Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress and stress-ring through iris analysis of the subjects from random selection of 150 adults living in G. The study was performed from March 2014 to October 2014, through iris photography and self-filling questionnaires. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using the SPSS ver. 20.0 program. The results showed that there is a significant difference in the stress-ring according to the subjects' age and occupation(p<.05). In addition, the correlation between stress-ring and stress was observed through the iris analysis(r=.709, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, iris analysis in clinical setting is thought to prove beneficial for preventative treatment through stress prediction and early diagnosis.
