The Relationship between Other Customer Perception and Experience with Role of Interpersonal Mindfulness in Brand Distribution

  • Purpose: The study investigates the moderating impact of interpersonal mindfulness (IM) on the link between perceived similarity (OPS), physical appearance (OPA), and suitable behavior (OSB) - three key factors of other consumer perception (OCP) and brand experience (BE) in distribution of OCP and brand. Research design, data, and methodology: This study collected data from 612 consumers at shopping malls. SmartPLS 3.3.9 software were used to assess the measurement model and structural model. Results: According to the study's findings, IM has a negative modality in the impact between BE and OPS, OPA, and OSB. That also demonstrates how distribution of OCP and brand can affect a person's brand experience. Conclusions: The distribution of OCP and IM interactions have a significant influence on the brand experience in brand distribution. The study's results show that IM including mindfulness will function as a moderator between perceived similarity, physical appearance, suitable behavior regarded proper by other consumers, and brand experiences; therefore, they impact to brand distribution. The findings give a foundation for further IM research and add to the brand distribution theory that already exists. The findings also have some managerial implications in brand distribution.

유치원 아동 어머니들의 숲체험에 따른 숲과 미세먼지에 대한 인식의 차이 분석 (The Forest Experience on Kindergarten Children's Mother's Analysis of Differences in Perception Between Forest and Fine Particulate Matter)

  • 본 연구에서는 3~5세 유아교육기관 재원생 어머니들의 일상생활 속 미세먼지에 대한 인식을 알아보고 숲체험 프로그램 참가에 따른 숲과 미세먼지에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 숲체험 참가한 학모 61명과 숲체험에 참가하지 않은 학모 61명으로 총 122명에게 설문 조사를 하였다. 총 122명 중 82.8%의 학모들은 미세먼지에 대한 관심이 있고 자주 확인하는 빈도도 84.4%으로 높았지만 이에 대한 지식과 대처방안 및 줄이기 위한 적극적인 실천은 부족 하였다. 숲과 미세먼지에 대한 인식은 숲체험에 참여한 학모들에게서 숲의 역할 및 도심과 비교한 숲 환경의 차이에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 높았다. 따라서 어머니들이 먼저 숲을 적극적으로 체험 할 수 있는 기회가 확대 된다면 유 아동들의 숲체험이 활성화 될 뿐만 아니라 미세먼지를 비롯한 현재의 유해환경을 개선하는데도 기여 할 것이라고 생각한다.

건축공간의 경험구조로서 지원성 적용 연구 (Application of the Affordance as User Experience Behavior Setting for Architectural Design)

  • The Affordance, discussed in the theory of ecological perception of environmental psychology, is the concept of perception that deals with inter-relationship between environment and human. It is a theory seeking for gradual evolution, with the change of user experience behavior and the space, by getting feed-backs from the analysis of perception of characteristics of 3-dimensional space and the user as moving entity. Although there has been many attempts to define the Affordance and apply its concept to the architecture, now there's a need to identify the Affordance in the real architectural space, represent Affordance of space and the user inter-relationship in the architecture and apply its design specifically, Thus, the purpose of this study is to present the methodology of applying Affordance in architectural space design by identifying the Affordance of space concept of human experience behavior in the architectural space and analyze its recognition process.

화재에 대한 부모경험을 통한 인식도와 부모교육 요구도 분석 (Analysis of perception and parent education demand through parent experience of fire)

  • This study is based on parents that have preschool children of age 4~5, and analyzes the perception and parent education demand through parent experience of fire. As a result of the study about perception through parent experience about safety life, safety accidents, safety education of fire, the effect of parents' safety consciousness to fire safety life turned out to be moderate for fathers and large for mothers. The safety education method was mostly done in speaking than experience for fathers, while mothers did education through experience in daily life. Also the difficulties in safety education was lack of educating time for fathers while it was lack of knowledge and methods for mothers. Perception through parent experience of fire safety accidents showed that fathers did not have experience of fire safety accidents while mothers did. The locations perceived by parents where fires mostly occurred showed to be within home for both parents, and both administered first aid in managing fires. Perception through parent experience of fire safety education showed the importance of fire safety education to be important in both parents, and both parents had no experience in fire safety education. Also the fire safety education knowledge acquisition method was TV or the Internet for fathers, while it was participating in seminars or lectures for mothers. Fathers were moderately satisfied of the fire safety education instruction of childhood education centers, while mothers were slightly dissatisfied. For the demand of parent education about fire safety education, fathers were moderate while mothers thought it necessary of parent education necessity. The reason why parent education was needed was to be able to know immediate and prompt measures and first aid treatment in emergency situations for fathers, while it was to figure out the cause of fire safety accidents and prevent it beforehand for mothers. For the education institution of fire safety education, fathers demanded it for safety related institutions while mothers demanded it for children education institutions, and the number of times for parent education was once or twice a year for fathers while it was once a month for mothers. For the parent education instructor of fire safety education, fathers demanded safety education experts while mothers demanded infant teachers that completed the safety education course. For the fire safety education method of parent education, fathers demanded Internet searching while mothers demanded seminars or lectures.

