This study examined the influence of perceptions of food risk and food labeling on the purchase of labeled food items and the intention to pay higher prices for safe food. Data were obtained from the Korea Rural Economic Institute's Consumer Behavior Survey for Food 2020. The analysis focused on the responses of 6,355 consumers, all of whom were mainly responsible for food purchases. The analysis investigated the moderating effect of food risk perception on the relationship between food labeling perception and the purchase of labeled food. Regarding the purchase of labeled food, statistically significant effects were noted for gender, educational level, perception of food labeling, and perception of food risk; however, the interaction effect of perceptions of food labeling and food risk was not statistically significant. With regard to the intention to pay higher prices for safe food, except for age, statistically significant effects were observed for gender, educational level, food expenditure, perception of food labeling, and perception of food risk; moreover, the interaction effect of perceptions of food labeling and food risk was significant. The results indicate that consumers reporting low food labeling perception and low purchase of labeled food were most vulnerable regarding food safety; therefore, it is necessary to provide such consumers with food label provision methods and specified education programs.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of risk perception and opportunistic behavior on project performance and the moderating effect of cooperation in this relationship through literature review to identify factors affecting the performance of large-scale nuclear power plant construction projects. Methods: This study conducted a survey on nuclear power plant construction project participants and verified the hypothesis using statistical methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, risk perception appeared to have a positive effect on opportunistic behavior, and it was confirmed that opportunistic behavior among participating companies could occur even in nuclear power plant construction projects. Second, it has been proven that risk perception has a negative effect on project performance as suggested in previous studies. Third, in the relationship between opportunistic behavior and project performance, it was found that opportunistic behavior had a negative effect on project performance. Finally, cooperation was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between performance risk and project performance. Conclusion: This study is a case of empirical analysis targeting nuclear power plant construction project workers, and provided a basis for reference in future related academic research and project implementation.

This study was examined whether the experiential marketing factors proposed by Bernd Schmitt were applicable to the consumer behavior of active seniors. The study was analyzed the influence of SEMs have on value perception of brand and attitude formation as well as the behavioral intentions of active senior consumers and whether this effect differed between the level of commitment. For empirical analysis, frequency analysis, EFA, reliability, CFA, SEM, and multiple-group comparison analysis were performed. The results showed that sense and feel factor did not have a significant influence on the value perception of brand, while think factor had a positive effect on the value perception of brand. Act factor did not affect the value perception of brand; on the other hand, relate factor had a significant effect on the value perception of brand. The result of structural equation modeling also revealed that the value perception of brand had a positive influence on attitude formation and behavioral intentions. The result of multiple-group comparison analysis confirmed that the influence of act factor on value perception of brand differed according to the level of commitment, but the positive influence of act factor on value perception of brand was limited to the high-level of commitment group. As a result of the influence relate factor had on the value perception of brand, differences existed between the two groups, and the low-level of commitment group had a greater influence than the high-level of commitment group. So it will be effective for active senior consumers to form fashion communities and let them participate in to enhance positive consumer behavior toward fashion brands.
The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.
This study was conducted to examine the influence of different styles of attribution to fine dust on preventive behaviors. In addition, the mediating effect of risk perception on the relationship between attribution styles and preventive behaviors was examined. Survey data was collected from 930 Korean people from a variety of ages and regions, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that both external and internal attribution to fine dust had a significant positive effect on preventive behavior. The multiple regression analysis revealed that both knowledge and dread had a significantly positive effect on preventive behaviors. In addition, risk perception (knowledge and dread) partially mediated the relationship between the external attribution to fine dust and preventive behavior. However, internal attribution showed only a direct effect on protection behaviors. The significance and limitations of the study were also discussed.

