대추, 양파, 혼합추출물이 흰쥐의 혈청조성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dietary Dae-Chu (Rhamnace ziziphus), Onion (Allium cepa L.), Mixture Extract on Serum Composition in Rats)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary dae-chu(Rhamnace ziziphus, A), onion(Allium cepa L., O), mixture extracts (mulberry leaf, licorice root, pine needle, angelica gigas, jujube, onion, M) on serum glucose, lipid, enzyme, phosphorus levels in rats (Sprague-Dawley male rats, $357.03{\pm}7.08g$). Serum calcium of onion group was significantly decreased (p<0.05), but mixture extracts group of Cl (p<0.05) and TBIL (total bilirubin, p<0.05) were significantly increased. Serum glucose, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglyceride were increased experimental rats than those of the normal rats. Mixture extracts was better than other groups for lipid metabolism. Also, GPT(glutamic pyruvic transaminase) and GOT(glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase) of onion extracts were protected to liver. So mixture and onion extracts were good drink for health.

낙동강 하구 염습지 식물군락의 질소 및 인의 동태 (Nitrogen and Phosphorus Dynamics in an Salt Marsh in the Nakdong River Estuary)

  • 낙동강 하구 옥류등에 형성되어 있는 갈대, 천일사초 및 갯잔디 군락의 실소와 린의 동태를 조사하였다. 실소와 린의 흡수량 및 현존량은 식물군락의 물질생산과 단위 무게당 이들 무기영양소의 함량이 달랐다. 실소의 연 흡수량은 갈대, 천일사초, 갯잔디 군락에서 각각 224, 111 그리고 156 kg/ha이었고, 린의 연 흡수량은 각각 22, 29 그리고 21 kg/ha이었다. 염습지의 관속식물 군집은 다량의 질소와 인을 흡수하기 때문에 연안수의 당영양화를 일시적으로 경감시키는 역할을 할 수 있는 것으로 생각되었다.

고농도(高農度) 인산(燐酸) 수경액(水耕液)중에서 뽕나무의 Zn과 Cu 흡수(吸收) (Effects of High Phosphorus Supply on Zn and Cu Uptake by Mulberry(Morus alba L.))

  • 인산(燐酸)을 고농도(高濃度)로 공급하였을 때, 양분의 흡수(吸收) 특히 Zn과 Cu의 흡수를 알기 위하여 온실에서 수경재배(水耕栽培)로 시험을 수행하였다. 공급 인산 수준은 0, 0.2, 0.5, 2.0, 5.0mM의 5수준(水準)이었으며, 개량뽕(Morus alva L.)을 공시품종으로 2.5개월을 재배한 후, 식물체를 수확(收穫)하여 분석(分析)하였다. 건물중(乾物重)은 2.0mM 인산수준까지 계속 증가(增加)한 후 감소(減少)하였다. 잎의 수분함량(水分含量), total-N, P, K, Fe 등은 인산 공급수준과 비례(比例)하여 증가하였다. Total-Zn 함량은 인산수준에 따라 큰 차를 보이지 않았으나, 수용성(水溶性) Zn은 증가하는 반면 Cu는 감소하였다. 인산수준(燐酸水準)의 증가에 따라 $SO_4$와 Cl는 감소하다가 인산 2.0mM 이상에서 현저히 증가하였다. 인산 축적(蓄積) 뽕밭에서의 뽕잎 감소는 Cu의 흡수 저하와 $SO_4$와 Cl의 현저할 흡수(吸收) 증가에서 오는 것으로 추정(推定)되었다.

저수지 수질개선을 위한 저수지 내 침전지 조성 (Formation of Sedimentation Pool within Irrigation Reserviors for Water Quality Improvement)

  • Large quantitive of polllutants are washed into reservoirs during storm events. These polllutants contribute to eutrophication, such as algal blooms and fish kills. This study was conducted for the purpose of assessing the pollutant removal possibilities of sedimentation pool formed by deep dredging of a reservoir inlet. Water quality data were collected in the Masan reservoir, whose inlet has been dredged deep like sedimentation pool. The average concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD) , toatal nitrogen(T-N) and total phosphrous(T-P) in the deep dredged area were 8.7 ~20.5mg/ι (T-N), 0.17~0.84mg/ι(T-P), which were 4.9%(COD), 29.0%(T-N) and 44.8%(T-P) higher than those of middle part of the reservior. The texture of sediment in the dredged area was silty loam, while that of the middle part was sandy clay loam. Organic matter contents, T-N and T-P of the bottom soil in the dredge area showed higher values than the middle part of the reservoirs. From these results, it was considered thedeep dredged area in the inlet of reservoir might play a key role to settle pollutant particulate. Based on the result of water quality analysis, deep dredging of the reservoir inlet could be assessed to reduce T-N and T-P of the reservoir about 6.5% , 8.3%, respectively. However, the effect of the sedimentation pool would be raised if the settled particles were taken into account in assessing water quality improvement for the reservoir. Accordingly, dredging of a reservoir inlet to make a shape of sedimentation pool is recommended for water quality improvement of reservoir in the stage of dredging plan.

