미래 유망 산업/직업 그리고 자격 예측을 위한 의사결정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decision Making Method for Prospective Industry/Occupation and Qualification)

  • Nowadays, many countries have strived to promote prospective industries and occupations at the national level under the global circumstances such as green growth, job creation and so on. For this reason, the decision making method for qualifications foresight which will be available for the mentioned category-prospective industry and occupation- is required for it's feasibility. Pilot surveys on future workforce demand and promotion policies on service industries which are selected as a prospective industry or occupation by government parties were conducted through this research. Based on them, available qualifications-including not only national(skill) qualification but also private qualification- which can be created for prospective industries and occupations related to green growth and job creation were predicted. On the other hand, observing the change of service industry, occupation and qualification abroad, this research attempts to present the decision making method for verifying the decision' validity on qualification in Korean service industry and related occupation. Applying multicriteria decision making, a preference was examined for checking the validity of the created qualifications by prospective service industries and occupations in both sides-experts and laypeople. Based on it's result, the research was conducted regarding a validity of new qualifications in prospective industries and occupations.

뷰티전공 대학생들의 전공만족도, 직업가치관, 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship among Major Satisfaction, Occupation Value View and Career Decision-Marking Self-Efficacy of Beauty Majoring students)

  • 본 연구는 뷰티관련 학과에서 보다 질 높은 교육과정을 통해 산업 현장에서 요구되는 전문화되고 경쟁력 있는 인재를 양성하고 뷰티전공 학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감과 전공만족도 및 직업가치관과의 구조적인 상관관계를 설문수집과 통계분석으로 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 소재한 뷰티관련 대학의 뷰티전공 학생을 대상으로 일반적인 특성, 직업가치관, 전공만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감과 구직결정 자기효능감에 관하여 설문조사하였다. 그 결과 전공만족도는 직업가치관과 진로결정 자기효능감에 대하여 p<.001로 유의수준 .05에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업가치관은 진로결정 자기효능감의 진로결정과 구직결정에 대하여 p<.001로 유의수준 .05에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직업가치관은 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감 중 진로결정에서 유의한 매개효과를 확인하였다. 따라서 전공만족도와 직업가치관이 진로결정 자기효능감에 있어 구조적으로 유의미하게 작용하는 요인임을 확인하였으며, 뷰티전공 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 다양한 변수들에 대한 지속적인 연구는 반드시 필요하다고 사료된다.

저소득층 취업주부 가정의 의사결정에 관한 연구 - 서울시.성남시 취업주부를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Decision-Making of the Families of Working Women in the Low-Income Group)

  • The purpose of this study is to present basic data of clarifying the differences between employed and unemployed wives' family and comparing low classes with other classes for the more reasonable and successful home administration through investigating and analyzing decision-making patterns of the families of working women in the low income group. The questionnaires were distributed in September 1984 to 300 working women in the city of Seoul and Sung-Nam. Statistical methods such as frequency, percentage and the mean value were used for grasping general characteristics of the families and F-test, Pearson's Correlations were used for investigating the interrelation of the related variables. The results of this study were as follows; 1) Wife's participation indecision-making was increased while joint decision-making was decreased compared with those of unemployed wives' family and other classes. 2) Both of the degree of conjugal participation in decision-making and joint decision-making were influenced by wife's educational level, disparity in educations of couple, husbands' occupation, family income, wife's age. But duration of marriage affected only the degree of joint decision-making. Especially family income and husbands; occupations turned to be important variables in low income families. 3) In case of wife's satisfaction with her occupation, joint decision-making was well achieved or not according to certain decision items. Though wife and husband satisfied with their marriage, joint decision-making was not well performed in working wives' family with low income.

