respectively were chosen for the further analysis after removing redundant articles. R program was used to analyze keyword frequencies, co-occurring terms, and degree/betweeness centrality measures and visualize the keyword network results. Findings - Event, marketing, content, program, implication, service, stadium, and tourism destination have been identified as keywords with highest frequencies among research on sport tourism, whereas tourism destination, image, brand, content, data, Chinese, satisfaction, eco-tourism service, place of arrival were highly appearing terms among research on Jeju tourism. Research implications or Originality - This study highlighted that Jeju has been interlinked with a range of terms such as programs influencing Jeju tourism, natural environment, tourism-related resources (e.g., museums, dramas, etc.), whereas sports has been closely related to sports event and vaiours types of sports (e.g., bicycle, staking, and scuber), but not to Jeju-do.
