신경계 재활에서의 작업기반중재(occupation based intervention)에 관한 고찰 (The Reviews of Occupation Based Intervention in Neurorehabilitation)

  • 서론: 작업기반중재는 신경계 질환의 클라이언트에게 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 중재 방법으로 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌 고찰을 통해서 작업기반중재의 이론적 배경, 정의 및 범위를 알아보고 실제 작업치료중재에서 적용할 수 있는 신경학적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 본론: 작업기반중재는 작업기반실행을 바탕으로 다양한 치료적 요소들이 자연스러운 환경 내에서 클라이언트가 적절한 수행을 하는 것이다. 즉, 클라이언트의 실제적 환경에서 의미 있는 작업을 수행하기 위해 중재를 적용하는 것으로, 이 때 의미 있는 작업이란 클라이언트가 동기를 가지고 작업을 선택한 것으로 규칙적이고 반복적이어서 작업의 수행이 습관성이 있다. 결론: 작업기반중재는 클라이언트의 동기와 습관 그리고 실제 환경에서의 적용이라는 세 가지 요소로, 각각의 요소는 다양한 신경학적 근거에 기반하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 실제 신경계 재활에서 세요소가 포함된 작업기반중재의 활용이 필요할 것이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 구축되어져 있는 도로점용 현장 조사를 위한 정보 검색 기능과 현재 실제 현장에서 도로점용 현장조사에 사용하고 있는 문서 및 프로세스 분석을 통하여 도로점용민원 현장조사 방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 국민의 권익과 밀접한 관계가 있는 도로점용민원의 허가여부 판단 및 불법점용현황 등을 파악하기 위해서는 기 허가된 위치등 점용정보에 대한 손쉬운 획득이 중요함에도 불구하고, 점용위치를 나타내는 도면 등이 종이로 관리됨에 따라 업무담당자가 기존 도로점용 정보파악이 용이하지 않는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설인허가시스템에서 관리하는 도로점용정보와 UMPC등 모바일 기기를 활용하여 전자공간과 물리공간이 융합된 도로점용민원 현장조사 도구를 개발하여 활용함으로써, 도로점용 인허가업무의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다.

The Relationships among Occupational Identity, Occupation Satisfaction Job Commitment of Care Workers in Care Hospitals - Focusing on moderating effects of personal characteristics.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between occupational identity, occupation satisfaction, and self-efficacy of care workers in care hospitals and to draw implications for improving the quality of care services. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the occupational identity of care workers in care hospitals as an independent variable, occupation satisfaction as a dependent variable of occupational identity, and self-efficacy as a moderating variable were selected. The causal relationships between occupational identity and occupation satisfaction and the moderating effect of self-efficacy were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the occupational identity of care workers in care hospitals showed significant effects on occupation satisfaction and job commitment. Also, the effects of occupational identity on occupation satisfaction and job commitment differ depending on self-efficacy, which means that moderating effects of self-efficacy are significant. Based on this analytical results, the theoretical and policy implications of this study were suggested, and the directions and limitations of this study were suggested.

전업주부가 인식하는 주부직의 혜택과 비용에 관한 연구 (The Benefit and Cost of Full-Time Housewife Occupation)

  • The value of housewife occupation is likely to be underestimated because of its invisibility and myth. This study was performed to investigate social meaning of housewife occupation in the modern society using concept of psychological benefit and cost of full-time housewife. Subjectively even if housewife occupation was perceived as benefit in some aspects full-time housewife was not considered as favorable status but as costly one compared to employed housewife. The perceptions of benefit and cost of housewife occupation were different from some characteristics of housewife and related to the content of works. Finally the estimation of housewife occupation was more influenced by psychological variables rather than conditions and situations of housewife. these results suggested that psychological meaning of housewife occupation is important to understand issues related to the housewife.

  • This paper is purposed to study on the Influence of Working Condition and Job Satisfaction on the change of occupation of Cosmetologist(Hair & Skin Care) to reduce cosmetologist change of occupation. The research methods are surveying with 250 persons & doing statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. working conditions are reduced by two factors (1) welfare working condition, (2) basic working condition, and job satisfactions are reduced by one factor job satisfaction. 2. There is a relationship demographic characteristics, such as years, income/month, number of colleague in working area, working time/day, day off/month, with change of occupation. 3. There is a relationship working condition with change of occupation. 4. There is a relationship job satisfaction with change of occupation.