Innovative value chain creation research according to AI jobs

  • Purpose: It suggests that making a policy and strategies in a way of AI and its impact of commercialization on economic efficiency, social custom ethics. Research design, data, and methodology: The paper has analyzed the data based on the proposed model when derived as AI vs. FI job, etc. It is very different for each professional evaluation, which is artificial intelligence or robot job. One concept case was selected as a substitute job, with a relatively low level of occupation ability, such as direct labors, easily replaced. By the induction data has resulted in modeling. Results: The paper suggests that AI at high level become something how to make real decisions on ethical value modeling. Through physical simulation with the deduction data, it can be tuned to design and control what has not been solved, from human senses to climate. Conclusion: For the exploiting of new AI decision-making jobs in markets, the deduction data is possible to prove to AI's Decision-making that the percentage who can easily have different leadership as is different for each person. what is generated by some information silos may be applied to occupation societies. The empirical results indicate the deduction data that if AI determines ethical decisions (VC) for that modifications, it may replace future jobs.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 구축되어져 있는 도로점용 현장 조사를 위한 정보 검색 기능과 현재 실제 현장에서 도로점용 현장조사에 사용하고 있는 문서 및 프로세스 분석을 통하여 도로점용민원 현장조사 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 국민의 권익과 밀접한 관계가 있는 도로점용민원의 허가여부 판단 및 불법점용현황 등을 파악하기 위해서는 기 허가된 위치등 점용정보에 대한 손쉬운 획득이 중요함에도 불구하고, 점용위치를 나타내는 도면 등이 종이로 관리됨에 따라 업무담당자가 기존 도로점용 정보파악이 용이하지 않는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설인허가시스템에서 관리하는 도로점용정보와 UMPC등 모바일 기기를 활용하여 전자공간과 물리공간이 융합된 도로점용민원 현장조사 도구를 개발하여 활용함으로써, 도로점용 인허가업무의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다.

신경발달 장애 아동의 지하철 이용하기 작업에 대한 작업기반 중재의 적용 (Application of Occupation-Based Practice for Neurodevelopmental Children's Subway Use)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 신경발달 장애 아동들에게 작업기반(occupation-based) 중재를 그룹 프로그램으로 적용하여 작업 수행의 질, 수행도 및 만족도, 프로그램에 대한 만족도의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 신경발달 장애 아동 10명을 대상으로, ADOC-S(Aid for Decision making in Occupation Choice-School) 및 COPM(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure)을 사용하여, 모든 클라이언트에게 의미 있고 공통된 작업 목표를 수립 하였다. '지하철 이용' 작업수행 분석한 후에 PQRS(Performance Quality Rating Scale)를 사용하여 작업수행의 질 변화를 조사하였다. 작업기반 중재는 가장 자연스럽고 실제생활과 비슷한 상황에서 의미 있는 작업을 직접 수행하며 진행되었다. 실험은 사전 평가 1회기, 중재기는 주 1회, 회기당 100분, 8주간, 총 8회기 진행되었고 사후 평가 1회기 실시되었다. 결과 : 작업수행의 질인 PQRS에서는 중재 전에 비해 중재 후 38.10의 증가를 보였다. 유지, 보상 및 적응접근을 적용하여 초기 회기(1~4회기)에 큰 증가율이 나타났다. COPM의 수행도는 중재 전에 비해 5.80, 만족도는 7.00의 증가가 나타났다. 또한 보호자 인터뷰를 통한 프로그램 만족도에서 높은 점수가 나타났다. 결론 : 작업기반 중재는 신경발달장애 아동의 작업수행을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재방법이며, 수행도 및 만족도, 프로그램 만족도에 긍정적인 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.

주류에 대한 도시가계의 구매결정과 지출결정요인 (Urban Households' Purchase and Expenditure Decision Factors of Alcoholic Beverages)

  • This study examined the determinants of urban households' expenditures on alcoholic beverages, using double-hurdle models to distinguish between the decision to purchase (purchase decision) and the decision of how much to consume (expenditure decision). Data for this study were drawn from the 2000 Korean Household Income and Expenditure Survey. Households were likely to purchase alcoholic beverages with increasing of household income, tobacco expenditures, and household size. The age, sex, marital status, occupation, education level, type of house ownership, residing city were significantly related to the purchase decisions. Among those households which drink, as household income and tobacco expenditures increase, the age, sex (male), marital status (married), and education level of a household-head, house ownership, residing city (Seoul) were positively related to and the presence of young children were negatively related to the expenditure level of alcoholic beverages.

