The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and content of the Ordinance on Job Support for the Elderly, and to verify whether the Ordinance has formal validity and effectiveness. For this purpose, the 13 local ordinances of the municipal governments in Seoul were selected for analysis and the contents and composition of each ordinance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, no major difference was found in the main form of the regulations such as the purpose of enactment of ordinances and contents of business. However, the scope of the policy application and the provision related to the delivery system were confirmed to be different by each regulation. In particular, residents' rights to services did not exist in all ordinances, and the obligation of local governors to provide jobs for the elderly was lacking in specificity and needed improvement. In terms of effectiveness, there are no provisions related to the delivery system or the mandatory nature of the regulations. Based on this analysis, this study proposed the directions of improvement and supplement of the ordinances.
Purpose: As the Act on Punishment of Serious Accidents came into effect in January 2022, it is becoming a big social issue in the labor and management circles. The purpose of this law is to analyze problems and suggest improvement plans so that the purpose of protecting lives and bodies by preventing major accidents can be met. Method: The main contents of the relevant law were identified, and the current application status of the currently enforced law and problems by law were analyzed. Result: Currently, more than 50 accidents have occurred and they have been classified as serious accidents, and no punishment has been imposed under the relevant laws. There are four major problems: 1) the issue of equity in the applied workplace, 2) the lack of clarity in some legal provisions, 3) the issue of entrusting the obligation to secure safety and health to private organizations, and 4) the issue of excessive punishment regulations. was analyzed as. Conclusion: As the law is in the early stages of enforcement, there are trials and errors, but revisions are necessary through the efforts of the labor and management circles to meet the establishment and purpose of the law.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of perceived sustainability management fit of SPA brands on consumer purchase intention. A survey was conducted targeting women in their 20s and 30s from April 27th to May 6th 2013, and a total of 350 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS ver 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, fit of all three areas- economic, ecological and social-of sustainability management activities have a significant impact on consumer perception on sustainability activities. Second, perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands are found to have a positive effect on brand attitude, brand trust and consumer satisfaction. Third, brand attitude and consumer satisfaction forged by perceived sustainability activities by SPA brands have a positive impact on consumers' purchase intention. Based on the result of this study, the following marketing implications can be suggested. First, SPA brands need to be more active in all three area of sustainability activities while coming up with measures for differentiated social sustainability activities. Second, SPA brands need to meet their primary obligation by providing consumers with quality products at a reasonable price. Third, SPA brands need to recognize the potential value of sustainability activities as a driver of a longstanding relationship with consumers as well as long-term profit and value creation, leading to a great financial performance.
The main issues addressed in this paper are as follows : First, this paper makes a distinction among types of e-money, IC card type versus Network type, open-loop type versus closed-loop type, online type versus offline type and accountable type versus unaccountable type, and analysis the clear and accurate criterion. According to the World Health Organization, for medical schools to fulfill their obligation of social accountability, it is necessary for medical education, research, and service areas to ref lect the healthcare system's relevance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and equity. This study utilized Boelen and Heck's (1995) social accountability grid model to analyze the degree to which the Accreditation Standards of Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation 2019 (ASK2019) standards apply the World Federation for Medical Education's (WFME) standards. The social accountability characteristics of the former were compared to those of the WFME, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and the Australian Medical Council. Experts with experience and certification in medical education and evaluation classified the ASK2019 standards according to the grid model, evaluated social accountability perspectives, and categorized them according to the process, content, and outcome. Of the 92 standards, 61 (66.30%) were selected as social accountability standards; these encompassed all areas. There was a particular focus on outcome-related areas, such as "mission and outcomes," "student assessment," "educational evaluation," and "continuous improvement." Education and quality were the most common (33, 54.11%), followed by 18 standards related to education and relevance. However, the standards on cost effectiveness and equity corresponding to education, research, and service were significantly insufficient. As a result of classification using a logic model, many criteria were incorporated into the process, producing results similar to those of international accreditation institutions. Therefore, to fulfill medical schools' social accountability, it is necessary to develop cost effectiveness and equity standards with reference to grid models and expand them beyond education to include research and service areas. Developing content and outcome standards is also required.
The goal of this study is to analyse the effects of financial support by governmental on KERRP (Korea Emission Reduction Registration Project) in the case of descending clock auction. Result shows that about 60% of total reduction (612,000ton) can be achieved at the price of 8,000 Won/ton with the budget amount of 5 billion Won, if the benefit from energy saving by the project is not included. Also 100% of total reduction (1,015,713ton) can be achieved at the price of 4,900Won/ton, if the benefit from energy saving by the project is included. Because most projects get some benefits from the energy saving occurred by project performance, the financial support by government may not be needed. However, this type of support would be meaningful from the aspect of encouraging GHG (Green House Gas) reduction to be prepared for the potential obligation of national GHG reduction from 2013.
This paper investigated the effects of a government production and shipment stabilization policy and the improvement plan for vegetables in Korea. In this study, a simulation focused on the changes in farm income for Chinese cabbages & radishes using scenarios. The result shows an increase in farm income according to the government policy. In the short-term, demand and supply are fixed, and the policy effect is positive due to the price support effect of the project. However, for mid- to long-term, the price decreases due to the expansion of supply by business beneficiaries, which is likely to be adversely affected by an unstable supply and demand. This increases the burden of government and local government subsidies. This phenomenon is expected to be amplified as the ratio of production and shipbuilding stabilization programs and items expand. When expanding items and adjusting and setting the percentage of participation in the project, it is desirable to set and operate the appropriate business ratio taking into consideration the demand. To improve the effectiveness of the policy, the following remedies were suggested. First, national supply and demand guidelines should be set up, and the autonomous supply and demand control of the producers should be guided by the different preservation according to the implementation of the supply and demand control obligation. As for detailed equipment, it is necessary to establish the reproduction price for each item, set the base price for each wholesale market, increase the incentive for the producers to participate, and fund a business budget to secure business stability.
Nutrition education in elementary school is confronted with the present problem, as a legal basis about obligation of nutrition education in school was clarified. Moreover, it's also important for providing evidence based scientific resources to make a study of evaluating the education effectiveness. Most studies of the nutrition education effectiveness have evaluated the changing dietary attitude and nutritional knowledge score before and after the nutrition education, and suggested the effectiveness of intervention as changing between pre- and post-treatment. Nutrition education, however, purposing long-term changes, follow-up evaluation process about the learned attitude and knowledge of nutrition education were requested. For these reasons, this study attempted to fulfilled standardized nutrition education program which use "Na Story and Food World" and "Na Story for Me", a textbook for the 1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade designed by KFDA, and analyzed the changes about the effectiveness of nutrition education happened over a period of time. In this study, each student was assessed their dietary attitude and nutritional knowledge by four periods, before the education, right after the education, after 3 months, and after 6 months. As a result, an average score of nutritional knowledge before the education, $70.08{\pm}17.91$, were changed significantly higher right after the education to $85.69{\pm}15.05$ (p < 0.001), but it lowered to $84{\pm}15.56$ after 3 month. After the nutrition education, students in all grades had positive dietary attitude to Na reduction (p < 0.001). However, the healthy eating attitude about Na reduction had been unable to maintain after 3 and 6 months. Therefore, the systematic reeducated program in elementary school was positively necessary to reinforce children's learning and cognitive skills to maintain healthy eating knowledge and attitude toward Na reduction.
