함정용 LED 투광등 설계 및 제작 (Design and Fabrication of a LED Floodlight for Naval Vessels)

  • This paper dealt with the development of a LED floodlight for naval vessels to replace the conventional floodlight using an incandescent and a halogen lamp. We found a technical solution for current problems of conventional lights and also improved optical characteristics by developing a LED floodlight which has a typical long-lived light source with high efficiency. To satisfy the requirements specified in Korea Standard Vessels (KS V), the optical structure was designed with selected LED package and lens. A LED module was composed of 10 LEDs in series for stable luminous output, and an aluminium heat sink was adopted for effective heat-radiation design. The LED floodlight was fabricated as a module type so that it can easily replace the conventional light source. The power consumption of the prototype floodlight was only a tenth of a conventional one with the same optical performance. Also, a test showed the floodlight satisfied the electrical, optical and environmental requirements of the standards.

용접 잔류응력 완화에 미치는 변태 온도의 영향에 관한 수치적 모델링 (Numerical Modeling of the Transformation Temperature Effect on the Relaxation of Welding Residual Stress)

  • Most of ferrous b.c.c weld materials have martensitic transformation during rapid cooling after welding. It is well known that volume expansion due to the phase transformation could influence on the relaxation of welding residual stress. To apply this effect practically, it is necessary to establish a numerical model which is able to estimate the effect of phase transformation on residual stress relaxation quantitatively. For this purpose, the analysis is carried out in two regions, i.e., heating and cooling, because the variation of material properties following a phase transformation in cooling is different in comparison with the case in heating, even at the same temperature. The variation of material properties following phase transformation is considered by the adjustment of specific heat and thermal expansion coefficient, and the distribution of residual stress in analysis is compared with that of experiment by previous study. In this study, simplified numerical procedures considering phase transformation, which based on a commercial finite element package was established through comparing with the experimental data of residual stress distribution by other researcher. To consider the phase transformation effect on residual stress relaxation, the transition of mechanical and thermal property such as thermal expansion coefficient and specific heat capacity was found by try and error method in this analysis. In addition to, since the transformation temperature changes by the kind and control of alloying elements, the steel with many kinds of transformation temperature were selected and the effect of transformation on stress releasement was investigated by the numerical procedures considering phase transformation.

여고생의 화장행동과 화장품 구매불안에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Make-up Behaviors and Consumers Anxiety in Purchasing Cosmetics of the Female High School Student)

  • The purpose of this study is understanding female high school student's make-up culture by developing the recognition criteria for their make-up behavior and anxiety in purchasing cosmetics. This study targeted 524 female high school students who attended vocational and academic high school located in Daegu, Korea. SPSS WIN package was used fur statistics and MANOVA, ANOVA, LSD post-verification was conducted for data analysis. The conclusion of this study is as fellowed ; (1) Academic groups showed statistically different tendency to 6 reasons of make-up behavior ; interest in make-up was chosen most for the reason and etiquette, make-up satisfaction, aesthetics, fashion, synchronism comes next in the order. (2) In case of vocational group, it also showed different tendency to 6 reasons of make-up behavior ; interest in make-up was also most highly chosen reason as the academic group and etiquette was next and then make-up satisfaction, aesthetics, fashion were same level and synchronism was shown to be the lowest chosen reason in the order. (3) Academic group showed different level of anxiety from the 11 reasons of anxiety in purchasing cosmetics ; also anxiety of material was highly chosen reason and then fitness, price, color, quality, utility, purchasing, after service, fashion, label-trust, other people's comments comes next for the reason. (4) Vocational group also showed different level of anxiety from 11 reasons of anxiety in purchasing cosmetics; also anxiety of material was highest reason (same as the academic group) and then fitness, color, quality, price, utility, after service, label-trust, fashion, buying, other people's comments comes next for the reason.

LTCC/Kovar 간의 Brazing 특성 연구 (Study on the Brazing Characteristics of LTCC/Kovar)

  • 본 논문에서는 MCM 및 패키지의 Lid로 사용되는 합금인 Kovar (Fe-Ni-Co alloy) 와 LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) 간의 Brazing 특성을 연구하였다. 기존에 사용되고 있는 알루미나 패키지의 경우, 주로 80$0^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 Brazing을 실시하고 있으며, 조성은 Ag-Cu 계열을 사용하고 있다. 하지만, LTCC 의 경우, 소결온도가 85$0^{\circ}C$ 내외로서 기존의 방법을 그대로 적용하기는 어려움이 있다. 또한 Brazing 특성에 따른 접착 강도는 Brazing Alloy 의 영향뿐만 아니라 LTCC 와 전도체 전극사이의 Metallization 에 크게 영향을 받는다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Brazing Alloy의 종류 (Ag-Cu, Au-Sn) 및 Brazing 조건에 따른 Brazing 특성뿐만 아니라, 전도체 전극내 유리질 함량에 따른 Brazing 특성을 평가하여 LTCC/Kovar 간의 최적의 Brazing 조건을 구현하고자 하였다.

