  • Due to vast points and irregular structure, labeling full points in large-scale point clouds is highly tedious and time-consuming. To resolve this issue, we propose a novel point-based transformer network in weakly-supervised semantic segmentation, which only needs 0.1% point annotations. Our network introduces general local features, representing global factors from different neighborhoods based on their order positions. Then, we share query point weights to local features through point attention to reinforce impacts, which are essential in determining sparse point labels. Geometric encoding is introduced to balance query point impact and remind point position during training. As a result, one point in specific local areas can obtain global features from corresponding ones in other neighborhoods and reinforce from its query points. Experimental results on benchmark large-scale point clouds demonstrate our proposed network's state-of-the-art performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of attracting a university campus on the local economies of small and medium-sized cities, focusing on changes in local commercial neighborhoods(such as the number of startups, closures, and stores counts). For this study, a Difference-in-Difference(DID) analysis was used to compare the period before and after the attraction of university campuses in four local small and medium-sized cities. These include the Yangsan Campus of Pusan National University, the Jincheon Campus of Woosuk University, the Taean Campus of Hanseo University, and the Dangjin Campus of Hoseo University. The comparison was based on the number of startups, closures, and store counts, using local data provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, attracting a university campus has a positive impact on the number of startups, both spatially and temporally. The spatial factors for the number of closures and stores showed a decrease, while the interaction terms representing the period before and after attracting the university campus all indicated an increase. Second, the number of startups in cultural and food-related sectors increase, reflecting the new demand created by attracting the university campus. However, there was also an increase in the number of closures, indicating rapidly changing consumption trends among university students. Third, physical environmental factors such as the number of building floors, land use zoning, and officially assessed land prices have a significant impact on the number of startups, closures, and stores. This supports the assertion that attracting university campus have a positive impact on the revitalization of local commercial neighborhoods.

  • In this paper we shall give some decompositions derived from cyclic subautomata or neighborhoods of the automaton. Also we shall discuss some characterizations of cyclic automata when an automaton is maximal cyclic refinement. If m $\in$ M is totally reachable state, we shall see that {$mX^{\ast}$} is minimal.

  • We examine a family of isolated complex surface singularities whose exceptional curves consist of two complex curves with high genera intersecting transversally. Topological data of smoothings of these singularities are determined. We use these computations to construct symplectic 4-manifolds by replacing neighborhoods of the exceptional curves with smoothings of the singularities.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy points and intuitionistic fuzzy neighborhoods. We investigate properties of continuous, open and closed maps in the intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces, and show that the category of Chang's fuzzy topological spaces is a bireflective full subcategory of that of intuitionistic fuzzy topogical spaces.

  • In this paper, we introduce the notion of smooth neighborhoods in smooth topological spaces and investigate some of their properties. In particular, we can obtain some smooth topologies from a smooth neighborhood system.

  • There have been many cultural and economic exchanges between Korea and China from ancient times because of geographical neighborhoods. Also, we can see easily Chinese fashion among Korean and Korean fashion among Chinese because of more frequent contacts between two countries after China joined World Trade Organization in 2001.

  • The result of this study about application methods of regional heritage are important things. 1. Rural community going ahead Rural Activation Policies applied in regional heritage, have principal experience programs based on visiter's demands. 2. The programs applied regional heritage are most useful application methods of traditional-cultural experience, and following, folk-life and nature environment experience. 3. Insufficient of scheme for applying regional heritage, and specific characters and identity of rural community, is coming out the inadequate plan of community design with comparing other neighborhoods.

  • In this paper a new subclass of multivalent functions with negative coefficients defined by Cho-Kwon-Srivastava operator is introduced. Coefficient estimate and inclusion relationships involving the neighborhoods of p-valently analytic functions are investigated for this class. Further subordination result and results on partial sums for this class are also found.

  • In this paper, we first introduce fuzzy less strongly irresolute, fuzzy preless strongly semiopen and fuzzy pre-less strongly semiclosed mappings on fuzzy topological space, and establish their various characteristic properties. Finally, we introduce and study fuzzy less strongly semi-connectedness with the help of fuzzy less strongly semiopen sets and fuzzy less strongly semi-q-neighborhoods.
