  • In this paper, we consider the Cauchy-type problem for a nonlinear differential equation involving a Ψ-Hilfer fractional derivative and prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions in the weighted space of functions. The Ulam-Hyers and Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stabilities of the Cauchy-type problem is investigated via the successive approximation method. Further, we investigate the dependence of solutions on the initial conditions and their uniqueness using 𝜖-approximated solutions. Finally, we present examples to illustrate our main results.

  • In this paper, we study the analytical and approximate solutions for a fractional quadratic integral equation involving Katugampola fractional integral operator. The existence and uniqueness results obtained in the given arrangement are not only new but also yield some new particular results corresponding to special values of the parameters 𝜌 and ϑ. The main results are obtained by using Banach fixed point theorem, Picard Method, and Adomian decomposition method. An illustrative example is given to justify the main results.

  • In this study, the numerical solution of a space-fractional Burgers' equation with initial and boundary conditions is considered. This equation is the simplest nonlinear model for diffusive waves in fluid dynamics. It occurs in a variety of physical phenomena, including viscous sound waves, waves in fluid-filled viscous elastic pipes, magneto-hydrodynamic waves in a medium with finite electrical conductivity, and one-dimensional turbulence. The proposed QBS/CNG technique consists of the Galerkin method with a function basis of quadratic B-splines for the spatial discretization of the space-fractional Burgers' equation. This is then followed by the Crank-Nicolson approach for time-stepping. A linearized scheme is fully constructed to reduce computational costs. Stability analysis, error estimates, and convergence rates are studied. Finally, some test problems are used to confirm the theoretical results and the proposed method's effectiveness, with the results displayed in tables, 2D, and 3D graphs.

  • The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study a class of coupled systems of fuzzy delay differential equations involving fuzzy initial values and fuzzy source functions of triangular type. We assume that these initial values and source functions are triangular fuzzy functions and define solutions of the coupled systems as a triangular fuzzy function matrix consisting of real functional matrices. The method of triangular fuzzy function, fractional steps and fuzzy terms separation are used to solve the problems. Furthermore, we prove existence and uniqueness of solution for the considered systems, and then a solution algorithm is proposed. Finally, we present an example to illustrate our main results and give some work that can be done later.

  • In this work, we investigate the following fractional boundary value problems $$\{_tD^{\alpha}_T({\mid}_0D^{\alpha}_t(u(t)){\mid}^{p-2}_0D^{\alpha}_tu(t))\\={\nabla}W(t,u(t))+{\lambda}g(t){\mid}u(t){\mid}^{q-2}u(t),\;t{\in}(0,T),\\u(0)=u(T)=0,$$ where ${\nabla}W(t,u)$ is the gradient of W(t, u) at u and $W{\in}C([0,T]{\times}{\mathbb{R}}^n,{\mathbb{R}})$ is homogeneous of degree r, ${\lambda}$ is a positive parameter, $g{\in}C([0,T])$, 1 < r < p < q and ${\frac{1}{p}}<{\alpha}<1$. Using the Fibering map and Nehari manifold, for some positive constant ${\lambda}_0$ such that $0<{\lambda}<{\lambda}_0$, we prove the existence of at least two non-trivial solutions

  • In this paper, we work two different problems. First, we investigate a new class of fractional differential equations involving Caputo sequential derivative with some (e1, e2, θ)-periodic conditions. The existence and uniqueness of solutions are proven. The stability of solutions is also discussed. The second part includes studying traveling wave solutions of a conformable fractional Korteweg-de Vries-Burger (KdV Burger) equation through the Tanh method. Graphs of some of the waves are plotted and discussed, and a conclusion follows.

  • In this work, we study the existence, uniqueness and stability in the ${\alpha}$-norm of solutions for some stochastic partial functional integrodifferential equations. We suppose that the linear part has an analytic resolvent operator in the sense given in Grimmer [8] and the nonlinear part satisfies a $H{\ddot{o}}lder$ type condition with respect to the ${\alpha}$-norm associated to the linear part. Firstly, we study the existence of the mild solutions. Secondly, we study the exponential stability in pth moment (p > 2). Our results are illustrated by an example. This work extends many previous results on stochastic partial functional differential equations.

  • Numerous problems in science and engineering defined by nonlinear functional equations can be solved by reducing them to an equivalent fixed point problem. Fixed point theory provides essential tools for solving problems arising in various branches of mathematical analysis, such as split feasibility problems, variational inequality problems, nonlinear optimization problems, equilibrium problems, complementarity problems, selection and matching problems, and problems of proving the existence of solution of integral and differential equations. The theory of fixed is known to find its applications in many fields of science and technology. For instance, the whole world has been profoundly impacted by the novel Coronavirus since 2019 and it is imperative to depict the spread of the coronavirus. Panda et al. [24] applied fractional derivatives to improve the 2019-nCoV/SARS-CoV-2 models, and by means of fixed point theory, existence and uniqueness of solutions of the models were proved. For more information on applications of fixed point theory to real life problems, authors should (see [6, 13, 24] and the references contained in).