This research paper looks into the interrelationships between physical self-perception, performance confidence, physical self-efficacy, dance flow and dance performance satisfaction with dance major students as the central figure. It also looks into the needs of dance majors, and in order to understand the accomplishment in dance and performance satisfaction, studies were carried out on 313 dance major students. According to this research, firstly, in the difference from physical self-perception according to general characteristics, specialists that major in dance have perception about one's body when specialists have a longer dancing time and experience. In the relationship between dancing experience and self-efficacy it could be seen that self-efficacy is postirely comelated with dancing experience. Also, in dance performance satisfaction, the more experience or time one encounters dance the higher the satisfaction. Secondly, when looking at the effect physical self-perception has on performance, confidence and self-efficacy, among the lower factors of physical self-perception, sports competence, condition and fitness have notable amount of effect on performance confidence. Thirdly, when looking at the effect on physical self-perception and self-efficacy, sports competence and condition have a certain amount of influence on body competence. Also sports competence, condition and fitness have some influence on physical confidence. Fourth, when looking at the influence of performance confidence and self-efficacy on dance flow, performance confidence, body competence and physical attraction have some effect on behavioral devotion. Lastry looking at the influence dance flow has on dance performance satisfaction, only behavioral devotion has much influence on dance performance satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to test the hypothetical model designed to explain nursing students' perceived stress, coping levels, and stress outcomes. This hypothetical model was based on the Kim. Jung Hee(l987)' s stress model and stress-related literature. Exogenous variables were self-efficacy. hardiness. social support. and exercise. Endogenous variables were stress perception. coping levels. and stress outcomes. Empirical data for testing the hypothetical model consisted of 205 nursing students. SAS PC Program and LISREL 8.12a program were used for descriptive statistics and linear structural relationship(LISREL) modeling. The results were as follows. 1) The overall fit of the hypothetical model to the data was good( $x^2$=78.41(p=0.010), $x^2$/ df=1.50. RMSEA=0.05, standardized RMR= 0.05, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.91, NNFI=0.90, NFI=0.94). 2) The results of statistical testing of the hypotheses were as follows. (1) As expected. self-efficacy had a significant effect on stress perception. But. hardiness. social support, and exercise did not have a significant effect on stress perception. Self-efficacy, hardiness. social support, and exercise explained 12% of the total variance of stress perception. (2) As expected, self-efficacy, hardiness, social support, exercise, and stress perception had a significant effect on coping behavior, Self-efficacy, hardiness, social support, exercise, and stress perception explained 53% of the total variance of coping behavior. (3) As expected, stress perception and coping behavior had a significant effect on stress outcomes. Stress perception and coping behavior explained 84% of the total variance of stress outcomes. In conclusion, the hypothetical model of this study was confirmed in explaining and predicting stress perception, coping levels, and stress outcomes in nursing students. And these findings suggest the need to develop nursing intervention to enhance self-efficacy, hardiness, social support, and exercise to decrease the harmful outcomes of stress.
The purpose of this study was to investigate how a child's temperament and child-mother goodness of fit affect the child's self-perception. 165 pairs of 5-year-old children and their mothers were recruited. The mothers were asked to answer the questionnaire on her child's temperament and goodness of fit. Each child participated in a semi-structured interview using two identical puppets to measure the children's self-perception. The results of this study were : (1) All of mean scores on the dimensions of children's self-perception were above the median, children in this study perceived themselves positively. (2) Children's positive self-perception was significantly related to harmonious children-mother goodness of fit. (3) The effect of goodness of fit was higher than temperament in all dimensions of self-perception. The sex variable also affects aggression-hostility and academic competence. This study suggests that the effect of goodness of fit was higher than that of temperament, and the importance of a harmonious children-mother relationship and parenting education, and these conclusions were reached by examining the outstanding effect of the goodness of fit.
This research investigated the relationship between the parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities and family adaptation, and the mediating effect of empowerment on the relationship. For this research, data from 189 parents of children with disabilities who had used social service facilities and a school for the disability. There are the research results. First, the level of empowerment and positive perception are both high and were different between father and mother. The level of Self-efficacy is highest among sub-factors of empowerment. The parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities was positively correlated with empowerment. The empowerment and parent's positive perception had an direct effect on the family adaptation. On the verification of the effect of empowerment as the mediator, the empowerment variable revealed possessing the partial mediating effect. Therefore, this study suggest for the practical promotion about empowerment and parent's positive perception of parenting children with disabilities.
Background and Objectives: Although many studies have evaluated the effect of the digital noise reduction (DNR) algorithm of hearing aids (HAs) on speech recognition, there are few studies on the effect of DNR on music perception. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate the effect of DNR on music, in addition to speech perception, using objective and subjective measurements. Subjects and Methods: Sixteen HA users participated in this study (58.00±10.44 years; 3 males and 13 females). The objective assessment of speech and music perception was based on the Korean version of the Clinical Assessment of Music Perception test and word and sentence recognition scores. Meanwhile, for the subjective assessment, the quality rating of speech and music as well as self-reported HA benefits were evaluated. Results: There was no improvement conferred with DNR of HAs on the objective assessment tests of speech and music perception. The pitch discrimination at 262 Hz in the DNR-off condition was better than that in the unaided condition (p=0.024); however, the unaided condition and the DNR-on conditions did not differ. In the Korean music background questionnaire, responses regarding ease of communication were better in the DNR-on condition than in the DNR-off condition (p=0.029). Conclusions: Speech and music perception or sound quality did not improve with the activation of DNR. However, DNR positively influenced the listener's subjective listening comfort. The DNR-off condition in HAs may be beneficial for pitch discrimination at some frequencies.