주암호 조류 분포의 계절별 변화에 관한 연구 (Studies on Seasonal Variation of Algae Distribution in the Chuam Reservoir)

  • Seasonal variation of algae distribution were studied in the Chuam reservoir from August 1996 to July 1997. As a result, 127 taxa were observed, representing 6 classes, 14 orders, 5 suborders, 29 families, 2 subfamilies, 54 genus, 118 species, 7 variaties and 2 formula. The majors of them are Chlorophyceae (59 taxa), Bacillariophyceae(39 taxa) and Cyanophyceae(20 taxa). The number of species was that 35 and 31 taxa were occurred in August 1996 and April 1997, 11 and 17 taxa in July 1997 and October 1996 respectively at Dam station, 53 taxa were occurred in September, 18 taxa in November at Munduck station. The biomass composition of occurrence species were as fallowes; Cyanophyceae are 80%, Bacillariophyceae 14% and Chlorophyceae 5% at Dam station and Cyanophyceae are 90%, Bacillariophyceae 1.3% and Chlorophyceae 0.4% at Munduck at Munduk station. At Munduk station, water bloom occurred by Cyanophyceae(99.9%, 3.7 $\times$ 10$^{7}$ cells/L) in November 1996 and the major causing algae was Microcrystis aeruginosa. Microcystis aeruginosa was dominant species (dominant index : 0.72 - 0.99) during summer and autumn, Fragilaria crotonensis and Asterionella formasa (DI : 0.33 - 0.74) during winter and spring. The water quality factors of the Chuam reservoir were that the values of water temperature ranged of 3.6 - 31.4$\circ$C, pH 6.7 - 9.0, conductivity 69.6-118.2 $\mu $s/cm, and turbidity 1.0-22.5 NTU, and the proper temperature of water for algae growth was 15 and 16.7$\circ $C in April and November. Also the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO) ranged of 6.8-15.5mg/L, total nitrogen(T-N) 0.54-1.78 mg/L, total phosphrous (T-P) 0.003-0.034 mg/L, and chlorophyll-a 0.9-23.2mg/m$^{3}$. The concentration of Chlorophyll-a was in inverse proportion T-N/T-P ratio.

  • 조입성형제(造粒成型劑)로 사용(使用)된 요소수지(尿素樹脂)의 U/F반응(反應) mole비(比) 및 첨가량(添加量)이 각각(各各) 다른 시제품(試製品) 5종(種)을 단비분시(單肥分施)를 대조(對照)로 배추에 대(對)한 비효시험(肥效試驗)을 실시(實施)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 배추수량(收量)은 U/F반응(反應) mole비(比) 1.0인 요소수지(尿素樹脂)가 6.7% 첨가(添加)된 시제품(試製品) V에서 가장 높았고 U/F반응(反應) mole비(比)가 가장 낮고 첨가량(添加量)이 가장 많은 시제품(試製品) VII에서는 3요소(要素) 분시구(分施區)에 비(比)하여 감수(減收)하였다. 2. 배추용(用) 완효성(緩效性) 복비(複肥)의 질소(窒素) 완효도(緩效度)는 24시간후(時間後) 수중전질소(水中全窒素) 용출률(溶出率) 76.1%, 100일후(日後) 토양중(土壤中) 전질소(全窒素) 용출률(溶出率) 71.7%가 적합(適合)하였다.

대청호 추동취수탑 부근의 수질변화 특성 (Variation of Water Quality around the Chudong Intake Tower in Daechung Reservoir)

  • This study has been carried out to provide the basic data obtained from the evaluation of the variation of water quality around the Chudong intake tower in Daechung resevoir, which may be able to help the establishment of a pure water supply policy. Five sites around the Chudong intake tower were selected, and the average data for recent ten years(from year 2004 to year 2013) were analysed. The average water quality around Chudong intake tower are as followed; pH 7.5, DO 8.7 mg/L, BOD 1.0 mg/L, COD 3.0 mg/L, SS 3.0 mg/L, TN 1.495 mg/L, TP 0.017 mg/L, and Chlorophyll-a 6.5 mg/m3 were matched the good class by comparing with the living environment standard of reservoir. COD values of higher than 3.0 mg/L after July were likely due to non-point pollutants and algae outbreak during rainy summer season. Total phosphorus rose sharply in the summer season, and then algae watch was issued consistently for average 40 days. Total nitrogen to total phosphorus ratio was average 90, and it is important to control the inflow phosphrous from small stream for proper management to block an algae growth according to eutrophication. It was recommended to operate the algae removing boats around intake tower from July to October, and was required advanced water treatment processes to remove NBD COD and bad odor and taste due to algae growth.

