파생금융상품이란 주식이나 채권과 같은 기준자산에 대해서 발행되는 2차 금융상품으로써 기존의 재무이론에서는 수리적 모형에 기반을 둔 가격결정모형을 이용하여 가치를 평가하였다. 그러나 이러한 전통적인 가격결정모형은 복잡한 현실세계를 단순화시키기 위한 제반 가정을 요구하기 때문에 이러한 가정이 현실에 부적합한 경우에는 모형가격이 실제가격으로부터 커다란 괴리를 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 가격결정방법의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 자료 의존적인 인공신경망기법을 제시하고 대표적인 파생금융상품인 국내 전환사채의 가격결정에 적용해 봄으로써 그 가능성을 제시하였다. 인공신경망기법을 전환사채의 가격결정에 적용한 결과 전통적 가격결정방법에 비해 평균절대오차를 70%정도 줄일 수 있다.

A smart meter is a kind of electronic meters that measures and records consumption of electric energy in intervals of an hour or less and transmits that information to the remote places. AMI provides two-way communication path between utilities and consumers and should be able to support smart grid's new functionalities such as demand-response actions and real time pricing. The main objective of this paper is to provide a new diagnosis method and system for testing of smart meters in AMI neighborhood area network.

Even though Internet phone service (IPS) continues to evolve in terms of quality and competitive pricing compared with the public switched telephone network (PSTN), the number of Internet phone subscribers is still low in South Korea. The Korean government decided to apply number portability to the IPS market in 2008. This study expresses its value in monetary terms with a contingent valuation approach. With this methodology, this study investigates the willingness of 316 current PSTN subscribers to pay for IPS, using a specific survey method called double-bounded dichotomous choices, to obtain more accurate data. The results show that the calculated value of Internet phone number portability positively impacts consumer welfare.

Asymmetric regulation as applied to mobile termination rates refers to regulatory arrangements in which different mobile operators charge different termination rates, even though the services provided are essentially identical. The asymmetric regulation has been frequently used as a regulatory tool to support new entrants to a mobile market. This paper examines the economic effects of asymmetric regulation of mobile termination rates using a theoretical model and its simulation. The result shows that when there is no noticeable difference in brand loyalty between mobile operators with the high degree of substitutability between services provided by mobile operators, and the costs of new entrants are low, a reduction in the asymmetry of mobile access prices results in an enhancement of consumer welfare. These findings provide positive evidence for the argument that in certain situations asymmetric pricing of mobile access services may be counterproductive for consumer welfare.

Application Service Provider(ASP), the service provider who manages and delivers standard application functionality or associated service across a network to multiple customers using a usage-based pricing model, has appeared as a new business style in information technology market. For successful implementation of the ASP model, some critical issues should be noted. Because these issues are related to service qualities, certification and audit of ASP are important. This paper investigates characteristics of the ASP model and designs the proper frameworks for certification and audit of ASP. It is examined how the framework can remove potential threats and risks of the ASP model, and how the framework can be compared with traditional approaches.

패킷 분류는 품질보장(QoS), VPN(Virtual Private Network), 고성능 방화벽(high speed firewall). 인터넷 사용료 부과(pricing)를 제공하는 차세대 라우터에 반드시 필요한 기능이다. 라우터는 송신 주소, 수신 주소. 프로토콜 타입. 흑은 포트 번호와 같은 패킷 헤더의 설러 필드를 주어진 필터 리스트와 비교하여 패킷을 분류한다. 기존에 제시된 하드웨어 기반의 패킷 분류 기법은 빠른 검색 시간을 제공하지만 확장성과 테이블 갱신 면에서 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 기반의 빠르고 확장성있고 갱신이 가능한 2차원 필드 검색 기법을 제시한다. 차후 연구에서는 본 기법을 보다 면밀히 분석하고 다차원 필터 검색이 가능하도록 확장한 기법을 제시하겠다.

