Zinc-Borosilicate is used as a side insulator wall to make high breakdown voltage with one Field Limiting Ring in a power p-n junction device in simulation. It is known that surface charge density can be yield at the interface of Zinc-Borosilicate glass / silicon system. When the glass is used as a side insulator wall, surface charge varied potential distribution and breakdown voltage is improved 1090 V under the same structure.The breakdown voltage under varying the surface charge density has a limit value. When the epitaxial thickness is varied, the position of FLR doesn't influence to the breakdown characteristic not only under non punch-through structure but also under punch-through structure. Phenyl group migration within protonated 1,2-diphenyl hydrazines has been studied theoretically using the semi-empirical AM1 method. This reaction proceeds through a 3-membered cyclic transition state and requires high activation energy. In the reactant, there was no resonance stabilization for the moving Z-ring, however, hammett $p_Z^+$ values are large due to the direct involvement of the Z-ring inthe reaction, and the development of a negative charge on the reaction center gives them a posifive value. In the case of the non-moving ring, $p_Y^+$ values are small and negative owing to the smaller positive charge increase in the reaction center. The cross-interaction constant, $p_YZ^+$, was obtained from the activation enthalpies, using the multipe linear regression methdo, and the interaction between two substituents, Y and Z, is examined.

The principal aim of this paper is to study the connection between the structure of a quotient ring R/P and the behavior of special additive mappings of R. More precisely, we characterize the commutativity of R/P using derivations (generalized derivations) of R satisfying algebraic identities involving the prime ideal P. Furthermore, we provide examples to show that the various restrictions imposed in the hypothesis of our theorems are not superfluous.

Let R be a ring and P be a prime ideal of R. A mapping d : R → R is called a multiplicative derivation if d(xy) = d(x)y + xd(y) for all x, y ∈ R. In this paper, our main motive is to obtain the well-known theorem due to Posner in the ring R/P for generalized derivations associated with a multiplicative derivation defined by an additive mapping F : R → R such that F(xy) = F(x)y + xd(y), where d : R → R is a multiplicative derivation not necessarily additive. This article discusses the use of generalized derivations associated with a multiplicative derivation to investigate the commutativity of the quotient ring R/P.

Recently, we identified a domain, termed MIRC3-4, for the protein-protein interaction between yeast chitin synthase 3 (CHS3) and chitin synthase 4 (CHS4). In this study, the functional roles of MIRC3-4 were examined at the G1 phase and cytokinesis of the cell cycle by Calcofluor staining and FISH. Some mutations in MIRC3-4 resulted in disappearance of the chitin ring in the early G1 phase, but did not affect chitin synthesis in the cell wall at cytokinesis. The chitin distribution in chs4 mutant cells indicated that CHS4 was involved in the synthesis of chitinring in the G1 phase and in the synthesis of cell wall chitin after cytokinesis, suggesting that Chs4p regulates chitin synthase 3 activity differently in G1 and cytokinesis. Absence of the chitin ring could be caused either by delocalization of Chs3p to the bud-neck or by improper interaction with Chs4p. When mutant cells were immunostained with a Chs3p-specific antibody to discriminate between these two alternatives, the mutated Ch3p was found to localize to the neck in all MIRC3-4 mutants. These results strongly irdicate that Chs4p regulates Chs3p as an activator but not a recruiter.

고리염색체(Ring chromosome)는 매우 낮은 빈도로 발견되는 염색체 이상으로 모든 번호에서 보고되고 있으며 특히 끝곁 매듭 염색체(acrocentric chromosome)에서 빈번하게 관찰 된다. 본 증례는 ring chromosome(고리염색체)11의 산전진단에 관한 것이다. 산모는 36세의 여성으로 모체혈청검사에서 에드워드 증후군의 표시인자가 증가되어, 태아의 염색체 검사를 위해 임신 19.5주에 양수천자술을 시행하였다. 결과는 46,XX,r(11)[65]/45,XX,-11[16]/46,XX[34]로 고리염색체(ring chromosome) 11이 mosaic으로 관찰되었다. 혈액을 이용한 부모 염색체 검사는 모두 정상이었다. 임신 20주에 실시된 정밀초음파 검사에서는 자궁내성장장애(IUGR) 소견을 보였다. 모자익시즘의 확인을 위해 임신 22주에 재대 혈액을 이용한 두번째 염색체 검사 결과는 46,XX,r(11)(p15.5q24.2)[229]/45,XX,-11 [15]이었으며 첫번째 검사에서 관찰되지 않았던 다양한 형태의 고리염색체(ring chromosome)가 소수의 세포에서 관찰되었다. 고리염색체(ring chromosome)11에 대한 FISH 검사에서는 11 염색체의 장완과 11 염색체의 단완의 subtelomeric 부위가 결실되어 있었다.

We investigate skew power series of $\alpha$-rigid p.p.-rings, where $\alpha$ is an endomorphism of a ring R which is not assumed to be surjective. For an $\alpha$-rigid ring R, R[[${\chi};{\alpha}$]] is right p.p., if and only if R[[${\chi},{\chi}^{-1};{\alpha}$]] is right p.p., if and only if R is right p.p. and any countable family of idempotents in R has a join in I(R).

Let R be a semiprime ring with maximal right ring of quotients Q_mr(R), and let n₁, n₂, …, n_k be k fixed positive integers. Suppose that R is (n₁+n₂+⋯+n_k)!-torsion free, and that f : 𝜌 → Q_mr(R) is an additive map, where 𝜌 is a nonzero right ideal of R. It is proved that if [[…[f(x), x^n₁], …], x^n_k] = 0 for all x ∈ 𝜌, then [f(x), x] = 0 for all x ∈ 𝜌. This gives the result of Beidar et al. [2] for semiprime rings. Moreover, it is also proved that if R is p-torsion, where p is a prime integer with p = Σ^k_i=1 n_i and if f : R → Q_mr(R) is an additive map satisfying [[…[f(x), x^n₁], …], x^n_k] = 0 for all x ∈ R, then [f(x), x] = 0 for all x ∈ R.

본 연구의 목적은 G시에 거주하는 성인 남 녀 150명의 홍채 스트레스링과 스트레스의 융합적 상관관계를 규명하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구기간은 2014년 3월부터 10월까지이며 연구대상자들의 홍채 촬영 및 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS ver.20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 처리 하였다. 분석결과 대상자들의 연령 및 직업에 따른 스트레스링은 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<.05), 홍채분석을 통한 스트레스링과 스트레스는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.709, p<.001). 본 연구는 홍채분석을 통해 스트레스에 관련된 질병을 진단 할 수 있는 기초정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있으며 향후 임상에 있어 홍채분석을 통한 스트레스 예견과 조기진단을 통한 예방적 치료에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

21번 환 염색체는 심한 기형에서부터 정상에 이르기까지 다양한 표현형을 보인다. 저자들은 발달 지연과 다발성 선천성 기형을 가진 환자에서 말초혈액 염색체 검사상 21번 염색체 장완의 결실이 동반된 21번 환 염색체를 경험하였기에 이에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
