The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

With the help of fast growing popularization of internet, all areas of e-Health have expanded rapidly; such that people have become interested in digital personal health record and its management. This paper examined the characteristics of personal health record and made the analysis of the structure of Google Health, the internet-based personal health record system. Google Health allows you to store and manage all of your health information, import medical records from hospitals and pharmacies, share your health records, and explore online health services. This examples represents not only a significant change of current medical systems but also enables to estimate the future stream of it. As a result, this paper, in the areas of e-Health which will be expanded in various service areas, may give you a greater sense of importance of personal health record and will eventually provide more complemental structure of future personal health record through comparative studies on the strength and weakness of it.

As for quality evaluation of paper records, it is very important to measure acidity and moisture in paper. In the case important paper records, it should be measured directly in field. But ISO standard analytical method would be limited to measure directly in field for quality evaluation of paper records until now. Therefore it could be to use mobile small NIR spectrometer for being analyzed by direct and non-invasive method in field. The wavelength range of small spectrometer has from 900 to 1700 nm, and the surface of paper could be measured by diffused reflected optical fiber probe. Thus, the acidity and moisture could be analyzed on the paper record with from 1970 to 2003. As the result, it could be confirmed to have each more than 0.9 as the correlation of acidity and moisture. Thus, it will be possible to develope the evaluation system of paper record with mobile small NIR spectrometer and optical fiber by the result.

The origin and structural development of Do-po have been studied with a consideration of the back piece of Do-po in this paper. This study found that Do-po was in this paper. This study found that Do-po was originally imported from China. This paper reports that an earlier record on Do-po is found in an epitaph(1564) than the record found in S njoSilnok(1607) which is conventionally known as the earliest record on Do-po. The structure of Do-po has been widely known as an“attachment of J n-sam”on slitted back piece of the outwear. However, this study shows that Do-po has been formed by inserting the gusset of the front piece into the back piece of the outwear Jik-nyung. This change can be considered as the economical and practical needs to save the cloth or by the aethetical need of simpler clothing. This study also classifies the shape of gussets largely into nine classes according to the temporal development in the shape of gussets.

It seems to be less important to quality record than document control. But quality records provide a objectve evidence for certain product. So, the requirements of quality record is more serve than that of design document. It is obvious that quality record control promotes accumulation of know-how. The puepose of this study is to possible implementation methods through analysis of Code requirements. This paper suggests the considerations when establishing the quality records control system.
