In order to prepare for the coming twenty first Century and to meet changing societal dedmands and health needs, it is necessary to develop a new conceptual framework for curriculum the colleges of nursing. The specific objectives of this project were to ; 1) address the problem areas of the existing curriculum which were identified in the first phase of this study ; 2) develop a conceptual framework which will meet faculty, student and societal needs : and 3) identify the content of the curriculum In order to accomplish the objectives, the curriculum committee held 30 weekly meetings during the period of October, 1992 and December, 1993, There also were two workshops with college of nursing faculty members. The Philosophy and objectives of education were revised on the basis of the essential concepts of nursing : human being, nursing, environment, and health. From these basic concepts, six essential components were identified for the conceptual framework. These were nuring process, communication, professional roles, client, and nursing. These six components are interrelated in the curriculum. The complex interrelationship among the six components were presented on horizontal and vertical axes. Concepts related to steady improvement were put on a vertical axis. For example, concepts of client, health, and nursing are included in all levels of nursing curriculum and students are expected to retain and accumulate more complex contents as they progress in curriculum. Concepts on the horizontal axis are nursing process, communication, and professional roles. These concepts are unique to nursing and are common to any level of curriculum. Students are expected to study these concepts through all levels of the curriculum. It is expected that the objectives of the college of nursing will be accomplished when the courses and content of the curriculum are based on this conceptual fremework.

본 연구는 백두대간의 통합적 관리를 위한 관리공간구획모형의 필요성으로부터 계획되었으며. 개념적인 백두대간의 관리범위모형을 수립할 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 국.내외 공간구획 관련 이론 및 연구의 문헌고찰을 통하여 토지이용 및 관리의 범위 설정의 개념을 파악하고 이를 토대로 개념적인 백두대간관리모형 수립에 접근하고자 하였다. 제시된 관리범위모형은 탄력적 관리를 위해 백두대간의 관리범위를 적극적 보전, 완충, 다목적 이용의 세 구역으로 구분하고 있으며 이에 적합한 관리목표를 설정하여 관리하도록 되어 있다. 각 구역의 구획은 생태적 환경, 물리적 환경, 그리고 사회.문화적 환경을 대표하는 지표인자들의 평가에 의해 구분될 수 있다. 제시된 모형의 효율적인 적용은 백두대간 공간구획을 위한 적절한 지표인자의 선정 및 그에 대한 적합한 평가에 의해 좌우된다고 할 수 있다 그러므로 후속 연구를 통해 그 효율성 또는 효과성이 객관적으로 평가되어야하며 사례연구를 통해 적절한 지표인자 선정 및 평가기준의 마련에 대한 접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다

Human resource is considered as an important resource that enables organizations to achieve competitive advantage. As such, it is important to have engaged employees to drive the strategic objectives of the organization. The study focuses on variables that can promote employee engagement. Work-life balance and employee engagement have received attention in both academia and practice. Engaged employees are crucial in the achievement of the strategic objectives of organizations. Besides, the role of religious orientation in life and work has been gaining attention from management scholars. The paper attempts to fill the research gap by developing a conceptual model and propositions for empirical testing. Specifically, the study proposes that work-life balance is expected to act as a mediator in the relationship between religiosity and employee engagement. Furthermore, religiosity is included as a moderator since religious belief can strengthen the positive relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement. A systematic literature review was carried out. A framework and propositions for future studies have been developed. The proposed framework provides direction for scholars to empirically test the indirect relationship between work-life balance, religiosity and employee engagement. Empirical testing of the framework could provide insights into how work-life balance and religiosity promote employee engagement.

The marked increase in the number of environmental problems, combined with the increase in their intensity and spatial extent, has resulted in an ever-increasing need for constant monitoring. This is complicated by the occurrence of new and complicated environmental issues that often prevent a thorough understanding of the entire monitoring framework. In the present study, a diagrammatic method was developed to present the entire framework of a monitoring plan. The diagram was separated into three sections- "Problem Section", "Research Process and Data Section" and "Entities Section" - to clearly present the disparate relationships between monitoring objectives and the monitoring procedure. Notation of the diagrams was undertaken using Unified Modeling Language (UML). A hypothetical monitoring plan for an environmental problem was designed to assess usefulness of the diagrammatic method. The diagram was capable of reviewing and revising the monitoring plan and could be used to select a monitoring procedure according to the monitoring objectives of the plan. The results suggested that this diagrammatic method was effective for designing an appropriate monitoring plan for a given monitoring objective.

