겨울과 봄철의 CO2 시비 토마토 온실에서 온도에 따른 CO2 농도 구명 (Determination of Carbon Dioxide Concentration in CO2 Supplemental Greenhouse for Tomato Cultivation during Winter and Spring Seasons)

  • 본 연구는 겨울과 봄철의 CO2 시비 토마토 온실에서 낮과 밤의 온도 변화에 따른 CO2 농도 변화를 구명하고 계산된 CO2 공급량을 비교하고자 수행하였다. 온실 내 CO2 농도는 2022년과 2023년의 겨울철 실험 온실에서 생육단계가 LAI 2.0인 대표적인 날들 중 누적광량 차이로 인한 평균 온도가 다른 날을 선정하여 분석하였다. 평균 온도 18℃ 이상의 경우(고온, HT), CO2 공급 시간대(10:00-13:00) 이후 13, 14, 15, 16시에 각각 31.7, 26.8, 23.8, 22.4℃일 때 CO2 농도는 459, 299, 275, 239µmol·mol-1이었고 평균 온도 18℃ 이하의 경우(저온, LT), 22.0, 18.9, 15.0, 13.7℃일 때 각각 500, 368, 366, 364µmol·mol-1으로 HT에서 CO2 감소량이 LT보다 유의적으로 높았다. 야간 CO2 농도는 HT의 경우 오후 6시(346µmol·mol-1) 부터 서서히 증가되어 오전 3시(454µmol·mol-1)에 가장 높았으며 9시간 동안 약 100µmol·mol-1이 증가되어 시간당 약 11µmol·mol-1이 증가되었고(토마토 240개체, 엽면적 330m2), LT에서는 그 증가폭이 낮았다. 봄철 CO2 시비 온실에서 CO2 시비 개시 직전(오전 7:30)에 측정된 CO2 농도는 야간온도가 15℃ 이상의 경우(HT)는 15℃ 이하의 경우(LT)보다 3-4배 높은 것으로 나타났으며 그날의 계산된 공급 CO2 시비량도 HT에서 적었다. 본 연구결과에서 야간 CO2 농도는 재배 시기에 따른 온도의 영향을 받으며, 야간에 증가된 CO2는 광합성 작용의 주요 공급원이 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 고려한 CO2 공급 모델식 개발이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

부산지역 도시 열섬의 변화경향 분석 (2006-2010) (An Analysis on the Variation Trend of Urban Heat Island in Busan Area (2006-2010))

  • The annual variations of the urban heat island in Busan is investigated using surface temperature data measured at 3 automatic weather stations(AWSs) for the 5 years period, 2006 to 2010. Similar to previous studies, the intensity of the urban heat island is calculated using the temperature difference between downtown(Busanjin, Dongnae) and suburb(Gijang). The maximum hourly mean urban heat island are $1.4^{\circ}C$ at Busanjin site, 2300LST and $1.6^{\circ}C$ at Dongnae site, 2100LST. It occurs more often at Dongnae than Busanjin. Also the maximum hourly mean urban heat island appears in November at both sites. The urban heat island in Busan is stronger in the nighttime than in the daytime and decreases with increasing wind speed, but it is least developed in summer. Also it partly causes the increasement of nighttime PM10 concentration.

  • Two different types of plasma probes have been developed and are currently in operation on board the KOMPSAT-l. One is the cylindrical Langmuir Probe (LP) that measures the electron density and temperature from its current-voltage characteristics in thermal plasmas, and the other is the Electron Temperature Sensor (ETS) which directly gives the information of the ambient electron temperatures. These plasma probes provide the electron properties of the local nighttime ionosphere at the KOMPSAT-l altitudes. In this paper we briefly describe the probes and the initial results obtained from these probes since the beginning of their normal operation in April, 2000.

