일개 의과대학 장기추적통합임상실습 시범과정 운영경험과 고찰 (Pilot Study Results of a Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship in a Single Institution)

  • The longitudinal integrated clerkship is an innovative approach in medical education that emphasizes continuity as a key principle to provide student-centered experiences and learning. Seoul National University College of Medicine decided to adapt longitudinal integrated clerkships to the new curriculum beginning in 2018, and therefore conducted pilot studies in 2016 and 2017. This study aimed to analyze the program evaluation results of the two pilot programs and discuss issues related to the successful implementation of longitudinal integrated clerkships in Korea. We conducted a focus group interview with nine students who participated in the 2016 pilot program and 13 students who participated in the 2017 pilot program. We also conducted a focus group interview with 11 faculty members who either participated in the pilot program or will participate in the main program. From the 2016 experience, we found that it is not appropriate to assign each patient to a single student and let the students contact their patients personally for feasibility and safety reasons. In the 2017 pilot program, we assigned each patient to a group of students, which made it more feasible for the students to follow-up with their patients. The students were satisfied with their new experience of longitudinal patient follow-up and regular meetings in the pilot program. Faculty emphasized the importance of establishing the course objectives and holding an orientation for the students and the faculty. Further study is planned to evaluate the early outcomes of the main longitudinal integrated clerkship.

스포츠조종사 자격증명의 국내 적용에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Legal Application for Sport Pilot Certificate in Korea)

  • In september 2004, a new pilot certificate scheme referred to as Sport Pilot Certificate was declared official and standardized in the US. The designation of Light-sport aircraft and the details of the relevant pilot certificate policy was announced out of the perception that a new regulation is required to be applied whereby the limitations on the manufacturing process enhancements and current aviation rules are considered the triggering factors. US Federal Aviation Regulation retains a comprehensive range of airworthiness certificates and aircrafts are managed systematically in accordance with FAR 21, 103. The airworthiness are further segregated into sub categories, which allows differentiated management. Korean Aviation Law classify aircraft into five different categories and powered air vehicle that weighs more than 150kg(19liters fuel capacity) for one seat, 225kg for two seats(38liters fuel capacity) while the systems that fall under a specific mass threshold level are known as ultralight vehicle. The research discusses the policy of the sport pilot certificate and the light-sport aircraft ratings announced official by the Federal Aviation Administration in an intuitive fashion with the analysis of the operations providing the evidence as to the viability of adopting the policy in local grounds. Based on the findings, the report discusses the case for introducing the light-sport aircraft and make recommendation on a strategy of applying the policy in Korea with respect to the pilot certificates, safety agenda, and the written test for the pilot certificate, and operating efficiency.

Auto pilot 와 water jet drive system 간의 Interface 설계 (Design on the interfacing between auto-pilot and water-jet drive system)

  • Auto Pilot은 전자해도나 플로터를 이용하여 항행하고자 하는 코스를 입력 시킨 후 운행모드를 자동운항에 위치시키면 자동으로 경로를 따라 선박을 이동시키는 시스템이다. Water Jet 추진장치는 엔진과 연결된 펌프를 가동해 배 밑바닥에 있는 흡입구로부터 물을 빨아들인 후에 배 내부에 설치된 유도관을 거쳐 노즐을 통해 가속된 물을 배 뒤쪽으로 분사하면서 배를 앞으로 밀어주는 힘을 발생시키는 추진 장치다. Water Jet 추진장치는 수심의 영향이 적고, 고속영역 일수록 추진 효율이 높고 진동과 유동소음 측면에서도 매우 유리한 장점을 갖고 있어 새로운 추진시스템으로 국내외 적으로 수요가 확대되고 있다. 하지만 Auto Pilot 와 Water Jet 추진시스템의 신호 체계가 달라 상호간 효과적으로 신호를 전달할 수 있는 장치가 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존의 Auto Pilot 와 Water Jet 추진시스템의 신뢰성 있는 통신을 할 수 있도록 상호 연동하는 Interface 장치를 설계하였다.

