가정과교육에 있어서 의생활 영역의 교육목표와 내용 체계 연구 (Development of educational objectives and content standards for clothing life area of home economics education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가정과교육의 이론적 체계에 기초하여 의생활 영역의 교육목표와 내용 체계를 구안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 분석, 의생활 교육내용에 대한 요구도 조사, 전문가 협의 및 워크샵을 실시하였고, 이를 교육목표와 내용기준의 개발에 반영하였다. 교육목표는 대영역 목표와 하위 목표로 제시하였으며, 개발된 하위 목표에 따라서 각 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 의생활 내용 체계는 내용기준의 형태로 개발하였으며, 각 내용기준에 따라 내용요소를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 내용요소는 내용기준에 적절한 최소의 핵심적인 내용만을 제시하였기 때문에 앞으로의 교육과정이나 교과서를 개발할 때 융통성을 가질 수 있다.

  • 이 연구는 가정과 교육과정 개발의 이론적 체계를 틀로 하고 선행 연구와 교육과정 동향의 분석, 교육내용 요구조사를 고려하여 $\ulcorner$나와 가족생활$\lrcorner$ 영역의 교육목표와 내용체계를 구안하였다. 개발된 시안은 전문가 협의와 워크숍을 통해 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 수정 보완하여 최종안을 구안하였다. $\ulcorner$나와 가족생활$\lrcorner$ 영역의 교육목표는 '나와 가족생활을 개인과 가족, 사회, 문화의 맥락에서 이해하고 나와 가족생활 중에 일어나는 실천적 문제를 해결하여 건강한 가족생활을 영위할 수 있다.'로 선정하였다. 개발된 내용체계를 요약하면 다음과 같다.

국가수준의 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성의 평가체제 개발 (National Assessment System Development of Science-Related Affective Domain)

  • 학생들의 과학적 소양을 기르는데에는 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성이 중요한 역할을 한다. 과학적 태도, 자연과 과학에 대한 가치, 호기심과 관심 등의 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성이 대부분의 과학교육 목표에 포함되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성의 평가체제와 문항을 개발하였다. 인식, 흥미와 과학적 태도의 세 개의 주범주와 16 개의 소범주로 평가체재가 구성되었다. 평가체제의 타당도는 10 명의 과학교육학자들에 의하여 검증되었다. 48 개의 평가 문항을 문항반응분석과 문항-검사 상관계수를 고려하여 총 64 문항 중에서 선정하였다. 크론바하 알파계수는 인식과 흥미에서 0.83 이고, 과학적 태도에서는 0.86 이었다. 검사의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성에서 남학생이 여학생보다 더 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 둘째, 초등학생이 중등학생보다 더 높은 과학과 관련된 특성 점수를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 도시지역의 학생이 시골지역의 학생보다 더 높은 과학과 관련된 특성 점수를 보여 주었다.

Evidence-based approaches for establishing the 2015 Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans (KDRIs), a set of reference intake values, have served as a basis for guiding a balanced diet that promotes health and prevents disease in the general Korean population. In the process of developing DRIs, a systematic review has played an important role in helping the DRI committees make evidence-based and transparent decisions for updating the next DRIs. Thus, the 2015 KDRI steering committee applied the systematic review framework to the revision process of the KDRIs. The purpose of this article is to summarize the revision process for the 2015 KDRIs by focusing on the systematic review framework. MATERIALS/METHODS: The methods used to develop the systematic review framework for 2015 KDRIs followed the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Tufts Evidence-based Practice Center. The framework for systematic review of the 2015 KDRIs comprised of the 3 following steps: (1) development of an analytic framework and refinement of key questions and search terms; (2) literature search and data extraction; and, (3) appraisal of the literature and summarizing the results. RESULTS: A total of 203,237 studies were retrieved through the above procedure, with 2,324 of these studies included in the analysis. General information, main results, comments of reviewers, and results of quality assessment were extracted and organized by study design. The average points of quality appraisals were 3.0 (range, 0-5) points for intervention, 6.1 (0-9) points for cohort, 6.0 (3-9) points for nested case-control, 5.4 (1-8) points for case-control, 14.6 (0-22) points for cross-sectional studies, and 7.0 (0-11) points for reviews. CONCLUSIONS: Systematic review helped to establish the 2015 KDRIs as a useful tool for evidence-based approach. Collaborative efforts to improve the framework for systematic review should be continued for future KDRIs.

