사회가 발전함에 따라 장애복지정책도 장애인의 권리를 보장하기 위한 방향으로 발전하고 있으며 활동보조서비스는 장애인들의 자기결정권을 보장하는 주요 제도이다. 이번 연구의 목적은 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도의 발전방안을 모색하기 위해 한국과 일본의 제도를 비교분석하기 위한 것이다. 비교분석은 신청 자격기준, 정보제공, 지원내용(서비스의 양과 종류 및 지급기관), 이의 신청 제도, 경제적 부담능력 등과 같은 제도 현황을 중심으로 비교분석하였다. 조사 결과에 따르면 한국의 활동지원제도는 이용자의 필요욕구 보다는 행정 중심적으로 이루어지고 있었으며 서비스 시간과 서비스 유형이 개인의 활동지원 필요성에 의하여 이루어 지고 있지 못한 상태에 있었다. 반면, 일본의 활동지원제도는 자립생활의 이념에 맞춰 제공되고 있으며 자기결정권과 서비스 선택권에 의해 서비스가 계획되고 제공되고 있었다. 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도의 발전을 위해서는 첫째, 활동지원제도는 자립생활의 이념에 맞춰 제공되어야 한다. 이는 활동지원서비스의 이념이 장애인의 자기결정권과 선택권을 기초로 하고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 신청 자격기준, 정보제공, 지원내용, 이의 신청 제도, 경제적 부담능력 등을 분석한 결과 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도는 전반적으로 재검토가 필요하다. 셋째, 한국의 활동지원제도의 효율성 및 정착을 위해 일본제도와 같이 상담지원(사례관리)체계의 도입이 필요하다. 이는 사례관리체계를 통해 활동지원의 양과 서비스 유형이 체계화되면서 장애인들의 사회참여의 기회가 확대될 것이기 때문이다.

빅데이터 처리기술의 발전과 함께 보건의료 빅데이터의 잠재적 가치도 크게 주목받고 있다. 그리고 이러한 잠재적 가치를 현실화하기 위해서는 보건의료 빅데이터를 이용한 다양한 연구가 필수적이다. 하지만 개인정보보호법을 중심으로 한 빅데이터 규제체계는 경제재로서의 빅데이터의 측면을 고려하지 못하고 있어, 이를 연구목적으로 활용하는데 많은 장애를 발생시키고 있다. 환자의 치료라는 1차적 목적을 중심으로 한 보건의료정보의 규제체계를 기술의 발전에 부합하며 공익적 활용이 용이한 형태로 개선시켜야 한다. 이를 위해서 개인정보의 보호와 활용의 균형에 대한 고민이 반영된 해외의 법제 동향을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 해외 법제의 시사점을 바탕으로 우리 법제에서 다음과 같은 방향의 개선점을 도출할 수 있다. 우선 보건의료정보에 특화되고 보호와 활용을 아우르는 법제가 필요하다. 개인정보의 비식별화도 개인정보보호법의 적용이 배제되는 수준을 명확하게 규정해야 한다. 보건의료 빅데이터를 연계할 수 있는 법적 기반의 구축을 통해 관련 연구에 시너지 효과를 창출해야 한다. 외국에서의 논의에 대한 검토와 사회적 합의를 바탕으로 옵트아웃 제도의 도입도 고려해야 한다. 하지만 무엇보다 중요한 것은 이러한 시스템에 대한 국민의 신뢰일 것이다.

This case study is to embody the birth of a beautiful goddess out of seashells in a contemporary fashion design collection, on the basis of the mythology of The Birth of Venus. The main theme attempts to reinterpret the image of the goddess of love and beauty and express the organic vitality of seashells and oceanic feelings by swirls in motion. To accomplish this, three dimensional silhouette of layered forms of voluminous outer and fitted inner is applied to design ideas with spiral curves. The opposite texture of something sculptural and transparent versus smooth and shiny is used to express the layered structure of seashells with the delicacy of goddess. Neutral colours and different tones of pink appeal to oceanic feelings and feminine emotion in a modern way. Various techniques by the geometric simplicity of flat patterns and pleating with boning are also performed to express the vital movement of organism. Throughout the whole process of this case study, the conceptual idea of Swirls in Motion - a goddess and seashells is reinterpreted to a contemporary fashion by personal and creative design development process. In particular, it is evaluated by the process of primary researches, various design developments and experimentations to the main theme.

Excessive consumption, pollution, and am expanding global population are seen as very important issues that must be solved through reusable materials and the reduction of energy consumption. This study examines the values and design elements such as line, color, and textures in eco-friendly fashion that could contribute to the product development of an eco-friendly brand. The following methods of analysis were used in this study. An in-depth interview (where the interviewer records the response of interviewers to questions) was used to grasp the diverse design properties of products that customers need or want and the recorded interviews were documented by computer using open coding. The results show that the personal, economic, and social value of eco-friendly fashion has increased, in addition to the environmental value. The needs and preference of customers for eco-friendly fashion design were diversified and the consumer consciousness was more advanced than the consciousness of experts. This shows that it is not enough to consider the effect on the environment. In conclusion, understanding the personal, environmental, economic, and social value from the viewpoint of customers, finding the optimal design factors, and reflecting them in the development of products are necessary for advanced eco-friendly fashion.