지하수 흐름특성 분석을 위한 동시 검색기반 파일럿 포인트 방법 적용 - 다양한 데이터 활용 기반 (Subsurface Characterization using the Simultaneous Search based Pilot Point Method (SSBM) in Various Data Applications)

  • 지하수의 흐름의 특성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 투수계수 정보에 대한 탁월한 추정 방법으로 파일럿 포인트 방법(Pilot Point Method: PPM)이 있다. 이는 투수계수 정보를 비교적 풍부한 측정자료(e.g. 지하수 수두 정보)를 활용하여 얻어내는 역함수 방법의 하나이다. 본 연구는 지하수 수두 정보에 추적자 정보를 활용하여 기 개발된 민감도 분석을 활용한 파일럿 포인트 방법(D-optimality based Pilot Point Method: DBM)과 동시 검색기반 파일럿 포인트 방법(Simultaneous Search based Pilot Point Method: SSBM)의 활용성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 지하수 수두 정보만을 활용하는 것에 비해 추적자 정보를 활용하는 것이 SSBM이나 DBM 모두 투수계수를 찾는 편차를 축소시켰다. 이는 동일한 조건하에 추적자 농도 정보가 투수계수를 찾는 범위를 한정할 수 있음을 보이는 한 예라고 할 수 있다. SSBM의 경우 민감도 분석이 없어 투수계수를 찾는 절차는 감소시켰지만 DBM에 비해 투수계수를 찾는 편차가 늘어나는 경향을 보였으며 초기 투수계수의 값에 의해 투수계수를 찾는데 영향을 받음을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 동시 검색기반 파이럿 포인트 방법으로 지하수 수두와 추적자 농도를 활용하는 것이 투수계수를 추정하는 데 적합한 것으로 사료된다.

교대제 개선 시범사업이 간호사의 교대근무 적응, 일과 삶의 균형 및 이직의도에 미치는 효과: 혼합연구방법 (The Effects of a Shift Improvement Pilot Project on Nurses' Shift Adjustment, Work-Life Balance, and Turnover Intention: A Mixed-Methods Study)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of a nurse shift improvement pilot project on nurses' shift adjustment, work-life balance, and turnover intention, as well as nurses' experiences of participating in the pilot project. Methods: An explanatory sequential mixed-methods study was performed. Survey data was collected from a total of 1,051 nurses both in participant and non-participant groups. For the qualitative study, focus group interviews were conducted with 22 nurses who participated in the shift improvement pilot, including 12 staff nurses, 7 nurse managers, and 3 substitute nurses. Results: There were significant positive effects on the key variables of nurses' shift adjustment, work-life balance, and turnover intention in the group that participated in the nurse shift improvement pilot project. Based on the qualitative study, participants in the shift improvement pilot project indicated that it enabled nurses to recover their circadian rhythm, and achieve a better work-life balance, and they wanted to continue working as a nurse, and hoped expanded application of the pilot project. Conclusion: In order for expanded implementation of the pilot project and continued improvement in the shift system, we recommend establishing compensation standard, systematizing the use of substitute nurses, developing guidelines for shift schedules, and expanding the shift improvement pilot project to other departments such as the emergency room.

비행교관의 변혁적 리더십이 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감과 학업만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flight Instructor's Transformative Leaderships on Student Pilot's Psychological Stabilities and Learning Satisfactions)

  • This research is accomplished to verify objectively how flight instructor's transformative leadership affects student pilot's psychological stabilities and learning satisfactions. Flight instructor's transformative leadership factor divided into individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma from exploring factor analysis. Psychological stability factor subdivided into happiness, concentration and satisfaction. Learning satisfaction factor subdivided into participation, recommendation, persistence, accomplishment and relationship. According to the analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership effect on psychological stability, it showed that it has statistical significance on happiness, concentration and satisfaction. It also has positive influence on happiness and concentration. The result from regression analysis showed that individual consideration and charisma affected happiness and concentration in order. However, satisfaction from individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma didn't show statistical significance to student pilot's satisfaction. Analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership on student pilot's learning satisfaction showed statistical significance between them. Intellectual stimulus and charisma had positive influence on student pilot's learning satisfaction. Regression analysis showed charisma and intellectual affect student pilot's learning satisfaction in order.