환경친화적 도시 조성을 위한 정책평가체계에 관한 연구 - 저부하형 도시 조성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Policies Evaluation Framework for Environmentally Friendly City)

  • In terms of climate change communities have only during the 1990s begun to recognize that all greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions are directly or indirectly generated locally, through acts of agency, production or consumption. This has provided a boost to the role of local places in the debate since GHGs can be allocated and made understood locally and hence form the basis for specific policies, programs, plans and projects. The objectives of this study are to define a framework for making Environmentally Friendly City through enhancing integrated energy-urban policies and present framework to do comprehensive evaluation on energy related policies response and also explore the interrelation between energy related activities in each sector and policy and applies to Seoul mega city in Korea. Despite the growing recognition of the seriousness of urban environmental problems and their contribution to global environmental and social concerns, most analysts continue to study cities in parts rather than as a whole; we study sectoral sub-systems such as transport, air pollution or energy. While specialization is useful for detailed thinking, we also need to see each issue in the context of how each city works environmentally, economically, socially and politically. We therefore need integrative approaches to study of cities and need to understand how they function as systems. These framework presented in this study allows an organized and systematic analysis. These research results can provide useful, credible and timely input into the urban planning process. This study will be a helpful exercise to draw some policy implications of other cities in Korea and also East Asia that are in a similar stage with the these cities and developing plans on how to address them.

RE-AIM 프레임워크를 이용한 프로그램 평가: 체계적 고찰과 어린이 대상 건강증진 프로그램 평가 (Program Evaluation using the RE-AIM Framework: A Systematic Review and Application to a Pilot Health Promotion Program for Children)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop evaluation criteria for the elementary-school-based health promotion program using the RE-AIM framework and to examine their feasibility. Methods: Previous evaluation studies on health interventions for elementary-school students using the RE-AIM framework were reviewed systematically to identify appropriate evaluation criteria. A diet and physical activity intervention based on the transtheoretical model was implemented in a pilot study using the "Happy Me" application. The feasibility of using the RE-AIM framework to evaluate it was examined. Results: The review yielded the following evaluation criteria: "reach," the ratio of participants out of the total target population; "efficacy/effectiveness," the difference in outcomes between the intervention and control groups, or between a pre- and post-test; "adoption," the rate of use of the program and participation in the next stage of the program; "implementation," the progress on the program components; "maintenance," the participants' and teachers' intention to continue using the program. The pilot study reached 76.6% of the targeted population. The intake of sugar-sweetened beverages decreased (P < 0.0001), and the duration of walking increased (P < 0.0001). Other indicators could not be evaluated; therefore, potential indicators were suggested. Conclusions: This study produced feasible evaluation criteria for elementary-school-based health promotion using the RE-AIM framework. Nevertheless, the feasibility needs to be validated with a broader range of studies and long-term interventions.

설문조사를 통한 홍수관리 발전방향과 지속가능한 홍수관리 프레임워크 수립 (Establishing the Progress Orientation of Flood Management and a Framework for Sustainable Flood Management Employing an Interview Survey)

