통계적 변이성 설명과 제어 과정에서 나타나는 초등.중학교 학생들의 사고 수준 연구 (Study on Levels of Thinking of Elementary and Middle School Students on the Task of Explaining and Dealing with Variability)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등학교 5학년과 중학교 2학년 학생들이 측정상황과 우연상황에서 통계적 변이성을 설명하고 제어할 때 나타나는 사고 수준을 살펴본다. 연구결과, 측정상황에서 변이성을 설명할 때는, 원인 설명에 대한 이해가 부족한 수준, 원인 인식이 미흡한 수준, 물리적 원인을 제시하는 수준, 설명되지 않는 원인을 변이성의 근원으로 인식하는 수준, 설명되지 않는 원인을 의사-우연변이성으로 간주하는 수준이 확인되었다. 우연상황에서 변이성을 설명할 때는, 원인 설명에 대한 이해가 부족한 수준, 원인 인식이 미흡한 수준, 물리적 원인을 제시하는 수준, 우연변이성을 인식하는 수준, 분포의 원인을 인식하는 수준이 확인되었다. 변이성을 제어할 때는, 측정상황과 우연상황 모두에서 변이성 제어에 대한 인식이 미흡한 수준, 물리적 제어 방법을 고려하지 않으며 또한 통계적 방법 역시 부적절하게 적용하는 수준, 물리적 제어 방법은 고려하지 않지만 통계적 방법을 적절하게 적용하는 수준, 물리적 제어 방법은 제시하지만 통계적 방법을 부적절하게 적용하는 수준, 물리적 제어 방법을 고려하며 또한 통계적 방법을 적절하게 적용하는 수준이 확인되었다.

  • Physical therapists use assumptions about motor control in every aspect of their work in treating stroke patients. An understanding of the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery and therapeutic model is critical factor for physical therapist to evaluate and obtain a higher final stage of recovery. The purpose of this article was to review the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery, the role of rehabilitation in the process of recovery, therapeutic model and its limitation. This article will help understanding of recovery process. evaluation, and treatment of the stroke patients. Each therapeutic method consists of a different set of assumptions and they are not completely independent of one another. Therefore specializing in any techniques of physical therapy will not be enough to treat stroke, so we are in need of integrated approach and objective measurement instrument to adequately evaluate and treat stroke patients.

노인요양시설물리치료사들의 노인복지정책과 노인질환에 대한 이해도 및 직무 환경에 대한 조사 (Survey for the Understanding of Elderly Disease and Work Environment for Physical Therapists in Elderly Care Facilities)

  • The results of researching on duties of physical therapist, understanding of elderly diseases and policies related with elderly welfare came out from the survey before beginning of education to physical therapists who attended National Elderly Welfare Physical Therapist Workshop during Sep. 11th to 14th, 2007. They have already understood about long-term elderly care insurance from the policy, and responded that those policies will bring more advantage to elders. On contrary, negative response had reason of low service quality. About elderly care system, there were positive answer of appropriate alternatives to support them, but also other critics had opinion of inevitable choice for living conservation. About understanding of elderly diseases, there were more comprehension of diseases as age gets higher, but most did not understand dementia and paralysis. Past experience and process of medical treatment for their disease were such arthritis, paralysis, broken bone, and dislocation of joint. Prognosis of technical training was mostly answered positively, but linking with other related disease programs were not welcomed. Most respondents thought that professional training were needed. The results of understanding diseases during senescent had high percentage of understanding as age and education was high, and it had eye upon statistics of the survey (p < 0.05) Most of those questioned responded that it is appropriate to have six working days per week and eight hours of daily work, however, present wage is not reasonable. Most of those questioned had negative response of work independence, and had an-swered that there should be certificates needed in related fields. For difficulties during work period, they had hardship instituting direction of treatment by lack of program, level of wage, and physical difficulties. Physical therapists averagely wished to have fewer than thirty patients per therapist. After the research, physical therapists who work in those facilities of elderly care systems agreed on policies, though it should not lower service quality. In addition, they were pros to have elderly care system, yet they are still inevitable option to maintain living. For work environment, the period of work was appropriate, but had different opinions for work independence and regular number of patients. Therefore, there should be more organized treatment program that also should be linked to other practical programs at this beginning point of the policy enforcement and the time that many therapists hope to work in elderly care system.

특수체육에서 질적 연구의 이론적 배경과 연구 질의 평가 (Qualitative Research: The Theory to the Practice in Adapted Physical Education)

  • 본 연구는 질적 연구를 시작하는 초보 연구자들을 위해 질적 연구의 기본적인 배경 학적 이론과 방법의 틀을 제시하고, 특수체육에서 질적 연구의 질을 평가하는 기준을 제시하는 데 있다. 첫째, 질적 연구의 기본이 되는 인식론의 이해를 설명하였다. 둘째, 질적 연구에서 가장 많이 활용되는 자료 수집 방법론을 제시하였다. 셋째, 질적 연구에서 자료 분석 방법과 타당성 확보의 근거를 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 특수체육 영역에서 활용되는 질적 연구 질의 평가 기준을 제시하였다. 국 내외 특수체육 분야에서 질적 연구의 숫자는 계속 늘어나고 있고 그 중요성 또한 계속 강조되고 있다. 질적 연구는 연구자들이 참여자들을 관찰, 이해, 분석 그리고 해석하는 과정을 요구하기 때문에 연구자의 역할은 대단히 중요하다. 따라서, 질적 연구를 처음 시작하는 연구자들은 질적 연구의 본질적인 이해와 연구 방법론의 습득이 요구된다. 또한, 지속적인 질적 연구의 질의 평가로 좀 더 깊이 있는 질적 연구의 결과물이 특수체육 분야에 적용돼야 할 것이다.

