The statistical survey and analysis is much restricted to time, space and material. The statistical survey and analysis could hardly resume. The statistical survey and analysis is very important to create various and accurate information. The statistical survey and analysis which is not a expert knowledge have many problems in productivity of information, reliability and etc. In this paper, we study the design and Implementation of web-based statistical survey and analysis consulting system which a client meet easily a statistical expert on the web.

We introduce the statistical system of the Commonwelth Independence State(CIS) countries located in the Central Asia. At present, the level of the national statistics production system of Korean National Statistical Office(NSO) is very high and locate on just behind Japan among all asian countries, and they are also trying to reach the statistics quality level upto the advanced developed countries in the world. To have the optimal Statistics production processing, we must understand the methodologies parts as well as the aspect of the macro statistics that can be applied to the country#s economic plan. Like the history is repeated, it is valuable to look at the development history of statistical system of other countries one century ago. We study the relationship among CIS countries along with the history of Russian statistics development. It will be helpful to look and understand the statistical system of CIS countries including Russia to use their statistics for international comparison study.

There are many statistical information sites as the use of internet is increased quickly in recent years. In this paper, we explore and analyze internet sites for statistical information such as statistical survey system, education, database, and terminology. And then we classify these sites to apply statistical information to some particular spheres easily. In so doing, this study result aims at enhancing our understanding of internet sites for statistical information.

우리나라는 국가통계체제는 고속성장이라는 국가적 과제와 발전의 궤를 같이 하면서 필요할 때마다 관련 통계를 만들어 왔으며 이로 인해 기초통계가 체계적으로 균형 있게 발전해오지 못한 한계를 지니고 있다. 변화하는 경제사회 환경에 맞추어 필요통계를 발굴해내는 수요체계 파악, 국제기구의 통계와의 정합성 제고, 유사중복통계 작성 방지, 통계인력의 전문성 제고 등 구조적 문제를 해결하기 위한 법적 및 실질적 운영상의 개선 노력이 필요하다. 국가통계 총괄 조정기능 강화하고 실천력이 전제되는 거버넌스 구조를 위해 통계청을 차관급인 처나 장관급 행정부로 격상시키고 통계기관장을 임기제로 하고 공모를 통하여 선정해야 한다. 행정자료의 활용도 제고를 위한 대통령직속위원회의 신설, 민간 통계생산기관과의 협력강화, 지방자치단체의 통계역량 제고, 자료처리센터의 설치, 마이크로데이터의 공동 활용 시스템 설치 등도 시급한 과제들이다.

This paper presents a dynamic development of an ontology-based statistical information system supporting the collection, storage, processing, analysis, and the presentation of statistical knowledge at the national scale. To accomplish this, we propose a data mining technique to dynamically collect data relating to citizens from publicly available data sources; the collected data will then be structured, classified, categorized, and integrated into an ontology. Moreover, an intelligent platform is proposed in order to generate quantitative and qualitative statistical information based on the knowledge stored in the ontology. The main aims of our proposed system are to digitize administrative tasks and to provide reliable statistical information to governmental, economic, and social actors. The authorities will use the ontology-based statistical information system for strategic decision-making as it easily collects, produces, analyzes, and provides both quantitative and qualitative knowledge that will help to improve the administration and management of national political, social, and economic life.

The purposes of this study are to propose a network for the characterizing of the input data and to show how to design predictive neural net재가 expert system which doesn't need previous knowledge base. We derived this network from the radial basis function networks(RBFN), and named it as a statistical EBFN. The proposed network can replace the statistical methods for analyzing dynamic relations between target disease and other parameters in medical studies. We compared statistical RBFN with the probabilistic neural network(PNN) and fuzzy logic(FL). And we testified our method in the diabetes prediction and compared our method with the well-known multilayer perceptron(MLP) neural network one, and showed good performance of our network. At last, we developed the diabetes prediction expert system based on the proposed statistical RBFN without previous knowledge base. Not only the applicability of the characterizing of parameters related to diabetes and construction of the diabetes prediction expert system but also wide applicabilities has the proposed statistical RBFN to other similar problems.

A new statistical linearization technique for nonlinear system called covariance matching method is proposed in this paper. The covariance matching method makes the mean and variance of an approximated output be identical real functional output, and the distribution of the approximated output have identical shape with a given random input. Also, the covariance matching method can be easily implemented for statistical analysis of nonlinear systems with a combination of linear system covariance analysis.

The purpose of this study, therefore, was to construct the region statistical information to present methods of the data. The results of this paper are as follows: First, the construction of region statistical data is much in need of utilizing the server of regional information center, or the database to the server of public institutions, Second, there are some difficulties to receive the region statistical data because of only depending on the main source of KOSIS provided by national units from National Statistical Office. Third, as there is another problem which is text searching system served by KOSIS, GU system should be established for the user's satisfaction served by easier accessing screen. Fourth, there should be a standard software production to suit for the accessing software of the region statistical data.

This article considers the mean time to failure(MTTF) of a dependent parallel system. We study how the degree of dependency components influences the increase in the mean lifetime for this system. The results are illustrated by tables and figures.