The objectives of this research are to test the utility of semiparametric geographically weighted regression (SGWR, a spatial analysis method) in the small-scale urban sample, and to understand the geographic patterns of provision and pricing of sharing economy based accommodations in the tourist city. This paper focused on how network distance to heritage site, to casino, residential unit prices and other five attribute categories determine Airbnb price in Macau SAR, China. Findings show that SGWR models outperformed OLS models. Moreover, comparing with heritage sites, casinos are the stronger factors to drive up Airbnb (including hostels) rooms' provision and their prices; and residential unit prices are not related with the Airbnb price in the attraction clusters in Macau. This research showed a little example for the applications of SGWR in the small city, and for the analysis of online marketplace data as new urban study material. Practically, this study provides some scientific evidence for hosts, guests, urban planners, and policymakers' decision making in Macau.

본 논문에서는 VoIP나 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 실시간 트래픽을 위하여, IETF에서 인터넷 QoS 제공 방안으로 제시된 IntServ와 DiffServ 혼합 모델을 사용해서 Delay Sensitive 트래픽과 넓은 대역폭을 가지는 QoS 서비스를 제공하였다. 제안한 QoS 서비스를 Best, Good, Default 서비스로 정의하고, 제안된 IntServ와 DiffServ의 혼합 모델을 사용한 End-to-End QoS의 3가지 서비스 모델을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석하였다. 제안된 QoS 모델에 따른 서비스 요금 지불을 위하여 RADIUS 프로토콜의 Accounting, Authentication, Authorization (AAA) 기능을 이용한 IntServ와 DiffServ의 혼합 모델을 사용한 빌링시스템을 제안하였다. 안전한 빌링 시스템에서는 RADIUS 프로토콜의 감사 추적 기능을 강화하기 위하여, IEEE POSIX.1E 표준안에 의한 감사 추적 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반의 전략적 미래예측을 통하여 2030년경 우리나라의 원전산업 분야를 정성적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로 STEEP맵 작성과 네트워크 분석(Network Analysis)을 활용하여 다차원적인 관점에서 미래원전산업 분야 환경변화 영향요인간의 관계성을 규명하였다. 이어 시나리오 기법을 활용하여 미래원전산업의 핵심 불확실성 요인(Key Uncertainty Factor: KUF)을 중심으로 예상 가능한 3가지의 전략적 시나리오 (Optimistic, Business as usual, Pessimistic)를 생성하고, 해외 원전수출을 위해 정부가 시급히 추진해야 될 시나리오별 공통전략과 최대 위험회피 전략도 함께 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 에너지 가격, 세계 경기 동향, 원전기술 경쟁력, 원전 마케팅 능력 등이 미래 원전산업 분야의 핵심 불확실성 요인으로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 실효성 있는 미래원전 산업의 수출전략 마련을 위해서는 '원전 안전 등 기술력 확보', '원전 인력 확보', '우라늄 등 안정적 자원 확보' 및 '원전 수용성 증대'등에 관한 전략 추진이 중요 정책과제로 상정되어야 함을 제안 하였다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과에 따른 시사점과 연구의 한계에 대하여 논의하였다.

본 연구에서는 개발된 이산 사건 시뮬레이션 모델을 바탕으로 우리나라와 지리적으로 가장 가까운 환발해권 지역에서 발생하는 대내외적인 항공화물에 대하여 구간별 물동량을 분석하고 수익관리 모형에 따른 수익 변화를 평가하였다. 첫 번째로, 인천 공항을 경유하는 노선에 대하여 비드가격 모형을 적용하여 물동량과 수익의 변화를 확인하였다. 두 번째로, 모든 노선에 대하여 비드가격 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 세 번째로, 인천공항을 경유하는 노선에 대하여 비드가격 모형과 가상네스팅 모형을 적용하였다. 그 결과 수익관리 모형을 적용할 경우, 단일가격으로 제공하는 오늘날의 시장 환경보다 전체 수익이 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석은 향후 항공사의 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용될 것으로 기대해 본다.