광주지역 여름철 대기 중 주야간 VOC 농도 특성 (Atmospheric Concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) of Day/Night Periods During the Summer Season in Kwangju)

  • The concentrations of ambient volatile organic compounds (VOC) were investigated from the Kwangju area. A total number of sixty six sample were collected and analyzed during day/night periods from June to September 1999. Each of the canister sample ws analyzed for alkane and aromatic compounds using a GC/MSD sys-tem. The concentration of VOC in mean day/night time, when compared, was in the order: toluene(16%)> isobu-tane(14%)= acethylene(14%)> propane(12%)> ethane(11%)> butane(9%). The VOC concentrations were gene-rally higher during the daytime than the nighttime. The VOC with light weight(such as an alkane group, $C_2$-C(suh)5) showed generally higher concentrations during day/nighttime than the VOC with heavy weight (such as an aromatic group). High correlations were among the VOC emitted from the similar sources.

주암호에 대한 질소화합물의 대기건식침적 특성 (Atmospheric Dry Deposition Characteristics of Nitrogen-containing Compounds into Juam Reservoir)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate atmospheric dry deposition of inorganic nitrogen-containing compounds to waterbody. Target waterbody is Juam reservoir functioning as one of the major water supply sources in Chollanamdo. Nitrate and ammonium dry deposition fluxes were directly measured using dry deposition plate (DDP) covered with greased strips and a water surface sampler (WSS). The daytime average $NO_{3}^{-}\;and\;NH_{4}^{+}$ fluxes measured with DDP and WSS were $1.7\∼2.6$ times higher than those at nighttime. The seasonal average flux of $NH_{4}^{+}$ showed the highest value in summer. The daytime and nighttime average dry deposition fluxes of particulate phase Nitogen-containing Compounds ($1.13,\;0.80\;mg/m^{2}$ day) were much higher than those of gas phase compounds ($0.50,\;0.24\;mg/m^{2}$ day).

  • Objective : This case report presents the effect of Soshiho-tang on Atopic Dermatitis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system, we dianosed the patient as Yangmyung-byung and he had trouble getting out of bed and nighttime itch. The patient was treated with Soshiho-tang. We evaluated the results of treatment by Objective SCORAD Index and pictures. Results : After the treatment, Objective SCORAD Index decreased from 61 to 21.5. And he became to have no trouble in getting up and also nighttime itch vanished. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Soshiho-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Atopic Dermatitis.

Radiosonde Sensors Bias in Precipitable Water Vapor From Comparisons With Global Positioning System Measurements

  • In this study, we compared the precipitable water vapor (PWV) data derived from the radiosonde observation data at Sokcho Observatory and the PWV data at Sokcho Global Positioning System (GPS) Observatory provided by Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, for the years of 2006, 2008, 2010, and analyzed the radiosonde seasonal, diurnal bias according to radiosonde sensor types. In the scatter diagram of the daytime and nighttime radiosonde PWV data and the GPS PWV data, dry bias was found in the daytime radiosonde observation as known in the previous study. Overall, the tendency that the wet bias of the radiosonde PWV increased as the GPS PWV decreased and the dry bias of the radiosonde PWV increased as the GPS PWV increased. The quantitative analysis of the bias and error of the radiosonde PWV data showed that the mean bias decreased in the nighttime except for 2006 winter, and in comparison for summer, RS92-SGP sensor showed the highest quality.

  • 수심이 얕고 조류가 강한 서해 연안역에 출현하는 자어의 적정 채집 방법을 검토 하기 위하여 아산만에서 채집된 자어를 대상으로 주야간 층별 출현량을 비교하였다. 자어는 층별 출현량이 다를 뿐만 아니라 일주기 수직 이동에 의하여 수직 분포 양상이 변한다. 주간의 상층 채집 자료만을 이용하면 출현종수와 출현량이 과소 평가될 위험 이 있다. 전수층에 대한 주간 채집량이 야간보다 유의하게 작지 않으므로, 주간의 경 사 채집도 유용한 자어 채집 방법으로 판단된다.
