미병 증상과 삶의 질 연관성 연구 (The Association between Mibyeong Symptoms and Quality of Life)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between quality of life and Mibyeong index of abnormal symptoms by the Mibyeong state. Methods : A total of 1,100 people were recruited into this study and were collected by specialized research company. The data were collected by personal information using MBI(Mibyeong Index) and SF-12 (Short form-12) and were analyzed with SPSS (version 21.0) computer program, and included Pearson's chi-square test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results : The Mibyeong Index which represents abnormal symptom type showed significant difference for Mibyeong state (p<.001). In Total subject, fatigue, pain, low sleep quality and indigestion were found to be significant predictors of PCS(Physical Component Summary). In Healthy group, pain was found to be significant predictor of PCS. In MI 1 group, fatigue, pain, indigestion and anxiety were found to be significant predictors of PCS. In MI 2 group, fatigue, pain and low sleep quality were found to be significant predictors of PCS. In Total subject, fatigue, depression, anger and anxiety were found to be significant predictors of MCS (Mental Component Summary). In Healthy group, indigestion and anxiety were found to be significant predictors of MCS. In MI 1 group, depression and anger were found to be significant predictors of MCS. In MI 2 group, fatigue and depression were found to be significant predictors of MCS. Conclusions : The relationship between Quality of life and MBI changes according to Mibyeong state. We expect that this result could be contribute to health management of people in Mibyeong state.

스프라이트킷을 활용한 융복합 캐주얼 게임 제작 (Casual Game Production Using Spritekit)

  • 본 논문은 스프라이트 킷을 활용한 캐주얼 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고 있다. 최근 개인용 근접미디어 및 소셜 네트워크 사용의 보편화로 부상한 캐주얼 게임은 게임 산업의 질적 다변화와 게임의 대중화를 유도했다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 가진다. 이러한 배경에서 캐주얼 게임에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 캐주얼 게임 제작 프로세스를 3단계로 나누어 제시하고, 스프라이트 킷을 활용하여 게임 '라운드 앤 라운드'를 제작하였다. 또한 캐주얼 게임 프로덕션 과정을 구조 설계, 화면 구성 및 디자인, 전체프로그램 개발, 디버깅의 단계로 구분하여 정리하였다. 본 연구는 캐주얼 게임제작에 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하나의 방법론을 제시함으로써 개인 혹은 소규모 인원들이 게임을 개발하는데 가이드라인이 되고자 하는 본질적인 목적에 부합했다고 판단된다.

모바일광고의 성장과 광고산업의 미래 (The Growth of Mobile Advertising and the Future of the Advertising Industry)

  • 스마트폰 이용 확대로 광고 매체시장이 큰 변화를 겪고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 모바일광고의 부상이 가져 올 광고시장의 변화를 시나리오플래닝 기법으로 예측하는 것이다. 타켓팅 기술, 개인정보 규제, 광고회피 극복을 모바일광고 성장에 크게 영향을 주는 불확실 변수로 보고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 5년 후 광고시장을 시나리오로 구성했다. 모바일광고가 유선인터넷 광고를 능가하는지 여부와 유무선 인터넷광고가 4대 매체 광고를 추가 잠식할지 여부 두 가지 경우를 $2{\times}2$ 매트리스로 조합하여, 모바일광고가 유선인터넷 광고는 물론 4대 매체를 추가로 잠식하는 경우, 유선인터넷 광고를 보조하는 수준에서만 성장하는 경우, 유선인터넷을 잠식하는 수준에서만 성장하는 경우, 마지막으로 유선인터넷 광고와 동반 퇴보하는 경우를 불확실 변수 전개에 따라 기술했다. 전문가들은 모바일이 광고 매체시장을 평정하는 상황을 가장 유력하게 보고 있다. 하지만 타켓팅 기술, 광고회피 극복, 개인정보 활용 범위 등 불확실 변수가 어떻게 진행되느냐에 따라 충분히 다른 시나리오도 가능하다. 앞으로 기술 변수를 사회경제적인 변수와 결합하고 기술을 좀 더 세분화시켜야 하는 과제를 안고 있다.

