전기자동차 연비시험 방법 비교 (A Comparison of the Fuel Economy Test Method on Electric Vehicles (EVs))

  • EVs manufacturers typically target a range of 300 km on a fully charged battery. Many studies have been conducted to improve these disadvantages. As a results, the mileage of EVs is expected to increase significantly. However, as the distance traveled by EVs increases, current test method (SCT) have many difficulties. The biggest problem is that it takes a lot of time to test an EVs and greatly increases the error rate during the test period. In order to solve these problems, this paper discusses the fuel economy test method of EVs for energy efficiency and mileage. The comparison of test methods was achieved by chassis dynamometer test about EVs. These review of test methods are intended to both improve testing efficiency and provide a practical testing methodology that can be easily adapted to accommodate future testing enhancements. In conclusion, the results of MCT mode and SCT mode comparison show similar results within 3 %, confirming that the test method is appropriate. Also, as the CSCM distance becomes shorter in the MCT mode, the mileage becomes longer and the fuel economy becomes lower. As a result, the error from the SCT test results is expected to increase. In order to minimize the error of SCT measurement fuel economy, it is recommended to maximize the CSCM driving distance. However, since the timing of the EOT is not clearly known, it is reasonable to define the allowable range of the CSCE to be within 20 % of the MCT total mileage.

  • When a system is composed of multi-boards, an efficient bus arbitration method for the data transfer bus must be provided for guaranteeing proper operations. In this paper, a new test methodology is developed which is used for testing on-line bus arbitration. In the new test methodology, events that are occurred during bus arbitration are defined, and expected signals during fault-free bus arbitration are compared with the signals captured during on-line bus arbitration using boundary-scan cells. For this, a new test architecture is proposed which is efficient for the maintenance and the repair of multi-board systems. In addition, the new methodology can be used with off-line interconnect test using boundary-scan.

  • The high complexity of digital circuits has changed the digital circuits design mehtods from schemeatic-based to hardware description languages like VHDL, verilog that make hardware faults become more hard to detect. Thus test generation to detect hardware defects is very important part of the design. But most of the test generation methods are gate-level based. In this paper new high-level test generation method to detect stuck-at-faults on gate level is described. This test generation method is independent of synthesis results and reduce the time and efforts for test generation.

  • Kastle-Meyer (KM) test는 현장에서 잠재혈흔을 확인하는 예비검사 방법으로, 다른 방법에 비해 감도가 뛰어난 반면, 혈액이 존재하지 않는 곳에서도 위양성 반응이 나타날 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 KM test의 위양성 반응의 문제를 해결하기 위해 새로운 적용 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 새로운 KM test 적용 방법의 효과와 위양성의 식별 가능성을 확인하기 위해 기존의 두 가지 KM test 적용 방법과 반응 시간 및 양상을 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 실험에 사용된 KM test 적용 방법 간의 감도에는 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 희석비율이 5000:1 이하인 혈액에서는 즉시 양성반응이 나타나 위양성과 구분하기 용이했다. 하지만 혈액의 희석비율이 높아질수록 양성 반응의 발현 시간이 늦어지면서 위양성과 구분하기 어려웠고, 새로운 KM test 적용 방법은 반응의 양상을 통해 이를 보완할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 KM test가 현장에서 보다 정확하게 사용될 수 있도록 새로운 적용 방법을 제시하였다.

  • This paper presents an evaluation of new drill and blast method with two different drilling directions for pilot tunnel enlargement using numerical experiment and field test. To evaluate the effieiency of new tunnel enlargement method, field tests were performed and compared with conventional drill and blast method. Also, three dimensional transient dynamic analysis was made to investigate the effect of the ground vibration when blasting was performed at same position using the equivalent single hole charge.

창고설치문제를 위한 새로운 해법 (A New Method for Warehouse Location Problem)

  • The purpose of this paper is to find a new method for the warehouse location problem. Akinc and Khumatvala developed a branch and bound algorithm for a one-stage problem, that is, plants and warehouses are at the same location. This paper extends this method to a two-stage problem, that is, plants, warehouses and users are located at different sites, and further this paper allows direct flows from plants to users. The new method is tested at Perkins-Elmer. The test shows that the algorithm is efficient.

  • We present a new simple and fast bare-wafer inspection method. This method inspects the wafer front surface and inner structures simultaneously. The wafer surface is inspected using a knife-edge test in visible while the inner structure is inspected by a looking-through camera in infrared, at the same time and with a single white-light source. This paper presents a laboratory implementation of the test method with some experimental results.

  • This paper presents characteristics calculation method which do not need measurement and test results. This paper draws out every motor parameters for fundamental and harmonic frequencies from the given motor demensions, and presents new equivalent circuits. Using this new equivalent, this paper performs characteristics simulations, and this paper shows that the simulation results agree well with walues obtained obtained by actual load test.

  • In this paper, an experimental method of several modal analyses was devised to iify the vibration characteristics of G/T blade in power plants. Also, it is being applied this method to establish the standard category of natural frequency of new developed blades. So acceptance margin to avoid resonance due to nozzle waking force is being established for new blades. It is expected to improve the availability of G/T blades by using the result of this study.

  • Purpose: The main function of INS (Inertial Navigation System) is to measure the position of an armed vehicle and its performance is confirmed through the positioning accuracy test of Korean Defense Standards (KDS). The current standards, however, do not provide clear test methods and the conditions for performing positioning accuracy tests. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to develop a new method for positioning accuracy test which would be effective. Methods: In this study, a new INS positioning accuracy test method is suggested based on the analysis of test data collected through a statistical experiment known as central composite design. For the positioning accuracy experiment of K105A1, a self-propelled artillery, two factors of driving velocity and driving distance are considered. Results: Based on the analysis of experimental data, a regression model for the positioning error is fitted and the positioning accuracy test of INS is so developed to maximize the positioning error. The standard proximity rate is used as an additional test criterion to evaluate the performance level of INS. Conclusion: The proposed new positioning accuracy test for INS has the advantage of finding the nonconforming items effectively. It is also expected to be utilized for the other similar INS positioning accuracy tests.
