병원규모 및 직종별 종업원 만족도 영향요인 (Factors that Affect Employee Satisfaction according to Hospital Size and Job Group)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that affect employee satisfaction according to hospital size, job group and career at hospitals. Methods : Data were collected from 4,307 employees working at 5 university hospitals. Statistics were done with the SPSS program version 21.0. Results : There were significant differences in employee satisfaction according to hospital size, job group and career. Additionally, there were positive correlations between each of the factors for employee satisfaction and overall employee satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis showed that overall employee satisfaction was affected by factors such as job, communication, personnel and leadership according to hospital size, job group and career. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest that by identifying the differences in satisfaction of employees who are working in different circumstances and providing resources to satisfy employee needs, hospital employers can promote the growth of the hospital by reducing employee turnover.

유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 역할만족도와 관련된 변인 연구 - 제주지역을 중심으로 - (Factors Associated with Role Satisfaction of Fathers' with Young Children - Based on Jeju Island -)

  • The present study examined how demographic, paternal, and children's variables were associated with role satisfaction of Korean fathers with young children. Subjects were 236 fathers of 3-5 year old children living in Jeju island in Korea. Data were collected using questionnaires. Among demographic variables, father's income is an only variable that effects on role satisfaction. Role satisfaction is positively associated with child care, marital, job satisfaction, and child-rearing participation in terms of psychological variables. According to multiple regression, role satisfaction was positively predicted by income, gender, and adaptability of children. Moreover, day care, marital, job satisfaction and child-rearing participation were significant predictors of role satisfaction.

간호사의 회복탄력성, 직무만족, 사회적 지지가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nurses' Resilience, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Organizational Commitment)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nurses' resilience, job satisfaction, and social support on organizational commitment. Methods : The data were collected from August 25, 2017 to September 5, 2017 by distributing a questionnaire to 195 nurses. The measures in this study included resilience, job satisfaction, social support, and organizational commitment. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVAs, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and a hierarchical multiple linear regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results : There were significant correlations among resilience, job satisfaction, social support, and organizational commitment. The factors that significantly influenced nurses' organizational commitment were job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.599$, p<.001), type of work (${\beta}=0.190$, p=.007), and pay satisfaction (${\beta}=0.170$, p=.002). Conclusions : In order to increase organizational commitment, it is necessary to create a systematic program that enhances nurses' job satisfaction with their type of work and pay satisfaction.

베이비부머의 주관적 건강상태, 우울, 삶의 만족도의 관계: 근로여부에 따른 다중집단분석 (Self-Rated Health, Depression, and Life Satisfaction of Babyboomers in Korea: Multiple Group Analysis according to Their Work Status)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 베이비부머의 주관적 건강상태가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 우울의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 또한 다중집단분석을 통해 근로여부에 따른 주관적 건강상태, 우울, 삶의 만족도의 관계에 차이가 있는지를 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고령화연구패널조사의 6차년도 데이터를 이용하여 2차자료 분석을 진행하였으며, 연구대상은 6차년도 조사대상자 9,913명 중 1955년에서 1963년에 태어난 베이비부머 2,479명이다. 연구방법은 각 변수들간의 경로분석을 통해 상관관계를 파악하기 위해 구조방정식을 이용하였으며, 우울의 매개효과는 효과분해를 통해 직접 효과, 간접효과, 총효과를 분석하였다. 주관적 건강, 우울, 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 근로여부에 따른 집단간 차이는 자유 모델과 제약모델의 비교를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 베이비부머가 자각하는 건강상태가 좋을수록 삶의 만족도는 높아지고, 우울감은 낮아졌다. 그리고 우울감이 높은 베이비부머일수록 삶의 만족도가 낮아져, 우울이 주관적 건강상태과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 매개하였다. 근로를 하지 않는 베이비부머의 경우 주관적 건강상태와 우울정도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향력이 근로를 하는 베이비부머의 경우보다 높았다. 또한 우울이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향도 근로를 하지 않는 베이비부머 모형에서 더 크게 나타났으며, 이러한 두 집단 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의했다. 이를 통해 베이비부머의 우울 감소를 위한 보호요인으로써 주관적 건강상태의 개선이 필요하며 근로활성화를 통해 노년기에 접어든 베이비붐 세대의 삶의 만족도를 긍정적으로 강화할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

소비자 정보원에 따른 정보탐색량과 구매후 만족에 관한 연구 -서울특별시 주부 소비자의 냉장고 구매를 중심으로- (A Study on Amount of Information Search and Consumer's Post-purchase Satisfaction according to Consumer Information Sources)

  • This study focused on consumer information search activity and consumer's post-purchase satisfaction. For these purpose, a survey was conducted suing questionaires on 430 homemakers that lived in seoul. Statistics used for data were Frequency Distribution. Percentile, Mean, One-way AAANOVA., Scheffe-test, T-test, Pearson's correlation. Multiple Regression Analysis and Multiple Classification Analysis. The major findings were ; 1) The level of each amount information search was lower than average. And the level of consumer's post-purchase satisfaction was a little higher than average. 2) On amount of "noncommercial-personal" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, education, brand royalty in turn. These three variables explained 7% of dependent variable's variance. 3) On amount of "noncommercial-media" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, amount of internal information, education, occupational status in turn. These variables explained 14% of dependent variable's variance. 4) On amount of "commercial-personal" information search, the influencing variable was desire to seek information, and this variable explained 3.1% of dependent variable'a variance. 5) On amount of "commercial-media" information search, the influencing variables were desire to seek information, education, amount of internal information in turn. These three variables explained 12.1% dependent variable's variance. 6) Resulting from multiple classification analysis, influencing variables on consumer's post-purchase satisfaction were amount of noncommercial-media information search and printed media search, and brand royalty. These three variables explained 9% of dependent variable's variance. Furthermore, througout all the subareas of consumer's satisfaction, the amount of noncommercial-media information search was the most influencing variable.

