The purpose of this study was to characterize purchase behavior at internet shopping mall and the preference for fashion design through analysis Net generations. The subjects for this sample were teen-agers and university students who had dwelled at pusan and ulsan in south korea. This study had 824 samples who had purchasing of fashion apparels at the internet shopping mall. The sampling data in this survey was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, Duncan-test, MANOVA and ANOVA of SPSS WIN package. The results of the study were as follows: 1. It was proved that among 824 individuals, 790(95.9%)individuals uses internet or pc communication and 33 individuals don't use any of them. 35.1% of using internet people have been using that for 1∼2 years. And they used internet for 1∼3 hours in a day(52.9%). And Net generations preferred Internet Shopping Mall because they didn't need to take the troubles of shopping and parking, but at the same time, they seemed to have distrust because they couldn't check the products personally. 2. People who decide to purchase by products and pursuit of information prefer cuffs, collar design, people of pursuit of convenience prefer sleeve, neckline, pants design, people of advertising and pursuit of services prefer cuffs, sleeve, collar, neckline, pants design and color. People who was dependent on perception of danger when they purchase preferred color and pattern. 3. It was proved that purchase attitude for men at internet shopping mall was convenience and for women, advertising and pursuit of services. 1318 teenagers decided to purchase mainly by advertising and pursuit of services at internet shopping mall and semi-adult are less dependent on that factors than 1318 teenagers did. Under high school educational course Net generation was dependent on the factors of advertising and pursuit of services when they purchase at internet shopping mall and above university educational course Net generation decide to purchase by the factors of products and pursuit of information. Also, people whose average income was above 3 million won ware dependent on the factors of advertising and pursuit of services and people whose income was under one million won was decide to purchase by the factors of perception of danger. People whose monthly expenditure on purchase was above 50,000 won ware depend on advertising and pursuit of services more than people whose expenditure was under 50,000 won did.
This study is about entrepreneurial intention of baby boomers who started retirement, starting with the second phase of life. A research model was constructed focusing on factors that will affect the entrepreneurial intention of baby boomers. In order to test the study model, a questionnaire was surveyed on baby boomers, and among them, 204 people, which was valid, was used for analysis. The hypothesis test was a structural equation model using the AMOS 23 statistical package. As a result of the hypothesis test, self-efficacy and social capital had a positive (+) relationship with entrepreneurial intention. Economic preparation was found to have a significant negative (-) relationship with entrepreneurial intention. Social capital was found to have the most influence on baby boomers' entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, achievement experience and role model learning experience were the antecedent variables affecting self-efficacy. As a result of testing their relationship, achievement experience and role model learning experience had a significant positive (+) influence on self-efficacy. Based on the research results, academic and practical implications were presented.

This paper aimed to identify main factors of community characters, which have an effect on the land surface temperature(LST) change and estimate the impacting coefficient(ratio) of factors in a significant level of statistics. Chungcheongbuk-do province was selected and then partitioned into city and county areas for the sake of convenience of modeling. LST time series data and the community character data were developed based on Terra Satellite MODIS data and collected from the National Statistical Office, respectively. By the cause and effect relationship between community characters and LST, regression coefficients were estimated using a penal model. In a panel modeling, LST and community characters were used as a dependent variable and explanatory variables, respectively. Panel modeling analysis was carried out using statistical package STATA14 and one-way fixed effect model was selected as the most suitable model to evaluate the regression coefficients in the study area. The impacting ratio of LST change by any explanatory variable derived from the regression coefficients of the panel model fixed. Impacting ratios for industrial areas, elevation ${\times}$ building, energy usage, average window speed, non-urban management area, agricultural, nature and environmental conservation, average precipitation were 3.746, 2.856, 2.742, 0.553, 0.102, 0.071 and 0.003, respectively.
Project Monitoring and Control is one of the required activities in project management. This activity provides the information about whether a project is making a progress as it is planned. It is usually performed in weekly meetings or milestone meetings where the project manager checks the project's current status based on project measures such as schedule, cost and work performance. One of the popular method for project monitoring and control is EVM(Earned Value Management). The major characteristic of EVM is that it uses only one measure 'cost' for schedule and work performance so that it enables 2 independent graphs to be illustrated in one integrated graph based on cost. For applying EVM to a project, it is essential to break whole work to work packages and to assign value of cost to each work package at the initial stage of the project. Therefore EVM is well matched with the lifecycle which requires whole plan at the beginning of project. However, in XP(eXtreme Programming), whole customer requirements are difficult to define and to make a complete plan at the beginning and are more detailed in each Iteration. Therefore EVM is not comfortable method for XP. Therefore in this research we suggest 3 layer EVM which can be applied in XP, and develop a process guidelines based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) PMC(Project Monitoring and Control) process area.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the organizational characteristic and workers characteristics of Family Business Organization on its Business Performance. The subjects of this study were workers of healthy family support centers and multicultural family support centers. A survey was conducted from July 30th to September 30th. A total 372 materials were used for analysis of final data and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) WIN 18.0 program was employed in analyzing the collected data. As the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristics and culture and characteristics of workers on business performance through hierarchical regression analysis, higher performance was achieved when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, and when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, having enough information and external resources at the center, and when the job satisfaction of workers are high, and when organizational culture is more hierarchical. There were difference in the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristic and culture and characteristic of workers on business performance. The level of service and business value of Family Service Organization was higher when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, hierarchical culture and agreement culture, and when operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, having enough information and external resources at the center, and the administrative skills of workers are higher. Business volume is increased when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, and when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of hierarchical culture and agreement culture, having enough external resources at the center, and the practicing ability of workers are higher. When it comes to business efficiency, it is increased when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of developed culture and the job satisfaction of workers are high, having enough external and financial resources at the center. Therefore we will need to enhance business performance through improved management and job satisfaction of employees in organizational culture.

