간호학생을 위한 시뮬레이션기반 임상추론 교육의 효과 및 설계특성과 교육상황 인식 평가 (Effects of Simulation-based Clinical Reasoning Education and Evaluation of Perceived Education Practices and Simulation Design Characteristics by Students Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생에게 적용한 시뮬레이션기반 임상추론 교육의 임상판단 수행능력, 협력 및 의사소통기술에 대한 효과와 교육 후 교육상황과 설계특성 인식의 변화를 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험 연구설계이다. 연구대상은 A시 소재 4년제 2개 대학 간호학과의 3학년 학생을 각각 편의표집한 실험군 19명, 대조군 28명으로 실험군에게는 시뮬레이션 기반 임상추론 교육 프로그램을 매주 1회 120분씩 총 7회 제공하였고 대조군에게는 일상적 간호교육을 제공 후 두군 모두 사전조사와 중재 7주후에 임상판단 수행능력, 협력 및 의사소통기술을 측정하되, 협력은 중재 4주후에도 측정하였다. 교육상황과 설계 특성 인식은 시뮬레이션 교육 경험 후에 응답할 수 있어 실험군에서만 중재 1주, 4주, 7주후에 측정하였다. 자료는 SAS 9.2 프로그램의 반복측정 분산분석 및 Linear mixed model으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 실험군에서 임상판단 수행능력, 의사소통기술과 협력이 유의하게 증가하였으며, 중재 1회와 7회 간의 시뮬레이션 교육상황과 설계특성의 인식이 증가하였고, 이러한 변화가 임상수행능력, 협력, 의사소통기술 효과에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과에 근거할 때 시뮬레이션 기반 임상추론 교육은 임상판단 수행능력, 협력, 의사소통기술을 행동수준까지 향상시킬 수 있는 교수학습 전략으로 적극적 활용되어야 하며 추후 표본 수를 확대하여 교육효과를 검증하고, 교육상황과 설계특성 인식 정도를 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램 평가 지표로 고려하여야 하겠다.

미취업 기혼여성이 지각하는 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Career Barriers Perceived by Unemployed Married Women on Career Preparation Behaviors.)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미취업 기혼여성들이 지각하는 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기혼여성의 직업교육에 요구되는 기초자료를 마련하는데 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 미취업 기혼여성의 개인적 특성에 따라 지각하는 진로장벽은 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 미취업 기혼여성의 개인적 특성에 따라 진로준비행동 수준은 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 셋째, 미취업 기혼여성이 지각하는 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 이다. 이를 위해 부산 양산지역에 거주하는 미취업 기혼여성 231명을 대상으로 진로장벽 척도와 진로준비행동 척도를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 기술통계 및 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 미취업 기혼여성이 지각하는 진로장벽은 7개의 하위요인 중 '고용의 제약', '차별', '자녀양육환경' 요인 등을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 미취업 기혼여성이 지각하는 진로장벽은 연령, 학력, 막내자녀의 나이, 직업교육 수강정도에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 기혼여성의 진로준비행동 수준의 평균은 3.06으로, 이는 대학생들의 진로준비행동 수준을 분석한 선행연구들과 비교했을 때, 기혼여성의 진로준비행동 수준이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, 미취업 기혼여성의 진로준비행동 수준은 연령과 학력에 따른 차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었으나, 막내자녀의 나이와 직업교육 수강정도에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 다섯째, 미취업 기혼여성이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로준비행동은 부적(-)상관관계가 있으며, 진로장벽 7개의 하위요인 중 '준비/기술부족' 요인과 '자녀양육환경' 요인은 진로준비행동에 부적(-)영향을 주며, '고용의 제약' 요인은 진로준비행동에 정적(+)영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 진로장벽 7개 하위요인은 진로준비행동을 14% 설명해 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 중국 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스 영향요인 (Predictors of Acculturative Stress among Chinese Students in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of acculturative stress among Chinese students in Korea. Methods: Between October and December 2009, two hundred one Chinese students from three universities located in Cungnam province, were included in the current study using a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done using SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: The average score of acculturative stress was $38.50{\pm}6.97$. There were significant differences in acculturative stress according to educational level, economic status, type of residence, speaking skill in Korean, listening skill in Korean, grade point average, satisfaction for studying abroad, and perceived health status. The acculturative stress was significantly correlated with depression, resilience and social support. The strongest predictor of acculturative stress among Chinese students was depression. Conclusions: The findings suggest that developing programs to improve psychological health may provide a buffer against acculturative stress experienced by migrating Chinese students. Furthermore, more studies are needed to explore variables that influence on the international students' acculturation in Korea.

