Digital education has emerged all over the world with a new wave of learning innovations and opportunities. Higher education institutions need to develop the digital competence of future specialists and train teachers who are creative individuals, have the skills to use digital technologies, and are able to solve problems, make important decisions, effectively manage their own lives, and realize their potential. In this aspect, the strategy for evaluating the results of the educational achievements of future specialists is important. The purpose of the article is to analyze the use of distance technologies in higher education institutions in the context of the development of a system for assessing the quality of education. Methodology implies the application of theoretical methods of analysis.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the methodological and general theoretical foundations of a rational methodology for teaching foreign language communicative competence of students of a non-linguistic university. The analysis of the vectors of research of problems of increasing the efficiency of the process of mastering foreign language communicative competence of non-linguistic students is presented. As a methodological basis for a rational methodology for teaching a foreign language communicative competence, the key aspects of the philosophy of rationality are considered, the basic principles of a rational methodology are formulated, linguo-didactic means of its implementation are determined, indicators of rationality are identified.

With the rapid development and introduction of digital technologies, both everyday human life and technological processes of any production are changing, which stimulates the transformation of the economy and education. Digital technologies are not only a tool, but also a living environment of modern human, which opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, the ability to form individual educational learning trajectories and more. However, the digital environment requires teachers to take a modern approach to the organization of the educational process, the formation of new skills and abilities to work in the digital educational environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the system of vocational education should provide training for masters of industrial training who have a high level of digital competence. The purpose of the article is to single out, theoretically substantiate and determine the level of formation of structural components of digital competence of future masters of agricultural training. The structure of digital competence of agricultural master was analyzed on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists researches. Systematized research results indicate that digital competence consists of four components: motivational-value (combination of internal and external motives for the use of digital technologies in future professional activities), cognitive (a set of theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of future master of industrial training to effectively build educational process with the use of digital technologies), activity-professional (expansion and deepening of knowledge, skills, necessary skills for effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process) and evaluative-reflexive (ability to analyze and self-analyze own activities and its results taking into account professional characteristics, self-realization in professional activities through the use of digital technologies). These components are comparable with the indicators that describe the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the future master of industrial training to organize the modern educational process. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the levels of this competence formation, which allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the level of formation of all components of digital competence of future masters of industrial training in agriculture. The results of the study can be used as a basis for the development of disciplines that form the special competencies of masters of industrial training in agriculture and programs of advanced training of teachers.

This paper aims to explore instructional design of a cyber classroom for secondary students' basic English language competence. A paucity of support for low or under achieving students' English learning exists particularly at the secondary level. In order to bridge the gap, there has been demand for online educational resources considered to be an effective tool in improving students' self-directed learning and motivation. This study employs a comprehensive approach to instructional design for the asynchronous cyber classroom with the underlying premise that different learning theories can be applied in a complementary manner to serve different pedagogical purposes best. Gagné's conditions of learning theory, Bruner's constructivist theory, Carroll's minimalist theory, and Vygotsky's social cognitive development theory serve as the basis for designing instruction and selecting appropriate media. The ADDIE model is used to develop online teaching and learning materials. Twenty-five key grammatical features were selected through the analysis of the national curriculum of English, being grouped into five units. Each feature is covered in one cyber asynchronous class. An Integration Class is given at the end of every five classes for synthesis, where students can practice grammatical features in a communicative context. Related theories, pedagogical practices, and practical web-design strategies for cyber Basic English classes are discussed with suggestions for research, practice and policy to support self-directed learning through a cyber class.

Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. "Tolerance" is considered as an important professional quality of a modern specialist, which is manifested in an active moral position and readiness for constructive interaction with other participants in the pedagogical process; characterized by the manifestation of humanity, tolerance, friendliness, focus on resolving conflict situations in the professional sphere on a non-violent basis. The article considers scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of "tolerance". There are a number of factors that significantly affect the formation of tolerance in students. The way to the formation of tolerance is the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to man regardless of his individual characteristics, the formation of skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lectures, discussions, games and training in educational work. The purpose of this article is to highlight communicative tolerance as a necessary component of pedagogical practice of future professionals. It was emphasized that tolerance is the basis of religious tolerance and peace, prevention of all kinds of extremism, which are of particular importance for a multinational and multi-religious Ukraine.

In the educational environment of the post-COVID-19 era, metaverse learning, which can improve the disadvantages of online learning and improve learning outcomes, is attracting attention. Metaverse is expected to play an important role as a learning experience platform (LXP) that can provide immersion and experience for learners. In order to successfully introduce and utilize metaverse learning that utilizes the metaverse platform, teachers' knowledge of metaverse-related technologies and pedagogical convergence is important. So far, teacher knowledge for educational use of the metaverse has not been explored. In this regard, this study explored the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical And Content Knowledge) framework as a teacher's knowledge system for metaverse learning. Based on this, this study designed the class contents of metaverse learning. The results of this study are expected to diffuse the importance of TPACK required for metaverse learning and contribute to the development of teachers' competence.

This study investigated the effects of rehearsed English drama activities on the learner variables and oral communication achievements of Korean elementary school students. Forty children in the treatment group participated in the drama activities while forty-two children in the contrast group participated in the regular classes. The results of the study are as follows: the treatment group showed significant differences between the pre-tests and the post-tests in language learning strategies, motivation, confidence, perceived competence, willingness to communicate, and listening and speaking achievements; the students in the treatment group progressed in their attitudes toward and participation in the classroom activities. Based on the findings, it is concluded that the rehearsed drama activities positively affect the learner variables and oral communication. The pedagogical implications are discussed in the conclusion.

In the article, an analysis of solutions to six problems of geometrical character at the begining of school attendance is shown. Problems were assigned to students individually and were evaluated from different points of view. The previous research was focused mainly on their arithmetical competence. But geometry also belongs in primary education. Therefore we prepared an analogous investigation which was focused on geometrical competence. The experiment confirms that our children have, at the beginning of school attendance, a good level of visual appreciation of their surrounding world. Our schools do not systematically develop further this skill.