본 논문은 휴대 및 이동이 가능한 개인용 소형 산소발생기 개발에 관한 것이다. 소형 산소발생기는 소형 진공펌프에 의해 진공흡착방식으로 작동된다. 각 구성품을 소형화와 경량화에 맞춰 구성하였으며 토출펌프 회전속도, 노즐 직경, 3-way 밸브 작동시간을 변화시키면서 산소농도와 유량을 최적화하였다. 노즐 직경 0.5mm에서 발생된 산소농도는 약 37%이며 유량은 $1{\ell}$/min이다. 노즐로부터 30cm 떨어진 위치에서 약 0.5%의 농도증가 효과가 나타났다.

The fusion of Internet technology and applications with wireless communication provides a new business model and promises to extend the possibilities of commerce to what is popularly called mobile commerce, or m-commerce. In mobile Internet banking service through wireless local area network, security is a most important factor to consider. We describe the development of security service for mobile Internet banking on Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). Banking Server and Authentication Server were developed to simulate banking business and to support certificate management of authorized clients, respectively. To increase security, we took hybrid approach in implementation: symmetric block encryption and public-key encryption. Hash function and random number generation were exploited to generate a secret key. The data regarding banking service were encrypted with symmetric block encryption, RC4, and the random number sequence was done with public-key encryption. PDAs communicate through IEEE 802.IIb wireless LAN (Local Area Network) to access banking service. Several banking services and graphic user interfaces, which emulatedthe services of real bank, were developed to verity the working of each security service in PDA, the Banking Server, and the Authentication Server.

임베디드 시스템 기술 발전으로 차세대 컴퓨터로서 웨어러블 컴퓨터가 등장하게 되었다 아직까지 이러한 웨어러블 컴퓨터는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 성능의 한계로 응용에 제한을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 개발한 임베디드 웨어러블 컴퓨터에서 멀티미디어 응용 서비스가 가능하도록 하는 MPEG-4 비디오 플레이어를 구현하였다. 본 논문은 ETRI에서 개발한 손목시계형 웨어러블 컴퓨터인 WPS(Wearable Personal Station) 상에서의 MPEG-4 동영상 플레이어 구현에 대해 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to look at the elementary school teachers' practical experiences of change and knowledges in promotion of Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) process with Community of Practice(CoP) of teachers and Biographical Approach. ESD project of 'S' elementary school was started by Principal's recognition of further and that was practiced with a common theme over the course through various experiences in educational field with teachers' involvement and finally came to the changes in teachers' personal life and lifelong cognition. Through Community of Practice teachers could look the concept of ESD to a wide field of view and tried various activities in the classroom with students and also, as a further, were able to equip new professional competency with skills. Through the process of learning and experience teachers accepted the ESD philosophy as the engine of life and experienced that their long-term recognition was extended to the whole personal life and the global community.

The weakening of the traditional cultures is becoming more evident from the final quarter of the last century, a period of time where the world starts to look like a "small village" in all means. A substantial cause of cultural deterioration shows to be the growing use of information and communication technologies widening the views, mentalities, and perspectives of people. Today the adolescent groups frequently owning, utilizing and consequently being charmed by the electronic equipment such like computers, internet and cellular phones have developed a unique tradition/practice in sensing and meaning life triggering larger generation gap and fading of established cultures. The main focusing of the paper is on the correlation between computer and internet use and life satisfaction, level of hope, personal development assessments and expectations of the adolescent groups in Turkey. Interpretation of the survey findings indicates that this group grading highest in use of that shows to be the happiest, most hopeful and optimistic ones among other groups. Methodologically, the study is based on data analysis and a review of recent key literature. For more dependable results a further study comparing similar tendencies of the similar groups of other nationalities is recommended.

This study started with the need for transition to competency-based education as well as the witness of fast changes in fashion industry's job environment. The goals of this study were (1) to explore fashion designers' competencies that are necessary for a successful careers in global fashion industry, and (2) to establish fashion designer competency model. In-depth individual interviews were conducted with 15 participants who have charged for design department and moreover have shown high performance in national, licence or designer brands in Korea fashion industry. Grounded theory was adopted to analyze data. As a result of analysis, the 4 core competencies emerged: problem-solving, research, inter-personal, and self-development. Each core competency has sub-competencies. Creativity, commerciality, control, decision making were sub-competencies for the problem-solving competency. Information management, innovation understanding & application, trend analysis & forecasting were sub-competencies for the research competency. Consumer, inside company, and outside company relationships were sub-competencies for the inter-personal competency. Self-awareness, self-management, expertise were sub-competencies for the self-development competency. In order to acquire these competencies, knowledge (academic, practical, multi-discipline), skills (sense, analysis, synthesis, communication), and attitude (interest, enjoyment, perseverance, personality) were essential. Based on these findings, implications for university fashion design education and further research areas were suggested.
