분전반 통합 감시 시스템 개발 (Development of the Integrated Monitoring System for Panel boards)

  • In this paper, we described the integrated monitoring system for low-voltage panel boards. This system consists of three parts, a panel board controller, an integrated monitoring unit and a remote PC. The panel board controller which was made of CT/PT unit, control unit and power supply is able to transmit variable parameter for monitoring and diagnosis of low voltage branch circuits. Also, the integrated monitoring unit was collected monitoring data from panel boards and displayed on the touch panel.

결합가뭄관리지수(JDMI)를 이용한 낙동강 유역의 미래 용수공급 위험도 분석 (Future water supply risk analysis using a joint drought management index in Nakdong river basin)

  • 용수공급시스템은 용수를 안정적으로 확보하여 사용자의 수요량을 충족시키는 것을 목표로 하지만, 평년보다 적은 유입량으로 인해 정상공급에 실패하는 경우가 발생한다. 그러나 강수의 부족으로 발생하는 가뭄 상황이 언제나 용수공급 실패를 유발하는 것은 아니기 때문에, 용수공급에 대한 안전도를 산정할 때 실질적인 용수 부족 사상의 특성을 고려할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이수안전도 평가 지표로 주로 사용되는 신뢰도와 취약도를 이용하여 결합 가뭄관리지수(JDMI)를 개발하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 미래 용수공급 위험도를 산정하였다. 미래에 대한 분석을 위해 RCP 4.5 및 8.5 시나리오에 대하여 GCM으로부터 생산된 기후변화 시나리오 자료를 적용하고 미래 기간을 21세기 전기, 중기, 및 후기로 구분하였다. JDMI를 기반으로 낙동강 유역의 용수공급 위험도를 분석한 결과 RCP 4.5 시나리오에서 RCP 8.5 시나리오보다 위험도가 더 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 용수공급 취약지역은 RCP 4.5에서는 남강댐(W18)으로 나타났으며, RCP 8.5에서는 형산강(W23)과 낙동강남해(W33) 유역으로 분석되었다.

  • 디지털 기술의 등장과 발전으로 기업은 디지털 기술을 공급-수요 사슬에 도입하여 관리하는 것이 필수적이 되었다. 그러나 이와 관련하여 여러 어려움, 그 중에서도 특히 디지털 공급-수요 사슬을 체계적으로 평가하는 어려움이 또한 늘고 있다. 그 이유는 산업계와 학계에 걸쳐 전반적으로 사용되는 표준화된 평가기준이 아직 부족하기 때문이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 사용자의 경험을 하나의 평가기준으로 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 세 개의 다른 포커스 그룹을 통해 데이터를 얻어 질적 분석 기법으로 연구하였다. 포커스 그룹 참여자들은 넷플릭스를 공급-수요 사슬의 예로 삼아 넷플릭스에 대한 사용 경험을 자유롭게 이야기 하였다. 넷플릭스는 디지털 콘텐츠, 즉 제품을 직접 소비자에게 전달하기 때문에 소비자의 일반적인 경험, 이 회사의 추천시스템에 대한 경험, 그리고 이와 관련된 정보 보안에 대한 인식이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 것들이 기존 고객의 만족도를 높이는 것은 물론, 새로운 고객의 유치에도 결정적인 역할을 할 수 있기 때문이다. 디지털 공급-수요 사슬에 대한 사용자의 일반적인 경험은 기업의 평가 척도에 중요하다. 또한 이러한 추천시스템과 이와 관련된 정보 보안은 디지털 공급-수요 사슬의 일부이다. 따라서 이에 대한 사용자의 경험과 인식을 측정하는 것은 디지털 공급-수요 사슬을 평가하는 데에 중요한 척도가 될 것이다.

농촌지역 간이상수도시설 개발 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Improvement of Simple Piped Water Supply System in Rural Area of Korea)