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. Methods: TThis study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. The activation of the mirror neuron system was compaired among 3 condition by oneway ANOVA. Results: The result of analysis showed mu suppression in all conditions. Although all conditions showed mu suppression, there was no significant difference among the conditions. Conclusion: The results suggest that the mirror neuron system is activated during action observation to be able to occupational therapy but the mirror neuron system is not separately activated among the conditions.

편입학의 직업지위 효과와 직업구조: 전문대졸자 vs. 일반대 편입학자 (The Occupational Structure of the Junior College Students' Transfer and Occupation Status Effect)

  • 이 연구는 전문대학생 편입학의 직업지위 효과를 분석하고자 전문대에서 4년제에 편입학 후 취업한 경우와 전문대 졸업후 바로 취업한 경우의 노동시장 성과를 조사 및 분석한 것이다. 세부적으로는 편입학에 따른 직업구조의 차이를 조사했으며, 편입학이 직업지위에 어떤 효과가 있는지를 분석하였다. 자료는 대졸자직업이동경로조사(GOMS)를 사용했으며 표본의 선택편의 제고를 위해 성향점수매칭(PSM) 추정을 통해 544명의 표본을 추출하여 사용하였다. 또한 종속 변인으로 직업지위 지표를 개발하여 적용하였다. 이 연구의 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 편입학의 직업구조를 확인한 결과, 수평적인 산업구조에서는 편입학자가 모든 산업에 분포하고 있으나 비편입학자는 제조업에 상대적으로 많이 분포하고 진출하지 않은 산업 분야들도 있었다. 수직적인 직업지위 구조에는 높은 직업지위에는 편입학자가 더 많이 분포하고 비편입학자는 더 낮은 직업지위에까지 분포하고 있었다. 둘째, 편입학은 직업지위에 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 그 외에 유의하게 나타난 설명변인은 부모학력, 전공계열, 고용형태, 전공직무일치 그리고 직무일치이다. 즉, 부모학력이 높을수록 직업지위가 높았으며, 공학자연계열인 경우 인문사회교육계열보다 직업지위가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 정규직인 경우 비정규직보다 직업지위가 높았으며, 전공과 직무가 일치할수록, 교육 기술 수준과 직무가 일치할수록 직업지위가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

가구주의 직업유형에 따른 소비지출양식의 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis of Consumption Expenditures by Occupation of the Household Head)

  • This study has investigated the degree of similarities and/or differences of consumption expenditure styles among the households with different occupation. Two types of analysis were performed. One was comparative analysis which used to identify the changes of consumption expenditure styles among different occupation classes using time-series data of 1977-1996 Korean Urban Household Expenditure Survey and Rural Household Economy Survey. The other was multivariate analysis to investigate the effects of occupation on consumption expenditure styles with 1551 sample household data from 1996 Korean Urban Household Expenditure Survey. The results showed that the differences in consumption styles among different occupation classes including farmers are diminished during last two decades while there still exist some degree of differences in consumption styles. After controlling other socio-economic factors it is found that occupation is a determinant of consumption patterns of urban w ge earners especially consumption for clothing and health items.

남편의 직종과 조직내 성역할문화가 가정생활에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Occupation and Organizational Sexrole Culture of Husband on the Family Life)

  • Work and family life affect each other. Especailly in a corporate-centered society the impact of work on the family is very strong. Organigational sexrole culture is used not only as a method of business management, but also as a style of family living. The Purpose of this study was to analyze an effect of occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husband on the family life. Data for 214 husbands were gathered from the structured questionnaire and time diary. The major findings of this study were as follows; (1) According to the occupation, organizational sexrole culture of husbands is very different. (2) The occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husbands have an important effect on their life time structure. (3) The occupation and organizational sexrole culture of husbands effect on their participation rate of household labor. These results suggested that husbands’ occupation and organization sexrole culture have a significant effect on the family life.

Relationship between time management and anxiety of Occupation Therapy students

  • Time management skills are essential for Occupation Therapy students' success, and development of clinical competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time management skills and anxiety and academic motivation of nursing students. This study was carried out on 95 Occupation Therapy students. Data were collected using demographic Questionnaire, Time Management Questionnaire (TMQ), Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), which was completed t by self-report. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software with descriptive and analytical statistics such as ANOVA, independent t-test, Regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results also showed a statistically significant negative correlation between the students' TMQ scores and the state anxiety (r= -0.282, p< 0.005) and trait anxiety scores (r= -0.325, p<0.005). Moreover, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the students' TMQ scores and AMS scores (r= 0.279, p< 0.005). Regarding the findings, it seems that it is necessary to plan for improving time management skills in order to enhance academic motivation and reduce anxiety rates among Occupation Therapy students.