기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지의 정량적 혼합시스템에 의한 환경대응형 포장소재 개발 (Environment Corresponding Package by Quantitative Mixing System with Functional Inorganic Material and Polyolefin Resin)

  • A lot of research has been made over the recent decade to develop testing packages with antimicrobial properties to improve food safety. In this study, a new method, experimental device and technology for environmental corresponding packages of polypropylene (PP) film has been developed to provide effective temperature buffering during the transport/long-term storage of grains or foodstuffs from the supplier to the market. This quantitatively optimized mixing system enabled to produce PP films with the 700$\sim$1,400d (width;1.5$\sim$3mm, thickness;0.01$\sim$0.5mm). In the whole mixing systems, the finely-granulated inorganic illite and PP virgin chip for master batch (M/B) chip was calculated by digital measurement methods, and then the M/B chip for PP film was adapted through a air jet and PP grinding method. The prepared PP film was characterized with tensile strength and elongation, far infrared radiation (FIR) emissivity, antimicrobial activity and deodorization properties. The results revealed that the two differently grain-sized illite could be show homogeneously dispersed on PP chip surface, and as the increasing of illite content, the FIR emissivity and the anion emission rate of film was increasingly improved. In both of 325 and 1,500 mesh-sized illite contained PP chip, of course the antimicrobial activity was good. But the ultimate deodorization rate for ammonia gas of PP film were found to be approximately the same.

실버 세대를 위한 국내·외 블라우스에 나타난 디자인 특성 분석 (Analysis on the design characteristics of blouse for silver generation in domestic and foreign)

  • Increasing of Korean old women's rate is demographic characteristics attributed an aging society, silver generation would lead to silver fashion market with steady competitiveness and interest in fashion. So the study attempts to use foundation material for silver's fashion design by analyzing design characteristics and processing development of design representative women's top. Selecting brand for collecting photo using study represents a mid- and premium-priced with reference Brand Yearbook. After selecting brand on domestic and foreign I have collected picture from Internet shopping mall and web-site of fashion brand, from October 2013 to July 2014, but I selected 840 pictures based on front poses for easy decision. In order to search design characteristics according to sort of silver blouse design on domestic and foreign. I have examined shape, color, pattern, fabric sensation, inside composition line and decoration with reference standard of analysis in preceding research. Data analysis method was conducted on analysis of frequency and cross analysis using SPSS statistical package 21.0. The conclusion of design characteristic according to type of blouse design for silver, H-silhouette in shirt blouse seems to fit in body transformation and expose silhouette with correcting the body flaw. Using soft material in T-shirt blouse they are able to conceal a body defect and express beautiful silhouette. By using detail in pullover shirt blouse and tunic blouse for point of design, it express glamour and luxurious. Most of blouse are printed various pattern, it would looks more gorgeous using pattern.

Aerosol Deposition Method를 이용한 세라믹 기반 폴리머 복합체 후막의 성장에 있어 폴리머 파우더의 경도와 탄성의 중요성 (Importance of Hardness and Elasticity of Polymer Powders on Growth of Ceramic-based Polymer Composite Thick Films Using Aerosol Deposition Method)

