시판 국내외 사이클 웨어의 제품 분석 (A Study on Products Analysis of the Domestic and Overseas Cycling Wears)

  • This study provided basic data to develop functional and fitness cycling wear for cyclists. We analyzed the domestic and overseas cycling wear brand patterns for tops and tights as well as compared pads attached to tights. The results were as follows. The tops of the cycling wear were designed with cutting lines in the lateral or yoke in the back to reflect cycling posture. It is necessary to study if there is a difference in the air resistance or fitness of the athlete. The sleeve hem band affected by arm movement during cycling, proper sewing and band pressure are also important. The tights have a brand that does not insert a band in front of the waist in consideration of the cyclist's breathing. It should take into account methods of constructing a proper garment pressure that does not interfere with cycling. Analyzing the cycling pad indicated that the three-dimensional shape and size of the pad show many differences for each brand, indicating a difference in cycling movement suitability. In addition, many of the cutting lines should account for the productive aspects because of the high consumption of the fabric in order to design a pattern considering the cycling posture.

3D 프린팅 기술을 활용한 낙상충격 보호패드 설계 및 구조에 따른 특성비교 (Design of Fall Impact Protection Pads Using 3D Printing Technology and Comparison of Characteristics according to Structure)

  • This study designed 16 kinds of basic structure and 4 kinds of modified structure for impact protection pads with a spacer fabric shape. The pad is a structure in which hexagonal three-dimensional units, composed of a surface layer and a spacer layer, are interconnected. Designed pads were printed with flexible $NinjaFlex^{(R)}$ materials using a FDM 3D printer. The printed pads were evaluated for impact protection performance, compression properties and sensory properties. The evaluation of the impact protection performance indicated that basic structures better than CR foam material at 20cm height were DV1.5, DX1.5, DX1.0, DV1.0 and HV1.5. The evaluation of the compression properties for the five types, with good results in the impact protection performance, indicated that DV1.0, DX1.0, DV1.5, HV1.5 and DX1.5 showed good results, respectively. The sensory evaluation of DV1.0, DX1.0, and DV1.5, which with good results when considering both the impact protection performance and the compression performance, showed that DV1.0 were the best for surface, flexibility, compression and weight. Therefore, DV1.0 is shown to be the best structure for protection pads.

PMIC용 저면적 64비트 MTP IP 설계 (Design of a 64b Multi-Time Programmable Memory IP for PMICs)

  • 본 논문에서는 저면적 64bit MTP IP를 설계하였다. 저면적 설계기술로는 MTP cell의 inhibit voltage를 기존의 VPP/3과 VNN/3 전압 대신 모두 0V를 사용하므로 VPPL(=VPP/3) regulator 회로와 VNNL(VNN/3) charge pump 회로를 제거하였다. 그리고 external pad를 이용하여 VPP program voltage를 forcing하므로 VPP charge pump 회로를 제거하였다. 또한 VNN charge pump는 VPP 전압을 이용하여 1-stage negative charge pump 회로로 pumping해서 -VPP의 전압을 공급하도록 설계를 하였다. 설계된 64bit MTP IP size는 $377.585{\mu}m{\times}328.265{\mu}m$(=0.124mm2)이며, DC-DC converter관련 layout size는 기존의 회로 대비 76.4%를 줄였다.

  • The requirement of planarity, such as with-in-wafer nonuniformity, post thickness range, have become increasingly stringent as critical dimensions of devices are decreased and a better control of a planarity become important. The key factors influencing the planarity capability of the CMP process have been well understood through numerous related experiments. These usually include parameters such as process pressures, relative velocities, slurry temperature, polishing pad materials and polishing head structure. Many study have been done about polishing pad and its groove structure because it's considered as one of the key factors which can decide wafer uniformity directly. But, not many study have been done about polisher head structure, especially about polisher head plate design. The purpose of this paper is to know how the plate structure can affect wafer uniformity and how to deteriorate wafer yield. Furthermore, we studied several new designed plate to improve wafer uniformity and also improve wafer yield.

