This paper examines the factors that influence viewers' attitudes toward the public service broadcasting (PSB) system and the license fee. A online survey group was classified into four types on the basis of their expectations and evaluations of public values and demographic characteristics. Subsequentially, the attitudes each type of the viewers displayed toward the PSB system and the license fee were analyzed. The result reveals that young women in their 20-40s have more negative attitudes toward the PSB system than any other groups; those women tend to have high expectations on 'diversity' whereas they show low satisfactions with all the other public values. Additionally, this study attempted to detect factors that affect the attitudes toward the PSB system and the license fee. The important factors was not only the viewers' demographic characteristics but also their expectations and evaluations regrading the public values of PSB.
With the expansion of digital media platform, there has been a new conceptualization about public function of public broadcasting in and around European countries. Although there are differences between countries, Universal Access including smart and Internet media has been emphasized in Britain and France. However, there is lack of public discussion on service strategy of Internet and smart media platform when public function of public broadcasting is discussed. Therefore, this study tried to investigate not only the public function of public broadcasting in the field of Internet and smart media through audience research but also how the national public broadcasting stations ensure public interest and competitiveness in the field of Internet and smart media platform. The results suggested that smart phone users evaluated real-time broadcasting and VOD are the most important services among the public functions which public broadcasting stations have to persue. Futhermore, the users showed high intension to use when the free real-time broadcasting service is offered. Therefore, public broadcasting stations have to improve the social recognition on necessity and public interest of public broadcasting stations through the free real-time broadcasting services on Internet and smart media platform. And policies which can ensure competitiveness in the era of digital media are needed to become important broadcasting institute.

The main subject of year 2016 Davos forum was "The 4th Industrial Revolution." Recently, interests and investment in drone market, so called industrial revolution in the sky is growing in many countries around the world. Before, drone was used for military purpose such as reconnaissance or attacking but today, it is used in various private sectors such as unmanned delivery service, agriculture, leisure activities, etc. Presently, many major countries in the world are already involved in the 'war without gunfire' to be dominant in this drone industry. Korean government also has announced an extreme relaxation of regulations for growing drone industry by opening a conference with Ministers related to economics. During the conference, business scope of drone which was limited to agriculture, photographing, and observation was expanded to all the fields except for cases hindering national safety and security. In terms of shooting purpose drone its process of receiving approval for flight and shooting is simplified to online registration. What is more, drone delivery service will be allowed in island areas such as Goheung, Yeongwol, etc from first term of year 2017. Finding the way to apply drone in criminal investigation is also speeding up. Recently, Public Safety Policy Research Center in Korean National Police University has inquired for research service and its result will be out around November. Likewise, although more and stronger foundation for supporting drone industry is made but there are still, some opinions saying that we should take a careful approach in consideration to the side effect such as abuse in crime. One may also try terror by placing a dangerous substance. If drone falls, it may hurt any civilians. Moreover, if shopping purpose drone is hacked, it may result in violation of privacy. Compared to America, Europe, and China, we are at the very beginning stage of drone industry and it is necessary to reorganize legal issues to grow this industry. This can be thought from two perspectives; first, the growth of drone industry is blocked by difficult regulations on Aviation Law and Radio Regulation Law. The second issue is the safety and privacy that are required for operating drone. For the advanced technologies to make human life more profitable, more active and proactive actions are required by criminal law side. In preparation to the second mechanical era where man and machines should go together, I hope that responsible preparation is required in all fields including the criminal law.
This paper investigates the effectiveness of Real-Name System on Internet, which has been applied to some Internet service provider bulletin boards in Korea. The goal of the Real-Name system on the Internet is controlling expression of slanderous or abusive language. The effectiveness of the regulation is dependent on the people's perceptions and attitude toward to the legislation. This empirical study examines the antecedents that affect the perceptions and attitude toward the regulation. Further, we investigate the relationships among variables such as internet public sphere participation, attitude to the regulations, and intention to choose detours. Results of regression analysis show that the younger and the more progressive individuals are, the more they oppose the implementation of the law. Also, it was found that people who have more political interest and participate more actively in public sphere via internet, tend to oppose the law. Structural equation models reveal that participation in online public sphere drives negative attitudes about the regulation. In addition, people with negative perceptions about the law tend to choose the detours such as 'cyber asylum' and 'service asylum'.
A log is for text monitoring and perceiving the issues of a system during the development and operation of a program. Based on the log, system developers and operators can trace the cause of an issue. In the development phase, it is relatively simple for a log to be traced while there are only a small number of personnel uses of a system such as developers and testers. However, it is the difficult to trace a log when many people can use the system in the operation phase. In major cases, because a log cannot be tracked, even tracing is dropped. This study proposed a simplified tracing of a log during the system operation. Thus, the purpose is to create a log on the run time based on an ID/IP, using features provided by the Logback. It saves an ID/IP of the tracking user on a DB, and loads the user's ID/IP onto the memory to trace once WAS starts running. Before the online service operates, an Interceptor is executed to decide whether to load a log file, and then it generates the service requested by a certain user in a separate log file. The load is insignificant since the arithmetic operation occurs in a JVM, although every service must pass through the Interceptor to be executed.
