AFLS (Adaptive front lighting System) is being applied to improve safety in driving automotive at night. Safe embedded system for controlling head-lamp has to be tightly designed by considering safety requirement of hardware-dependent software, which is embedded in automotive ECU(Electronic Control Unit) hardware under severe environmental noise. In this paper, we propose an adaptive headlight controller with newly-designed symmetric angle sensor compensator, which is integrated with ECU-based adaptive front light system. The proposed system, on which additional backup hardware and emergency control algorithm are integrated, effectively detects abnormal situation and restore safe status of controlling the light-angle in AFLS operations by comparing result in symmetric angle sensor. The controlled angle value is traced into internal memory in runtime and will be continuously compared with the pre-defined lookup table (LUT) with symmetric angle value, which is used in normal operation. The watch-dog concept, which is based on using angle sensor and control-value tracer, enables quick response to restore safe light-controlling state by performing the backup sequence in emergency situation.

We have designed and built three cost effective observatories, in distinct models, which can house Schmidt-Cassegrain type small telescopes having aperture sizes up to 16 inches. Using the available small telescopes, we provided the people of Manipura State in the far north-east corner of India the opportunity to observe directly with their own eyes the rare, spectacular events of the solar eclipse of January 15, 2010, lunar eclipse of December 10, 2011 and the transit of Venus of June 6, 2012. Apart from sharing a platform with the public for astronomy education and popularization through public outreach programs such as workshops, seminars and night watch programs, we have also developed a laboratory infrastructure and gained expertise in observational techniques based on photoelectric photometry, CCD imaging, CCD photometry and spectroscopy. Our team has become a partner in the ongoing international 'Orion project' headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA which will be producing high quality photometric and spectroscopic data for five stars in the Orion constellation, namely Betelgeuse (alpha Orionis), Rigel (beta Orionis), Mintaka (delta Orionis), Alnilam (epsilon Orionis) and Alnitak (zeta Orionis). In the present paper, the authors would like to give a detailed report of their activities for the growth of astronomy in the state of Manipur, India.

An Integrated Bridge System (IBS) is not an officially defined term, but a concept of which integrates on a consol at bridge the primary functions of stand-alone navigational aids and communication instruments or of stand-alone units which are integrated i.e. ARPA ECDIS It aims to enable officers on navigational watch to perform their duty without impairing proper lookout. IBS has been taking shape through a rapid development of navigation and communication systems in relation with bridge configuration bridge work station and one man bridge operation system. IBS related matters have been considered for years and is on the agenda of the International Maritime Organization(IMO) for its technical details and safety aspect of possible one-man watchkeeping at night. However IMO has made it clear that human element should be the key factor in considering IBS and single watchkeeping issue. In the development of IBS ergonomic element and human psychological aspect have been more emphasized than technical requirements. This paper refers to documents presented to the IMO and its progress made in various IMO technical meetings on the development of IBS which is perceived as an effective aid to proper bridge lookout and those standards adopted by classification societies on the composition of workstation at bridge in order to identify the international trend on regulating required equipment function of workstation of IBS the regulatory review process and technical recommendations related thereto.

BACKGROUND: Kiwifruit is a warm-temperate, deciduous fruit tree. It is sensitive to frost or freeze damage during winter. Therefore, the farmers cover kiwifruit trunk with rice straw to preclude freeze injury. This study was conducted to evaluate trunk wraps for protection of freeze injury of kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) vines. METHODS AND RESULTS: The experimental orchard was located in Sacheon (lat. $34^{\circ}56'N$, long. $128^{\circ}03'E$) of Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. The vines were 5-6-year-old 'Hayward'. Two wrap materials, rice straw and silver-cushioned mat (reflective foil-coated, plastic-foamed mat, Ganan Industry, Rep. of Korea) were evaluated for their heat-retaining ability. The trunks of kiwifruit vines were wrapped in late December, and the wraps were removed in mid-April the following year (2012/13 and 2013/14). Temperature inner wraps were recorded from January to March in 2013 and 2014 by WatchDog 2450 (Spectrum Technologies, Inc., USA). In 2013, the lowest ambient temperature of January and February was $-10.2^{\circ}C$, $-10.9^{\circ}C$, respectively. The lowest temperature of inner-wrap of silver -cushioned mat was $-6.3^{\circ}C$, $-2.6^{\circ}C$ in January and February, respectively. However, rice straw showed $-9.8^{\circ}C$ and $-9.9^{\circ}C$ in its lowest value of January and February. And also silver cushioned mat appeared to be superior to rice straw in its ability of heat-retaining during night time.

