기존에 개발된 저궤도위성의 원격명령어와 텔레메트리 시스템은 다양한 외부 인터페이스를 효과적으로 수용하는 데 한계가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이를 극복하기 위한 저궤도위성의 원격명령어와 텔레메트리의 개발 방안을 소개한다. 특히 최근 유럽에서 인공위성의 원격명령어 및 텔레메트리 운용에 이용하고 있는 PUS (Packet Utilization Standard) 개념을 검토하여 차세대 저궤도위성의 데이터 처리에 이용하고자 한다.

This case study focuses on the preparing a guide for the plan to the companies that want to build a business document system for the centralized services under the cloud computing. Total 3 Operating companies with regard to cloud computing issues are introduced for this purpose. Analyzing the usage and development direction of the selected companies were performed to set up plans. Through this in-depth needs of the user's point of view for the management of business documents, The necessary improvements in the process of collaboration and document sharing were derived. Business documents centralized service plans were proposed based on cloud computing models. Practical experiences of the companies were helpful to present the details of the operational strategy and operational plans. Especially with minimal staff input and verification process, Sample method for the automatic generating of the new document file name is introduced. A test bed before operating the enterprise-wide system were presented with information that is to be considered when building systems.

This study describes the strategy for advanced decision support system (ADSS) development for integrated management of water resources and quality in reservoir systems. The developed ADSS consists of database that contain hydrologic data, observed operational data, and data to support specific reservoir operations simulation, optimization models, and water quality models. The optimization model, mass balance simulation model and water quality models are used in a general prototype ADSS, menu driven controlling framework that assists the user to specify and evaluate the alternative operational scenarios at one time. These alternative scenarios are evaluated by the models and the results are compared through the use of a graphical based display system. This graphical based system uses an icon based schematic representation of the system to organize the presentation of the results. The ADSS includes the ability to use monthly or weekly time periods of analysis for the models and it can use monthly historical or stochastically generated inflows.

In this paper, we discuss how to operate a buffer yard in an automated container terminal, which will be used for resolving the difficulties to which the interaction between external manned trucks and internal unmanned equipment led. The determination of fleet size of material handling equipment is an important issue in designing of buffer yard in automated container terminals. This research also addresses the issue of determining buffer capacities through simulation. By using response surface methodology (RSM) for efficient experimentation, the optimal combination of design parameters under applicable operational strategies is obtained.

In footwear manufacturing systems, the upper parts of the shoes are manually sewed on a sub-line while bottom parts are produced by machines such as injection and molding machines on a sub-line before these two parts are combined into complete shoes on a final assembly line. The manual operations for the upper parts lead to a large variability in processing times, resulting in higher work-in-process inventory. In most footwear industries, production lines have been controlled by MRP-based push systems. Some industries attempt to introduce Kanban-based pull systems. This paper identifies the characteristics of the footwear manufacturing processes, and discusses the problems of the current control systems. As an operational alternative, a CONWIP-based control strategy is presented. Simulation experiments are performed to examine the performance of the control strategies.

Since pooling is a popular scheme in many areas to attain operational excellence, many researchers investigated the performance of pooling systems. However, rare research could be found on pooling with game situation which has much applicability to real world phenomenon. We analyze the performance of noncooperative pooling system with two servers having different sharing capacity. We investigate the sensitivity of the advantage of capacity pooling on the variation of system parameters, including sharing capacity numbers, pooling probability, pooling strategy and traffic intensity. As a result, we suggest an efficient control policy which facilitate the performance of pooling in a game situation.

본 연구는 최근 급격하게 성장하고 있는 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 시장의 성공요인을 관계마케팅(relationship marketing) 관점에서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 CATV 홈쇼핑의 특성을 제시한 후, 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 시장의 현황과 업체들의 관계마케팅 실행전략을 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 국내 CATV 홈쇼핑 업체들과 관계를 맺고 있는 대상을 크게 최종 소비자, 제조업체, 물류 및 택배업체, SO업체, 그리고 관련 산업으로 분류한 후, 각 파트너들에 대한 관계마케팅 실행전략을 분석하였다.

This paper examined the supply chain management partnerships factors and business performance in Korean industry. As SCM got evolved, the importance of partnership and relationship among the SC members are increased. we should consider the following critical factors such as lead-time reduction, embedness, trust. The purpose of this study is to focus on partnership factors and flexibility to clarify with the Partnering experience which of the SCM factors contribute to business performance for the SCM firms. Based on the analysis of seventy cases, the following results were found. First, SCM operational factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on flexibility of supply chain management. Second, partnerships experience factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on flexibility of supply chain management. This study suggests that partnerships are main factors for the business performance. Especially, our empirical evidence shows that partnership experience can improve the influence on SCM operational factors and business performance.

This study is a subsequent research results of Lee and Hwang (2015) and presents results of the case in which an information system is developed and applied for the performance management scheme proposed by the early study. This study aims to provide the organizations that want to implement and apply an effective IS operational performance management scheme with the practical alternatives that they may consider. This study first summarize the major contents of the performance management scheme proposed by the early study. Then, the processes and detailed contents in which an information system is developed in order to operate and improve the performance management scheme. The specific contents provided by the study include the system development environments and methods, system architecture, and application structure. Finally, this study summarizes the major results of the study and suggests future research directions.

This paper addresses the need to incorporate the increasing trend of partnership formation among business firms into a framework for interorganizational systems. The existing frameworks for classifying interorganizational systems are either conceptually too complex to be readily applicable to IOS planning or too outdated to explain the emergence of numerous forms of global communication networks. Based upon two dimensions, namely value activity linkage and system support level, we propose a new IOS framework which classifies IOS into four types, including (1) operational cooperation, (2) resource pooling, (3) operational coordination, and (4) complementary partnership. We review select cases that fit into each IOS category and draw characteristics of systems of each category. The paper concludes with suggestions for applying the framework to the development of an IOS-enabled corporate strategy.
