노년기 부부갈등과 우울에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Marital Conflic and Depression in Old Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceived depression and conflict bvetween married couple in old age. The subject of this study was married couple over 60 years old who live in Seoul. The sample was composed of 201 cases. The data were analyzed using a SPSS statistics analysis program. The major findings were as follows: 1) The marital conflict in old age showed that there was a significant difference according to visiting and contact frequency of adult children. 2) The depression in old age show that therer was a significant difference in health condition, age, standard of living, educational level, duration of marriage, and leisure activity patterns. 3) The depression in old age was influenced by health condition, marital conflict, educatonal level. Health condition was the most powerful indicting the depression.

가족갈등과 자기통제가 초기 청소년의 학교부적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Family Conflict & Self Control on School Maladjustments of Early Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of family conflict and self-control on school maladjustments of early adolescents. Subjects of this study consisted 662 middle school students drawn from 4 middle schools in Cheong-ju city. The results of this study were as follows: First, younger students' maladjustment to teachers was influenced by variables such as school year, economic levels, conflict strength between parents, conflict settlement between parents, reliability between parents and children, communication between parents and children and self-control, etc. In other words, students' maladjustment to teachers was high at the students in the 2nd year rather than in the 1st year, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents that younger students perceived, low conflict settlement between parents, low reliability between parents and children, high hostility between parents and children and low self-control. Second, younger students' maladjustment to the class was influenced by variables such as gender, school year, economic levels, conflict strength between parents, reliability between parents and children, communication between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, young students' maladjustment to the class was high at the 2nd year students rather than at the 1st year students, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents, low reliability between parents and children, poor communication between parents and children, and low self-control. Third, younger students' maladjustment to rules was influenced by variables such as school year, economic level, conflict level between parents, hostility between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, younger students' maladjustment to rules was high at the 1st year students rather than the 2nd year students of middle school, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents, high hospitality between parents and children and low self-control, etc. Fourth, younger students' maladjustment to friends was influenced by variables such as conflict strength between parents, conflict settlement between parents, hospitality between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, younger students' maladjustment to friends was high at high conflict strength between parents, low conflict settlement between parents, high hospitality between parents and children and low self-control, etc. In the study, self-control was found to be the most important variable at younger students' maladjustment to teachers, class and rules, etc, and conflict settlement between parents was found to be the most significant variable at younger students' maladjustment to friends.

직장-가정 갈등이 이직의도와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어떠한 요인들이 직장과 가정에 갈등에 영향을 미치며, 그것들이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 성취욕구 및 권력욕구 그리고 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 통하여 직장-가정갈등이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 대하여 지각하는 수준이 어떠한 효과를 나타내는지에 규명하는 것이다. 분석결과, 직장-가정갈등(일초래갈등, 가정초래갈등)은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 직장-가정갈등(일초래갈등, 가정초래갈등)은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 성취욕구/권력욕구는 직장-가정갈등(일초래갈등, 가정초래갈등)과 조직 몰입간의 관계를 부분적으로 조절하며 성취욕구/권력욕구는 직장-가정갈등(일초래갈등, 가정초래갈등)과 이직의도간의 관계를 부분적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 조직지원인식은 조절효과를 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미치는 영향 (The impact of recognition of spouse's conflict-coping behavior on self-esteem and depression)

  • 본 연구는 결혼 5년 이내 부부들을 대상으로 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 결혼초기 부부들의 부부관계증진 교육과 프로그램 중재의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 서울시에 있는 S대학 학생들의 가족과 이웃 중 결혼 5년 이내 부부 176명을 대상으로 질문지를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 성별에 따라 철회형의 갈등대처행동에 차이가 있었으며, 연령에 따라 신체형 및 철회형의 갈등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 직업에 따라서는 언어형의 갈등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 부부의 대화시간에 따라 자존감과 우울이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동과 우울의 관계에서 자존감은 간접효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다.

중식 프랜차이즈의 환경요인이 갈등과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Environmental Factors on Conflict and Contract Intention in Chinese Franchise)

  • 본 연구에서는 외식 프랜차이즈 환경요인에 따라서 갈등과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향요인들과 그 요인을 이용한 앞으로의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 총 210부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 10부의 설문지를 제외한 나머지 200부의 유효한 설문지를 실증연구에 사용되었다. 조사연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 환경요인에 대한 측정항목의 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 3개 요인으로 KMO 값은 0.783, 총분산비율 68.853%, 갈등에 대한 요인분석은 총분산비율 61.313%, KMO 값은 0.763으로 나타났다. 재계약의도에 대한 요인분석은 총분산설명력 63.453%, KMO 값은 0.763으로 나타났다. 변수들 간의 상관관계가 다른 변수에 의해 설명되는 정도가 좋게 분석되었고, 유의확률이 0.000으로 나타나, 전반적으로 변수들 간의 상관관계는 유의적이다. 따라서 환경요인에 따른 갈등과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설은 채택되었다.

