The development in IT technology has brought about various services that are on offer based on a new service model. But such new services have increased security risks. The government is operating a program to foster experts in information security to protect assets from the threat of such risks, too. Society's awareness on the importance of information security has also grown, leading to various courses to train such personnel, including membership clubs for the fostering of such specialists. This study seeks to suggest a method that efficiently manages the convergence of running a curriculum on ISMS(information security management systems) and a club that focuses on information protection. Such converged information security courses are expected to contribute to a safer IT-based society.

Automobiles are largely divided into passenger cars with less than five passengers and commercial vehicles such as construction machines, trucks, mixers, special lorries, and large buses. Automobile maintenance companies are also divided into passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Because commercial vehicles are the livelihood vehicles of individual carriers engaged in cargo transportation, passenger transportation, and construction, fast and accurate maintenance is important. Access to the expressway is also important because the car is large and uses highways. In addition, the time required for troubleshooting is long, so sufficient space must be secured for parking the vehicle, and ease of entry and exit of the vehicle in the maintenance shop should be fully considered. For this reason, commercial vehicle maintenance companies have higher initial investment costs than car maintenance companies, and it is difficult to supply and maintain maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully examine and analyze various related factors for successful commercial vehicle maintenance company selection. However, most existing commercial vehicle maintenance companies often choose their location based on the empirical judgment of the founder, the customs and the case, without a clear analysis. In this study, we show how to derive the location selection factors to be considered when establishing professional maintenance company for commercial vehicles and to select the optimal location by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.

The proportion of software in the automotive industry is steadily increasing due to the rapid technological development of automobile E/E parts. Because the automotive E/E technology is now on the basis of intelligent automobile and advanced safety automobile technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational capability (organizational resource capability and management capability), process capability (process capability, customer Requirement management capability), performance dimension (motivation, participation level). In this study, we conducted questionnaires and statistical analysis on engineers (members of the Korea Advanced Automotive Technology Association) who perform research and development activities in the R&D organization of the automotive E/E part in South Korea. ANOVA is applied for the verification of the difference in performance measured by organizational capability, process maturity, and motivation participation level according to company characteristics (level of processing : supply chain configuration, annual sales, total SW development ratio). According to the results of this study, in order to improve the performance of ASPICE or ISO 26262-related consulting project, a different consulting approach strategy considering the characteristics of organization and personnel is needed. In summary, the analysis results for the three main treatment levels are as follows. The difference in organizational capacity, process capability and performance was found to be statistically significant according to supply chain configuration and annual sales, but it was found that the difference of response according to the proportion of total SW was not significant.
The most important thing in training of organization is that how effectively it can be made most of the performance among the staff. It will be useless if the knowledge which gaining after training can not be applied. Therefore the transfer of learning is studied since it is important for decision of training. We studied the factors of transfer of learning and carried out a survey targeting the public officials of Gangwon province with the factors we made a study. We define the factor of both promoted and interrupted in training and suggest the way of improving it. The first, the modeling of competency can stimulate the desire of achievement and complete a course of training among staff of organizations. The second, the construction of training program and organizational culture just for Gangwon province can increase the satisfaction of training among the learners. The third, the establishment of management system after training can reinforce the capability making use of train. The sharing of each information with boss at the office can help to stimulate the function of feedback after training as well.
Companies are actively engaged in various innovation activities and intellectual property rights activities such as patents in order to survive in a fiercely competitive global environment. The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence corporate patent-related activities on business results. For this reason, we conducted a questionnaire survey of patent practitioners and R & D personnel of Chinese companies, and analyzed the causal relationship using PLS analysis tools. As a result of the analysis, it was found that compensation and obstacle factors have a significant effect on information sharing (collaboration)... It was found that information sharing (collaboration) has a significant impact on technology complementation (improvement) and corporate image. It was also found that technical complementation (improvement) and corporate image have an impact on management results. The results of this study will be able to find and strategically utilize the factors that promote and encourage companies to develop their patent activities.