비아 절단 구조를 사용한 DRAM 패키지 기판 (DRAM Package Substrate Using Via Cutting Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 비아 절단 구조를 제안하고 2층 구조의 DRAM 패키지 기판 설계에 적용하여 낮은 임피던스를 가지는 파워 분배망(Power Distribution Network)을 구현하였다. 제안한 신규 비아 구조는 비아의 일부가 절단된 형태이고 본딩 패드와 결합하여 넓은 배선 면적을 필요로 하지 않는 장점을 가진다. 또한 비아 절단 구조를 적용한 설계에서는 본딩 패드에서 VSSQ까지의 배선 경로를 효과적으로 단축시킴으로써 PDN 임피던스를 개선시킬 수 있다. DRAM 패키지 기판 상의 윈도우 영역 형성과 동시에 비아의 일부 영역이 제거되므로 비아 절단 구조 제작을 위한 추가적인 공정은 없다. 또한 비아 홀 내부를 솔더 레지스트로 채움으로써 버(Burr) 발생을 최소화하였으며, 이를 패키지 기판 단면 촬영을 통해 검증하였다. 비아 절단 구조의 적용 및 VDDQ/VSSQ 배치에 의한 PDN 임피던스 변화를 검증하기 위해서 3차원 전자장 시뮬레이션 및 네트워크 분석기 측정을 통해 기존 방식을 적용한 패키지 기판과 비교 검증을 진행하였다. 신규 DRAM 패키지 기판은 대부분의 주파수 범위에서 보다 우수한 PDN 임피던스를 가졌으며, 이는 제안한 비아 절단 구조와 파워/그라운드 설계 배치가 PDN 임피던스 감소에 효과적임을 증명한다.

탭 패턴 유사도를 이용한 사용자 맞춤형 즐겨찾기 스마트 폰 UX/UI개발 (The Development of the User-Customizable Favorites-based Smart Phone UX/UI Using Tap Pattern Similarity)

  • 본 논문에서는 화면터치에 따른 탭 동작을 패턴 화하여 인식할 수 있는 UX/UI와 탭 패턴인식 알고리즘을 설계하여 사용자 맞춤형 즐겨찾기 애플리케이션 구현을 하였다. 스마트 폰 사용자가 입력패드에 손가락으로 탭 하는 동작들을 패턴으로 생성하고, 이 탭 패턴에 스마트 폰에서 사용자가 즐겨 사용하는 서비스를 설정할 수 있도록 한다. 사용자가 입력패드를 이용하여 탭 패턴을 입력했을 때, 탭 패턴 유사도를 측정하여 등록된 탭 패턴과 유사하면 설정된 스마트 폰의 서비스 기능을 수행한다. 실험을 통해 제안한 방법이 사용자 편의성을 고려한 다양한 형태의 탭 패턴에 대하여 높은 인식률과 입력 종료 후의 지연 시간 단축을 보장함을 보여주었다.

선택적 지지면에 따른 스쿼트 운동이 정상 성인의 균형조절능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Squat Exercise by Different Baseform on Balance Ability Enhancement in Normal Adult)

  • PURPOSE : This study aims to investigate the positive correlation in pre-post test design between squat exercise on different baseform and the static/dynamic balance ability enhancement in adults. METHOD : This clinical study was designed into three different random-sampling adult groups (flat, balanced, vibration exercise device) and performed squat exercise. The static/dynamic balance ability was measured prior to the intervention and vice-versa. Balance was examined using the balance master 7.0 version systems. RESULT : 1) After the intervention, the controlled mat group in mCTSIB has showned the minimal mean value and the variation regards as acceptable by statistic value. 2) After the intervention, The mean value of LOS shows the minimal average variation in Randomised Trials, but the other two trials shows the maximal fluctuation. The difference variation regards as acceptable statistic value. 3)After the intervention, the mean value of mat group measrued as the maximal results, the difference variation regards as acceptable statistic value. 4)The striking correlation difference at mCTSIB has found in the vibration device exercise group, but LOS and Rhythmic W-S showed the correaltion in Mat group. CONCLUSION : The study found the positive correlation that enhanced balance ability on the different dynamic baseform squat exercise than static baseform environment. The significant difference found the balance pad squat effects on developing balance ability and the correlationship regards as statistically significant value.

