This paper represents an exploratory effort to test empirically the contingent relationships between the contextual variables, such as user task characteristics and personality, and the information characteristics of Accounting Information Systems (AIS), and to prove the effects of influence factors on the increase of personal office productivity. In this study, it was suggested that personal office productivity is influenced by the fit between the contextual variables and the information dimensions of ALS. It was also proved that influence factors have a positive effect on the increase of personal office productivity.
This study investigated the emotional inferences depending on the children's age, character's personality traits, and emotional situations. One hundred three subjects (34 3-year-olds, 33 5-year-olds and 36 7-year-olds) were recruited from 3 daycare centers and 1 elementary school. Eight stories, consisting of four personality traits (positive-'active','helpful', negative-'selfish','mean') and two emotional situations (equivocal and unequivocal situation), were presented with three pictures each. The statistical methods adopted for the data analysis were repeated measure ANOVA, and paired t-test. The results showed that the 3-year-olds showed lower scores of emotional inferences than the 5- and 7-year-olds. However, there were no significant differences between the 5- and 7-year-olds. Children showed more personal inferential responses in the negative personality trait and equivocal situation.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to confirm whether brain disease or brain trauma actually affect psychopathology in young male group in Korea. Methods : The authors manually reviewed the result of Korean military multiphasic personal inventory (KMPI) in the examination of conscription in Korea from January 2008 to May 2010. There were total 237 young males in this review. Normal volunteers group (n=150) was composed of those who do not have history of brain disease or brain trauma. Brain disease group (n=33) was consisted of those with history of brain disease. Brain trauma group (n=54) was consisted of those with history of brain trauma. The results of KMPI in each group were compared. Results : Abnormal results of KMPI were found in both brain disease and trauma groups. In the brain disease group, higher tendencies of faking bad response, anxiety, depression, somatization, personality disorder, schizophrenic and paranoid psychopathy was observed and compared to the normal volunteers group. In the brain trauma group, higher tendencies of faking-good, depression, somatization and personality disorder was observed and compared to the normal volunteers group. Conclusion : Young male with history of brain disease or brain trauma may have higher tendencies to have abnormal results of multiphasic personal inventory test compared to young male without history of brain disease or brain trauma, suggesting that damaged brain may cause psychopathology in young male group in Korea.

Future society demands a personal who is equipped with personality as well as creativity. In this study is developed an creativity personality-integrated programing education model combining CPS(Creative Problem Solving) method for creativity and narrative approach for personality. The developed model was applied to the 5th, 6th grade students in elementary school. As a result, there were effects of improvement in cultivating both personality as well as creativity. The result may offer implications in developing a creativity personality-integrated education model and curriculums in computer science education.
As personal data breach reared up as a problem domestically and globally, organizations appointing chief privacy officers (CPOs) are increasing. Related Korean laws, 'Personal Data Protection Act' and 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.' require personal data processing organizations to appoint CPOs. Research on the characteristics and role of CPO is called for because of the importance of CPO being emphasized. There are many researches on top management's role and their impact on organizational performance using the Upper Echelon theory. This study investigates what influence the characteristics of CPO gives on the organizational privacy performance. CPO's definition varies depending on industry, organization size, required responsibility and power. This study defines CPO as 'a person who takes responsibility for all the duties on handling the organization's privacy,' This research assumes that CPO characteristics such as role, personality and background knowledge have an influence on the organizational privacy performance. This study applies the part relevant to the upper echelon's characteristics and performance of the executives (CEOs, CIOs etc.) for CPO. First, following Mintzberg and other managerial role classification, information, strategic, and diplomacy roles are defined as the role of CPO. Second, the "Big Five" taxonomy on individual's personality was suggested in 1990. Among these five personalities, extraversion and conscientiousness are drawn as the personality characteristics of CPO. Third, advance study suggests complex knowledge of technology, law and business is necessary for CPO. Technical, legal, and business background knowledge are drawn as the background knowledge of CPO. To test this model empirically, 120 samples of data collected from CPOs of domestic organizations are used. Factor analysis is carried out and convergent validity and discriminant validity were verified using SPSS and Smart PLS, and the causal relationships between the CPO's role, personality, background knowledge and the organizational privacy performance are analyzed as well. The result of the analysis shows that CPO's diplomacy role and strategic role have significant impacts on organizational privacy performance. This reveals that CPO's active communication with other organizations is needed. Differentiated privacy policy or strategy of organizations is also important. Legal background knowledge and technical background knowledge were also found to be significant determinants to organizational privacy performance. In addition, CPOs conscientiousness has a positive impact on organizational privacy performance. The practical implication of this study is as follows: First, the research can be a yardstick for judgment when companies select CPOs and vest authority in them. Second, not only companies but also CPOs can judge what ability they should concentrate on for development of their career relevant to their job through results of this research. Cultural social value, citizen's consensus on the right to privacy, expected CPO's role will change in process of time. In future study, long-term time-series analysis based research can reveal these changes and can also offer practical implications for government and private organization's policy making on information privacy.
Antenatal care is zoomed toward3 assisting the Individual to achieve safe and wholesome state of health during pregnancy. Nature of fear is assumed to be rooted to complex interaction between past experiences, human relationship and present state of health, however. specific relationship between fear and the variables have not yet been ascertained. This study is designed to investigate the nature of fear of pregnancy, and the correlation between fear and the personal and environmental variables such as personal characteristics past experiences. and psycho-social factors. During the period from October 23 to November 5, 215 pregnant and 104 non-pregnant women of similar chronological are group residing in Seoul were interviewed according to check-list by random General anxiety test, general personality test and test for fear of pregnancy, family according to specific variables such as past experiences of Pregnancy and childbirth, structure of family, family relationship and month of pregnancy was done to the group of pregnant women. To non-pregnant group, general anxiety test was performed to compare with pregnant group. Results of the study are as follows; 1. Hypothesis 1; Degree of general anxiety will be higher e pregnant women compared to that of non-pregnant women. There is no significant difference between the general anxiety of pregnant women and that of non-pregnant women. Therefore, hypothesis I is rejected. 2. Hypothesis 2: Fear of pregnancy and general anxiety will be correlated with personality factors. Through test for fear of pregnancy and general anxiety, a meager contra-correlation between fear and only two personal factors (R and E factor) is revealed but there is no significant correlation between fear and other personal factors (A.S. and T factor). Degree of fear of pregnancy tends to b: higher in the group with low personality factors; responsibility and emotional stability expect the correlation between ascendancy, sociability, and confidence-inferiority. non-significant. Through general anxiety test, level of general anxiety tends to be higher in the group. with low personality factors; responsibility. emotional stability, and confidence except ascendency and sociability, non-significant. Hypothesis 2 is partially supported. 3. Hypothesis 3; General anxiety and fear of pregnancy will be correlated with the past experience-ol pregnancy, and child-birth experience. Though general anxiety test and test for fear of pregnancy, non-significant difference is revealed by P〉.05 level Hypothesis 3 is rejected. 4. Hypothesis 4: General anxiety and fear of pregnancy will be correlated with the month at pregnancy will be correlated with the month of pregnancy. Through tests of general anxiety and fear, significant correlation is revealed degree of fear by-P〈.05 level (CR=1.98) and level of general anxiety by P〈.005 level (CR=3. 11) is higher in the earlier stage of pregnancy. Hypothesis 4 is supported. 5. Hypothesis 5, 6, 7; General anxiety and fear of pregnancy will be correlated with socio-economic status, family structure, and family relationship. Through general anxiety test and tear of pregnancy test, non-significant is revealed by P〉.05 level. Hypothesis 3.6.7 are rejected. Conclusion and recommendation Level of general: anxiety and degree of fear of pregnancy is shown not to be correlated with variables of past experiencers of pregnancy and child-birth. and family factors except the month of - pregnancy. Personal characteristics are shown to be partially contra-correlated meagerly with genera anxiety and fear of pregnancy. This study revealed contrasted results, in regard to presence of correlation between general anxiety and fear of pregnancy to other thesis. In this context. further studies under controlled environment is recommended.

