In this paper, we study the relationship between factors influencing the strategic use of IT and business performance by conducting a survey of small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs). From the results of our survey we came to several conclusions which are presented here. First, IT investment has a significant impact on the strategic use of IT, and the strategic use of IT has a significant impact on business performance. Second, SME investment in IT and strategic use of IT are influenced by both the intensity of competition in the market environment and partnership with other organizations. Third, the support from the management group in SMEs is a core factor for IT investment and strategic use of IT. Finally, for SMEs to use IT strategically and successfully, it is necessary to combine members' participation with a flexible organizational structure and culture.

Work and family life affect each other. Especailly in a corporate-centered society the impact of work on the family is very strong. Organigational sexrole culture is used not only as a method of business management, but also as a style of family living. The Purpose of this study was to analyze an effect of occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husband on the family life. Data for 214 husbands were gathered from the structured questionnaire and time diary. The major findings of this study were as follows; (1) According to the occupation, organizational sexrole culture of husbands is very different. (2) The occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husbands have an important effect on their life time structure. (3) The occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husbands effect on their participation rate of household labor. These results suggested that husbands’ occupation and organization sexrole culture have a significant effect on the family life.

Visual trope is one of the important appealing methods of creativity to induce voluntary consumer participation. In many cases, it delivers a message using metaphors. To define the concepts of_metaphor, we investigated methods of expression and significance of metaphor itself and associated forms; in all: metaphor, analogy, catachresis, metonymy, and synecdoche. We also considered the structure of each form to propose a method of metricizing the metaphor Consequently, we found that the metaphor of a visual trope is a type of operation and development of codes. We suggested models for each form type and concept of metaphor through the evaluation of metaphor significance and case study. Metaphor significance forms mutually close relationships with codes of pragmatics, semantics, and syntax. We suggested a type of metrics or a guideline for an expression method and evaluation of a visual trope appropriate for a metaphor form type. Therefore and importantly, the following study presents unique, but manifold results that are also useful in the field of design.

Web 2.0 is a platform which produce various service offered data from many people and it is activity open space depend on user focused community in diversity web environment. Web 2.0 is simple link structure with web site connectivity in informations such as page to page in other words, it is meaning of developing of semantical and circumstantial connection. The core of web 2.0 is user participation. RSS, Mash-up, UCC are main service of web 2.0 which make user directly participate from center of service offer to center of user manufactured an informations and then they offer re-information to other areas, also user freely express what they want through UCC and blogger. However, recently it comes the argument of skeptic of web 2.0 problem. Thus, In this research I will try to give an right comprehension and will try to have more accurate prediction of web 2.0 with the study of open service of web which is the key of web 2.0 success in a future.

It is required to develop a rational transmission tariff structure to ensure the fair participation of the player in the market where transmission sector remains as a monopoly after the electricity industry restructuring. The objective of this study is to suggest an improved transmission rate system which classifies the line capacity into line usage and reliability capacity based on their purpose of use and reasonably allocates the costs incurred by each of them to users.

The present age demands a change in attitude based on a differentiated life value from city. It will provide to a fundamental solution for the gap of living level in the farming and fishing communities and recreate distinguishing comfortable communities. The purpose of this study was to deduct the formation characteristics of the townscape of Korean slow city according to analyze resources and structure of landscape. Planning of slow city's townscape is a process of imagification of filtrate unique meaning. The glob share synchronic unique values by slow city's network. Therefore instead of putting emphasis on promoting tourist business for short-term revenue, it will be under control to raise the standard of living and to be not forfeited and diluted the rights for sustainable slow city's status. Participation of resident needs in this process. Accordingly it need a strategy of landscape formation design and a interdepartmental practice system for a continuous slow city's image by renewal of disharmonious townscape in the built-up area.

In this study, a method is presented to find out a relationship between modes of a substructure and those of the system structure. Superelement analysis is performed for a full vehicle system, where the bus is partitioned by six parts. In this study, Modal Assurance Criteria(MAC) which is to represent the correlation between two mode shapes is used to investigate the contribution factor of each substructure for the full system. The proposed participation factor can be used for design of substructures to meet the design target of the total structural system.

Objective : The purpose of this study was conducted to find treatment approach, functional test process with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF). Method : This is a literature study with books, seminar note and book for PNF international course. Result : Suggest of the functional test with functional level and structural level treatment approaching with hypotheses and problem list from the functional test and provide how, what, where for the treatment with the level. Conclusion : Treatment plan and approach has changed from disease to structure function, performance, participation the life, relationship with environment factors of human being. For the treatment approach need the functional test and functional goal.

Construction techniques and materials are developing and structures are designed to be irregular shaped, and therefore more detailed structural analysis is required. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cause of accidents related to falsework systems during construction and discuss prevention methods in order to prevent accidents relate to prefabricated shoring system during construction. In this paper structural analysis was conducted to study the influence of slab irregularity on system supports and analysis to investigate the participation of the bracing in the system support.

In this study, a procedure to design an optimal LCVA that maximizes the equivalent damping ratio added to the primary structure subjected to along-wind excitation is proposed. That design procedure does not only consider the natural frequency and damping ratio of the LCVA, but also the proportion of the U-shaped liquid, which is closely related to the participation ratio of the liquid mass in inertial force. In addition, constraints to ensure the U-shape of the liquid are considered in the design process, so that suboptimal solutions that violate the optimal tuning law partly are adopted as a candidate of the optimal LCVA. The proposed design procedure of the LCVA is applied to the control of the 76-story benchmark building, and the optimal proportions of the liquid shape under various design conditions are compared.