Comparing Bio-efficacy of Liquid DL-methionine Hydroxy Analogue Free Acid with DL-methionine in Broiler Chickens

  • The present experiment was conducted to assess the efficacy of methionine hydroxy analogue free fatty acid (MHAFA) in comparison to DL-methionine (DL-Met) utilizing day-old commercial broiler chicks (n=300). The chicks were randomly distributed into 30 groups of 10 chicks each. Three dietary treatments, viz. D1-maize-soybean meal based basal diet (Control), D2- control diet supplemented with DL- methionine to meet its requirements and D3-control supplemented with MHA-FA @ 1.54 times of DL-methionine used in D2, were formulated. Each dietary treatment was offered to 10 replicated groups of chicks following completely random design (CRD). The chicks fed on supplemental DL-Met had significantly higher (p<0.01) gain in body weight, followed by MHA-FA group and control during 0-3 weeks of age. During overall growth period (0-6 weeks), chicks in DL-Met and MHA-FA groups grew better (p<0.01) than those in control. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) improved (p<0.01) on supplementation of either DL- Met or MHA-FA in the basal (Control) diet during 0-3 weeks of age. The FCR for overall period, however, did not differ statistically (p>0.05) amongst the treatments. The eviscerated yields emanated from diets with DL-Met or MHA-FA were higher (p<0.01) than that in Control. Abdominal fat pad was also more (p<0.01) in broilers fed control diet than in DL-Met or MHA-FA supplemented group. Breast yield was higher (p<0.05) in MHA-FA fed broilers than those fed DL-methionine supplemented or un-supplemented diets. The efficacy of MHA-FA in comparison to DL-Met for growth was 62.11, 64.82 and 63.88% and for feed efficiency was 62.98, 67.73 and 64.01% at 0-3, 3-6 and 0-6 weeks of age, respectively, while it was 65.85, 71.40 and 67.49% for eviscerated yield, abdominal fat pad reduction and breast yield at 6 weeks of age, respectively.

빅 사이즈 브래지어 착용실태에 관한 연구 -C컵 이상을 중심으로- (A Study on the Wearing Conditions of Big Size Brassiere for the Women with Bigger Than C Cup Size)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze dissatisfaction and size appropriateness of the women with big breast for design the high functional big size brassiere. The data were collected from 179 women(between the ages of 20 and 39) residing in Gwang-ju using a questionnaire to purchase, wearing comfort, dissatisfaction of the size, wire and the pad of the big size brassiere. The data were analyzed with Chi-square test, t-test and ANOVA using statistical program SPSS 12.0. The results of this research are as follows; 1) Seven-two-point-two percent of the women with big breast more than C cup size polled said they had difficulty in looking for the suitable size of the brassiere and they usually weared the smaller size than the their own size. As a result, they felt inconvenience for the discord with the nipples and lack of the shape revision. 2) According to the result of the correlation analysis, breast size and Rohrer's index showed low correlation. 3) After dividing all respondents for this research into categories of the group of more than C cup and less than B cup the differences in responses were compared. The dissatisfaction with brassier were 'discord of cup size', 'pain due to the wire' and 'unnatural breast shape' in the group of more than C cup, compared to 'discord of cup size' and 'deformation of the wire and pad' in the group of less than B cup.

Ku-대역 BiCMOS 저잡음 증폭기 설계 (Design of Ku-Band BiCMOS Low Noise Amplifier)

  • 0.25 um SiGe BiCMOS 공정을 이용하여 Ku-대역 저잡음 증폭기가 설계 및 제작되었다. 개발된 Ku-대역 저잡음 증폭기는 BiCMOS 공정의 HBT 소자를 이용하여 설계되었으며, 9~14 GHz 대역에서 2.05 dB 이하의 잡음 지수 특성과 19 dB 이상의 이득 특성을 가지고 있다. 제조 공정과 관련되어 제공된 PDK의 부정확성 및 부족한 인덕터 라이브러리를 보완하기 위하여 p-tap 값 최적화와 인덕터의 EM 시뮬레이션 기법 등을 활용하였다. 총 2회의 제작 공정을 수행하였으며, 최종 제작된 Ku-대역 저잡음 증폭기는 $0.65\;mm{\times}0.55\;mm$의 크기로 구현되었다. 특히 최종 제작된 저잡음 증폭기의 레이아웃에서 입/출력 RF Pad와 Bias Pad 등을 제외하고 약 $0.4\;mm{\times}0.4\;mm$ 정도의 크기를 갖도록 조정되어 다기능 RFIC의 증폭단으로 활용되었다.