  • We are approaches various painful diseases in clinic. Although same disease, it is different to acute, subacute and chronic stage of disease. Therefore, to understanding of tissue anatomy, pathology and physiology is necessary to under-standing pattern of diseases. It is duty work that choice of hot or ice, electrotherapy, choice of adaptable frequency and mathod of exercise therapy etc. During treatment it is important method to choose to treat the client. As treating the client by exercising or treating when the client is resting and seeing if anything else is a problem etc. So what I have approached some of the treatment that a physical therapist could miss during treatment.

혈우병 환자의 관절혈증과 물리치료 (Hemophiliac Patient with Hemarthrosis and Physical Therapy)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to understanding of a hemophiliac with hemarthrosis and provided information of rehabilitative therapy. Methods : The General understanding and rehabilitative therapy of a hemophiliac with hemarthrosis considered the matter carefully using a related publications and a internet searching investigation. Results : From the physical therapeutic method for pain alleviation, decreasing edema, ability of muscular strength and control, range of motion(ROM) in joint, prevention of damage on hemorrhaged joint in the hemophiliac with hemarthrosis, rehabilitative therapy for exercise of ROM, muscular strength, proprioceptive sense was most effective for patients. Conclusion : Physical therapists known the rehabilitative therapy should helped a hemophiliac with hemarthrosis to prevent from permanent change.

원주지역 초등학교 아동의 영양지식과 식생활 태도에 관한 연구 -급식학교와 비급식학교 아동의 비교- (A Comparative Study on Nutritional Knowledges and Dietary Behaviors of Children in Elementary School by School Lunch Program in Won-Ju Province)

  • This study was to investigate the children's understanding level of nutritional knowledge and the degree of knowledge application into the actual living not only in the with-lunch school but also in the without lunch school. Having expected their obtaining of nutritional knowledge and practical applicating, we compared the with-lunch school children's understanding level of nutritional knowledge, dietary attitude, and completeness of diet life with those of without-lunch school children. In addition to this, we surveyed healthiness, Physical condition, and BMI (Body Mass Index) and compared these factors. The results are as follows. 1. Almost all of the children were standard in physical condition, however they recognized themselves fatty than normal. Mealtime consumption(p<0.05), BMI(p<0.05), and diet attitude points(p<0.001) showed significant difference in the children who regarded the themselves healthy. 2. High correlation was observed between parent's physical shape and mealtime consumption (p<0.05), quantity of eating food (p<0.001), children's BMI(p<0.001) and diet attitude(p<0.05) respectively. 3. The points of itemised nutritional knowledge test was different in accordance with the children's year grade (p<0.05), children's understanding level of health and physical condition(p<0.05), parent's physical shape (p<0.05), and mother's education level(p<0.05) respectively. The points of nutritional knowledge test in both schools showed no difference except the item of vitamin.

기본물리상수에 대한 고등학교 물리교사의 인식 수준 및 교육적 활용 인식 연구 (Level of High School Physics Teacher's Understanding of Fundamental Physical Constants and Their Educational Application)

  • 본 연구는 기본물리상수의 교육적 활용 실태를 탐색하기 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 기본물리상수를 구성하는 구성요소로 수치, 크기, 단위, 차원, 탄생배경 및 측정실험, 물리적 의미를 제안하고, 각각의 측면에서 고등학교 물리 교과서의 내용을 분석하였다. 나아가 계층적 분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 통해 각각의 기본물리상수 별로 강조되는 구성요소의 상대적 중요도를 결정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기본물리상수에 대한 고등학교 물리교사들의 인식수준을 알아보기 위해 검사도구를 개발하여 서울, 경기, 인천 소재 고등학교 물리교사 124명을 대상으로 기본물리상수에 대한 인식 수준과 교수-학습에의 적용에 대한 인식을 설문조사하였다. 또한, 설문 내용에 대한 심층적인 이해와 구체적인 교수 전략을 알아보기 위하여 교사 6명과의 면담을 시행하였다. 면담 결과 교사들의 기본물리상수에 대한 인식과 구체적인 교육적 활용 실태를 알 수 있었다.

임상치료사를 위한 신경학적 검사의 이해 (Understanding of Neurological Examination for Clinical Therapist)

  • Clinical therapist use neurological examination to acquire the necessary information from the patients who is neurological damaged. It is necessary to have enough neurological knowledge and clinical experience to collect useful data. Neurological disease of symptom is well correspond with anatomical location and function, therefore neurological examination is one of the powerful tool to diagnosis. These tools will be a great help to clinical therapist to evaluate the patients and helps to select most pertinent treatment approach to patients. Neurological examination can classified and evaluate with Mental Status Examination, Cranial Nerves Examination, Motor and Sensory System Examination, Reflexes, Gait and Station Evaluation, Special Maneuver. Generally, various neurological examination tools are used by therapist in clinical field. Understanding of method of Neurological examination tools and understanding of result of examination from patients's response is very important. Therefore, this research will help to understand clinical meaning by neurological examination.