어머니와 교사의 학령전 아동소비자교육 요구분석: 울산시를 중심으로 (Mother & Teacher's Need Assesement for the Preschooler Consumer Education: In Ulsan City)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the mother and teachers need assessment for preschooler consumer education and related variables and to provide a basis for the development of consumer education program. The survey of this research was conducted by means of self-administered questionnaire with 302 mothers of the preschoolers who are 4-5 years old and attend nursery and kindergarten and 221 teachers of nursery and kindergarten in Ulsan. The statistics used for data analysis are frequencies and percentage, mean and standard deviation, on way ANOVA and Scheffee-test, Person's correlation using the SPSS/PC+ program. Some conclusions from the above investigation are as follows: 1. Each level of the need for consumer education on 22 subject area perceived by mothers and teachers of preschoolers was high and relatively high. Thus consumer education program for preschooler must include all subject area. 2. The mother's need for preschooler consumer education differs significantly according to age. The teacher's need for preschooler consumer education differs significantly according to family income. But these variables take a little effect to the need of mother and teacher. So the consumer education program doesn't need to classify by socio-economic characteristics of mother and teacher. 3. The mother's need for preschooler consumer education are positively correlated to consumer knowledge and consumer skill but negatively correlated to consumption oriented attitude. So the consumer education program needs to develop the consumer knowledge and skill and reduce consumption oriented attitude for the preschooler's mother. 4. The teacher's need for preschooler consumer education are positively correlated to the level of consumer role performance. Thus the reeducation program for the teacher needs to develop the consumer role performance.

콜센터 상담사의 직무성과 및 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 개인특성과 조직특성을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Call Center Representatives : Focusing on Individual Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics)

  • This study examined the factors that influence the turnover intention, job performance of call center representatives based on the adaptive structuration theory (AST). This study intended to empirically examine how individual characteristics of representative affect the technological and task adaptation, how they affect job performance and turnover intention. On the other hand, this study also explains how rational culture and organization a reputation which are considered as dimensions of organizational characteristics affects organizational commitment, and verifies the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance and turnover intention. Finally this paper aim to provide academic and practical implications. In order to solve the above research problems, this research proposed a model based on the adaptive structuration theory. In order to identify the relationship between the proposed variables and the AST for individual, we conducted an empirical test on the call center representatives. The structural equation model was used to verify the research model and hypotheses. The results of the empirical analysis show that the personal characteristics of counselors, such as communication skills, multitasking abilities, and innovativeness have a positive effect on skill adaptation, and skill adaptation has a positive effect on task adaptation, furthermore, it influences on job performance and turnover intention Respectively. In addition, among the factors of organizational environmental dimensions of the call center, it was found that organizational reputation not only increase continuance commitment but also increase normative commitment. Contrary to our expectations, perceived rational culture didn't have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Also, continuance commitment and normative commitment are valid predictors of job performance, but they have nothing to do with turnover intention. On the contrary, emotional commitment is the only one variable among three dimensions of organizational commitment have a positive effect on turnover intention, but is not a valid predictor of job performance.

