채널단면의 기하학적 형상변화에 따른 캔틸레버 적층구조물의 안정성 연구 (Stability of Cantilevered Laminated Composite Structures with Open Channel Section by Geometrical Shape Variations)

  • 본 연구에서는 채널단면을 갖는 캔틸레버 복합적층 구조물의 안정성에 다루었다. 보다 합리적이고 효율적인 설계의 기초자료를 제시하고자 채널단면의 길이비와 곡절각도 등과 같은 기하학적 형상변화와 화이버의 보강각도에 따른 좌굴거동을 분석하고, 그에 따른 상호작용에 의한 안정성을 파악하였다. 이를 근거로 캔틸레버 복합적층 구조물의 적절한 채널단면 및 복합재료의 적층구조형식 등을 공학적 측면에서 고찰하고 제시하였다.

  • 개수로의 설계에 있어서 등류수심의 산정은 가장 기본적인 요건이며, 인공수로를 구축할 경우 일반적으로 최량 수리단면은 가장 경제적인 단면이 된다. 따라서 최량 수리단면의 등류수심 산정은 거의 모든 수로 설계의 핵심적인 요소라 할 수 있다. 개수로 마찰력을 산정하기 위하여 일반성이 확보된 지수형 마찰계수 산정식을 도입하였다. 삼각형, 사각형 및 제형 등 거의 모든 형태의 수로에 대한 등류수심의 산정을 위하여 형식이 통일되고 양해적으로 해석이 가능한 산정식을 도출하였다. 또한 이들 등류수심 산정식은 관로설계에서 도출된 관경 산정식과 형식이 일치함을 확인하였다.

  • The thick open section composite beams are used extensively as load carrying members and stiffeners of structural elements. However, most of studies on thick composite beams are limited only to closed section beams. In this study, an open cross-section thick-walled composite beam model which includes coupled stiffness, transverse shear, and warping effects is suggested and the deflections associated with the thick-walled composite beams and thin-walled composite beams are obtained and compared with the finite element analysis results. The correlation between thin and thick walled composite beam was achieved for two different layup configurations which are the circumferentially asymmetric stiffness (CAS) and circumferentially uniform stiffness (CUS) beams.

  • The applications of composite materials have increased over the past few decades in a variety of structures that require high ratio of stiffness and strength to weight ratios. Recently the thick open section composite beams are used extensively as load carrying members and stiffeners of structural elements.   • To use land more efficiently under urbanization trend, Kangwon Province often covers open channels of creeks and uses them as parking lots or roads. A covered open channel section tends to form a rectangular culvert. Therefore, a creek with covered open channels can function as a storm drain. At the time of light rainfall, there are no significant differences except water flowing pattern between a creek with a covered open channel and a creek without it. Recently, however, the frequent occurrence of heavy rainfalls limited at a small, definite area has become problematic. When the heavy rainfall causes the carrying capacity of a creek to be exceeded,the creek with covered open channel has a more serious problem than the creek without it has. Therefore, we made an interpretation of data and conducted hydraulic model experiment to come up with economical solution to this problem.

  • A open section thick composite beam model is suggested in this study. In the model, the primary and secondary warping and transverse shear effects are incorporated. The rigidities associated with thick channel composite beam and thin channel composite beam are obtained and compared. The results show that the difference among rigidities of the thick and thin composite beams increase as the wall thickness increases.

개수로에서 식생에 의한 수리특성 변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Variation of Hydraulic Characteristics due to Vegetation in Open Channel)

  • 홍수터에 식생된 하도에서 수리학적 특성의 이해는 하천복원사업을 계획하거나 홍수터를 관리하는데 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 길이 16 m,폭 0.8 m 의 실험수로에 인공식생을 이용하여 수리학적 특성변화를 분석하였다. 실험수로 단면은 단단면과 복단면으로 구분하였다. 하상경사는 0.5 %,유량은 $0.2\;m^3/s\;{\sim}\;0.4\;m^3/s$ 범위이고,수심비,식생밀도, 식생 위치를 변화시키면서 실험을 수행하였다. 단단면 수로 저면에 식생하였을 경우 수심비가 약,3.5 이상부터는 식생에 의한 수위 증가는 거의 없는 것으로 관측되었다. 복단면 홍수터에 관목을 식생 할 경우 수위 상승량은 최대 6% 정도이며,저수로 내 유속은 식생전의 단면평균유속에 비하여 약 25% ${\sim}$ 85% 정도로 증가하였다. 홍수터 식생에 의한 저수로 유속 증가량은 식생밀도와 비례하고 수심비와는 반비례한다. HEC -RAS 및 RMA-2 모형을 이용하여 산정된 식생 구간의 조도계수 범위는 단단면의 경우 0.055 ${\sim}$ 0.14 이며, 복단면에서는 0.063 ${\sim}$ 0.085 정도로 산정되었다.

다중채널 능동소음제어기법을 이용한 KTX 실내소음의 구간별 저감성능 비교 (KTX Interior Noise Reduction Performance Comparison Using Multichannel Active Noise Control for Each Section)

  • Since the eco-era is getting closer, the importance of noise reducing in the passenger cars of high-speed train is very important. The active noise control is best choice to reduce low frequency noise because the passive one is too heavy for high speed trains where weight is so critical. Also ANC is able to reduce the ambient noise when the environmental-factor changes. To reduce a three-dimensional closed-space sound field like a car of a high-speed rail is hard to do using single channel ANC control system. We used multi-channel FXLMS algorithm which calculation speed is fast and the secondary path estimation is possible in order to take into account the physical delay in electro acoustic hardware control loudspeaker and power amplifier. Firstly, we have measured interior noise of KTX and estimated noise path in KTX test-bed. However there was some problem related to algorithm divergence and increasing the filter order. We have made a simulation of interior environment of KTX car by using three frequency bands of 120Hz, 280Hz, 360Hz as the most important for KTX ANC system. During this research the interior noise reduction of KTX car was made by using the multi-channel FXLMS algorithm. Reduction performance was evaluated and compared each other for open space section and tunnel section. in-situ experiment for the KTX noise reduction by proposed ANC was performed based on data obtained in simulation and they were compared for open space section and tunnel section as well.

기체 대향류가 존재하는 미소 액체 개수로 유동의 압력강하 특성에 관한 이론 및 실험적 연구 (Study on the Pressure Drop Characteristics of Liquid Flow in Open Microchannels with the Countercurrent Vapor Flow)

  • Because the liquid-vapor interfacial shear stress affects seriously the liquid flow and the maximum heat transport rate of the grooved wick heat pipe, an accurate modeling for the pressure drop characteristics of the liquid flow is required. A novel method for calculating the liquid pressure drop and the velocity profile of an open channel flow in a microchannel with an arbitrary cross-section is suggested and validated by experiments. An experimental apparatus for the Poiseuille number of the liquid flow in open rectangular microchannels with the hydraulic diameters of 0.40mm, 0.43mm, 0.48mm is used in order to reproduce real situations in the grooved wick heat pipe. Analytic results from the suggested method are compared with the experimental data and they are in a close agreement with each other.
