방사선사 조직의 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 변수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variables Affecting on the Organizational Effectiveness of Radiological Technologist)

  • Medical institutions are abundant in human resources and have a unique structure with diverse professions and various organizational cultures coexist. This organizational culture influences organizational effectiveness and influences the effectiveness of the organization as a factor of leadership and organizational culture. Leadership is an important factor in linking employee behavior to organizational commitment to achieve job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational effectiveness on organizational culture, leadership perception, and job stress in a special organization called radiologist. As a result, organizational culture and transformational leadership showed high correlation with 0.627. Among the organizational effectiveness variables, organizational commitment showed the highest influence with transformational leadership(${\beta}=0.284$, p<0.001), and job satisfaction was also the highest with transformational leadership (${\beta}=0.440$, p<0.001). The results showed that the expectation of transformational leadership affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In order to expect a positive change in the effectiveness of the organization, the radiologist culture requires an organizational culture that can fully demonstrate autonomy and creativity, and transformational leadership is required for this.

치과위생사 직무와 개인의 창의성에 의한 자기평가 연구 (A study on the self-evaluation of job performance and creativity of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The awareness of health care need increasing attention from the public along with changing professional human-resources activity. As there are increasing social demand for the roles and professionalism of dental hygienists, the purpose of this study was to examine the job performance, creativity and organizational climate of dental hygienists by their own self-diagnostic evaluation in an attempt to help enhance their work ability. Methods : According to the data released as August 2008 by the Dental Association and public health centers in Gwangju, 735 dental hygienists worked at 425 dental clinics. The subjects in this study were 156 dental hygienists at 85 dental clinics who were selected by proportionate sampling method from among the dental hygienists. After an interview survey was conducted in person, the answer sheets from 132 respondents were analyzed except 24 incomplete ones. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of 49 items. A five-point Likert scale was used and SPSS 12.0 program was analyzed the data. Results : 1. As a result of checking the types of works, treatment cooperation(54%), and oral health education often(45%), They weren't responsible for preventive treatment(42%). 2. When they made a self-diagnostic evaluation of creativity and organizational climate, they put the highest value on their autonomy(2.21), followed by positive attitude(2.10). Out of seven organizational climate, challenging spirits(2.81) ranked highest, followed by reliability(2.66). 3. Major management eopmubyeol individual creativity compared with three business relationships and a positive attitude in the case of the high group received oral health education and care management services in a group doing the most was General office work and office assistance work in the medical assistance group that was doing business primarily. 4. In the relationship between self-assesment score and three performance duties, Positive difference was noted in the group with positive attitude and elevated autonomy in terms of performing oral health education. Conclusions : As a result, individual creativity and organization of the atmosphere, each detail, through analysis of the self-assessment model, developed guide on the investigation by doing a dental hygienist, a unique business promotion and Enlargement of the study suggested the need to be considered is.

  • In the 21st century, the traffic culture is changing suddenly with the advent of high-speed train era so called the traffic revolution age. The policy management for inducing the creativity becomes important for research institutes since the research institutes play an important role for the lead and distribution of new technologies. Therefore, the approach strategy of this investigation is based on the viewpoint of the organizational culture for better performance of research and development through stimulating inducements of creativity and active action of members. A questionnaire survey was performed on five research institutes including a professional railway research institute (PRRI) and four industrial research institutes for the current research, and a development plan for organizational culture of a PRRI has been presented based on the comparison study between two different types of research institutes.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the background information regarding to the role of workplace on affecting people's performance. In today's industry creativity has a very special and important place because of the dynamic organizational changes and rapid growth of technology. To support these new working styles and specifically, to support creativity within an organization, flexible workplaces are often suggested. Since open-plan office offers more flexibility when compared to completely closed and private ones, they are seen to have more capabilities and are highly valued in today's industry. So the result of this study will contribute towards enhancing the understanding of the effect office design to enhance employees' performance, especially in creative tasks.

  • In the management literature, it has been widely accepted among both researchers and practitioners that the level of team creativity is significantly related to the organizational performance. Besides, researchers posited with confidence that team diversity and task difficulty would affect team creativity through team members' activities of exploration and exploitation. However, empirical approaches to proving this belief suffered from lack of real data and proper methods as well. To tackle the research void like this, we propose a multi-agent simulation (MAS) mechanism. By adopting a set of parameters which validity were proven in the related literature, we conducted a series of experiments in the environment of the MAS platform named NetLogo. There sults suggest that managers can differentiate team diversity strategies according to task difficulty. In the case of a difficult task, managers need to increase team diversity so that their teams can maximize team creativity through rigorous exploration and exploitation. It is desirable to maintain an average level of team diversity when performing an easy task.