질적 간호에 대한 환자와 가족의 지각 (Perceptions of Quality Nursing care of Patients and Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to offer the results of content analysis and qualitative study that explored the perceptions about quality nursing care of patients and families as consumers and to identify the implications of this study for quality nursing care management and research. The data was collected from 12 adult patients and 9 families who were admmitted at medical and surgical nursing unit of one university hospital in Seoul from October, 1996 to January, 1997. Research participants were asked to response "what do you think quality nursing care?" and similar questions during the interviews was performed. Data were analyzed using open coding and content analysis with frequencies and percents of attributes of quality nursing care. Attributes of quality nursing care and meaning of quality nursing care that patients and families perceived were explored. 1. The attributes of quality nursing care that patient and families perceived were categorized into 56 attributes. The highest response rate among the attributes was 'one's heart at ease' (76.2%), and the next high response rates were ranked in order 'consideration' , 'care about' (each 61.9% 'expert skill' (57.1%), 'deal with problem promptly' , 'information offer' (42.9%), 'intimate feeling' (38.1%), 'smile' 'service spirit' , 'do one's best' (each 33.3%), 'frequent visit' (23.8%), 'observe the time' (23.8%), 'direct nursing care' , 'speaking warmly' , give a hope' , 'address kindly' , 'a sense of duty' , 'good facilities' (each 19.0%), 'inquire after a patient health' , 'patient-centered nursing care' , 'showing an example' , 'professional knowledge' , 'careless moraly patient' , 'give encourage to patients' , 'good answer a question' (each 14.3%), 'do not imprudently' , 'do not disregard' , 'broad knowledge' , 'emergency treatment skill' , 'dependability' ,'consolation' giving a sense of security' , 'a self sacrificing spirit' , 'a sense of responsibility' 'hard - working', 'enough disposition of nursing staff (each 9.5%), 'improve patient's pride' and the rest attributes exhibited 4.7%, respectively. 2. The attributes that were identified in patients' data only were 8 categories, 'service sprit' (58.3 %) 'expert knowledge' , 'good answer a question' (each 25.0%), 'hard working' (16.7%), 'a warm character', 'professional attainments', 'do without reserve', 'satisfaction' (each 8.3%), 3. The attributes were identified to families' data only were 31 categories, 'speaking warmly' , 'direct nursing care', 'adress kindly', 'patientcentered nursing care', 'showing an example' (each 33.3%). 'do not imprudently' , 'do not disregard' , 'consolation', 'giving a sense of security', 'broad knowledge' , 'emergency treatment skill', 'dependability' ,'a self - sacrificing spirit', 'a sense of responsibility' (each 22.2%), 'improve patient's pride' , 'without discrimination' , 'show kindness' , 'individual nursing care', 'being with patient' , 'helping' , 'accuracy' , 'without any mistake' , 'love' , 'self - confidence', 'self possession', 'a self - denying spirit' , 'a sense of duty' , 'tighten discipline' , 'disposed room with similar patient to diagnosis', 'compensatory relationship between me dical team' , 'role of connection' (each 11.1 %). 4. The attributes of quality nursing care were integrated into 11 categories that they were 'patientcentered nursing care' (25.1%), 'expertise' (22.1%), 'caring'(18.1%), 'kindness'(11.1%L 'nurse attainments(10.1%), 'sincerity' (7.5%), 'good environment' (2.0%), 'effective organizational management', 'coordination', 'enough nursing staff' ( each 1.0%), 'satisfaction' (0.5%) were showed in the order of the highest rate. 5. The concept of quality nursing care were defined as 'give a satisfaction to patients by patientcentered care based on professional skill and caring with kindness and sincerity'. The description of the meaning of quality nursing care provided by this research participants, patients and families can provide important information for quality nursing care management, medical marketing, education and researches of this field. On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made: to suggest to utilize this results for patient care in practice setting, development of quality assessment tool in nursing care, repeat study by the same subjects and method, and to a comparative study by the same method to nurse.

간호대학생이 지각한 간호사 이미지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nurse's Image Perceived by Nursing College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how nurse's image was perceived by nursing college students. The subjects included were 315 students experienced clinical practice during $20{\sim}22$ weeks and 134 students not with a total of 449 nursing students in Gwangju and Chonnam. The data were collected from November 21 to December 5, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. The research tool was measured by 30 items divided into four dimensions; traditional, professional, social and personal image of nurse. Cronbach $\alpha$ for the tool of nurse's image was 0.8960. The data were analysed by SPSS 8.0 for Windows program using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and scheffe. The results of this study were as follows; 1. In the nurse's image related to general characteristics, there were significant differences for school graduation, applicative motivation, interpersonal relationship and image forming factor. 2. In the Image forming factors, nursing college students perceived the nurse's image by visiting hospital or admission(37.9%), watching TV(25.8) and others; nurses' appearance during clinical experience(16.3). 3. The mean score for nurse's image of clinical experience group (2.76$\pm$0.28) was lower than that of non-clinical experience group(2.89$\pm$0.31) in significance (t=4.319, p=0.000). 4. In the nurse's image according to clinical experience, there were significant differences for traditional, professional, social, personal image between two groups and the lower mean scores were found in the clinical experience group in all dimensions. The ranks of dimensions were professional image(3.08), traditional image(2.76), social image(2.65), the personal image(2.59) in clinical experience group, whereas professional image(3.21), traditional image(2.93), social image(2.75), personal image(2.71) for non-clinical experience group.5. The high score items of nurse's image were 'worthwhile work(3.48)', 'always working hard(3.30)', 'profession(3.17)', 'strong responsibility toward work(3.08)', 'have a high technical skill(3.05)' in clinical experience group and 'worthwhile work(3.69)', 'always working hard(3.28)', 'clean and decent(3.22)', 'profession(3.21)', 'have a bountiful professional knowledge(3.18)' in non-clinical experience group. 6. The highest mean score for nurse's image related to the image forming factors was 86.8 by novels or literature and the second highest was 84.3 by visiting hospital or admission. And others(mean=82.1)was the most negative nurse's image by clinical experience. In conclusion, nurse's image perceived by nursing college students will be the mirror of themselves. And clinical experience will be the important opportunity to form the professional image with white uniformed nurses in future. Therefore it is important for clinical nurses to play professional roles rightly so that nursing students could form positive nurse's image.

