The followings are the findings of a study on university student's clothing disposition behavior depending on their personality and environmental consciousness: 1. University student's personality factors were classified into perceived consumer effectiveness, globalism, alienation, conservatism, and a sense of social responsibility. 2. The personality factors are found to have significant influences on both economic and altruistic disposition behavior. 3. In terms of the economic disposition behavior, people in the groups with high environmental consciousness tend to trade unused clothing with other things rather than to sell them for the benefit of economic gains. With regard to the altruistic disposition behavior, they also tend to give the clothing to their close people, for example family members or relatives, rather than to donate them to churches or charitable organizations.

This study examines influences of personality and grateful disposition on psychological well-being in service encounter. The results follower like these. First, extroversion, conscientiousness, and grateful disposition have positive effects on psychological well-being, and neuroticism has a negative effect. Second, psychological well-being has a positive effect on prosocial behavior. Lastly, we compared the effects personality and grateful disposition on psychological well-being, and neuroticism has the most effects on psychological well-being and followed by grateful disposition and extroversion. It means grateful disposition can enhances psychological well-being as such personality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships between personality and interior environmental disposition, such as disposition toward traditional/modern, feminine/ masculine and simple/complex characteristics. Korean Testing Center's standardized test which measures activity, emotional stability, dominance, reflectiveness, sociability, autonomy, and achievement was used to measure personality. The three key disposition variables were measured using a visual instrument which was developed in this study. To create images, 3$\times$2$\times$2 factorial composition producing 12 types of images was used. Four set of images were developed to measure each categories of each dispositional characteristic controlling other systematic variables and extraneous variables effects. Thereby total 48 visual images were simulated. The subjects were 107 students. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, chi-square. test and pearson's correlation coefficients. Major findings were as follows; 1)Disposition toward oriental tradition were more likely appeared in higher emotional stability personality 2) Disposition toward tradition were more likely to be dominated than one toward modern in case of higher autonomy personality.

This study aimed to find out how gratitude disposition and creative personality affect teacher professionalism in 384 pre-service early childhood teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Sobel test for mediating effect. The results of the study were as follows: First, the average value was high in the order of teaching professionalism, gratitude disposition, and creative personality of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, there was a positive corelation between pre-service early childhood teachers' gratitude disposition and creative personality, gratitude disposition and teaching professionalism. Third, as a result of examining the relative effects of gratitude disposition and creative personality on teaching professionalism, persistance was found to be the strongest predictor among creative personality.

This study intended to identify the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, and to evaluate how creativity mediate this relationship. Participants were 123 university students in Busan, the collected data was analyzed using Model 6 of SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results indicated as follows. First, cooperative learning competency, creative ability, creative disposition, and personality all showed a significant positive correlation. Second, it was found that cooperative learning competency had a significant effect on personality. Third, the mediating effect of creative ability wasn't found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fourth, the mediating effect of creative disposition was found to be significant in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality. Fifth, in the relationship between cooperative learning competency and personality, the sequential mediating effect of creative ability and creative disposition was confirmed.

The purpose of this study was to identify high school students' mathematics learning style and its characteristics according to their personality disposition types and to propose mathematics learning strategies fit into each personality disposition type. For this purpose, MBTI personality test and survey to find mathematics learning style for 375 high school students were executed. The results were as follows. First, many students highly evaluated the effects of private education and prefer reference book to textbook. Second, there were significant differences on following variable domains of mathematics learning style such as learning attitude, learning habit(concentrativeness to concept understanding), problem solving strategies(effort for problem comprehension, use of various strategies), self management(metacognition) by MBTI personality disposition types(SJ, SP, NT, NF groups). Third, based on the results, the following mathematics learning strategies fit into each personality disposition type were recommended. SJ type students are needed to effort creative approach for open problem and to use mindmap as mathematics learning strategy. SP type students are needed to fulfill stepwise problem solving process and to effort constantly practice long/short term learning objectives. NT type students are needed to expand opportunity to study with friends and to use SRN(self reflection note) or mathematics journal writings as mathematics learning strategy. NF type students are needed to use mathematics learning note writing activity which include logical basis for each step of problem solving and to invest more time on learning algebra which need meticulous calculation.

The objective of this study is to investigate the association between MBTI personality types of potential investors and their cognitive behavioral investment disposition. Three questionnaires related with MBTI, cognitive investment disposition, and behavioral one from 400 subjects were collected and analyzed. Based on both cognitive and behavioral investment disposition scores, potential investors having E(Extroversion), S(Sensing), and F(Feeling) types tend to put up with the risk resulting from their investment better than ones who having I(Introversion), N(Intuition), and T(Thinking) types. However, the difference between J(Judging) and P(Perceiving) types was not significant. Also investor group with ENF combination had the most aggressive investment disposition among other groups. On the contrary the group with ISF had an tendency to avoid the investment risk. In addition the correlation between cognitive and behavioral investment dispositions was 0.86. This study is expected to be used as basic data with which investment companies and banks recommend adequate financial instruments to consumers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the teachers' belief of efficacy and their personality dispositions (reflective thinking, emotional adaptability, and motivation orientation). A survey was conducted of 282 kindergarten teachers working in the area of Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. Data were processed and analyzed by statistical methods of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, and hierarchical multiple regressions. Results showed that teachers' belief of efficacy was positively correlated with their personality dispositions of reflective thinking, emotional adaptability, and motivation orientation-approach. They were negatively correlated with motivational orientation-avoidance. Teachers' belief of efficacy was highly correlated with emotional adaptability in all variables, followed by reflective thinking and motivation orientations-avoidance.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine relationships between critical thinking disposition and multiple intelligences. Method: Participants were nursing students (N=186) who completed a questionnaire assessing critical thinking disposition and multiple intelligences. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance with post hoc comparison, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: For type of multiple intelligences, 32.9% of students had the strongest fit for "interpersonal intelligence" type and 20.1% for "intrapersonal intelligence" type. Mean score for critical thinking disposition was $3.42{\pm}0.37$. Factors related to critical thinking disposition were participation in club activities (F=5.962, p=.001) with a representative role in the club (t=2.140, p=.034). There were significant differences in interpersonal intelligence scores by personality traits (t=2.445, p=.015), participation in club activities (F=10.003, p<.001), and friendship (t=2.539, p=.012); and significant differences in intrapersonal intelligence scores by participation in club activities (F=3.862, p=.010), having a representative role in the club (t=2.101, p=.037), and friendship (t=2.220, p=.029). Conclusion: Results indicate that critical thinking disposition is significantly associated with multiple intelligences and suggest that multiple intelligences should be considered to enhance critical thinking disposition when tailored teaching is adopted in nursing education.

This study attempted to extend Korean Wave literature by investigating (a) the influence of protagonists' personality characteristics and the role of empathy under the affective disposition theory, and (b) the power of some external factors in the entertainment media selection. After watching an episode of the popular Korean drama, Secret Garden, participants completed a survey in the United States. Results demonstrated that (a) the effect of personality characteristics varied across gender and (b) external factors affects the entertainment media selection positively. Findings indicate that media enjoyment is dependent on the audience's external factors.