결혼이주여성의 건강관련 중재 연구 동향 분석 (Analysis of Health Related Intervention Research for Married Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 국내 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한 건강관련중재연구의 동향을 고찰함으로 결혼이주여성의 건강증진을 위한 중재개발의 기초적 자료로 활용하기 위한 문헌분석 연구로 15년간 국내외 학술지에 발표된 결혼이주여성 대상 건강관련 논문 96편 중 9편의 중재연구를 분석하였다. 9편의 실험 연구 중 3편이 임신 분만 관련 중재 연구이고, 영유아 감염예방, 여성 질환 관련 중재연구가 각각 1편이었으며, 신체적 요소만을 다룬 논문은 3편, 정신적 요소만을 다룬 논문은 2편, 4편은 정신 및 신체적 혹은 사회적 요소를 함께 포함하는 중재프로그램을 제공하였다. 신체적 요소를 포함한 결혼이주여성 대상의 연구는 여성이 결혼 후 자녀를 출산하고 양육하는 과정에 이어 생애 전반에 걸친 다양한 문제에의 접근을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 이들을 위한 정신사회적 중재는 여성 개인적 차원과 관계적 차원 모두에서 긍정적 대처와 적응을 돕기 위한 목적으로 계획되어야 할 것이다.

간호사의 이직경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on Nurses' Experiences of Turnover)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine nurses' turnover experiences and to provide basic information for developing turnover intervention program for effective human resources management. Methods: This study is an inductive, descriptive phenomenological research that uses profound interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were nurses retired from a hospital. Results: The themes were classified into the three theme clusters. The first theme was about 'deepening inside wound' which was described as experiencing stresses due to introversion, feeling a heavy burden about responsibilities as experienced nurses, feeling guilty about limits of performance and hurt about reproaches by seniors and having conflicts with physicians. The second theme cluster focused on 'powerlessness as time goes', which was stated as having difficulty in adaptation to the new rotated wards, feeling tired and having no spare time and difficulty in night duty, experiencing stagnation and powerlessness and feeling disappointed about inadequate rewards. The third was about 'can't find the exit' which were expressed with wanting to change the speciality because of concerns about future, having affection to motherhood, feeling conflict over the nursing profession itself, concentrating on the matter of turnover and facing related personal situations, and regretting turnover. Conclusion & Suggestions: Considering all these experiences, field managers in nursing should build up a support system that helps nurses overcome risks related to decision-making about turnover. In addition, nurse managers need to develop a human resources development program in which competent nurses are continuously won over through education and counseling.

아파트 거주자의 주거환경 스트레스에 대한 대처방식 유형 - 광주시를 중심으로 - (Coping Styles about Residential Environmental Stress among Apartment Housing Dwellers - Focus on the Gwangju City -)

  • Rapid social change affects residential environments and this in turn creates new stimuli to which people have to adapt. These stimuli have been seen to increase stress levels. Therefore, dwellers in these environments try to reduce stress through various methods. The purpose of this paper is to: 1) identify the general trends of coping styles about residential environmental stress, 2) analyze the differences in socio-demographic characteristics and how the physical characteristics of buildings affect stress, find out how personal backgrounds affect stress levels and the ability to get rid of environmental-related stress. The subjects in this study consisted of people living in multi-family housing in Gwangju. The city is divided into 5 districts and used quota sampling. 324 housewives were surveyed from the households by self-administered questionnaires. The survey was conducted in December, 2006, after the questionnaire was revised based on the results of preliminary survey. After all the questionnaires were collected, the data was coded and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. This study confirmed that the manner in which those in multi-family housing coped with stress. Especially, we need a policy which seriously considers residents who are of low social-economic standing. As well as being exposed to residential environmental stress, they also have no means to deal with it. The age of a building had a strong impact on coping styles about residential environmental stress. We have to make special studies about the adaptive reuse of buildings for the reduction of residential environmental stress and to greatly improve coping styles. In conclusion, it emphasized the importance of education, information, and economic aid. Reasonable housing management would surely lead to a rise in residential satisfaction and the promotion of residential welfare.

혼인율 특성, 변화요인 분석과 가족정책 제언 (A Critical Analysis of the Characteristics and Causes of the Changes in Marriage Rates and Recommendations for Family Policy)

  • This study analyzes marriage and fertility rates in Korea and makes recommendations for family policy. Based on the 'The Report of Marriage & Divorce Statistics in 2005' and data from the Korea Statistical Information System (KOSIS) of the National Statistics Organization, the trends, reasons for marriage rates changes, and future expectations were critically reviewed. In addition, the relationship between marriage and fertility rates was analyzed. The principle characteristics of marriage rates are as follows: 1) the M-shape of the longitudinal crude marriage rates; 2) the increased age of individuals entering their the first marriage; 3) the increase in remarriage rates; 4) the changes in the patterns of remarriage; 5) the increased in the age at which individuals remarry and; 6) the increase in marriage to non-Koreans. The marriage and fertility rates changes are a permanent normative shift because of 1) later marriage because of women's increased education and labor force participation 2) rational choices about birth control 3) reduced population because of the aging of baby boomers 4) structural changes in the marriage market and 5) egalitarian changes in women's attitudes toward marriage and family. The recommendations for future family policy were as follows: 1) the need for a realistic, long-term family policy because the current marriage patterns will continue; 2) the need to develop new statistics such as fertility rates that are based on marriage cohort or birth cohort because family behavior is a mixture of personal, social and political responses; 3) the need for impact analysis of current family policy about increasing fertility rates; 4) the need for a new family perspective that encompasses diverse marriage and family patterns; 5) the need to focus on men's role in families because of women's changing roles and family interaction patterns and; 6) the need for preventive family policies such as family life education.

