    • Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the change characteristics of boys among the ages of 13 and 18 years. This study is based on the $4^{th}$ to the $6^{th}$ national anthropometric survey(Size Korea) data. Background: Many changes can affect the body characteristics compared withthe past. The significant changes were shown in Pepsi generation according to the report of national anthropometric survey of Korea 1997. Method: The subjects of the survey were 1,899 boys of the $4^{th}$ Size Korea, 1,587 boys of the $5^{th}$Size Korea and 2,317 boys of the $6^{th}$ Size Korea, who were from 13 to 18 years old. The change characteristics were analyzed withanthropometric measurements, height index value and proportion. Results: Stature was increased in 17~18 years old age group of the $5^{th}$ and the $6^{th}$ Size Korea and height items of the lower body showed the tendency to increase as the $6^{th}$ Size Korea over the time. In the case of circumference items, the tendency to increase in the $5^{th}$ and the $6^{th}$ Size Korea was observed. If the $5^{th}$ and the $6^{th}$ Size Korea were compared, there were no changes of other circumference items but chest circumference of the $6^{th}$ Size Korea was decreased in comparison with the $5^{th}$ Size Korea. Waist breadth(natural indentation) was increased in the $6^{th}$ Size Korea in spite of chest breadth was decreased in the $5^{th}$ and the $6^{th}$ Size Korea. And shoulder length, biacromion length and bishoulder length were decreased. The proportion of chest circumference, abdominal extension circumference and hip circumference to waist circumference and the proportion of chest breadth to waist breadth(natural indentation) showed the tendency to decrease as the $6^{th}$ Size Korea over the time. Conclusion: There was no change of stature excluding 17~18 years old. Circumference items showed tendency to increase as the $6^{th}$ Size Korea over the time. Shoulder and chest breadth became narrow. The somatotype changed to board chest with narrow waist in comparison with the previous. Application: In this way, the body size of 13~18 years' old boys changes. • Objective : The aim of this study were to measure quality of life(QOL) in liver transplant recipients, to compare QOL between living donor liver transplant recipients and cadaveric liver transplant recipients and to investigate whether SF-36 may be used as a disease-specific instrument in liver transplant recipients. Methods : We conducted a single-center cross-sectional study of 133 LT recipients ages 13 to 65 years, all of whom had had Liver Transplantation(LT) at least 1 months previously. QOL was assessed using a self-completion questionnaire consisting of the Bang Whal Ran(1991) instruments and the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36) health status profile measure. We investigated whether the SF-36 instrument may be used as a disease-specific instrument in LT recipients. Individual scale scores range from 0 to 100, with higher score reflecting better health. Data on demographics, clinical status at pre transplantation 1 day, post transplantation clinical status, and graft function were collected to identify predictors of post transplantation QOL. Results : Standard measures for test-retest reliability, internal consistency, and discriminant and concurrent validity were examined. The reliability of the SF-36, as measured by test-retest correlation(Pearson coefficients: 0.729, p=0.002) and by internal consistency(Cronbach's alpha: 0.9431) exceeded conventional acceptability criteria. The correlation between domain scores of SF-36 and the Bang Whal Ran(l991) was clear and logical in that the clinical characteristics of SF-36 strongly correlated with the clinical component summary score of the Bang Whal Ran(l991)(r = 0.8155, P<.01). SF-36 scale scores were compared between Cadaveric Liver Transplant recipients and Living Donor Liver Transplant recipients. Donor types of post LT did not influence HRQOL(p>0.05). 87% of the liver transplant recipients were satisfied to get LT. Satisfaction of post LT showed significantly greater HRQOL(p<0.001). Conclusion : SF-36 is found reliable and valid. This study indicates thet Donor Type did not influence HRQOL after LT. The information gained from this study will help us to better define expectations and the clinical course after liver transplantation to patients and their families.

    • Purpose - In this research, the expectation level of service of Incheon International Airport was investigated. Service expectation level is critical to the customers' satisfaction and should be managed. Regarding the expectation level of service, the concepts have been defined and introduced by some researchers including Zeithaml, Berry, and Parasuraman (1993). However, due to the difficulties of measuring the level, researches on the expectation level of service have been limited. The main reason of difficulties of measuring the effects is that desired service, adequate service, perceived service, predicted service which are the conceptual components of the expectation level of service are psychologically described concepts and thus are hard to set up standards and to measure numerically. All that one can discern is that desired service level is higher than adequate service level or perceived service level is lower than predicted service level under the certain conditions, etc. Research design, data, and methodology - In this research, the level of service and factors affecting the level are investigated using the case of an Airport. The main idea of research is to investigate whether a supposed factor that is alleged to affect the expected service level is working empirically. The supposed factor is service provider's promise to provide certain level of service to customers. Results - The research results can be summarized as follow. First, service provider's promise, in this case the Airport's Service Quality Award by Airports Council International which can be regarded as objective promise to provide the certain level of service to customers is turned out to be influential to factors affecting expectation level of service. Second, service provider's promise affects to move the customers' expectation level of service upward especially the service of delivering the necessary information to customers in the airport correctly and swiftly. Conclusions - The implications of the research results are, first, customers' expectation level of service in influenced by service provider's promise, second, airport's service award increases the level of customers' service level and as a result for the airport to meet the customers' expectation level of service more efforts should be made.

    • Objective : This study was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of the Measure of Constructs Underlying Perfectionism-Korean version (M-CUP-K). Methods : Two hundred and six normal subjects completed a battery of measures including M-CUP-K, Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale-Korean version (FMPS-K), and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Psychometric properties of the M-CUP-K were analyzed. Results : The principal component analysis for construct validity resulted in 56 items composed of 6 factors (factor 1 : Dissatisfaction-Reactivity to Mistakes; factor 2 : Order-Details and Checking ; factor 3 : Satisfaction ; factor 4 : High standards ; factor 5 : Perceived Pressure from Others-Perfectionism toward Others ; factor 6 : Black and White Thinking about Tasks and Activities), compared to the original version. The M-CUP-K total and subscale scores were more strongly correlated with those of the other perfectionism-specific measure, FMPS-K, with a correlation of 0.822 (convergent validity) than with those of the nonspecific depression measure (discriminant validity). The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value for internal consistency of M-CUP-K was in an excellent range (r=0.872-0.935). The test-retest reliability for external validity suggested a good temporal stability with a total score correlation of 0.827. Conclusion : This study revealed that the M-CUP-K has good reliability and validity. Therefore, the M-CUP-K can be used as a promising measure of perfectionism in Korea.

    • The objective of this study is to evaluate the instream flow in the North Han River basin according to the operation of Imnam Dam in North Korea. The water budget and instream flow satisfaction were analyzed using hourly, daily and monthly data of Water Management Information System (WAMIS) from Jan. 1991 to Dec. 2018. As a analysis result of water budget using hourly data in the North Han River basin, although inflows compared with dam release in the upstream basin of Peace Dam-Hwacheon Dam and Chuncheon Dam-Soyanggang Dam-Uiam Dam were calculated as negative values, the reasonable results using daily and monthly average data were estimated. It showed that the results of water budget analysis of dam inflow and total release may be different by time units of data. The monthly average inflow of Hwacheon Dam decreased significantly after the construction in 2003 of Imnam Dam, which confirmed that the operation of Imnam Dam had a significant effect on the dams in the North Han River basin. The operation of Imnam Dam is one of the main reasons for the lack of instream flow and total shortage amounts and shortage period increased up to +330% due to the decrease in inflow and total release of dams in the North Han River water after the operation of Imnam Dam. It is necessary to study various plans to secure instream flow including transboundary river management