미용 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Employment Stress on Cosmetology Students Occupation Decision and Job Hunting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

다중지능이론을 적용한 웹기반 진로안내시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web-Based Career Guidance System Applied Multiple Intelligences Theory)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 일생에서 중요한 의사결정의 하나인 진로선택에 도움을 주기 위한 웹기반 진로안내 시스템을 개발 하는 것이다. 초등학교에서의 진로교육은 직업선택에 필요한 초보적인 지식, 일에 대한 기본적인 태도와 가치관의 형성이 목적이므로 개인의 적성과 흥미를 고려한 다양한 직업의 종류에 대한 안내가 중요하다. 그러나, 기존의 연구는 대부분 검사결과를 알려주는 수준에 머물려 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 잠정적 진로선택 단계에 있는 초등학교 고학년에게 적합한 진로발달검사를 실시하고, 결과에 맞는 직업의 종류를 안내하는 웹기반 진로안내시스템을 개발하였다. 본 진로안내시스템은 검사결과를 알려주는 것에서 발전하여 검사결과 값을 우수지능 3개로 제시하여 검사자의 학습욕구를 자극하였다. 그리하여 학습자가 자신의 우수한 지능영역을 알고 이 지능과 관련된 직업의 종류와 하는 일에 대해 효율적으로 학습하고, 자신의 진로에 대한 인식과 진로선택의 바른 자세를 배울 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

수산고등학교(水産高等學校) 학생(學生)들의 직업결정형태(職業決定形態)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Career Decision-Making Patterns of Fisheries High School Students)

  • 1. Purpose of the study: This study was to investigate and analyse the career decision making patterns of students, which would enhance vocational guidance activities for the students. The specific purposes of the study are as follows. 1) To find how much the fisheries high school students are satisfied with the school. 2) To find out the factors which would influence the fisheries high school students in their career decision making. 3) To find out the person who plays the most important role in the career decision making of the students 4) To find out the patterns of behavior taken by the fisheries high school students in their career decision making. 2. Hypotheses: The following hypotheses were tested for this study. 1) There would be significant differences in the extent of school-satisfaction, depending on the class level and major. 2) There would be significant differences in the value criterion with which the fisheries high school students make decisions on their careers, depending on the grades, majors, and the levels of school-satisfaction. 3) There would be significant differences in the human factors which affect their decision-making on their career, depending on the class levels, majors, and the levels of school satisfaction. 4) There would be significant differences in the patterns of behavior they take when they make decisions on their careers depending on the grades, majors and the levels of school satisfaction. 3. Methods of the study: For the verification of the above hypotheses, a questionaire was developed by the researcher, and the questionaire was answered by the total 440 students from three fisheries high schools, located in the rural and urban areas, out of 8 fisheries high schools in Korea. The questionaire was composed of two major parts: school-satisfaction (10 items) and career decision making patterns (39 items). The career decision-making patterns include 16 value criterion items, 10 human category items, and 13 behavior category items. 4. Results of the study: 1) School satisfaction; There was no significant difference in school satisfaction depending on the class level and major. 2) Value criteria; a) Almost of the fisheries high school students think that the potential for advancement, job security, and salary are important factors for their job. b) The seafarer-students rated the salary, prestige of the occupation and leadership to be important than the nonseafarer-students. The nonseafarer-students rated the stabilization of their livelihood and opportunity to use their creative ideas than the seafarer-students. c) The students unsatisfied with their school emphasize the working environment, variety of work duties and leisure more than the satisfied ones. 3) Human factors: a) The fisheries high school students are affected most by their homeroom teachers, major teachers and their parents, but they are less influenced by their counselor. b) The seniors are more affected by their friends or classmates than the freshmen, and especially seafarer-students are more affected by major teachers. c) The persons, who are working in the occupation they are interested in, exert more influence on unsatisfied students than class-teachers do. 4) Behavior patterns; a) Most of them want test their abilities. b) The nonseafarer-students and seniors tend to depend on their own intuitions. c) The seafarer-students, the freshmen, and the satisfied with their school tend to discuss with other persons, and the unsatisfied tend to be influenced by the information that they collect for themselves.
