대안교육 지역특성화학교의 시설 및 이용현황 조사연구 (A Study on the Architectural Facilities Utilization of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education)

  • Ministry of Education and Human Resources presented on December, 2006, 'Alternative school establishment and operation regulation' of contents that can be recognized attainments in scholarship because is authorized if alternative schools fulfill fixed condition. Even though, one time, it was true that several opinions which try to limit to adaptation school of person disqualified for school, thus, various discussion and efforts that specialized school for alternative education does to grow are appearing. However, the expectation which a lot of non authorized schools will apply is not so high because specialized school for alternative education will be controlled in free curriculum and school operation that have been administered and can not be guaranteed school's sell-regulation if acquire legal authorization. Under such social and educational background I surveyed present condition, law, system, literature investigation of existing study, Japanese system and example and authorized two sample specification schools etc. through 'A Basic Study on the Optimum Facilities Criteria Modeling of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education(2006. 10)'. This study was preceded the succession and I visited 17 schools that permit investigation opening of schools among 29 that is authorized until present. So I try to find out architectural planning criteria to activate specialized school for alternative education more through analyzing school's general present condition, establishment idea, operation and specialized education plan, facilities present condition and characteristic.

농촌테마공원 실태분석을 통한 창원단감테마공원 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Revitalization Plan of Changwon Persimmon Theme Park by Analyzing the Actual Condition of Rural Theme Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

300MW급 실증 가스화기의 최적 운전조건 및 성능 예측 (The Optimal Operation Condition and Estimation Performance for 300MW Demonstration Gasifier)

  • The optimal operation condition of gasifier is one of the most important parameters to increase efficiency and reliability in IGCC plant. Also the prediction of the syngas composition and quantity must be predicted to carry out process design of the gasification plant. However, the gasifier process licensor are protective with information on process design and optimal gasifier design conditions. So, the most of process studies in the engineering company for gasification plant have carried out to look for key parameters and optimal design conditions using several prediction methods. In this paper, we present the estimated preliminary optimal operation condition of the 300MW Demonstration Entrain Flow Gasifier using Aspen Plus. The gasifier operation temperature considering slag flow was predicted by FactSage software and Annen Model.

New Method to Quantify the Operation Condition for Zone 3 Impedance Relays during Low-Frequency Power Swings

  • With long time setting, zone 3 impedance relays are considered insensitive to power swings, and their operation condition during power swings is seldom analyzed. Instead of ti me-consuming simulation to the swing loci, their operation condition is directly quantified by polynominal functions in this paper to find the critical swing angle and frequency for relay operation under different relay settings and system parameters. It is found: (1) the swing loci are more densely populated inside than outside of the protection region, which corresponds to long residence time and possible relay operations; (2) the relays may be sensitive to load encroac hments and stable power swings with different relay settings and system parameters; (3) the critical swing frequency may be in the range of low-frequency power swings.

  • Inconel 718 alloy, widely used as material of aircraft engine, has a good mechanical property in high temperature, strong anti-oxidation characteristics in oxidated current over $900^{\circ}C$, and also is not easily digested in the air containing sulfur, therefore, its usage as mechanical component is expanding rapidly. Even though Inconel alloy 718 is difficult to machine, it requires highly precise processing/machining to sustain its component quality of high accuracy. In this paper, general turning operation conditions arc tested to select the best cutting process condition by measuring surface roughness through implementing experiments with orthogonal array of cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth as processing parameters based on the Taguchi method. Optimal turning operation conditions are extracted from the proposed experimental models.

  • In this paper, we research improvement in efficiency of single-phase induction motor by adapting the condition of the balanced and quasi-balanced operation. we maintain turns of auxiliary winding of the motor and adjust resistance and reactance. In this condition, resistance value and copper loss are much gloater. Namely, this is the condition only for balancing MMF without consideration of copper loss of stator winding. To make more practical design, therefore, we will perform winding design which is based on balanced operation condition and applies copper loss minimum. The problem of deterioration of starting torque is completed by rotor bar shape design.

자궁적출술 후 여성의 성상담을 위한 성생활 양상과 성생활태도 (Sexual Condition and Attitude for Sexual Counselling in Women with a Hysterectomy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the relationship between pre and post operative sexual condition, differences in sexual attitude through post operational periods, and the relationship between sexual attitude and satisfaction. Method: Data was collected with questionares from 119 women registered in the gynecology department of a general hospital in Seoul who had undergone a hysterectomy. Result: There was a significant difference between the condition of pre and post operation coital frequency, sexual satisfaction, and spouse's attitude toward the extraction of the partner's uterus. There was a significant difference between their views of the operation. Twelve months after the operation sexual attitude of sexual aspects changed, but not in physical and psychological aspects. There was a significant difference between sexual attitude and satisfaction on sexual, psychological aspects, but not physical aspects. Conclusion: The findings suggest that a preliminary sexual condition be identified before surgery, scheduling the operation after helping a spouse gain a positive attitude about the hysterectomy, and couples in their 50's and older get counselling. Increased sexual satisfaction will develop with a belief in positive changes of sexual aspects, but a rapid change should not be expected.

교류용 Bi-2223/Ag 선재의 안정 통전 조건에 관한 연구 (A study on the safe operation condition for Bi-2223/Ag tapes with applied alternating currents)

  • Bi-2223/Ag tapes need to be safe, even it is under the over-critical current state for the protection of a superconducting power machine. However, it is not easy to identify the condition for the safe operation because of their broad S/N transition region. In this paper, for the study of the operation condition of Bi-2223/ Ag tapes, we investigated the V-I curves and the temperature variation of Bi-2223/ Ag tapes experimentally, applying alternating over-currents, and analyzed the relationship between resistance and temperature increase. For the experiments, a Bi-2223/Ag tape of 57 A $I_c$ was prepared, and the over-critical current characteristics under adiabatic state from $LN_2$ was measured. From the experiments, we confirmed that the Joule heating predicted by V-I curve corresponded with the increase of the measured temperature exactly. Using the results, a safe operation condition of Bi-2223 tape was discussed.

  • In this study, methodologies for checking the interference between in-core instrumentation (ICI) guide tubes for routing of ICI guide tubes in the reactor coolant system of typical Pressurized Water Reactor under cold and normal operation (NOP) conditions are presented. The closest points of ICI guide tubes under cold condition are calculated by using minimize technique and are used as data for NOP analysis. Movements of ICI guide tubes under NOP condition are performed by the commercial computer code, SUPERPIPE.

만성 농흉에 대한 Modified Eloesser's Operation 과 그 의의 (Modified Eloesser's Operation and Its Result In Chronic Empuema with Poor General Condition or Chachecic State)

  • During the past 3 years, 15 patients who could not be anesthetized generally because of poor general condition or cachecic state, of 111 patients with empyema, have been treated with modified Eloesser`s operation under the local anesthesia with 2% procaine. There were 13 males and 2 females ranging from 21 years to 61 years of age. The etiology was tuberculosis [6 cases], pyogenic pneumonia [5 cases], lung abscess [1 case], post-trauma [2 cases] and malignancy[1 case]. " The over-all mortality rate was 6.7%[1 case] and cause of its death was poor oral feeding because of post-traumatic psychosis. Modified Eloesser`s operation was performed after closed tube thoracostomy and irrigation with 1% zephanon solution for over 2 weeks. And then the other operation was not performed and all patients except 1 case appeared good progression (Complete healing; 4 cases, Progressive healing 10 cases, death: 1 case).
