This study dealt with an experimental study on development of tile grout cement complied with international standards criteria. Tile Grout Cement is divided two grade, 1 type and 2 type, in KS F 1592:2011. International Standards(ISO) is divided 9 grade. performance evaluation for cement content was measured according to KS L ISO 13007. water absorption test results are based on the cement content 30% were satisfied with International Standards criteria. strength test results are based on the cement content 25% were satisfied with International Standards criteria.

On this Study, it conducts the Standards investigation about air leakage of Buildings for performance improvement of Smoke control in Fire. In domestic standards, it is incomplete the Criteria standards of air leakage. Therefore it is considered that won't limit the smoke spread due to stack effect. But in the case of the United States, it conducts the Hot smoke air-Leakage test and it consider that can prevent the Smoke Spread in Compartment.

이 연구의 목적은 과학교육 내용표준을 개발하여 과학 교육과정 및 교과서 개발, 그리고 과학수업의 실질적인 영향 및 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료 제공이다. 3학년에서 9학년까지의 과정 동안, 자연 과학 분야에서 학생들이 무엇을 알아야 하고, 무엇을 이해해야 하며, 무엇을 할 수 있는지를 제시하였다. 문헌 및 선행 연구, 설문조사 및 심층 면담 등을 통하여 과학교육 내용표준의 기본틀과 하위 요소를 설정하였다. 과학교육 내용표준은 상황, 구성요소, 성취의 세 부분으로 구분된다. 상황은 학생들에게 있어서 과학이 언제, 어디서, 어떻게 필요한가를 제공할 수 있는 것이다. 구성요소는 학생들이 학교 과학교육을 통해서 배워야 하는 과학의 본성, 과학적 창의성, 과학적 탐구, 핵심내용지식 등으로 이루어진다. 성취는 과학교육을 통해 도달하고자 하는 것을 의미한다. 과학교육 내용표준은 특정 교육과정을 제공하는 것이 아니라, 학교와 지역, 국가 수준에서 어떤 특정한 활동이 과학교육의 이상에 도움이 되는가를 판단하는 준거를 제공하는 것이다. 즉 과학교육 내용표준은 학년군별로 과학교육의 성취 수준을 제시하여 주고, 과학교육 및 교육 목표에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한, 그리고 교육과정의 설계나 교과서를 개발하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용 가능할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 철도 시스템에서 사용하는 저압 전원용 서지보호장치(surge protective devices) 규칙의 성능평가 항목 및 성능개선 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다. 먼저 철도시스템 환경과 관련된 전자기장해(electromagnetic interference) 현상을 검토하였다. 그리고 국제규격인 IEC 및 IEEE와 평가항목 및 펑가방법 등을 비교 검토하였다. 검토 결과 국내 철도관련 규격은 국제규격과 비교하여 비교하여 발견하였다. 개선방안으로 서지 보호소자 단위의 시험은 삭제하고, 규격 종류는 전원용과 신호용으로 분리하며, 서지 파형은 국제적으로 인정된 것을 사용하도록 제안하였다. 철도용 저압 서지보호장치에 대해 서지제한전압 측정 및 서지 수명시험을 국제규격에 따라 시험한 결과 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다.

Due to the recent Law on facilities Improvement in public performance facilities, equal access to the need of cultural satisfaction and the standards of facilities for people with disabilities are to be assessed. The aim of this study was to determine how to improve the facilities for disabled individuals and provide complementary guidelines for amenities designed for people with disabilities based on a comparative analysis of the disability codes in Korea, Japan, USA, Australia and Canada as well as a field observation. The results suggest the need for improved guidelines in terms of accessibility and accessible seating, which are summarized as follows: (1) The facility standards need to be complemented and clarified in terms of a detailed description, (2) regarding facilities for accessible seating, fall prevention handrails should be lowered to a height within the range of vision of the individual (3) The purpose and user's manual for theater and cultural facilities as well as detailed dimensional requirements need to be restated, and (4) an improvement in accessible seating in theaters and cultural facilities is needed. The purpose of the this study is to show an arrangement of a fundamental judgement and a ground data which can be complemented in planning a public performance facilities for the people with disabilities.

This paper describes domestic technical standard of Photovoltaic(PV) PCS(Power Conditioning Systems)-Characteristics of the utility interface. This standard tests utility compatibility and personnel safety and equipment protection of PV inverter performance functions. Especially utility compatibility part includes test items of 1)voltage, current and frequency, 2)normal voltage operating range, 3)DC injection, 4)normal frequency operating range, 5)harmonics and 6)waveform distortion, 7)power factor of PV inverter. Therefore in this paper each test item of domestic technical standard is studied and analyzed and finally full tested by PV inverter performance function.

The study aims to develop balanced performance assessment tasks for primary school mathematics which can be implemented in the primary school easily. In order to these purposes, I suggest the types of performance assessment tasks and the framework of assessment standards for the balanced performance assessment with describing the procedures of developing tasks and rubrics. The types of task are journal writing, problem posing, constructed task, and descriptive task. In the framework of assessment standards, I suggest holistic scoring which are classified as four levels according to the degree of excellence which students perform totally concerning about the criterion of implication, reasoning, accuracy, and communication. Also I analyse the responses of children to the task “make a beautiful pattern” and suggest its assessment rubric and anchor papers for each level for illustrating the process of developing a rubric in holistic scoring. In order to reflect the viewpoints of children and their Parents concerning about the tasks, the responses in self assessment and parent assessment are analysed. Finally, methods of implementing the assessment tasks and considerations are discussed.

In evaluating sound performance of building, it is important to carry on tests and evaluations based upon residential sound performances. Korean Standards include test methods on sound performance, but don't include any code on evaluation methods. Therefore, evaluation methods from Japan or ISO have been used for evaluating sound performance in domestic so far. In this study, every regulation from ISO, JIS, ASTM, especially for airborne sound insulation against building and building element, is analyzed in order to apply to establishment of Korean Standards on a sound performance evaluation method in buildings.

This paper deals with the Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application scheme pertaining to optimal maintenance program for logistics of Korean Fighter Experimental(KF-X) Project. For enhancement of the performance based logistics system application to KF-X program the selection of appropriate standards fit to maximize cost-cutting, a set of performance metrics fit for the purpose of the contract, foreign technology dependence of core equipments and parts were considered. Thus, selecting appropriate standards fit for Korean logistics environment, domestic maintenance enterprise for stable rate of operation of KF-X, a systematic reliability task that is able to measure quantitative combat capability are suggested.

The concept of bio-housing comes from the new social and culture housing trends. Previous research have shown standards on performance criteria for bio-housing. However some criteria on that research were overlapped because they were merged from various current housing assessment systems. This current research looks on the duplication of criteria which were impossible to evaluate current housing assessment, and make specialized factors for bio-housing developments. Finally the research shows the magnitude of factors for bio-housing performance criteria.