  • It is very important to supply safe drinking water for rural area not only a prevention of entric diseases but also a promotion of health life. It is estimated that 6,981,000 rural inhabitants were covered by the simple piped water supply system at the end of 1987 in Korea. The programme for improvement of water supply system in rural villages was initiated by the government since 1967. But most of these systems have been operated carelessly by the hands of villagers who have no proper knowledge and experience. Since most of water sources were located nearby farmland, there might be a possibility that the sources could be contaminated by pesticides and fertilizers. For this reason, it is recommended to take underground water as a water source rather than surface water such as a pond or streamwater in rural areas. However, the system is supplied from the surface water, its water quality can be improved by using of simple sand filter and simple chlorinator inexpensively. On the basis of an on-site study, conducted during 1986-87, in San-Buk Village, Keum-Sa-Myon, Yeju-Gun, Kyong-Gi-Do, the new simple piped water supply system was designed by the Institute for Environmental Research, Yonsei University, and constructed by the villagers themselves in September 1987. This simple system which is protected by metal fences consists of three main parts, pump house, vertical sand filter and water tank. The pumped water from underground flows into the upper part of the sand filter, through the sand, and out the water tank which is connected to the bottom of vertical filter. And the simple plastic-bottle chlorinator was installed in the water tank for chlorination. The water quality was remarkably improved after completion of construction. The total bacterial count was not detected from the tap water in households distributed by this simple piped water supply system. The construction cost of this system which was connected 34 households in San-Buk Village, was 4,851,000 won (approximately 6,020 U.S. dollars : 1$=805.8 won) in 1987,77% of expenses was supported by the Community Development Foundation in Korea. This case study for simple piped water supply projects will be applicable to other programme for improvement of water supply system in rural areas of Korea, and other developing countries.

폐쇄공간 송수관로 수역내 민물담치의 생태특성 (Ecological Characteristics of Limnoperna fortunei in an Enclosed Facility of Water Supply Pipeline)

  • In this study, the ecological characteristics of Limnoperna fortunei were surveyed as a preceding research to solve the problem such as biofouling or biowaste caused by those organisms in the closed water pipeline. Limnoperna fortunei was collected not in the main reaches of Somjin River but inside and outside of the intake tower which is located in the lower part of Sueo Reservoir. The dense populations were found at the inlet mouth and near part of the pipeline. Their byssuses were formed as a thick and tightly interwind mat. The rusted parts of the pipeline hold relatively more shells than those of the normal parts. Average count of the numbers ranged $12.1{\sim}136.5ind./m^2$ through the sampling stations (A,B and C). The amount of attached shells at each station were A=386, B=258, and C=71, respectively. The relationships of shell height-length and shell length-width were proportional. The majority sizes in each station ranged A=20.01~22.00 mm (33.9%), B=10.01~14.00 mm (51.2%), and C=18.01~20.00 mm (22.5%), 24.01~26.00 mm (21.1%), respectively. Most of the bigger size of shells on C station was found dead. The ecological habitat seemed less suitable for Limnoperna fortunei when they located farther away from the intake tower of reservoir. From now on, it is necessary to consider the continuous monitoring of this organism.

전자상거래가 경제에 미치는 효과 - 물류 정보화를 중심으로 - (The effect of electronic commerce on the economy - logistics industry perspective -)

  • This paper analyses the effects of the increase of logistics outsourcing on the economy which are largely classified into three parts. The firm level and industry level are two among them which will be summarized below. The another is consumers level. On the fm level, the logistics outsourcing of a manufacturing firm not only helps to increase the efficiency of itself and but also confront the competitive environments by weakening the entry barriers, i.e., the emergence of contestable market. The reasons why the efficiency of the firm enhances are also largely divided into two parts. One is due to the reduction of inventory cost by replacing it by the information cost resulting from internet use. The other is owing to reducing the life cycle of production process by the emergence of virtual enterprises which are located in one point in De process of supply chain management. The weakening of entry barriers is directly affected by the drastic increase of internet users in twofold reasons: one is based on the restricted competitive characteristics due to the long-term transaction relationship between logistics providers and the companies who offer logistics services and the other, due to the weakening of the restriction of space and time. The effect of industry level is due to the transition of traditional to virtual vertical integration system The firms corresponding to a connection point in the process of supply chain management would try to realize both the scale of economy and the scope of economy for strengthening the competitiveness. We indicated above the emergence of contestable market however, it is a short-term phenomenon and result in the oligopoly market due to the entry barriers in the long-run sense.

고효율 전류모드 승압형 DC-DC 컨버터용 집적회로의 설계 (A Design of Integrated Circuit for High Efficiency current mode boost DC-DC converter)

  • 본 논문에서는 PWM을 활용한 전류모드 고효율 PWM DC-DC 전원변환 집적회로(Integrated Circuit)를 설계하였다. IC에 인가할 수 있는 최대 전압은 40[V]이며 입력 전압이 DC 2.8[V]~330[V]일 때 출력 전압을 이 보다 높은 전압으로 바꿀 수 있는 한편 외부 저항비나 트랜스의 권선비를 조정하여 원하는 DC 전압을 만들어 낼 수 있다. 출력전압의 3[%] 오차를 유지하면서 3[A] 이상의 전류를 부하에 공급할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제작공정은 0.6[um], 2P_2M CMOS 공정을 사용하였다. 전원전압이 3.6[V]일 때 대기상태에서 소비전력은 1[mW]이하이고 최대 전력변환 효율은 약 86[%]이다. 칩 사이즈는 2100*2000[um2]이며, 칩을 소형패키지에 내장하여 조립하였기 때문에 휴대형기기나 소형 전자기기에 적용이 편리하게 되어 있다.

