배추횐나비 식도하신경절에 종지하는 촉각 지각신경세포에 관하여 (Termination of Antennal Receptor Cells in Subesophageal Ganglion of Cabbage Butterfly Pieris rapae (Insecta, Lepidoptera))

  • This study has been performed to investigate normal synaptic organizations in the subesophageal ganglion and terminaiion of antennal receptor cells in the ipsilateral subesophageal gan91ion of Pieris rapae. The various normal synaptic organizations in subesophageal ganglion could be differentiated into the five types. The proximal removal of a left antenna resulted in the weakly-dark, semidark and dark degenerations in the type I bostons of the ipsilateral subesophageal ganglion. Therefore, it was concluded that the axon terminals of the receptor cells projecting from the antenna into the brain form the type 1 synapses together with the dendrites in the ipsilateral subesophageal ganglion.

  • The terminal and core(wire conductor) in a Harness processing is connected by putting them in a applicator by virtue of a manual operation. A normal or abnormal condition of crimping connections is nearly determined by a skilled worker. In general, a skilled worker operates a press motor with a foot switch by pressing on foot and puts a wire conductor into a press with one hand. By doing so, sufficient efficiency is not obtained by a worker. In this paper, a basic study has done to make improve an efficiency by finding the normal arrangement out as to whether a terminal and wire conductor in Harness are placed on the right position or not with a quadrant plane photo position sensor.

  • A different kind of approximation has been developed in connection with calculation of the normal family distributions in digital computer. These approximations usually employ polynomial expressions. They give quite high accuracy, sometimes only within definite limits on the values of the variable. Outside these limits they may give quite poor approximations. In this paper we compare these approximations by criteria of C.P.U. time and accuracy using micro computer. Approximation formulas given by Zelen and Severo (1984) are proven to give the most accurate results within allowable C.P.U. time.

  • Using a Reilly type integral formula due to Li and Xia [23], we prove several geometric inequalities for affine connections on Riemannian manifolds. We obtain some general De Lellis-Topping type inequalities associated with affine connections. These not only permit to derive quickly many well-known De Lellis-Topping type inequalities, but also supply a new De Lellis-Topping type inequality when the 1-Bakry-Emery Ricci curvature is bounded from below by a negative function. On the other hand, we also achieve some Lichnerowicz type estimate for the first (nonzero) eigenvalue of the affine Laplacian with the Robin boundary condition on Riemannian manifolds.

  • 무선 센서 네트워크에서 센서들은 획득한 정보를 관리 노드로 전달하기 위해 서로 통신을 해야 하므로 공격에 취약한데 쓰레기 패킷 주입 같은 공격은 기존의 암호화 같은 방식을 사용해서는 퇴치하기 어렵다. 그래서 행위 기반 탐지가 대두되었는데 특정 감시 노드들이 이웃한 일반 노드의 통신을 감청하여 불법적인 패킷을 탐지하게 된다. 감시 노드들은 일반 노드들에 비해 더 많은 에너지를 사용하기 때문에 최소의 감시 노드들로 전체 또는 최대한 넓은 범위의 네트워크를 커버하는 것이 필요하다. 감시 노드는 일반 노드 중에서 선택될 수도 있고 일반 노드와 서로 다른 종류일 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 종류의 감시 노드와 일반 노드가 배치되었을 때 커버되는 일반 노드의 수가 최대가 되도록 주어진 수의 감시 노드를 선택하는 알고리즘을 개발하고, 감시 노드의 수와 전송 범위가 감시 노드의 연결 비율과 일반 노드의 커버리지에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지 실험을 통해 비교하였다.

뇌자기공명영상의 노화에 따른 변화 (A Review of Brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging Correlates of Successful Cognitive Aging)

  • Normal aging causes changes in the brain volume, connection, function and cognition. The brain changes with increases in age and difference of gender varies at all levels. Studies about normal brain aging using various brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) variables such as gray and white matter structural imaging, proton spectroscopy, apparent diffusion coefficient, diffusion tensor imaging and functional MRI are reviewed. Total volume of brain increases after birth but decreases after 9 years old. During adulthood, total volume of brain is relatively stable. After 35 years old, brain shrinks gradually. The changes of gray and white matters by aging show different features. N-acetylaspartate decreases or remains unchanged but choline, creatine and myo-inositol increase with aging. Apparent diffusion coefficient decreases till 20 years old and then becomes stable during adulthood and increase after 60 years old. Diffusion tensor properties in white matter tissue are variable during aging. Resting-state functional connectivity decreases after middle age. Structural and functional brain changes with normal aging are important for studying various psychiatric diseases such as dementia, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Our review may be helpful for studying longitudinal changes of these diseases and successful aging.

