This study is aims to voluntary participation in rural development projects, voluntary participation by analyzing the individual competence factors, how the what and how much influence affect the continued involvement and participation as a concept of strengthening community capacity the plan for it to present. The results of survey, through factor analysis and reliability analysis for extracting the components of individual competence areas and life satisfaction, self acting capacity, was extracted with recognized competence, was the factor analysis and reliability analysis for ongoing involvement and participation. Personal competence was a multiple regression analysis, the participation of three elements as independent variables as dependent variables to evaluate the impact of continuing involvement, and the resulting Regional and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.301$) have the greatest impact It showed. In addition, regional analysis and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.247$) on the impact of enlargement on the individual capabilities showed the highest participation. The elements of local life satisfaction and personal competencies exerts the greatest influence on the continued involvement and participation in the study was obtained. It based on the results in rural development for the voluntary participation and participation of the population should be considered with a plan to enhance the regional and life satisfaction, "the software business, which is carried out in rural areas developed for them by local residents the measures to increase life satisfaction will be provided.

In this paper, we proposed reliability and capacity enhancement methods for IEEE 802.15.3 HDR-WPAN (High Data Rate-Wireless Personal Area Network) system which is currently getting an interest in home network technology adopting a MIMO technique. We also analyzed performance or the proposed system through a computer simulation. The HDR-WPAN system using V-BLAST algorithm, transmitting the different signal vector to each other's sub-channel, can get the transmission speed of more than 110Mbps using two Tx/Px antenna without bandwidth expansion in TCM-64QAM mode. Also the proposed system has reliability of 104 at $E_b/N_0=35dB$ under the Rayleigh fading channel in case of two Tx/Rx antenna with MMSE algorithm. The HDR-WPAN system adopting V-BLAST method has its drawback which is very complicated to determine the decision-ordering at the receiver. But, the proposed system enhances the transmission capacity and reliability without extra bandwidth expansion by sending data streams to multiple antennas.

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of SME members' motivation and creative working environment on innovative behavior and to see differences according to individual absorptive capacity. As a research method for this, 350 copies were collected by requesting a specialized research company for employees who have worked at SMEs for more than a year, and research models and hypotheses were verified with SPSS 28 and Smart PLS 3. As a result of the study, approach motivation and creative work environment had a positive effect on individual innovation behavior, which showed significant differences according to individual absorptive capacity. The implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, for innovative organizational management in SMEs where human resources are more important than physical resources, SMEs need to provide a creative working environment and motivate members to derive positive innovative behavior. Second, innovation behavior differs depending on personal absorptive capacity, and innovation behavior becomes the subject of corporate growth, indicating that various interests and support are needed to increase personal absorptive capacity along with positive motivation for members.

The purpose of this study is to profile actual conditions of personal information protection systems operated in overseas countries and examine major considerations of personal information that security service providers must know in the capacity of privacy information processor, so that it may contribute to preventing potential occurrence of any legal disputes in advance. Particularly, this study further seeks to describe fundamental idea and principle of said Personal Information Protection Act; enhancement of various safety measures (e.g. collection / use of privacy data, processing of sensitive information / personal ID information, and encryption of privacy information); restrictions on installation / operation of video data processing devices; and penal regulations as a means of countermeasure against leakage of personal information, while proposing possible solutions to cope with these matters. Using cases among foreign countries for this study. Possible solutions proposed by this study can be summed up as follows: By changing minds with sufficient legal reviews, it is required for security service providers to 1) clearly and further specify any purposes of collecting and using privacy information, if possible, 2) obtain any privacy information by legitimate means as it is necessary to collect such information, 3) stop providing any personal information for the 3rd parties or for any other purposes except fundamental purposes of using privacy information, and 4) have full knowledge about duty of safety measure in accordance with safe maintenance of privacy information and protect any personal information from unwanted or intentional leakage to others.

Intelligent Peripheral(IP) system is to provide specialized resource functions (SRF) such as playing announcement, collecting user information, and receiving messages in the Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN). We analyze the call processing capacity of an AIN IP system being developed in ETRI through an extensive simulation using SLAM II under a variety of AIN service scenarios. We consider televoting (VOT) and universal personal telecommunication (UPT) services which are to be provided at the fit implementation of the AIN in Korea. As the performance criteria to determine the call processing capacity, processor utilization, delay and call loss probability are considered. It turns out that the major processor called SAMP is the bottleneck processor, the service response delay dominates the delay performance, and the call loss probability becomes the primary criterion in determining the call processing capacity of the AIN IP system. It is also shown that the call processing capacity of the AIN IP system is determined by the utilization of the processor and the delay performance when the VOT ratio is below 70 percent but it is determined by the call loss probability due to the lack of service channels for providing the SRF operations.

This paper explores the key facts of residents' participation in local development projects and activities. Analysing in what ways indifferent residents pay attention to local issues and participate in local activities, this paper aims to suggest the effective ways of residents' participation for local capacity building. By in-depth interviews with active participants in local projects, this paper elucidates three key facts for boosting residents' participation: first, the approval of community about what they have done in community: second, social networking which contains full of trust and solidarity: third, the effort to coincide their personal interest with their local issues.

Personal distance is one of the basic and important concepts in the field of Environmental Psychology in influencing personal space, visible or invisible territoriality and psychological carrying capacity of contemporary urban dwellers. This study aims to analyze the bench users' behaviour and personal distances in urban parks for the first time in Korea, one of the representative landscape spaces in urban areas. For these purposes, this study has adopted a blind observation and pictorial analysis for bench users in Yeouido Park in Seoul. The main results of this study show that the average interpersonal distance between female and male(intimate relationship) is 47.5cm, the distance between female and female is 53.2cm, and the distance between male and male is 70.3cm. These results mostly support the previous western study results, but the interpersonal space and territoriality of Koreans in urban parks may be smaller than that for western societies.

This study as an exploratory study, investigates personal cloud service use which has been developed and distributed rapidly. Focusing on the user's characteristics and use behaviors, the influences of connected uses of platform and contents are empirically figured out. The results show that the contents which need small-data capacity like pictures and musics have been used very frequently in a cloud service. Second, 'platform-connected use' has been found out as the most influential factor in cloud service. SNS, e-mail, and personal innovativeness are also proved as significant factors. As a leading study analyzing theoretically the personal cloud service, it implies that it is necessary to consider the user's characteristics and use behaviors in developing cloud service in the market and making policy for promoting relevant industry.