전략방향과 경쟁적 환경이 비즈니스 통합정책 결정요인 구성에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Business Strategies and Competitive Environments on the Configuration of e-Biz Integration Policy Determinants)

  • These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain, which is open system. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain integration, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on business integration in IT capacity perspectives in competetive environments. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, IT management capacity, process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competetive edges against competing firms. Second, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in intensified competetive environment, the more likley that the innovation capacity and partner management capacity become the determinants of the business integration of the companies and that they pursue new market development strategy. Third, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in high demand fluctuation, the more likley that the innovation capacity becomes the determinants of the business integration of the companies, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. Last, it is analyzed that the more the companies are Technology dependent, the more likely that IT management capacity and process innovation capacity become the determinants of business integration, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competetive environments.

주문생산을 위한 APS 와 효율적 구매의 통합모델 (Integrated Supply Chain Model of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Efficient Purchasing for Make-To-Order Production)

  • This paper considers that advanced planning and scheduling (APS) in manufacturing and the efficient purchasing where each customer order has its due date and multi-suppliers exit We present a Make-To­Order Supply Chan (MTOSC) model of efficient purchasing process from multi-suppliers and APS with outsourcing in a supply chain, which requires the absolute due date and minimized total cost. Our research has included two states. One is for efficient purchasing from suppliers: (a) selection of suppliers for required parts; (b) optimum part lead­time of selected suppliers. Supplier selection process has received considerable attention in the business­management literature. Determining suitable suppliers in the supply chain has become a key strategic consideration. However, the nature of these decisions usually is complex and unstructured. These influence factors can be divided into quantitative and qualitative factors. In the first level, linguistic values are used to assess the ratings for the qualitative factors such as profitability, relationship closeness and quality. In the second level a MTOSC model determines the solutions (supplier selection and order quantity) by considering quantitative factors such as part unit price, supplier's lead-time, and storage cost, etc. The other is for APS: (a) selection of the best machine for each operation; (b) deciding sequence of operations; (c) picking out the operations to be outsourcing; and (d) minimizing makespan under the due date of each customer's order. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm (GA)-based heuristic approach is developed. From the numerical experiments, GA­based approach could efficiently solve the proposed model, and show the best process plan and schedule for all customers' orders.

전북지역 자동차산업 입지와 지역산업 실태 및 발전방향 (Development Direction, Actual Condition and Location of the Auto Industry in Jeon-Buk Province)

  • 전북지역 자동차산업 입지는 1990년대 초반 양적성장단계에 접어든 완성차업체의 저렴한 생산공간 확보전략과 정부의 선도기업 입지에 의한 지역균형발전 개발정책에 의해 이루어졌다. 그 결과 부품산업의 기반 없이 완성차업체가 입지한 후 부품 및 소재업체가 입지하는 반대되는 발전 패턴을 취하고 있기 때문에 취약한 지역산업의 구조적인 문제점을 보이고 있다. 우선, 지역 부품산업의 계층적인 구조가 정립되지 않아 효율적인 분업생산체제를 갖추지 못하여 많은 부품을 외부지역에 의존하고 있다. 그리고 대부분의 부품업체는 특정 완성차업체에 전속되어 있으며, 지역 부품산업의 대부분은 단순 임가공을 필요로 하는 저부가가치 업종으로 이루어져 있다. 마지막으로, 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 연관산업의 집적도가 낮아 기업유치 경쟁력이 낮은 문제점 등을 가지고 있다. 자동차산업을 지역산업으로 특화시켜 지역경제발전을 도모하기 위해서는 연관산업의 공간적 집적을 이루어 생산과정의 유연화를 창출해야 할 것이다. 최근 자동차산업은 적기조달방식과 모듈생산의 진전으로 완성차업체와 부품업체간의 지리적 근접성이 중요한 입지결정 요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 모듈생산방식은 기존의 공장에서 시도되기 보다는 새롭게 개발된 공장에서 주로 시도되고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 지역단체는 우호적인 기업환경의 조성과 적극적인 기업유치전략을 통해 모듈화된 부품공급이 가능하도록 집적화된 산업단지의 육성을 도모해야 할 것이다.