국산 파티클보오드와 중밀도 섬유판의 나사못 유지력(I) - 최적 예비구멍 직경 - (Holding Strength of Screws in Domestic Particleboard and Medium Density Fiberboard (I) - Optimum Pilot Hole Diameter -)

  • Screw withdrawal test was carried out on the face and edge of domestic particleboard and medium density fiberboard in order to evaluate optimum pilot hole diameter. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Maximum withdrawal strengths on the face and edge of particleboard were obtained with pilot hole diameters at about 50% of root diameters of screw. 2. Maximum withdrawal strength on the face and edge of medium density fiberboard were obtained with pilot hole diameters that were about 60% and 50% of root diameters of screw, respectively. 3. Withdrawal strength showed about 91% of maximum withdrawal strength when pilot holes were not pre bored at particleboard. but when pilot holes at 90% of root diameter of screw withdrawal strength showed about as 51.3% of maximum withdrawal strength. 4. Withdrawal strength showed about 88% of maximum strength when pilot holes were not used, but withdrawal strength indicated 55.4% of maximum strength in case of 90% of root diameters of screw. 5. Maximum withdrawal strength on the face of particleboard was about 70.5% higher than that of the edge, and however medium density fiberboard was about 19.6% higher than that of the edge.

Pilot LNG저장탱크의 모드 형상 파악을 위한 동특성 실험 (Dynamic Experiment for Mode Shape of Pilot LNG Storage Tank)

  • 한국에서의 LNG에 대한 수요는 처음 수입된 1986년 이후로 크게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 LNG 소비에 맞추어 LNG 저장탱크의 확충이 요구된다. 그러나 LNG 저장 설비에 대한 설계, 건설 그리고 분석 분야에서는 유체-구조의 상호 작용과 LNG의 저온 특성 때문에 고정도의 선진 기술이 요구된다. 최근 한국가스공사에서는 Pilot LNG 저장탱크를 건설하였으며 실제 운전을 통한 핵심 기술을 개발하여 축척하고 있다. 한 부분의 연구로서 기초 동특성 시험을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 동특성 실험을 수행하였으며, Pilot LNG 저장탱크에 대한 동특성을 검증 및 분석하였다.

조종적성인성검사 문항개발 연구 (Development of Questionnaire Items of Personality Test for the Pilot Aptitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.

항공기 비정상 자세, 고도 및 속도 회복을 위한 자동회복장치 설계 및 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design and Validation of Pilot Activated Recovery System to Recover Aircraft Abnormal Attitude, Altitude and Speed)

  • Relaxed Static Stability(RSS) has been applied to improve flight performance of modern version supersonic jet fighters. Flight control systems are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft and to provide adequate handling qualities. Also, flight control systems of modern aircraft employ many safety measure to cope with emergency situations such as a pilot unknown attitude flight conditions of an aircraft in night flight-testing. This situation is dangerous because the aircraft can lose if the pilot not take recognizance of situation. The system called the "Pilot Activated Recovery System" or PARS, provided a pilot initiated automatic maneuver capable of an aircraft recoveries in situations of unusual attitudes, speed and altitude. This paper addresses the concept of PARS with AARS(Automatic Attitude Recovery System), ATCS(Automatic Thrust Control System) and MARES(Minimum Altitude Recovery Estimation System), and this control law is designed by nonlinear control law design process based on model of supersonic jet trainer. And, this control law is verified by real-time pilot evaluation using an HQS(Handling Quality Simulator). The result of evaluation reveals that the these systems support recovery of an aircraft unusual attitude and speed, and improve a safety of an aircraft.