고등학교 융합형 '과학' 과목 운영에 대한 고등학생과 과학 교사의 인식 조사 연구 (Study on Perceptions of High School Students and Science Teachers about High School Fusing Science)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학교 융합형 과학 과목 운영에 대한 고등학생과 과학 교사의 인식을 조사하여 비교하고자 하였다. 조사도구는 융합형 과학 과목 운영의 필요성, 과학 과목의 수업 내용, 과학 과목의 수업 효과 등 3개 영역으로 구성되어 있다. 융합형 과학 학습보다는 분과적인 과학 과목의 운영을 선호하고 있었다. 융합형 과학 과목의 수업 내용이 일상생활과의 관련성, 수업 내용의 참신성, 융합형 과학 과목의 흥미 등은 과학 교사들이 고등학생들에 비해 더 긍정적인 반면 수업 내용의 이해에 대해서는 고등학생들이 더 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있었다. 그리고 융합형 과학 과목의 수업 효과 영역에서 고등학생들과 과학 교사들은 융합형 과학 수업을 통해 첨단 과학이나 과학사, 과학과 기술, 과학과 사회의 연관성 등에 대해서는 다소 긍정적인 인식을 갖게 된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 과학 상식과 사회적 쟁점에 대한 관심에 영향을 주었다는 것에 대해서는 과학 교사들은 비교적 긍정적인 인식을, 학생들은 다소 부정적인 인식을 갖고 있었다. 과학의 가치, 과학적 탐구의 가치, 과학에 대한 관심 등에 대해서 융합형 과학 수업이 영향을 끼쳤는가에 대해서는 과학 교사들이 고등학생들에 비해 더 부정적인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 융합형 과학 수업이 과학 탐구 과정의 이해나 과학 글쓰기와 토론 활동, 과학적 사고력과 의사소통 능력의 함양에 미치는 영향에 대한 인식에서는 전체적으로 다소 부정적인 견해를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

다문화가정 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지가 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 의사소통능력의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Communication Skill on the Relationship between Perceived Social Support and School Adjustment of High School Students in Multicultural Families)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 의사소통능력이 학교적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고, 사회적지지가 학교적응에 미치는 영향에 있어서 의사소통능력이 매개효과를 가지는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기지역 다문화센터를 이용하는 고등학생 1, 2, 3학년을 대상으로 실시된 자기보고식 설문조사로 진행하였으며, 총 110부를 분석에 사용하였다. 다문화가정 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 학교적응과의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해서 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제시한 검증 단계를 거쳤으며 Sobel test를 통해서 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지의 빈도와 의사소통능력은 학교적응과 서로 정적인 상관을 보였다. 그러나, 사회적지지의 중요성에 대한 지각은 의사소통능력과는 정적인 상관을 보인 반면, 학교적응과는 유의미한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 지각된 사회적지지(빈도)와 의사소통능력은 학교적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 다문화가정 고등학생의 지각된 사회적지지와 학교적응 사이에서 의사소통능력은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

제약유통채널에서 영업사원에 대한 통제시스템이 고객지향적 판매와 영업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Salesperson Control System on Customer-oriented Selling Behaviors and Sales Performance in Pharmaceutical Distribution Channel)

  • Purpose - Recently, domestic pharmaceutical market is growing steadily, but top-tier companies are concentrating on sales growth. In this market, SMEs, which account for more than 80% of the entire market, suffer from the problem of lower margins and increasing inventory costs. According to the government's policy changes related to pharmaceuticals, it is pointed out that the management of existing customers and the control of salespeople are important issues for pharmaceutical companies. This study investigates the effect of the control system on the salesperson in domestic pharmaceutical distribution channel on customer-oriented selling behaviors and sales performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify the proposed research model and test hypotheses, the authors selected 244 MR(medical representatives)'s responses which have currently relationship with doctors or pharmacists. This study carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model. Results - The authors find out the following results: capacity control, activity control, and self control have positive effects on customer-oriented selling behaviors and customer-oriented selling behaviors have a positive effect on sales performance. In addition, we present alternative model to check the direct effect between the control systems and the sales performance, but control system factors except self control have no direct influence. Conclusions - First of all, competency control and activity control increases the customer-oriented selling behavior of the salesperson. This means that the salesperson's sales skill, negotiation skill, customer access skill, presentation ability, monitoring, direction and evaluation are important and it is also important to control activities to check the number of visits to customers, report preparation, and customer service etiquette. Second, the fact that self-control of salesperson affects the customer-oriented selling behavior suggests that self-control is not controlled by external factors but rather establishes short/long-term goals. Therefore, it is important for sales organization to create an environment in which members can induce persistent incentives for self-control. Finally, output control did not affect customer-oriented sales behavior, which is less likely to form confidence or motivation to MRs when output control is perceived as a means of monitoring, supervising, or controlling rather than providing information to salespeople.
