정보격차 해소 차원에서의 전자정부 서비스 이용촉진 연구 : 장노년층 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Promoting Senior Citizens' Use of e-Government Services as an Effective Means for Reducing Digital Divide)

  • E-government refers to the delivery of government information and services online through the Internet or other digital means. Unlike traditional structures, e-government systems are two-way, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The interactive aspects of e-government allow both citizens and bureaucrats to send and receive information. Criticism about the provision of e-Government services, however, has proposed a more user-oriented approach. The user needs to be placed at the center of the development and the provision of e-Government services. Furthermore, e-government literatures seldom explore acceptance issues among the aged. Attempting to address this gap, we take the approach based on a combination of Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior, with data gathered via a questionnaire from service users over 50 years and older. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use, subjective norms, trust, visibility, facilitating conditions and political efficacy are direct or indirect predictors of citizens‘ intention to use an e-government service. Implications of this study for research and practice are presented.

Research on Factors Influencing Consumers' Willingness to Use Community Group Buying Platform

  • Purpose: The study aims to identify the key factors that influence consumers' propensity to utilize community group buying platforms, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework. Research design, data and methodology: The research design involved selecting 192 consumers with experience in community group buying and analyzing the data statistically using SPSS 23.0. Hypotheses were tested utilizing the structural equation modeling software AMOS. Results: Key findings indicate that the attributes of products offered on community group buying platforms significantly enhance consumers' perceptions of usefulness and ease of use. Furthermore, these perceptions directly correlate with consumers' intentionsto use the platform. Conclusions: Thisresearch, grounded in the TAM, delves into how external factors of the community group buying platform impact perceived usefulness and ease of use, and subsequently, how these perceptions affect consumers' purchasing intentions. Based on these insights, several recommendations can be proposed for the platform's development: The platform should strive to enhance product quality and cultivate a positive reputation. Strategic promotional initiatives should be designed to attract new users while retaining existing customers. Continuous optimization of platform functionalities is necessary to augment users' perception of usefulness. These measures are anticipated to foster user engagement, increase adoption rates, and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the community group buying platform.

  • 본 연구는 프로그램 연동형 T-Commerce 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 소비자 수용 요인을 파악하기 위하여 지상파 양방향 디지털 방송에 노출된 시청자들을 대상으로 이들이 e-Commerce에 대해 지각하는 유용성 및 이용 용이성이 T-Commerce 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 사용자가 보유한 새로운 기술에 대한 혁신성이 유용성이나 이용 용이성과 이용 의도간의 관계를 조절하는 지에 대한 분석이 병행되었다. 분석 결과 양방향 매체를 대상으로 실시된 선행 연구들과 마찬가지로 지각된 유용성은 이용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 지각된 이용 용이성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 다른 양방향 매체들을 대상으로 실시된 기존의 연구 결과와는 달리 이용자의 혁신성이 지각된 유용성이 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통하여 T-Commerce의 시행 단계에 따라 시청자 유인 전략이 달라져야 한다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

The Effects of Internet Shoppers' Trust on Purchasing Intention in China

  • Recently, owing to the rapid development of Internet and information technology in China, the growth of consumers' purchasing activities in the Internet Shopping Mall has been truly phenomenal. Thus, it is considered essential to understand what affects Chinese consumer's intention to purchase in the Internet Shopping Mall. Based on prior studies, trust is thought as a key factor affecting on Chinese consumers' purchasing intention. Hence, the purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of Chinese consumer's trust on purchasing intention of Internet Shopping Mall. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model has been established and it suggests that there are significant relationships between trust and purchasing intention, e-commerce knowledge and trust, perceived reputation and trust, perceived risk and trust, perceived ease of use and purchasing intention. The results of the study show that the relationships between these variables are all significant. This research confirms the important effect of Chinese consumer's trust on purchasing intention. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify which factors are important for learning performance and the moderating effects of self-regulated factors such as elaboration and organization between users characteristic(perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) and learning performance. To Accomplish these research purpose, this study performed a survey and 173 response were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, 7 factors(ease of use, interactivity, accuracy, media richness, perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) had significant impacts on learning performance whereas reliability did not. Second, the moderating effects of self-regulated factors showed that Elaboration of self-regulated factors can be considered as a significant moderating variable between 2 factors(perceived usefulness, internet experience) and teaming performance.