  • This study aims to invest in empirical relationships in a model that becomes the process of Team-Performance due to participation in practical training through causality between Training Effectiveness variables, soft-skill competence, Employee-Creativity, and team performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical tool used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 23 software. Accidental sampling technique is used to collect the sample. As many as 202 respondents filled up a survey questionnaire with complete and valid answers. This study's results significantly contribute to fill the gap of inadequate empirical evidence that can answer critical questions about the missing link between training and employee-performance, more specifically between training-effectiveness and team-performance. The results showed that practical training would encourage employees' soft-skill competence, improve Employee-Creativity, and improve Team-Performance. Furthermore, training-effectiveness also plays a significant role in enhancing employee-creativity and helping in optimal team-performance. This study also found that the relationship between employee-creativity and team-performance did not show positive and significant results; therefore, empirically, it did not support the hypothesis built in this study. Practical training targeted towards increasing soft-skills and creativity is a fundamental reason which not only aims to contribute toward organizational performance but also provides personal feedback for self-development.

조직문화에 대한 진단: 공공기관을 중심으로 (Diagnosis of Organizational Culture: Focused on Public Institutions)

  • 조직문화는 조직구성원에게 정체성과 동질성 및 행위지침을 제공하고 조직몰입의 촉진과 사회시스템의 안정성을 향상시키는 기능을 수행한다. 그렇다면 어떠한 조직문화가 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가 ? 본 연구에서는 특정 공공기관을 대상으로 조직문화를 창의성, 변화, 협력, 신뢰, 지식공유 등으로 범주화하여 이들에 대한 조직구성원들의 인식정도를 조사하여 조직문화에 대한 진단을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사례기관의 전체 직원들을 대상으로 조직문화에 대한 인식조사 결과를 바탕으로 사례기관의 조직문화는 과연 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 밝혀내고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과 연구대상이 된 공공기관의 미래지향적이며 협력적인 문화정도는 그리 높지는 않은 것으로 나타났다. 조직의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 미래지향적이고 협력적인 문화조성이 필요하다. 이러한 문화를 조성하기 위해서는 조직구성원들간에 끊임없이 지속적으로 의사소통하고 신뢰를 구축하기 위한 여러 가지 노력이 수반되어야 한다. 특히 부하직원들에게 권한을 분산해주고 이양해주며 신뢰해주는 리더십의 노력이 우선적이다. 즉, 관리자들의 노력없이는 미래지향적이고 협력적인 문화를 성공적으로 구축하기가 매우 어렵다.

  • 최근 무례한 고객에 의한 비이성적인 행동이 언론으로부터 자주 노출되면서 그 심각성이 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있다. 서비스업의 경우 직무의 특성상 무례한 행동을 하는 고객과 자주 대면하여야 하며 상호작용하여야 하기에 이로 인한 종사원들의 스트레스는 매우 심각한 수준이다. 고객무례행동으로 인하여 종사원은 불쾌함, 우울함 등 부정적 감정을 느끼고 본인의 직업에 회의를 느껴 조직을 떠나려는 생각도 하게 된다. 이처럼 종사원의 서비스 제공에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 고려하면 고객무례에 관한 올바른 대처방안이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객무례행동이 종사자의 감정부조화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 감정부조화가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향과 직무스트레스가 조직일탈행동, 생활침해행동, 창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한, 직무스트레스를 보다 긍정적으로 관리할 방안을 마련하기 위하여 감정부조화와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 스트레스관리 교육의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 자료 수집을 위해서 부산시 소재 종합병원, 중소병원의 고객 접점에서 업무를 수행하고 있는 의료서비스 종사자들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 시행하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무례행동은 감정부조화에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정부조화는 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치며 셋째, 직무스트레스는 조직일탈행동과 생활침해행동에 모두 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무스트레스는 창의성에 부(-)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 감정부조화와 직무스트레스 간의 관계에서 스트레스관리 교육의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다.

  • 본 연구는 개인 창의성과 조직 구성원의 가치혁신문화 인식이 혁신행동 및 지식공유에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고, 혁신행동과 지식공유를 매개로 조직의 혁신성과와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검정함으로써 기업 경영의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 선행연구를 통해 각 변수의 측정변인들을 추출하고 가설검정을 위해 423명의 유효 표본을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 통계 패키지 프로그램과 LISREL 9.1을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 개인 창의성의 창의적 사고기술과 조직의 가치혁신 문화 인식의 의미 있는 업무, 위험감수문화는 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직의 가치혁신 문화 인식의 의미 있는 업무 요인만이 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신행동은 지식공유 및 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경영성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식공유는 혁신성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않으나 경영성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 혁신성과는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.

창의적리더십이 군(軍) 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감의 매개효과와 조직신뢰 조절효과 중심으로 - (- The Effect of Creative Leadership on Military Organizational Effectiveness - Self-efficacy for mediated effect & organizational trust for moderate effect)

  • There is no absolute leadership through East and West. Just as past and present conditions are not the same, it is not easy for past leadership to apply to the present. The best leadership will be the leadership that can represent and lead the changing situation. In that sense, the creative leadership is the most appropriate leadership required by the present age. In the society, research on creative leadership is actively conducted in schools and companies, but there is no research on creative leadership in the military. This is the first study in the military about creative leadership. It is meaningful to understand the understanding of creative leadership and the applicability of the military and to provide a basis for future research. First, we measured the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the organizational effectiveness of creative leadership and organizational goals and achievement were measured, and it was found that there was significant influence on the relationship between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. I could confirm some. This would be meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of applying the leadership of the creative leadership to lead the change of society and to implement the military command.