The number of people who perform their banking business on Internet has been increasing drastically during the recent period and the trend still continues. Banks and other types of financial institutions are now competing intensely with each other in attracting customers to this new innovative banking service. The marketers in charge of formulating and implementing the strategies for this new banking business need to understand the behavioral factors as well as the technical factors in order to succeed in attracting more customers to this new service. products. A deep understanding as to why and how the customers are adopting the new service developed on information technology is a prerequisite for a successful marketing effort. The purpose of this dissertation is to find out what factors are playing important roles in the customers'decision related to the adoption of the Internet banking services. The focus of the research is threefold. First. by testing the hypotheses proposed by the Technology Adoption Model, a well-known theory in the IT-related behavioral science, an analysis was made as to which factors are more important in affecting the attitudes and adoption of the Internet banking on the part of customers. Secondly, an analysis was made as to whether the three criteria of the Technographics- -the attitude toward new technology, level of income, and the motivational factor- -are useful as the criteria for segmenting the Korean users of the online banking. Thirdly, an analysis was made as to whether each customer group segmented by the criteria of the Technographics reveal a differential decision process and thus requires a differential approach strategywise.
Purpose. To investigate on the awareness of consumers on the expertise of optometrists. Methods. Data were collected and analyzed through an online questionnaire targeting 63 consumers (42 consumers over the age of 10 who wore glasses, and 21 students in the Department of Optometry). Result. As a consideration when choosing an optometrist, consumers considered the variety of products (15 persons(23.8%)), expertise such as optometry and fitting, kindness and credibility (11 persons(17.5%)). Students in the Department of Optometry of each selected expertise such as optometry and fitting, kindness and credibility (5 persons(7.9%)) and the results were high. In addition, about the main tasks of optometrists, 20 consumers (31.7%) and 9 students (14.3%)(SD 14.5±5.5) answered that they were medical technicians specializing in vision health. And the service satisfaction of the optometrist (5 point scale) was evaluated as 3.77 points for the consumers and 3.76 points for students(SD 3.77±0.01), and the reliability (5 point scale) for the consumers was 3.42 points and students 3.53 points (SD 3.48±0.06). In terms of expertise (5 point scale), the consumers scored 3.47 points and current students 3.58 points (SD 3.53±0.06). Conclusion. As a result of the study on consumer awareness of the expertise of optometrists, there was no significant difference in the perceptions of the reliability, service, and expertise of optometrists in the opinion of the consumers and students of the Department of Optometry. In terms of reliability and expertise, students in the Department of Optometry were evaluated somewhat higher than the consumers. Therefore, in order for consumers to be able to trust the expertise of optometrists in the future, it is necessary to take pride in being a medical technician specializing in vision health, and to actively promote and make efforts to inform consumers that optometrists are experts recognized by the state.

Many pharmaceutical companies operate the SFA system to support salespeople. The SFA system is used for various behaviors of salespeople. However, there is a lack of empirical analysis on the performance of SFA in Korea. The purpose of this study is to investigate the utilization of SFA system and the non - financial performance of SFA system. The subjects of the survey were 347 pharmaceutical community members who consisted of pharmaceutical salespeople and surveyed online for 18 days from March 13, 2018 to April 30, 2018. and the effective response rate was 23.1% (80/347). The analysis shows that the higher the level of SFA system utilization, the higher the non - financial performance. By type of company, the utilization level of multinational companies was higher than that of domestic companies. Among the SFA utilization level items, 1.47 points (3.65, 2.18) were higher than the domestic companies in terms of the support service items. Among the SFA performance items, foreign companies were 1.47 points (3.16, 1.69) Respectively. This suggests that the SFA development and operation method of the domestic company focuses on the management service rather than the support service for the salesperson and the customer satisfaction. Through this study, it is considered that domestic companies should strengthen sales person support and customer satisfaction information providing function when operating SFA system.
Senior business has been paid attention due to rapid global aging and baby boomers turning 60. However, senior business is not successful as expected because of a lack of understanding of consumers and small size of Korean domestic market. Understanding of senior consumers and overseas markets and providing attractive product and service contents needs to overcome the current challenges. Therefore, this study explores and compares consumers of different generation and different countries. We employ consumption value theory and analyze which consumption values are perceived strongly by each four group(Korean consumers in their 20s, Korean their consumers in 50s, Chinese consumers in their 20s, and Chinese consumers in their 50s). We conducted online survey to compare consumption values among samples of consumers in two countries: Korea and China. There are forty survey instruments in twelve consumption values. The results can be used to develop a strategy for planning, developing, distributing, and promoting product and service contents which consumers, in particular baby boomers, have a strong intention to purchase it.
This study looked at how the digital cultural heritage, which is being actively built by the government and public institutions, can be utilized in the metaverse service. Through an expert interview, we investigated how the digital cultural heritage of Bulguksa can be serviced with the four elements of the metaverse: augmented reality, mirror world, lifelogging, and virtual world. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that when digital cultural heritage is used in a virtual space called metaverse, interactive and realistic services can be provided to users. In addition, it was found that users can exhibit, experience, and educate online parts that are not available in real life in the same situation as if they were in the field. Through this, it was confirmed that if digital cultural heritage is designed as a metaverse service, it can provide functions and services of a different level than before. In particular, the result was obtained that it is possible to provide services considering the characteristics of each of the four elements of the metaverse. First, it is possible to obtain the convenience of augmenting the senses by using augmented reality, and secondly, it is possible to obtain the scalability and efficiency of reproducing the real space by using it as a mirror world element. Third, by using the lifelogging element, communication can be strengthened through the user's record and connection, and fourthly, through the virtual world element, roles and activities in the virtual world can be given to the user. Therefore, if digital cultural heritage is developed as a metaverse service in consideration of these factors, a more active and open experience environment can be provided to users.
