In this paper, we proposed a mechanism that prevents indiscreet use of digital contents, verifies created content's copyrights to provide services to granted user and protects digital contents by law by authenticating the original digital content whenever an infringement of copyright occurs in UCC environments. The proposed mechanism uses specific information and features of contents as copyrights authentication information without additional information. Also, provides the fact of violation by inferring the modification of the original digital contents. That means this mechanism infers same or similar value from the contents; fraudulent use of content, modification of content color, modification of content format, modification of content resolution and illegal use of frame not principal key frame. In that point, we found that the inferred value from the content differed according to features of content modification.

Objectives : This report describes the original references of 154 formulas related to the use of Rhei Rhizoma main blended from Dongeuibogam. Methods : This study analyzes the original references of 154 formulas including Rhei Rhizoma as a key component in Dongeuibogam. Results : There were five types as follows: 1.There is no exact match between 154 formulas in Dongeuibogam and the original formulas in references. 2. Case that could not found the original formula in reference: 22%. 3. Case that the citation is the similar to the original reference: 4%. 4. Case that the citation is not same to expression but contents basically: 73%. 5. Case of addition of content: 1% Conclusions : Most formulas related to the use of Rhei Rhizoma main blended from Dongeuibogam are similar to the contents in the original references. But we can find that Heo Jun, who writes Dongeuibogam, modifies the contents for his intention of editing, idea and situation in Korea.

The object of this study is to find ways of the modern succession of folklore by attempting the creation culture contents and looking into the aspects of using 'Jangjamot Legend'. Folk tale which has been handed down among people for many years is that story contents that are enjoyed by anonymous many people. The original narration and the cultural elements of 'Jangjamot Legend' which show the origin of a certain pond and rock can be used for creation of culture contents. The legend has been created the video contents or used the origin of the village ritual and festival in different areas. If the festival and the contest related to the legend is activated, more contents of the original narration will be created by the folklore or tourism. The preservation of the original narration will be easily accessed by the mass about 'Jangjamot Legend'. The cultural elements which are inherent in the legend shall cause the creation of consistent and effective contents. Through these contents creation, folklore will be passed on to the next generation with the obtain of universality in the modern times.

Storytelling contributes to easy flowing of cultural contents, and cultural original materials offer the creative subjects of cultural content. Now, in Korea, thanks to the Korean wave and etc, new kinds of cultural contents are requested and the demand for the original materials of storytelling has been increasing.A 5,000-year-old history, Korean traditional culture is the storage of the original materials of storytelling that can offer the creativity and the competitiveness, which are able to secure the national competitiveness. Particularly, there are different kinds of cultural archetype materials in the wedding ceremony and wedding costumes. This research, thus, is aimed at providing the subject materials for the cultural content development which are various and interesting by developing the original materials of storytelling on the wedding ceremony and wedding costumes during the Joseon dynasty. In the study for the wedding procedures in the late of Joseon Dynasty, the original sources within wedding ceremony created in the process where wedding customs in Joseon Dynasty and China were compromised are suggested. Further, in the research for the original sources on the wedding costumes associated the wedding ceremony, the original source of storytelling which are showed in a nation and an individual in the process where the wedding ceremony symbolizes the most important marriage one of the fomalities performed in one's life is suggested.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of handwriting on the writing assessment, according to whether the handwriting is excellent or bad. Methods: A total of 24 elementary and middle school teachers participated in this study and assessed 6 original writings and 6 transcriptions of the same original writings using the HWP 2007 program. Six writings were collected from elementary students of 4th to 6th grades, 3 of 6 students presented with excellent handwriting and 3 of 6 with bad handwriting. The assessments were done according to the standards of propositional knowledge assessment (You & Jeong, 2008). Results: In the excellent handwritings, the rules of orthography and the contents of introduction of the original writings were scored higher than those in the transcriptions. The difference between transcription and original writing showed minus scores in original writing assessments and plus scores in transcription assessments. In the propositional knowledge score and its subscales scores - content knowledge, text knowledge, language knowledge and text context knowledge -, were differences in transcription assessments significantly higher than those in original writing assessments. Several assessment indices - clarity of the ending, contents of introduction, appropriate contents, rules of orthography, structured composition and various vocabularies showed significantly higher differences in transcription assessments than those in original writing assessments. Conclusions: The excellent handwriting could be assessed high and the bad handwriting could be assessed low. These results suggest that we should consider the effects of handwriting factors on the results of writing assessment and that the transcription could be used for an accurate writing assessment.

Netflix Original movies have distinctive characteristics in that it is screened online only and viewers have to watch movies using their personal devices. By analyzing the haptic characteristics of Netflix platform from remediation perspective, we examine how Netflix hypermediacy haptic characteristics associated with clicking or touching expand to immediacy haptic characteristics, and compare the differences between Netflix original movie (2020) and film movie (1940). Through this, it points out the connection between the sense of the hand that requires clicking or touching and the description of the hand in Netflix original movie . As the individual interface of the personal device has been adjusted to make it possible to watch movies, the position of the hand becomes important in watching movies, and the hand plays an essential role in the beginning, middle, and end of the movie. Therefore, this study, which focuses on the haptic characteristics of Netflix original movie , is meaningful in that it studied the characteristics of the OTT original movie that was not previously covered and that the haptic characteristic plays an important role in the way of watching OTT contents.

Broadcasting environment of present our country is greeting period of transition that undergo a change to digital broadcasting system in analog broadcasting system continued for last several decades. With change of these broadcasting environment interest about various digital broadcasting contents industry that fill to digital broadcasting infra and unlawfulness reproduction prevention technology far digital broadcasting contents of high added value is rising. According as is converted to digital broadcasting environment interest about reproduction prevention is well-founded to be risen sensitively. First analog broadcasting environment can not remove perfectly error at transmission in receiver, but can reconstruct contents such as original by error correction function in receiver in the case of digital broadcasting environment. Secondarily, although quality of copy is dwindled than original repeat reproduction in case of analog, many copies are available innumerably regardless of number of times of copy keeping quality such as original in the case of digital And third element is possible easily to anyone to on-line along with development of internet in case of digital contents unlike analog. Under these background, this thesis wish to design and implement digital contents protection system to prevent unlawfulness reproduction and distribution of digital contents using Triple DES algorithm.

Digital watermark technologies conceal the information of video contents that presents who is the owner and/or who is the user. In spite of various attempts to insert watermark, trials to mark information of users or buyers into contents have not been successful. It is the reason that the rates of detection is decreased seriously if there are some attacks to the contents such as resizing or bitrate decreasing. In this paper, the algorithm to insert the coded watermarks of users into video contents and to detect them without original contents under attacks will be described.

In this paper, a Fuzzy Inference System(FIS) based watermarking algorithm in Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) domain is proposed. A 2D fuzzy inference values, in which the inputs are parameters of the coefficients of the DWT block of the original image and the output is strength of watermark embedded, is devised. The fuzzy inference algorithm guarantees that the watermark to be embedded into the original image adaptively. The experimental results shows that proposed approach is robust to the digital image processing schemes.

The purpose of this research is to compare and , analyze the structure of an original fairy tale and a parody, and find out the features of a parody. , the original fairy tale, published in Woongjinthinkbig and , the parody, issued in Borim are chosen as research materials. After analysing the structure of the original fairy tale and the parody, they have many differences such as plot, theme lesson, characters, a point of view style and setting. The features of the parody is to break literacy custom, come to open ending and help readers to sympathize with characters.