병원 행정직의 직무스트레스와 관련된 요인 (Factors Related to Occupational Stress among Hospital Administrative Staff)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직 근무자들의 직무스트레스와 관련된 요인들을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 전라북도 지역의 30개 병원에서 임의로 선정된 재직자 189명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2014년 6월 1일부터 두달 동안에 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 남성보다는 여성에서, A형 행동유형 점수가 높을수록, 우연신념이 높을수록, 외적통제신념이 낮을수록, 자아존중감이 낮을수록, 사회심리적 스트레스 수준이 높을수록, 우울수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 유의하게 높았으며, 투입된 변수들의 설명력은 55.8%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 병원행정직 근무자들의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해서는 A형 행동유형 및 통제신념을 관리하고, 자아존중감을 높이고, 사회심리적 스트레스 및 우울수준울 낮추는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

수학과 교수.학습 과정에 핵심역량의 반영 정도와 그 가능성에 대한 교사들의 인식조사 (Teachers' Perceptions and Applications of Key Competency-Based Learning and Instruction in Mathematics Classrooms)

  • 국내외 교육개혁에 있어 역량이 도입되는 흐름 속에서 본 연구는 수학과 교수 학습 과정에 핵심역량의 반영 정도와 그 가능성에 대한 초 중 고 교사들의 인식을 설문조사와 심층면담을 통해 분석하였다. 한국교육과정평가원(KICE)에서 제안한 핵심역량 중 교수 학습 과정에 반영되고 있는 핵심역량은 문제해결능력, 기초학습능력, 창의력, 의사소통능력, 정보처리능력의 순으로 나타났다. 한편, 대인관계능력, 자기관리능력, 시민의식, 국제사회문화이해, 진로개발능력은 수학내용과 직접적인 연결이 안 됨, 수업시간 부족 등의 이유로 교수 학습 과정에 덜 반영되고 있으며, 특히 국제사회문화이해, 시민의식, 대인관계능력, 진로개발능력은 수학교육에 반영이 어려운 역량으로 인식하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학교교육을 통해 길러야 할 핵심역량은 수학교육을 통해서도 길러져야 한다는 전제 아래 교사들의 인식전환, 교수 학습 방법과 학습 자료의 개발 및 홍보, 평가 방법의 변화가 필요함을 시사한다.

간호사의 이직결정과 관련요인에 관한 연구 (Factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign)

  • This study was to investigated the factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign. The purpose was to contribute information useful for the effective management of nurse staffing resources. The specific objectives were as follows : 1. To investigate the level of job satisfaction of nurses who resign. 2. To analyze the relationship of job expectations and the decisions to resign. 3. To investigate the major reason for nurses' resignations. 4. To identify the relationship of the general characteristics of the nurses and the factors influencing their decisions to resign. 5. To analyze the relationship of the intention to resign and the factors influencing the decisions to resign. The sample consisted of 90 nurses who worked at Y hospital in Seoul from march. 1987 to Feb. 1988 and who had resigned. The instruments used for this study were slavitt et al's Index of Work Satisfaction Scale and a job expectations scale developed by the researcher Analysis of data was done using frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The results of study were as follows : 1. There was no difference in the job satisfaction level of nurses who resigned compared with nurses in active service but the subcategory interaction score was lower and the subcategory salary score was higher than for nurses in active service. 2. Low job expectation scores influenced the decision to resign. 3. The major reason for resigning were personal problems such as marriage, childbirth, and relocation of family. 4. The length of employment and the number of different service areas of the nurses who resigned were associated with the job satisfaction level. 5. The nurses who had have an intention to resign while in active service had lower scores for job satisfaction and the job expectation score was a greater influence on the decision to resign. In conclusion, the factors influencing the decisions of nurse to resign were job satisfaction, job expectations and intention to resign while still in active service.