커넥터에서 접촉불량 발생시의 전압, 전류 및 온도 신호 특성 분석 (Analysis of Voltage, Current and Temperature Signals for Poor Connections at Electrical Connector)

  • This paper is aimed to analyze the characteristics of simultaneous voltage, current and temperature signals for poor connection on electrical connector. In order to attain this purpose, detected were the current and voltage signals on electric wire with series arc, named arc signals, and also monitored were the changes of RMS, instantaneous value of waveform in time domain and temperature value with video. Two states are made normal state over $5kgf{\cdot}cm$ and poor connections state below $0.5kgf{\cdot}cm$ by screw gage. In the voltage signal case, the voltage drop was increased with which the current was increased. In the current signal case, poor connections at the time interval 1~4A all showed "shoulder", as distinct difference from the normal state shown waveform pattern. In the temperature signal case, poor connections are twice at 1A and five times at 4A in the normal state. The temperature continues insulation of electrical wiring and connector can be carbonized. The results of this study will be effectively used in developing the preventive devices and system for electric fire by poor connections.

  • 맨봉 배열에 의해 형성되는 부수로를 흐르는 난류 유동장의 구조는 피치 대 봉직경의 비에 따라 변하게 된다. 피치 대 봉직경 비가 큰 경우에는 난류 응력 분포가 관 유동의 분포와 유사하다 그러나 피치 대 봉직경 비가 작은 경우에는 특히 간극 영역에서 난류 특성이 관 유동의 분포와는 달라진다. 완전히 발달된 맨봉 주위의 난류 유동장에서 난류응력과 난류운동에너지 사이의 선형 관계가 개발되었다. 개발된 상관 관계식은 난류 연구에 응용되는 여러 이론적 분석에 연관지어 사용될 수 있다.

Improved analytical solution for slip and interfacial stress in composite steel-concrete beam bonded with an adhesive

  • In this paper, an improved theoretical interfacial stress and slip analysis is presented for simply supported composite steel-concrete beam bonded with an adhesive. The adherend shear deformations have been included in the present theoretical analyses by assuming a linear shear stress through the thickness of the adherends, while all existing solutions neglect this effect. Remarkable effect of shear deformations of elements has been noted in the results. It is observed that large shear is concentrated and slip at the edges of the composite steel-concrete. Comparing with some experimental results from references, analytical advantage of this improvement is possible to determine the normal and shear stress to estimate exact prediction of normal and shear stress interfacial along span between concrete and steel beam. The exact prediction of these stresses will be very important to make an accurate analysis of the mode of fracture. It is shown that both the normal and shear stresses at the interface are influenced by the material and geometry parameters of the composite steel-concrete beam. This research is helpful for the understanding on mechanical behavior of the connection and design of such structures.

잔류자기 유도 기전력을 이용한 3상유도전동기 권선의 극성 판별법에 관한 연구 (A study on how to discriminate the polarities of stator windings for 3 phase induction motors by using induced voltages based on residual magnetism)

  • 단자 표식이 불분명한 3상유도전동기에서 고정자 권선의 극성을 판별하는 데는 외부 여자전류에 의해 유도되는 기전력 특성에 기초하거나 또는 회전자의 잔류자기를 이용하는 방법이 가능하다. 회전자의 잔류자기로 유도되는 권선에서의 기전력은 자속 크기와 수동 구동의 회전자 속도 및 위상 관계에 따라 정해지며 이 같은 극성 판별이 작업현장에서 가능하려면 기전력의 크기가 멀티테스터로 확인될 수 있는 정도이어야 하고 또한, 코일 간 위상 특성이 극성 판별에 적합해야 한다. 잔류자기에 의한 기전력들이 3상 평형 관계에 있다면 전체 합성 전압은 권선들의 극성 연결 상태가 정상일 때 0이 되어야 하는 한편, 극성 연결의 오류 시에는 상대적으로 큰 출력 전압을 나타낸다는 점에서 본 연구에서는 각 경우에 대한 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 잔류자기에 의한 판별 방식을 실험용 전동기에 적용하여 극성의 정상 및 이상 상태에서의 출력 파형을 비교함으로써 제시된 방식이 극성 판별 방법으로서 현장에서 용이하게 활용될 수 있는지를 확인한다.