  • 본 연구에서는 수자원 전문가들에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 홍수관리의 발전방향을 수립하고 이를 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 지속가능한 홍수관리 프레임워크와 프로세스를 개발하였다. 설문조사의 응답자들은 홍수피해를 저감하기 위하여 무분별한 인위적인 개발을 지양하고 체계적이고 장기적인 계획에 의해 지속적으로 홍수관리를 수행해야 한다는 의견을 주로 제시하였다. 개발된 프레임워크를 국내 정황에서 효과적으로 시행하기 위하여 설문조사결과를 반영하여 통합홍수관리, 홍수 위험도관리, 통합유역관리, 참여적 의사결정, 적응형 관리 등과 같은 5가지 요소를 선정하였다. 프레임워크는 선정된 요소들을 통합하여 수계에 적용하여 홍수관리의 목표를 달성하도록 하며, 주기적으로 평가하고 그 결과를 피드백하여 홍수관리의 목표와 방법론을 수정 및 보완하도록 구성되었다. 프레임워크를 구체화하기 위하여 홍수관리 프로세스를 설문조사결과를 반영하여 개발하였으며, 관련자들의 참여와 홍수관리 상태의 주기적인 평가를 통해 홍수위험도를 저감시킬 수 있는 대책을 선정하고 이들을 적응적으로 시행하도록 구성하였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질에 대한 동태적 자원배분 의사결정 (A Dynamic Resource Allocation on Service Quality of Internet Shopping-mall)

  • This study analyzes the Internet utilization pattern of customer by comprehensively investigating the previous studies on the behavior pattern of customer in terms of Internet business. Based on the analysis, this study develops research framework that supports strategic decision-making for resource allocation in Internet business. Such research framework would be helpful for providing the typology of Internet business model that can be specialized by each industry. As a result of the simulation analysis, it was found that the optimal resource allocation portfolio providing maximum profits to the Internet bookstore involves large-scale investment on delivery service and customer support service which are the key factors for post-purchase customer satisfaction, regardless of the growth pattern or size of Internet bookstore market. Consequently, from the above analysis, the investment ratio of resources for the profit maximization of Internet bookstore was drawn. Conclusively, based on the comprehensive examination of the results, this study provided a framework for dynamic resource allocation decision-making, and proposed a management strategy which allows consumers to shop under more favorable environment, and simultaneously enables the Internet bookstore to accomplish management objectives such as continuous growth and profit maximization.

A Looping Population Learning Algorithm for the Makespan/Resource Trade-offs Project Scheduling

  • Population learning algorithm (PLA) is a population-based method that was inspired by the similarities to the phenomenon of social education process in which a diminishing number of individuals enter an increasing number of learning stages. The study aims to develop a framework that repeatedly applying the PLA to solve the discrete resource constrained project scheduling problem with two objectives: minimizing project makespan and renewable resource availability, which are two most common concerns of management when a project is being executed. The PLA looping framework will provide a number of near Pareto optimal schedules for the management to make a choice. Different improvement schemes and learning procedures are applied at different stages of the process. The process gradually becomes more and more sophisticated and time consuming as there are less and less individuals to be taught. An experiment with ProGen generated instances was conducted, and the results demonstrated that the looping framework using PLA outperforms those using genetic local search, particle swarm optimization with local search, scatter search, as well as biased sampling multi-pass algorithm, in terms of several performance measures of proximity. However, the diversity using spread metric does not reveal any significant difference between these five looping algorithms.

척추 융합 수술을 위한 삼차원 척추경 모델을 이용한 자동 수술 계획 시스템 (Automated Surgical Planning System for Spinal Fusion Surgery with Three-Dimensional Pedicle Model)

  • High precision of planning in the preoperative phase can contribute to increase operational safety during computer-aided spinal fusion surgery, which requires extreme caution on the part of the surgeon, due to the complexity and delicacy of the procedure. In this paper, an advanced preoperative planning framework for spinal fusion is presented. The framework is based on spinal pedicle data obtained from CT (Computed Tomography) images, and provides optimal insertion trajectories and pedicle screw sizes. The proposed approach begins with safety margin estimation for each potential insertion trajectory that passes through the pedicle volume, followed by procedures to collect a set of insertion trajectories that satisfy operation safety objectives. The radius of a pedicle screw was chosen as 70% of the pedicle radius. This framework has been tested on 68 spinal pedicles of 8 patients requiring spinal fusion. It was successfully applied, resulting in an average success rate of 100% and a final safety margin of $2.44{\pm}0.51mm$.