In recent years, research has begun to place greater emphasis on the strategic use of IT in seeking to build firm's capability, thus innovating firm's business value. Many leading firms have been put efforts to formulate and implement IT governance (ITG) structures, processes, and mechanisms for firm's IT activities. However, recent literatures reviews found that ITG framework have been discussed independently rather than in an integrated and on convergent manner failing to provide comprehensive conceptual framework. The objective of this paper is therefore, to develop a conceptual framework that enable to conduct a comparative ITG case studies. The proposed framework, developed by one of author, has extensively applied in real case study to validate its usefulness and also aims to contribute practitioners to understand how well IT principles are formed within the organization as well as corelate with ITG objectives and ITG execution.

Researches on the business value of IT and ICT in the past has been focused on static content researches such as study of IT ICT itself and study of the relationship between IT ICT and performance. In recent years, however, the need for discussions on the "process of IT and ICT making economic value (performance) difference between companies" is growing. In particular, there is a need for an framework to analyze the process of qualitative change (progress, evolution, improvement) of IT and ICT affecting the competitive advantage. In this paper, we present a framework for analyzing the process of creating competitive advantage by IT ICT and show the structure of how IT and ICT resources lead to the creation of competitive advantage. In order to achieve these objectives, this paper proposes a framework for the process of creating competitive advantage by linking IT and ICT related resources, value activities, value chains, and business processes.

Performing 'Mega Project' in which various stakeholders are involved is difficult to control due to the respective conflicting objectives. Urban regeneration which is being challenged issue in various ways can be defined as the mega project. Since the mega project like urban regeneration a long-continued project and includes a lot of participants whose benefits conflict, cooperation among stakeholders is essential. Moreover, as the project goes, diverse decision making situations which require collaboration happen, and if proper decision making cannot be given at that time, the whole project would have critical effects. Also, since each activity concerns numerous stakeholders, prompt decision making is difficult in the mega project. Therefore, the objective of this study is to support stakeholder's cooperative decision making in order for conducting successful project. For the purpose of the paper, the concept of cooperation in mega project is redefined and a cooperative decision making framework is suggested. Also, the term of governance, which means cooperative mechanism based on the mutual trust, information sharing and partnership, is applied to the newly defined cooperation. The suggested cooperative decision making framework contains the structure of stakeholders in urban regeneration project which enables participants to understand the relationship among bodies and checklists for supporting decision making appropriately. The application of the framework proposed in this research is expected to contribute subjects' suitable decision making by providing proper information in a timely manner.

This study aims to analyze the objectives of environmental education in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) factors used EIA in 'ecology and environment' textbook, and finally to analyze the situation and contents level of EIA domain in textbook to explore the possibility of the positive availability of EIA domain in high school for realization of effective ESD. To analyze the objectives of environmental education in EIA and ESD factors used EIA, researchers used the text, the activity and the teaching tip in three kinds of 'ecology and environment' textbook by the 7th curricula as the object of analysis. Framework to analyze the objectives of environmental education in EIA is the category of environmental education objectives of UNESCO presented according to 'Tbilisi Intergovernmental Conference on Environmental Education' and framework to analyze ESD factors used EIA is developed on the basis of the theory about EIA and ESD factors updated in this study. In conclusion, it proves that the EIA domain through the activity is effective for realization of ESD. According to the analysis of the study, it is proposed that the follow-up studies on the improvement of EIA domain in textbook in both quality and quantity as well as 'the teaching & learning methods and various development of teaching materials, etc: based on the emphasis on the activity are needed to progress steadily for realization of effective ESD in high school in the future.

School health promotion is related to reinforce on various roles of school health teachers including health instruction, health services, healthful school living. In this aspects, there would be necessory for qualified continous education proceed to activate roles of school health teachers. So the objectives of this study are first, to develop curriculum framework for inservice training of health school nurses, second, to descrive of curriculum objectives, third, to state of curriculum objectives and learning methods. There were used study methods as literature review, expert conferencing and workshop. Major results are as follows; 1. Curriculum framework for inservice training of health school nurses was constitute of major variables of health care model and direct services role of school health teacher such as health service, health instruction and healthful environment area. 2. The curriculum for health instruction were different from elementary school and middle school. 3. Time distribution for curriculum was composed of that health service is 12hours, health instruction is 96 hours and healthful environment is 12 hours. 4. The learning methods for inservice training were suggested to intensify positive attitude through the discussion and practical exercise. 5. The curriculum objectives were classified by total, area and a course of study and time summary table was suggested. In conclusion, the developed curriculum would be contribute to improve of practical ability for school health teachers. And to increase of inservice training effect, there should be operate in order to participate trainees activately and to be educate concurrently. Also, there are necessary for execute in series of the program such as standized text developing by course, evaluation index developing and instructor education etc.