This study examined cadastral surveying technology regulated under the "Special Law for the cadastral surveying", and analyzed the related surveying methods currently used. Based on the analysis, this study suggested the efficient application plan future cadastral surveying projects. The new technologies analyzed were GNSS, GPS RTK, Network RTK, GPS Augmentation System, and the mobile and auto sighting TS. As a result of the analysis, this study suggests that if a receiving technology is possible for the integrated receiving of GPS/GLONASS/Galileo systems, both the accuracy of location determination could be enhanced and stable data could be obtained. The Network RTK technology may solve the constraint receiving factors of satellite information in the long term if a GPS Augmentation System is used. Finally, mobile and auto sighting TS technologies can reduce the personnel factors, but can be applied after the offset problem is overcome.
This paper's aim is to suggest the Expert System for analyzing relative combat power in ground operations. Since relative combat power analysis in terms of comparing combat power of friendly forces with one of the enemy can determine how the commander and staffs operate their unit afterwards, it requires fast and rational decision-making process. However, it has relied on manual method so far though Tactical Information Communications Network(TICN) into which numbers of applications can be loaded has been developed over a decade. 3 methods for analyzing relative combat power were expressed as mathematic rules to be used knowledge in the expert system after reviewing previous studies, and it studied how intangible power as well as tangible were reflected on total combat power. The expert system that will be built using EXSYS Corvid tool is expected to lessen error rate, provide faster decision-making, and reflect both intangible combat power and tangible one by using an appropriate weights in analyzing relative combat power. Next research filed includes how to build expert systems related with military personnel and intelligence areas for fast and rational decision-making processes.
Data modeling can be regarded as a series of processes to abstract real-world business concerns. The conceptual modeling phase is often regarded as the most difficult stage in the entire modeling process, because quite different conceptual models may be produced even for similar business domains based on users' varying requirements and the data modelers' diverse perceptions of the requirements. This implies that an object considered as an entity in one domain may be considered as an attribute in another, and vice versa. However, many traditional knowledge-based automated database design systems unfortunately fail to construct appropriate Entity-Relationship Diagrams(ERDs) for a given set of requirements due to the rigid assumption that an object should be classified as an entity if it has been classified as an entity in previous applications. In this paper, we propose an alternative automation system which can generate ERDs from business descriptions using association rule mining technique. Our system can be differentiated from the traditional ones in that our system can perform data modeling only based on business description written by domain workers, rather than relying on any kind of knowledge base. Since the proposed system can produce various versions of ERDs from the same business descriptions simultaneously, users can have the opportunity to choose one of the ERDs as being the most appropriate, based on their business environment and requirements. We performed a case study for personnel management in a university to evaluate the practicability of the proposed system This paper summarizes the result of it in the experiment section.
A survey was conducted to study perception and attitudes of health workers towards health center's activities and organization of health services, from August 15 to September 30, 1994. The study population was 310 health workers engaged in seven urban health centers in Taegu City area. A questionnaire method was used to collect data and response rate was 81.3 percent or 252 respondents. The following are summaries of findings: Profiles of study population: Health workers were predominantly female(62.3%); had college education(60.3%); and held medical and nursing positions(39.6%), technicians(30.6%) and public health/administrative positions(29.8%). Perceptions on health center's resources: Slightly more than a half(51.1%) of respondents expressed that physical facilities of the centers are inadequate; equipments needed are short(39.0%); human resource is inadequate(44.8%); and health budget allocated is insufficient(38.5%) to support the performance of health center's activities. Decentralization and health services: The majority revealed that the decentralization of government system would affect the future activities of health centers(51.9%) which may have to change. However, only one quarter of respondents(25.4%) seemed to view the decentralization positively as they expect that it would help perform health activities more effectively. The majority of the respondents(78.6%) insisted that the function and organization of the urban health centers should be changed. Target workload and job satisfaction: A large proportion (43.3%) of respondents felt that present target setting systems for various health activities are unrealistic in terms of community needs and health center's situation while only 11.1 percent responded it positively; the majority(57.5%) revealed that they need further training in professional fields to perform their job more effectively; more than one third(35.7%) expressed that they enjoy their professional autonomy in their job performance; and a considerable proportion (39.3%) said they are satisfied with their present work. Regarding the personnel management, more worker(47.3%) perceived it negatively than positive(11.5%) as most of workers seemed to think the personnel management practiced at the health centers is not fair or justly done. Health services rendered: Among health services rendered, health workers perceived the following services are most successfully delivered; they are, in order of importance, Tb control, curative services, and maternal and child health care. Such areas as health education, oral health, environmental sanitation, and integrated health services are needed to be strengthening. Regarding the community attitudes towards health workers, 41.3 percent of respondents think they are trusted by the community they serve. New areas of concern identified which must be included in future activities of health centers are, in order of priority, health care of elderly population, home health care, rehabilitation services, and such chronic diseases control programs as diabetes, hypertension, school health and mental health care. In conclusion, the study revealed that health workers seemed to have more negative perceptions and attitudes than positive ones towards organization and management of health services and activities performed by the urban health centers where they are engaged. More specifically, the majority of health workers studied revealed to have the following areas of health center's organization and management inadequate or insufficient to support effective performance of their health activities: Namely, physical facilities and equipments required are inadequate; human and financial resources are insufficient; personnel management is unsatisfactory; setting of service target system is unrealistic in terms of the community needs. However, respondents displayed a number of positive perceptions, particularly to those areas as further training needs and implementation of decentralization of government system which will bring more autonomy of local government as they perceived these change would bring the necessary changes to future activities of the health center. They also displayed positive perceptions in their job autonomy and have job satisfactions.
This study pays attention to the assumption that the governance including the appointment of CEO is a key factor in the internal colonialism of local broadcasting. To evaluate the tendencies, it collects and analyzes the profile of CEOs, directors, and shareholders of the 17 regional affiliates of MBC and 9 local commercial broadcasting companies between the early and mid-1990s and 2015. It also discusses the local broadcasting personnel and its operations. By doing so, the study attempts to reveal how the internal colonialism of local broadcasting works. It finds out that the governance of regional broadcasters of MBC is controlled by the head office located in Seoul. At the same time, the governance of local commercial broadcasters is encroached by the tyrannical practices of major shareholders caused by the non-separation of ownership and management. These kinds of abnormal management of governance tend to constrain the investment on personnel and production. Finally, this study suggests some desirable directions of governance focusing on the appointment of CEO in terms of both legislative system and self-regulation. They include establishing a new proviso for programming protocols in local broadcasting, introducing a CEO & non-executive director nomination committee, and so forth.