In this paper, a Ka-band harmonic mixer is designed and fabricated on the base of the multiplier theory that there is a bias point to maximize the third harmonic order($3f_{LO}$) with respect to a fundamental LO frequency($f_{LO}$), which can make the high-order mixing element($f_{RF}{\pm}3f_{LO}$) to be greater than other mixing elements, Pumping a RF frequency($f_{RF}$) and LO frequency($f_{LO}$). The harmonic mixer by the proposed design method is fabricated by using a commercial GaAs MESFET device with a plastic package and overcome these disadvantages that a conventional mixer in Ka-band suffer from a high cost, inefficient productivity and circuit complexity. The harmonic mixer have a -10 dB conversion loss at the IF Sequency($3f_{LO}-f_{RF}$=1.0GHz) by selecting a gate bias voltage for the maximum third-order LO harmonic element($3f_{LO}$=34.5 GHz) as pumping LO frequency($f_{LO}$=11.5 GHz) With respect to RF Sequency ($f_{RF}$=33.5GHz)
This study assesses the consumption of seaweed by Koreans using a survey questionnaire. 1,218 subjects were surveyed. Those individuals were divided into inland and coastal regions. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SAS package (ver 9.1). The results of this study are summarized as follows: Of the survey respondents 46.5% were male and 53.5% were female. Inland and coastal residents were divided nearly equally (50.4% and 49.6% respectively). Overall slightly more respondents reported a dislike of seaweeds (52.8% vs 47.2%) and the major reason for their dislike was the smell. With respect to gender and age preference, more females liked seaweed than males (p<0.01) and individuals over thirty were more favorable when compared to those in their teens and twenties (p<0.001). Coastal area residents liked seaweed significantly more than that of inland residents (p<0.01). Respondents reported eating seaweed at home (50.8%) and at restaurants (28.2%). The cooking methods used for dishes with seaweed included: soup (44.8%), wrapped in seaweed (21.8%), and seasoned dishes (19.4%). The most popular item among processed seaweed products was beverages. 26.5% of respondents were getting their food and nutrition information through television and radio programming. In conclusion, the results of this study provides baseline and useful information for the development of marketing plans for seaweed products.
The of this study was to establish a theoretical basis for relationship marketing exercised in the mB e-Marketplace and to empirically analyze causal relationship among e-CRM factor, together with quality and the performance of the customer relationship. The population sample of this study was the companies who had experience for using the B2B e-Marketplace, and a data analysis was made through y analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, utilizing statistical package of SPSS 18.0. The result of proving the are as follows; First, the e-CRM factors(e-Marketing, e-Service, e-Sales) of B2B e-Marketplace showed the positive influence on the customer relationship quality factor. the e-CRM factors of B2B e-Marketplace showed the positive influence on the customer relationship performance factor. Third, according to the test result on the relationship between quality factor and performance factor, customer relationship quality factor(satisfaction, trust) had positive effect on performance factor. Last, for the moderating effect of switching barrier in the customer relationship quality factor(satisfaction, trust) on the B2B e-Marketplace and its performance factor(reusing intention, long-term orientation) of maintaining the relation, the subordinate variables of switching barrier(alternative attraction, switching cost) showed the positive moderating effects.

In order to prevent the national wide spread of the COVID-19 virus, the government enforces to use an electronic access registration system for public facilities to effectively track and manage the spread. Initially, there was a lot of hassle to write a directory, but recently a system for creating an electronic access list using QR codes, what is called KI-Pass, is mainly used. However, the procedure for generating a QR code is somewhat cumbersome. In this paper, we propose a new electronic access registration system that does not require QR code. This system effectively controls the suspicious visitor by using a mask wearing discriminator which has been implemented using deep learning technology, and a non-contact thermometer package. In addition, by linking the beacon, a short-range wireless communication technology, and the visitor's smartphone application, basic information of the facility visitor is automatically registered to KDCA through the server. On the other hand, the user access information registered in the server is encrypted and stored, and is automatically destroyed after up to 4 weeks. This system is expected to be very effective in preventing the spread of other new infectious diseases as well as responding to the coronavirus which is recording a high spread worldwide.
The purpose of this study is Big Five personality factors of personality type on career behavior, that is, entry to the unsafe first job in Korean university students. To accomplish this research objective, this study collected data from 500 students in three universities and two colleges located in the Chungcheong region. Among 350 questionnaires, 342 copies were used for a final analysis. In order to analyze the survey data, statistical package program SPSS/WIN 18.0 was utilized and statistical techniques such as basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results obtained in this study can be summarized as follows. The extraversion personality and agreeableness personality of college students has a significant effect on the entry to the unsafe first job in the positive direction. On the other hand, the neurotic personality and openness to experience has a significant effect on the entry to the unsafe first job in the negative direction. However, the integrity personality of college students was not statistically significant. Finally, based on the empirical results we suggested several theoretical and practical implications.