E-book 기반 플립드 러닝(Flipped Learning) 수업이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 학업적 자기효능감 전공만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of E-book-based Flipped Learning Education on Critical Thinking Disposition, Academic Self-Efficacy, and Major Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생에게 E-book 기반 플립드 러닝 수업을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후비교연구이다. 자료수집은 2017년 8월 28일부터 10월 16일까지였으며, Y시에 소재한 간호대학에서 지역사회간호학을 수강하는 2학년 54명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, paired t-test, 피어슨 상관관계, 단계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 E-book 기반 플립드 러닝 수업 후 비판적 사고성향(t=-8.62, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감(t=-9.62, p<.001), 전공만족(t=-8.11, p<.001)는 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 또한 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향이었으며, 이들의 설명력은 13.4%(F=9.22, p<.001)였다. 따라서 간호대학생에게 다양한 교수학습법을 적용하여 비판적 사고성향을 높이기 위한 전략 방안이 필요하다.

드라마 "대장금"의 한의학 콘텐츠 요소 및 만족도 평가 (Evaluation of a Traditional Korean Medicine Content Factor and Satisfaction with the Drama "Daejanggeum")

  • Objectives : The study was performed to evaluate a traditional Korean Medicine content in drama "Daejanggeum". Methods : One hundred sixty-nine participants in Taiwan responded to the survey with 10 items, regarding components of success of drama "Daejanggeum". Principal component factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to identify the possible factors to satisfaction with watching drama "Daejanggeum". Results : Factor analysis revealed that dramatic factor(44.8%), content factor(12.3%), and cultural factor(11.3%) were the most important factors to success of drama "Daejanggeum". Multiple regression analysis showed that dramatic factor(beta = .342), content factor(beta = .278), and cultural factor(beta = .131) were associated with the satisfaction with watching drama "Daejanggeum"($R^2$ = .394, with F = 32.280, p<.001). Conclusions : This study demonstrated that dramatic factor, content factor, and cultural factor are the most important factors associated with satisfaction with drama "Daejanggeum" in Taiwan. These findings suggest that a traditional Korean Medicine as a content factor would be very influential in enhancing the possibility of success of drama.

간호대학생의 진로준비행동 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing Career Preparation Behaviors of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회정서역량과 전공만족도, 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2023년 12월 5일부터 2024년 1월 3일까지 S시, C도와 K도에 위치한 대학의 간호대학생(2~4학년) 197명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 이용하여 descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA(사후분석 Scheffe), Pearson's correlation, Hierarchical multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 사회정서역량과 전공만족도, 진로준비행동은 서로 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학년, 진로 프로그램 참여, 사회정서역량과 전공만족도가 있었으며, 진로준비행동에 대한 이들 변수의 설명력은 40.3%로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로, 학년별 사회정서역량을 강화하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 진로교육프로그램이 필요하다.

A Study on the Effects of Hospital Internal Marketing Factors on the Internal Customer Satisfaction

  • This study was conducted to develop the strategy for more effective internal marketing and promoting internal customer satisfaction by grasping the level of internal marketing operations targeting employees within hospital and empirically analyzing the effect of internal marketing operations on internal customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that there is a significant correlation between factors for internal marketing components and internal customer satisfaction. The average factor score for internal customer satisfaction is 3.230 out of 5, which is a little higher than normal levels. Counting down the five factors is as follows: internal communication, education and training, delegation of authority, welfare, compensation system, with compensation system shown as the lowest level and internal communication as the highest level. In addition, the result of multiple regression analysis conducted to inspect the effect of factors for internal marketing components on internal customer satisfaction indicates that among 5 factors, delegation of authority, education and training, and welfare have positive influences on internal customer satisfaction; whereas, compensation system has little effect on it.

보육교사의 직무만족도와 소진 (Child Care Teacher's Job Satisfaction and Burnout)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate child rare teachers' job satisfaction in relation to their burnout and differences in their job satisfaction by demographic variables. Subjects of this study were 285 child care teachers in Chungnam province. They responded to 'Teachers' Work Satisfaction Scale' and 'Teachers' Burnout Scale.' The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Pearson's partial correlation, stepwise multiple regression, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test for post hoc test, and Cronbach's a for reliability with SPSS PC program(10.0 version). The results are as follows: First, total job satisfaction was high in teachers with high school diploma and those married. Also, burnout level was high in teachers with high school diploma, those with more than 5 year, those married, and those over 40 years old. Second, the partial correlation coefficient of teachers' job satisfaction in relation to their burnout was -.52. Finally, teachers' burnout and demographic variables explained approximately 31% for total score of job satisfaction and $13{\sim}33%$ for subscales of it.