  • 본 논문은 스마트폰특성 중심으로 기술수용 모형이 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구결과 스마트폰의 유용성은구전의도 및 재구매의도에 영향을 미쳤고, 용이성은 구전의도에는 영향 을 미쳤으나 재구매의도에는 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 이는 언제 어디서나 즉시 접속되는 특성은 다시 스마트폰을 구매하는데는 영향을 없음을 알수 있었다.

정보가전의 기술 수용에 관한 실증적 연구 - 양방향 TV를 중심으로 - (An Empircal Study on the Adoption of Information Appliances with a Focus on Interactive TV)

  • Technology adoption for information appliance, which is expected to grow rapidly in the near future, is different from other technologies in that it is mainly used in the home environment when the customers haven't experienced it before. This paper finds important variables from prior research about technology adoption and develops a measurement model that fits for the information appliance. Pretest and pilot studies for the model is conducted in order to guarantee content validity, reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity. Finally, LISREL analysis is used for finding out the causality among variables and testing for model fitness. The results indicate that three factors that influence behavioral intention are attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Attitude is influenced by attitudinal belief, which consists of perceived usefulness, trialability, result demonstrability, image and enjoyment. Perceived behavioral control is influenced by control belief that consists of rapid change in technology, cost and ease of use. This paper ends with implications and limitations of study results.

디지털미디어 시대 스마트폰 채택 요인에 관한 연구: 국내 외국인 유학생을 중심으로 (A Study on the factor influencing to smartphone adoption in digital era: Focused on foreign students in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 디지털미디어 시대의 아이콘인 스마트폰 채택 원인을 알아보고자 하였다. 스마트폰과 같은 미디어는 첨단 기기인 동시에 사회적 미디어이기도 하다. 스마트폰에 대한 채택 요인은 이미 연구가 되어져왔고 이를 토대로 국내 외국인 유학생들의 스마트폰 채택 요인도 유추해볼 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 정보기술수용모델 이론에 근거해서 스마트폰의 기술적 속성과 개인적 속성 그리고 사회적 속성을 독립변인으로 도출하였다. 매개변인으로는 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 기술적 속성 중 서비스 품질과 개인적 속성 중 혁신성 등은 기존 이론과 달리 지각된 용이성 및 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 스마트폰이 이미 익숙한 사회적 미디어라고 할 수 있겠다. 후속 연구를 위해서 다양한 변인의 적용 및 전국 단위의 샘플링을 통해서 보다 객관적인 연구를 하면 스마트폰과 같은 새로운 미디어의 채택 요인을 보다 정교하게 해석할 수 있을 것이다.

넷플릭스 이용자의 이용 의도와 몰입에 이르는 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors from Use Intention &Flow of Netflix Users)

  • 본 연구는 OTT 서비스 플랫폼 넷플릭스 이용자를 대상으로 개인 혁신성, 인지된 용이성 및 인지된 유용성이 이용 의도에 끼치는 영향과 그에 따라 최종적으로 몰입과 중독에 이르는 영향요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 개인 혁신성은 적합성, 단순성과 인지된 유용성에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 단순성과 인지된 유용성은 이용 의도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 적합성과 이용의도는 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 몰입은 중독에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 넷플릭스의 새로운 구독료 표준을 바탕으로 이용자 이용 의도에 대한 이해도를 높이고 OTT 서비스 이용자의 몰입과 중독에 대한 기초 연구와 OTT 콘텐츠 제공업체의 발전전략에 활용될 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

Determinants of Intention to Borrow Consumer Credit in Vietnam: Application and Extension of Technology Acceptance Model

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and extending it with several variables, including anxiety, perceived trust, and perceived financial costs extracted and adapted from the existing literature. A questionnaire survey was administered in the big cities of Vietnam to a total of 602 consumers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques have been employed to investigate the relationship among intention determinants to borrow. Findings show that perceived usefulness mediates the impact of subjective norms on the intention to borrow consumer credit. At the same time, subjective norms also directly influence the intention to borrow. Notably, anxiety, perceived trust, perceived financial cost, perceived ease of use have no significant influence on intention to borrow. Meanwhile, education level is confirmed to have a moderate influence on intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people. However, there is not enough statistical evidence about the influence of gender and marital status on the intention to borrow consumer credit in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the Vietnamese consumer credit market, we proposed some suggestions to promote the growth of the market in the future.