조류의 Methylglyoxal과 인 Stress 연구 (Study of Methylglyoxal and Phosphorus Stress on Algae)

  • Effects of phosphorous (P) and methylglyoxal (MG) on the cell number, dry weight, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic and respiratory rate, phosphate uptake and protein content of green algae (Scenedesrnus obliquus) were studied. The algal cell number from the medium treated with 0.5-1.0 mM of MG at 1/2 P or 1/4 P concentration was significantly lower than those of algae treated :with full strength of phosphrous in medium. The inhibitory effect of MG on algal cell division was enhenced at low concentration of phosphorous in medium. At the beginning of logrithmic phase of algal growth, the mean dry weight of algae from the medium without MG-treatment in 1/2 P media was significantly higher than that of algae treated with MG. After logrithmic phase of growth cycle, the mean dry weight of algae from the medium with 1.0 mM of MG-treatment in 1/4 P media was significantly lower than that of algae treated with or without MG. At logrithmic phase of algal growth, there were significant differences in the chlorophyll content among all groups of tested algae with various concentrations of P and MG. At 15 days after inoculation, the mean chlorophyll content per algal cell from the media without MG-treatment in 1/2P was significantly higher than that of other cells from MG-treated media. The adverse effect of MG at concentration of 0.5-1.0mM in 1/2 and 1/4 P media on photosynthetic rate was observed. The mean photosynthetic rate of algal cell without P and MG treatment at 15 days after inoculation was significantly higher than that of MGtreated algae. After logarithmic phase, the algal cell treated with 0.5mM of MG with full strength of phosphorous showed significantly high respiratory rate than that of other cell groups. There were significant differences in mean phosphate uptake rate among all groups of Scenedesmus obliquus at logarithmic phase. At 12 days after inoculation, phosphate uptake rate per each algal cell from the basic media without MG and P treatment was rapidly reduced which shows early introduction to stationary phase.

인산축적 뽕밭의 인산 감량시비에 관한 연구 (Reduction of Phosphorus Fertilizer in Mulberry Fields, High in Phosphate)

  • 인산이 축적된 뽕밭에서 인산 시비량을 조절하기 위하여, 유효인산 300ppm 정도 포장 2개소, 450 ppm정도 포장 1개소에서 인산 표준시비량구(13kg/10a), 반량구, 무인산구, 무시비구 등을 설정하여 4년동안의 포장시험과 엽질검정을 위한 누에 사육시험을 3년동안 수행한 결과 다음과 같았다. 1. 토양유효인산 함량이 450ppm포장에서는 4년간 계속된 인산 무시비구에서도 뽕잎 수량감소가 없었으나, 300ppm포장에서의 무인산구에서는 3년차 봄부터, 인산 반량구에서는 4년차 가을부터 감수가 시작되었다. 2. 연차별로 토양 인산의 감소에 따른 수량감소와의 관계에 의하여 인산시비 개시 시기를 조사한 결과, 토심 10~20cm 부위에서 유효인산의 함량이 150ppm 이하로 떨어졌을 때 인산시비를 개시하는 것이 적당한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 인산 감량시비에 따른 뽕잎 중의 인산함량은 표준량 시비구 대비 0.18%까지 감소하였다. 4. 인산의 감량시비가 뽕잎의 질에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여 3년간 토양인산 300ppm 포장의 뽕잎으로 누에를 사육하여 검정한 결과, 인산 무시비에 의해 수량이 감소하고, 엽중의 인산 함량이 최저 1.13%까지 감소하였어도, 수견량 및 견질에는 영향을 주지 않았다.

유휴지에서 조사료 생산을 위한 적정 가축분뇨의 시용에 관한 연구 I. 액상구비의 시용시기와 무기태 질소의 첨가가 Orchardgrass의 건물수량에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Optimum Rate of Cattle Slurry Application for Forage Production using Idled Arable Land. I. The effect of applying time of cattle slurry and fertilization added mineral nitrogen on dry matter yield in Orchardgrass)

  • 본 연구는 점차 확대되어 가는 유휴지에 Orchardgrass를 재배하였을 때, 액상구비의 시용시기와 무기태 질소추가시비가 건물수량에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연간 ha 당 120kg의 질소에 해당하는 액상구비 ($30m^3/ha$)를 2회 분할 시용으로 연간 5.62~6.67 톤(평균 6.15 ton/ha) 의 건물수량을 얻어 무비구 및 인산과 칼리시용구 보다 0.60~1.65 및 0.16 톤의 증수를 보였다. 무기태 질소를 ha당 120kg 시비하였을 때 대조구에 대한 연간 상대건물수량은 142~146%를 나타낸 반면에, 액상구비의 시용으로는 무비구에 대한 상대건물수량이 112~133%를 기록하였다. 한편 질소시용에 따른 건물생산효율 (kg DM/kg N) 은 액상구비의 시용시에 5.0~13.8의 건물을 생산하였고, 동일한 양(120kg N/ha)의 무기태 질소수준에서는 21.3~23.1kg DM/kg N을 나타내었다. 본 실험의 조건에서 화학비료를 최소화하면서 Orchardgrass 의 잠재생산성을 증대시키기 위해서는 액상구비를 시용한 후 무기태 질소를 추가시비한 경우로서, 이때 무기태 질소의 경제적 시비수준은 119.4~133.3kg/ha의 범위였고 경제적 한계수량은 8.48~8.63ton/ha 를 얻었으며 한계시비수준은 202.8kg/ha 에서 8.98ton/ha 의 최대건물수량을 얻을 수 있었다.
