A new silkworm variety, Juhwangjam, was bred for the producing of light pink colored cocoon. The Juhwangjam variety was selected and succeeded from the F1 of 2303 × BP Heehong in 2016 autumn. Hatchability (96%) and pupation percentage (97.6%) of Juhwangjam was matched to the authorization criteria for commercial silkworm variety. Laval period and other economical characters of Juhwangjam were similar to the authorized silkworm variety, Goldensilk. Cocoon yield of Juhwangjam in spring and autumn season was 20.0 and 14.3 kg, respectively. Therefore, a new silkworm variety, Juhwangjam for light pink cocoon, might be adaptable to culture in spring season rather than autumn season.

With the advent of high-speed communications networks, many authentication and access control systems are being introduced to combat network security issues like system hacking. But the fact is that the security systems for protecting information used in these networks are themselves weak. In response to the mounting demands of existing users, there is a clear need for a new authentication system that provides both safety and reliability. This research presents an authentication method with excellent access authorization (explicit and implicit authentication) and safety performance, demonstrated through its use in online networks.

In this study, the appropriate unit cost in grassland establishment was redeveloped by the grassland establishment method and work criteria. The grassland establishment method was divided into tillage establishment (all logging) and no-tillage establishment (all logging and partial logging). The price for the work criteria by the establishment method was presented for each permission/authorization and establishment work. In permission/authorization for grassland establishment, the cost of each work criteria was of environmental impact (small scale environmental impact) assessment, disaster impact assessment, cadastral serving fee, forest survey, and connection fee for control of mountainous districts. In establishment was of logging, cleaning/gruffing, plowing/soil preparation, seeding, fertilization, livestock manure compost, seed, herbicide, labor cost (fertilizer, seed and herbicide), soil consolidation, cattle trail, and fence. The unit cost of grassland establishment was KRW 115,894,212 for the tillage establishment, and KRW 110,281,572 and KRW 106,680,122 for the all and partial logging of the no-tillage establishment, respectively. The current study redeveloped the establishment method, work criteria, and estimation of the unit cost of grassland establishment. It can be usefully used to carry out government projects to support related to establishment and maintenance of grassland.

This paper presents a model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration. The proposed e-learning model as following. we propose the e-learning system's hardware and software configurations which are server and networking systems. Also, we construct the proposed e-learning systems's services. There are attendance and absence service, class management service, common knowledge service, score processing service, facilities management service, personal management service, personal authorization issue management service, campus guide service, lecture-hall management service. Also, we propose the laboratory equipment management service, experimental materials management service etc.

차세대 웹 문서의 새로운 표준으로 자리 잡아 가고 있는 XML은 전자 상거래나 병원 관리 등과 같이 다양한 응용 분야에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 응용 분야는 XML 문서의 각 구성 요소 수준의 세밀한 액세스 제어를 요구한다. 따라서, 현재 XML 문서의 미세 접근 제어 기법에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 현재 제안된 XML 문서를 위한 미세 접근 제어 기법은 대부분 묵시적 권한 기법을 사용하여 상위 구성요소에 한번의 권한 부여로 하위노드에 권한을 부여하는 효과를 가지는 장점을 가지나, 각 구성 요소간의 권한을 체크하는 시간 오버헤드를 가지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 권한을 체크하는 시간을 감소시키기 위하여 XML 문서의 미세 접근 제어를 위한 명시적 권한 기법을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 노드의 권한에 대한 모든 정보를 저장하고 있는 접근 권한 트리 모델을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 접근 권한 트리 모델을 사용하면, 권한 정보를 저장하는 공간 오버헤드가 있지만, 권한 체크 시간을 감소시켜 사용자에게 보다 빠른 뷰를 제공할 수 있다.

Humanity has been suffering from the global severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 pandemic that began late in 2019. In 2020, for the first time in history, new vaccine platforms-including mRNA vaccines and viral vector-based DNA vaccines-have been given emergency use authorization, leading to mass vaccinations. The purpose of this article is to review the currently most widely used coronavirus disease 2019 vaccines, investigate their immunogenicity and efficacy data, and analyze the vaccine safety profiles that have been published, to date.

Specialty contractor facilities, which involve a combination of welding and commissioning, face a high risk of serious accidents such as fire, explosion, and suffocation associated with welding work, nitrogen, and argon use. In such facilities, the organizational safety culture has considerable impact on the frequency of accidents. In this study, a safety culture evaluation was conducted on specialty contractors. NOSACQ-50, a standardized survey method on safety culture, was selected as an assessment tool to evaluate the safety culture in specialized construction companies that could not afford to invest heavily in safety. The self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with 201 workers of four construction companies and the results were analyzed. It was found that in companies with low safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 66.0%, while in companies with high safety culture, the occurrence of irrationality was 42.6%. Thus, the difference in the occurrence of irrationality by safety culture was statistically significant. The difference in safety culture level according to the experience of occurrence of irrationality was also significant. It was also found that the higher the belief in safety management authorization, safety responsibilities of managers, worker safety priorities, and safety system effects, the lower the probability of irrationality.

With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

Recently, VLC(Visible Light Communication), which is a technology to communicate wirelessly by carrying information in lights based on LED, is getting attention. If we use the VCL, we don't need to receive authorization because it uses the existing industrial infrastructure(LED infrastructure) and frequency band together and there is the little possibility of interference and it has a high level of security by removing visible light in a portion where data transfer is not required. These are the advantage of VCL. In this paper, we study the traffic and signal system based on Visible Light Communication with consideration for these advantages.

Purpose: This study was to identify the effects of a nurse-led education program using computerized animation video for post-operative colon cancer patients. Methods: a total of 163 patients and 51 nurses were participated in this study. With a non-equivalent control group post-test design, patients were divided into three groups (77 got traditional education, 46 were applying brochure, 40 were watching video). Twelve-item animation video and brochure about the management after discharge for post-operative colon cancer patients were developed based on patient survey and the items of Korea Healthcare Accreditation. Results: The computerized video watching group had better satisfaction than the others, but there was no significant difference about comprehension. When video was applied, satisfaction, usefulness, application, and perceived patients' comprehension of nurses were all increased. Conclusion: This video education program was developed by nurses and it had a special thing for patient to access the same program even after discharge using the authorization system. It would be helpful for nurses to be more concentrated on the direct care for hospitalized patients as well as for patients to provide self-care at home. This program would be adjusted into more various diseases and settings.