Scientific space, one can observe the differentiation of the definition of the terms "value", "value orientations" because it does not yet have a clear standard definition. Many researchers have dealt with this topic, researched, analyzed, observed, and made conclusions. However, there is still a rich scope for research of such phenomena of personal structure as value orientations. Psychologists-researchers who, in their scientific, practical, and theoretical works, dealt with the topic of values and value orientations and came to the general conclusion that values are a structural component of a personality, with the help of which a person achieves a goal, sets this goal, and characterizes position in life. Saw the relationship between values and the basic structures of the personality, including value orientations-considered in values a system of orientation and personality attitudes.
The effects of personal(gender, physical growth) and environmental(communication with parent, intimacy of friendship, school performance, and satisfaction of school-life) factors on adolescent's self-esteem were examined in a samlpe of 525 first and second grades in middle school. The subdomains of the self-esteem were peer-related self, home self, teacher-related self, academic self, physical appearance self, physical competence self, personality self, and general self. T-test, Pearson's correlation, and regression were used as statistical analysis. Results were as follows. First, there was evidence of a gender difference in the level of the subsdomains of self-esteem: teacher-related, physical-appearance, physical-competence, and personality. Second, the factor which was the most powerful predictor of each subdomain of the self-esteem was as follows 1) the most powerful predictor of the peer-related self was the intimacy of friendship, 2) the most powerful predictor of the home self was the communication with parent, 3) the most powerful predictor of the teacher-related self was the satisfaction of school-life, 4) the most powerful predictor of the academic self was the school performance, 5)the most powerful predictor of the physical-appearance self, the physical competence self, and the personality self was the satisfaction of school-life, 6) the most powerful predictor of the general self was the school performance.
The purpose of this research is to find relationships between safeguards' personality traits and stress coping behaviors. The findings then could provide data to adapt safeguards to their duties. For that, personality traits such as sociability, stability and stress coping behaviors and the effects were investigated. In addition, cognitive aspects which were known to influence stress coping behaviors were appraised. The findings of this research are as follows, First, regarding personality traits and stress coping behaviors, the unstable and unsocial group used the emotion-focused coping style more than the stable and social group. The two groups didn't show any significant differences in the problem-focused coping style. The A-type group used both the problem-focused style and the emotion-focused style more than the B-type group. The common characteristic of the unstable, the unsociable and the A-type groups was the heavy use of avoidance behaviors of the emotion-focused coping style. Second, In the correlation between the personal traits and the stress coping effects regarding adaptability, the stability influenced stress coping effects. Third, regarding the personality traits, the coping styles and the coping effects, A-type group showed high correlation with the sociability but not with the stability. The problem-focused coping style showed high correlation with the emotion-focused style. Fourth, the cognitive appraisal on the stress causes influenced the stress coping styles but not the stress coping effects. Fifth, the cognitive appraisal on the same stress causes didn't show any significant differences among the personality traits.

The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.