The Influence of Safety Climate, Safety Leadership, Workload, and Accident Experiences on Risk Perception: A Study of Korean Manufacturing Workers

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of workers' perceived workload, accident experiences, supervisors' safety leadership, and an organization's safety climate on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Methods: Six hundred and twenty employees in a variety of manufacturing organizations were asked to complete to a questionnaire. Among them, a total of 376 employees provided valid data for analysis. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS program, version 23. Results: The results indicated that workload and accident experiences have a positive influence and safety leadership and safety climate have a negative influence on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Workload, safety leadership, and the safety climate influence perceived risk more than accident experience, especially for the emotional risk perception. Conclusion: These results indicated that multilevel factors (organization, group, and individual) play a critical role in predicting individual risk perceptions. Based on these results, therefore, to reduce risk perception related with unsafe behaviors and accidents, organizations need to conduct a variety of safety programs that enhance their safety climate beyond simple safety-related education and training. Simultaneously, it needs to seek ways to promote supervisors' safety leadership behaviors (e.g., site visits, feedback, safety communication, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to adjust work speed and amount and allocate task considering employees' skill and ability to reduce the workload for reducing risk perception.

체험경제이론에 의한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect of the Book Curation Education Program Using Experiential Economy Theory on Perceived Value, Continuous Participation Intent)

  • 본 연구는 체험경제이론을 반영한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발, 실행한 후에 프로그램에 대한 인식이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하려는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램은 체험경제이론에 따른 4가지 요소 즉, 오락적 경험, 교육적 경험, 현실 도피적 경험, 심미적 경험을 교수·학습 활동에 반영하였다. 이 연구는 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위해 프로그램에 참여한 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 연구가설 1(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 프로그램의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미친다)은 심미적 경험과 오락적 경험이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 연구가설 2(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 지속적 참여 의도에 영향을 미친다)는 교육적 경험을 제외한 다른 모든 요인이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

연령대별 유방암 위험지각과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 비교 (A Study on Age-related Difference in Risk Perception of Breast Cancer and Influencing Predictors)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the age-related differences in risk perception of breast cancer and the age-related differences in predictors of risk perception. Method: The subjects were 553 women aged from 15 to 64 who lived in Seoul, Kwang-Ju, Jeon-nam province. Data was collected by self-reported questionnaire surveys using convenience sampling. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, F-test with Scheffe test, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS-Win 10.0 version. Result: Risk perception of breast cancer was different by age group. Especially, risk perception in teenagers and the 50~64 years group was lower than the other groups. Additionally, general fear of breast cancer, information seeking style, experience, and knowledge were different between the age groups. The results of multiple regression analyses predicting risk perception indicated the following significant predictors: general fear and knowledge in all the subjects, general fear and experience in the 20~29 years group, and general fear in the other age groups. Conclusion: These results suggested that the construction of educational messages for breast cancer prevention and early detection should be designed differently for each age group.

경험디자인의 개념과 특성에 관한 연구 - 인간의 공간 인지 과정을 중심으로 - (A Study on Definition and Characteristic of Experience Design - Focused on Human's Cognition Process in Space -)

  • Main elements in definition of space value were physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics in the past. Howener recently, definition of space value is changing by being advanced about study concerned with human's cognition and thinking way in definition and analysis of space. As you see, cognitive psychologists have emphasized the importance of human's cognitive structure and process and studied diverse aspects of human's thinking ; consciousness, perception, memory, image, language, decision-making, inference, and so on. Therefore main elements in definition of space value are five-dimensional, psychological, symbolic, mental, emotional characteristics above physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics. As mentioned above, the conversion of thinking focused on reason to thinking focused on human's spirit and emotion is achieved in contemporary architecture and 'human's experience' in space becomes a very important factor. For that reason, the purpose of this study is consideration of human's cognitive process in space by conversion of thinking and gives a definition about experience. And, I would like to define 'experience design' whose main attribute is experience in space and establish theoretical basis of experience design through theoretical researches about experience. This study on experience design that induces users to participate in space and stimulate human's spirit is a important point in definition of space value not only contemporary interior architecture but also prospective generation.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 화장품 구매시 위험지각에 따른 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Purchase Behavior and Risk Perception in Cosmetics Purchases at Online Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed purchase behavior according to the risk perceptions when customers buy Cosmetics at Internet Shopping Malls. Participants were 232 women in their 20s and 30s with more than one buying experience at an internet fashion shopping mall. Data were analyzed using factor analysis, Cronbach's analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and a Duncan test. Results were as follows. Firstly, five factors of risk perception were identified: These were the payment risk, service risk, quality risk, price risk and experience risk. Secondly, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: A low risk perception group, a payment risk perception group and a high risk perception group. Factor analysis showed significant differences between these groups( p<.001). Thirdly, purchase behavior based on the purchase standards, purchase items, information searching were investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of internet shopping malls and results again significant differences between groups (p<.05, p<.001).

예비유아교사의 학업적 자기효능감과 회복 탄력성이 교직 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향 (The effects of Academic Self-efficacy and Resilience on Perception of Professionalism with Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감과 회복 탄력성이 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 교직전문성을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 313명에 대한 설문조사자료를 토대로 SPSS Win 프로그램을 이용하여 다변량분산분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절 효능감은 학년과 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 통제성과 사회성, 긍정성은 학년과 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 교직 전문성 인식은 학년, 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도 선호는 교직 전문성 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도 선호가 높을수록 교직 전문성 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 긍정성과 통제성도 교직 전문성 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 긍정성과 통제성이 높을수록 교직 전문성 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 예비유아교사들의 교직 전문성 인식을 높이기 위한 방법으로 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도, 긍정성과 통제성을 높이는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.