We have reproduced the records of lunar occultation recorded in the History of Three Kingdoms(삼국사기), the History of the Koryo Dynasty (고려사), the Annals of the Choson Dynasty (朝鮮王朝實錄), the Daily Records of Royal Secretariat of the Choson Dynasty (승정원일기), and obtained the epochs of their realizations. We analysed these results to understand how the system of hours had been kept and when a day began. During most of the periods encompassed by these annals, the 12 double hours(12진각법) and the system of 100 divisions of the day (백각법) had been used when the lunar and the solar eclipses were calculated by royal astronomers. In these systems, the starting point of a day is midnight. On the other hand, the five watch system of hours (경점법), in which a night is divided into five watches, was also used. In this system, a day begins at the sunrise. We found that the traditional twilight, called dusk and dawn (혼명) and used in the east Asian countries, largely corresponds to the nautical twilight in modern concepts. This fact means that the Korean expressions and words for time system in every day life had originated form the five watch system of hours. We pointed out that the sunrise and sunset were convenient boundary lines to ancient astronomers, as well as to farmers in the agricultural society. Our results can be used to determine the exact epoch of each astronomical record in chronicles.

This paper is the study of BNWAS based on TLC. The functionality of BNWAS and its operations are investigated through its international standard. But the BNWAS to be used currently in the ship have difficulty in monitoring. Several kinds of data are generated from many equipments in BNWAS, such as NMEA-0183 data or NMEA-2000. Although these data are mainly used for the safe navigation of ship, their usability may be enhanced if they are managed to control the BNWAS equipment with sensors. The purpose of this system is prevent the marine accidents on sailing voyages due to drowsiness of watchers. On Night sailing, watcher is collected the navigation information from multiple devices and he determines the safe operation of the ship through continuous monitoring.

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Yongin-City which was held by Yongin-City in December, 2001. The site is located at 68-19 Yukbuck-dong, Yongin-City, Kyunggi-do and has an area of 236,449$m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Yongin-City could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Yongin-City, a resting place for the welfare of employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. This proposal chose the main design concept of this project as‘Nature meets City'. A grove of pine trees fragments the multi building complex, so that‘nature'was brought into the‘city'. A double ground system was introduced to respect the existing topography and to enhance the efficency of the land. This design proposal consists of four segments. Each segment has its own design theme. Outdoor space of this multi-purpose complex was designed with themes of nature, culture, welfare and administration. Space composition with grid and natural looking curvilinear lines was a design motive for this complex. The nature oriented planting design was introduced to respect the existing groves of Mt. Suksung. Specific species were chosen to follow its own spatial character in each space. An environmental sculpture called‘Dream Soaring'was placed in the middle of‘Citizen Plaza'. Its light and feather-looking shape symbolizes the vision of Youngin-City. At night people can watch the diverse color changes on its mirror-like surface.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between watching mukbang (eating broadcasts) and dietary and health behavior in adults who watch mukbang. Methods: The questionnaire was administered on a self-written basis through online and offline formats to 800 adults (400 men and 400 women). The contents of the survey consisted of general characteristics, mukbang viewing time per week, breakfast intake frequency, preference for menus when viewing mukbang, delivery food intake frequency per week, late meal intake frequency per week, and health behavior. The subjects were divided into three groups according to mukbang viewing time. Results: The body weight of viewers was significantly higher when mukbang viewing time was over 14 hours for both men and women. In particular, based on the BMI (body mass index), those who watched mukbang for more than 14 hours were found to be overweight. People with more than 14 hours of mukbang viewing time per week were found to prefer mostly carbohydrate-rich food and meat, while those with less than 7 hours of mukbang viewing time per week showed a higher preference for vegetables and fruits. An analysis of the frequency of breakfast eaten showed that the rate of skipping breakfast was the highest for those who watched mukbang for more than 14 hours per week, and the rate of eating breakfast daily was the highest in the case of fewer than 7 hours of viewing. In the case of high mukbang viewing time per week, the frequency of food delivery and night eating was high. When mukbang viewing time was high, the viewer's interest in health was low and the frequency of exercising too was low. Conclusions: Viewers with high mukbang viewing time showed undesirable health and eating behavior. Thus, it is believed that proper nutrition education on improving eating habits and raising the awareness of correct eating habits is necessary for such viewers.

Jesuk with a New year's Eve, is the stand for a watch night.'Chun Ha Chu Dong(Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, 춘하추동)' are included in the Sasi of One Year(일년 사시), And the Jesuk is included in the Sasi of one day(하루 사시). Buy the way, Jeonwonsasiga make an equal about all of two. And then, this paper is focused on the 'Jesuk'. The role of Jesuk is coexistence together with the Sasi of One Year and the Sasi of one day. That is to say, Jeonwonsasiga's singing from the 1st works to the 8st works are the Sasi of One Year in the surface. But, singing the Sasi of One Day of 'Dan Ju Mo Ya(단주모야)' in the inside story.