아동이 지각한 부부갈등과 또래관계가 아동의 자기유능감에 미치는 영향: 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동 비교 (Influence of Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict and Peer Relationship on Children's Self Competence: Comparison of Children from Multicultural Families and Korean Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in self competence between children from multicultural families and children from Korean families, and to study how interparental conflict and peer relationship influence the self competence of children. The subjects of the present study were 138 children of multicultural families and 254 children of Korean families in the 3rd or 4th grade in Seoul, Daegu, Gyeong-gi province, and Gyeong-buk province. The instruments of measurement were the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict, Friendship and the Perceived Competence Scale for Children. Date were analyzed by independent samples T-test, MANCOVA, ANCOVA and multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results showed there was significant difference in the self competence of children between those from multicultural families and those from Korean families, but there was no significant difference when income was controlled. Second, for children of multicultural families, gender, income, and the intensity of interparental conflict had significant influence on self competence while gender, aid, conflict, and disclosure of negative affect in friendship, and being a peacemaker in interparental conflict influenced self competence significantly in the case of children of Korean families.

IT업계 종사자들의 업무시간 외 상시연결성이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향: 직무불안정성의 매개효과 (Effect of Always Being on Call after Work-hour on Conflict between Work and Life Balance: Mediating Effect of Job Insecurity)

  • 본 연구는 IT업계 종사자들을 대상으로 업무시간 외 상시연결성이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 분석 결과, IT업계 종사자들이 지각하고 있는 업무시간 외 상시연결성은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무시간 외 상시연결성은 IT분야 종사자들이 지각하는 직무불안정성의 모든 하위요인인 무력감, 직무상실 가능성에도 부정적 영향을 미친것으로 파악되었다. 직무불안정성요인이 일과 삶의 갈등에 미치는 영향 분석에서는 무력감 요인은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으나 직무상실 가능성 요인은 일과 삶의 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 직무불안정성(무력감, 직무상실 가능성)은 IT업계 종사자들이 지각하고 있는 업무시간 외 상시연결성과 일과 삶의 갈등의 영향관계에서 부분적 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

가족환경, 어머니의 사회심리적 역량과 아동의 사회적 역량간의 관계 (The Relation Between Family Environment, Mother's Psychosocial Competence And Children's Social Competence.)

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine the predictive capacity of mother's perception of the family environment (cohesion, expressiveness, conflict, mother's psychosocial competence) for children's social competence. The hypotheses of this reserch were 1) There will be significant positive relationships among mother's cohesion, expressiveness, and mother's psychosocial competence. 2) There will be significant negative relationships between mother's conflict and measures of children's social competence. 3) There will not be a significant relationships between SES and measures of children's social competence. 4) There will be significant relationships between children's gender and measures of children's social competence. The subjects of this study were 133 family of mother-child. The period of research was from Aug. 20, 1990 to Feb. 29, 1992. Correlations, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analyses were conducted to determine the relationships among variables and measures of total sample, daughter sample, and son sample. The results of this study appeared as follow: 1. Family environment (cohesion, expressiveness, and conflict) and mother's psychosocial competence were related to children's social competence. 2. There were negative relationship between mother's conflict and daughter's social competence. 3. Daughters had the higher social competence than sons. 4. Socioeconomic status(perceived by mother) of family was not related to children's social competence. 5. Sociodemographic variables affecting to children's competence were mother's school career, mother's age, mother's religion.

맞벌이부부의 배우자 지지, 직장 지지 및 일-가족 전이가 일-생활 균형에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방효과 (The influences of spousal support and work-family spillover on work-life balance in dual-earner couples with children: Testing actor and partner effects)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the actor effect and the partner effect in relation to spousal support, job support, work-family spillover, and work-life balance in dual-earner couples. The subjects of this study were 176 dual-earner couple, whose youngest children are under the age of 16 and who work over 15 hours each week. The research tool was a questionnaires. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and APIM were performed for the data analysis. The main results of this study as follows. First, for both wives and husbands, perceived spousal support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. However, perceived husband's spouse support for wife's support had positive partner effect on the wife's work-life balance, the wife's perceived spousal support for her husband' did not have a partner actor effect on the husband's work-life balance. Second, for both wives and husbands, job support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's job support had a positive partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's job support did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Third, for both wives and husbands, work-family conflict had a negative actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's work-family conflict had a negative partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's work-family conflict did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Fourth, for both wives and husbands, work-family enrichment had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the husband's work-family enrichment had a positive partner effect on the wife's work-life balance, however, the wife's work-family enrichment did not have a partner actor effect on the husband's work-life balance.

가임기 기혼여성의 피임경험 (Experience of the Married Women on Contraception)

  • The study is to reveal what the married women has experienced while they were on the contraception. Data were gathered for four mothers beginning on October, 1996. Interviewees were 22 women. Data were analyzed by Colaizz's phenomenological data analysis method. Three basic structures of contraception experience were derived. Those are 'Conflict in choosing contraceptive methods', 'Dilemmar in sexual relationship', and 'Responsibility concerning contraception'. Contraception was a major task of the married women, and they difficulties, because sexual relation was usually initiated by husband and contraception by husband was negatively perceived in Korea culture. Conflict were caused by inavailability of information, side effects of contraceptive methods, and limitation of the contraceptive methods. Interviewees perceived that responsibility of contraception was on them, but they expressed feeling of anger against they burden by contraception. Most interviewees took initiation of contraception to keep their body healthy. Some of the interviewees got husband's cooperation through negotiation and shared responsibility with husband. Suggestions were as follows ; (1) Sex education, especially on communication about sex, is necessary to the married women. (2) Informations on contraception should be provided in the private environment. (3) Studies on husband's contraception experience are required to promote husband's cooperation.