  • 최근 전자 소자의 고주파화, 소형화에 대한 요구가 증대 되면서 많은 소자들을 하나의 시스템에 3차원적으로 실장시키는 SOP (System-on-Package)가 새로운 대안으로 떠오르고 있으며 SOP를 실현하기 위해서는 집적기판에 대한 저온화 공정 기술이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 현재 집적기판에 사용되는 재료로서 세라믹이 널리 알려져 있지만 세라믹은 취성이 있으며 $1000^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온화 공정 프로세스를 필요로 하는 근본적인 약점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상온에서 고속으로 치밀한 성막을 가능케 하는 Aerosol Deposition Method (ADM)를 이용하여 최초로 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막을 성공적으로 제작하였다. XRD와 FT-IR 분석 결과 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA, $Al_2O_3$-PI 혼합물을 출발 파우더로 사용하여 제조한 후막이 세라믹-폴리머 복합체임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 SEM 분석결과 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA 복합체와 $Al_2O_3$-PI 복합체의 표면 양상이 매우 다르다는 점을 확인하였으며 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA 복합체의 성막률이 $Al_2O_3$-PI 복합체의 성막률에 비해 매우 낮음을 확인하였다. 이러한 현상들은 폴리머 파우더들의 경도와 탄성 차이 때문인 것으로 사료되어 이를 증명하기 위한 실험을 실시하였다. 결국 PMMA 막과 PI 막에 대한경도측정결과와 PMMA 파우더와 PI 파우더의 유성 볼밀링 전후에 대한 SEM 이미지를 통해 PMMA 파우더가 PI 파우더에 비해 경도가 낮으며 반면 탄성이 높다는 것을 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분석을 통하여 ADM을 이용한 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막의 제조에 있어 폴리머 파우더의 경도와 탄성이 매우 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막을 성공적으로 제조하기 위해서 폴리머 파우더의 적절한 선택이 중요함을 알 수 있었으며 ADM을 이용한 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막의 제조에 대한 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

B2O3-Bi2O3-ZnO계 유리를 이용한 백색 LED용 색변환 렌즈의 광 특성 (Optical Properties of Color Conversion Lens for White LED Using B2O3-Bi2O3-ZnO Glass)

  • Recently, remote phosphor is reported for white LED enhancing of phosphor efficiency compared with conventional phosphor-based W-LED. In this study, Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor contents rated paste and heat treatment. The paste consists of phosphor, lowest softening glass frit and organic binders. Remote phosphor can be well controlled by varying the phosphor content rated paste. After mounting remote phosphor on top of blue LED chip, CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were measured. The measurement results showed that CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were 6,645, 68, and 1,16l m/W in phosphor 80 wt.% remote phosphor sintered at $600^{\circ}C$.

과산화수소 적용 TIM의 LED 패키지 열특성 개선효과 (Improved Thermal Resistance of an LED Package Interfaced with an Epoxy Composite of Diamond Powder Suspended in H2O2)

  • 고출력 LED 소자의 활용이 많아지면서, 온도상승 문제를 극복하고 신뢰성을 향상해야 하는 요구가 높아짐에 따라 광원 패키지의 방열이 매우 중요해졌다. 패키지에 칩을 접합하는 열전달 물질(TIM, Thermal Interface Material)은 열전도도가 높은 물질과 폴리머를 혼합하여 재료 자체의 열전달 특성을 향상시키는 방안이 사용되어 왔으나, 실제 패키지의 열 특성은 칩 부착계면의 높은 열저항으로 인해 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 diamond 분말과 epoxy의 혼합으로 열 특성을 개선함에 있어서, 과산화수소를 적용하면서도 기포를 효율적으로 제거하여, 각 계면의 친화성을 높이고 전체 점도를 낮추어 diamond 분말의 분산을 촉진하고, 결과적으로 대부분의 경우에 전체 열 저항을 약 30% 이상 개선하였다.

대학생들의 패션라이프스타일에 따른 웨어러블 스마트 텍스타일 제품의 관심 경향 연구 (Study on the Tendency of Interest of Wearable Textile Products according to College Students' Fashion Life Style)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of product design for textile convergence wearable smart textile fashion products according to college students' fashion life style. In this study, we used information obtained from a questionnaire issued to 201 female college students who were 20 years old for the final analysis. The questionnaires were to classify female college students groups according to the fashion life style, to examine characteristics, needs and wants of each group. The survey on the tendency of wearable smart textiles consisted of 22 items about concept and type of smart clothing product, functional material and intelligent material, recognition, preference, purchase intention, purchase factor and brand preference tendency. A total of 201 samples were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, crosstabs and $x^2-test$ using SPSS package program. 'brand preference oriented type was found to be interested in 'wearable' smart clothing product with monitoring function of bio-signal' and 'high functional fiber and textile product', but the credibility of 'smart clothes that can be worn and smart textile products to be useful in modern life' was low. 'fashionable individuality oriented' type showed interest in 'smart clothing and smart product', 'intelligent fiber' and 'wearable smart clothing product with monitoring function of bio-signal', but the preferences of 'light emitting fiber products' was low. 'practically purchasing-oriented' type was very interested in 'high-functional fiber and its textile products', but had inadequate knowledge on 'smart clothing and smart textile product' and showed low interest. Despite the fact that 'wearable smart clothing and smart textile products' are expensive, they were willing to purchase considering practicality and sophisticated style.
