  • In this paper, we present an Active Optical Network(AON) . The AON uses the Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing(DWDM) from optical communication access network of ring type, and will be able to provide the smoothly service in the Bandwidth on Demand by using DWDM. It supports the connection of the multiple wavelength and the Sub-Carrier from the optical gigabit ethernet switch. The Wavelength Add Drop Multiplexer(WADM) extracts a specific wavelength, and composes a node of the ring network. The specific wavelength becomes demultiplexing in the Sub-Carrier and it is distributed in the user The active connection of optical gigabit ethernet switch where the distribution of access network is started and access terminal connection equipment is possible. By the BoD from the AON it compares the buffer size which changes, and it analyzes. Also the Time delay of bit compares with the throughput of server The limit of amount of time is decided. Consequently it will be able to realize the dynamic use protocol and an efficient algorithm of the network.

  • Wi-Fi-enabled portable devices have recently been introduced into the consumer electronics market. These devices download or upload content, from or to a host machine, such as a personal computer, a laptop, a home gateway, or a media server. This paper investigates the fairness among multiple Wi-Fi-enabled portable devices in a home network when they are simultaneously communicated with the host machine. First, we present that, a simple IEEE 802.11-based home network suffers from unfairness, and the fairness is exaggerated by the wireless link errors. This unfairness is due to the asymmetric response of the TCP to data-packet loss and to acknowledgment-packet loss, and the wireless link errors that occur in the proximity of any node; the errors affect other wireless devices through the interaction at the interface queue of the home gateway. We propose a QoS-provisioning framework in order to achieve per-device fairness and service differentiation. For this purpose, we introduce the medium access price, which denotes an aggregate value of network-wide traffic load, per-device link usage, and per-device link error rate. We implemented the proposed framework in the ns-2 simulator, and carried out a simulation study to evaluate its performance with respect to fairness, service differentiation, loss and delay. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method enforces the per-device fairness, regardless of the number of devices present and regardless of the level of wireless link errors; furthermore it achieves high link utilization with only a small amount of frame losses.

  • In this paper, we propose a LoRa communication module using the LoRa RF module of Murata Electronics is designed to configure the IoT digital meter remote meter reading and a method of configuring a remote meter reading network by collecting multiple meter data in a DCU (Data Concentrate Unit) to configure a network with LoRaWAN. The developed system can be installed more easily and economically in the network configuration than the existing system by allowing the meter to be directly connected to the network or matched with a DCU to connect to the network according to the configuration of the consumer. The developed system was constructed using a digital water meter as an example, but it can also be applied to remote meter reading of the metered values of other meters such as electricity, water, gas, hot water and calorie meters. The main development contents are the design, configuration, and construction of digital meters, LoRa modules and DCUs, and how to connect the LoRaWAN network and transmit meter data to the server. By networking these devices, the system is configured, and the actual LoRaWAN communication is tested and the result is shown.

  • Gaming on demand(GOD) makes people enjoy games by encoding and transmitting game screen at a server side, and decoding the video at a client side. In this paper, we propose a fast game video encoder for multiple users over network with low-powered devices. In the proposed system, the computational complexity of game encoders is reduced by using scene descriptors, which consists of an object motion vector, global motion, and scene change. With additional information from game engines, the proposed encoder does not need to perform various complexity processes such as motion estimation and ratedistortion optimization. The motion estimation and rate-distortion optimization skipped by scene descriptors. We found that the proposed method improved 192 % in terms of FPS, compared with x264 software. With partial assembly code, we also improved coding speed by 86 % in terms of FPS. We found that the proposed fast encoder could encode over 60 FPS for real-time GOD applications.

  • Recently, many public auditing schemes have been proposed to support public auditability that enables a third party auditor to verify the integrity of data stored in the remote cloud server. To improve the performance of the auditor, several public auditing schemes support batch auditing which allows the auditor to handle simultaneously multiple auditing delegations from different users. However, when even one data is corrupted, the batch auditing will fail and individual and repeated auditing processes will be required. It is difficult to identify the corrupted data from the proof in which distinct data blocks and authenticators of distinct users are intricately aggregated. In this paper, we extend a public auditing scheme of Wang et al. to support batch auditing for multi-cloud and multi-user. We propose an identification scheme of the corrupted cloud when the data of a single cloud is corrupted in the batch auditing of multi-cloud and multi-user.

  • Supporting the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information is crucial. The survivability storage systems require to encode and distribute data over multiple storage nodes or data base to survive failures and malicious attacks Information dispersal scheme is one of the most efficient schemes allowing high availability and security with reasonable overhead. In this paper, we propose an algorithm determining the optimal (m, n)-lDS in terms of availability, given a set of IDS's. The proposed algorithm will be very useful for designing a highly available and secure storage system since many factors such as node number, storage space, operation speed, etc. interact with each other and thereby finding an optimal information dispersal scheme is very difficult.

  • The radical development of recent network technology provides the basic foundation which can establish a high speed and cheap cluster system. It is a general trend that conventional cluster systems are built as the system over a fixed level based on stabilized and high speed local networks. A multi-distributed web cluster group is a web cluster model which can obtain high performance, high efficiency and high availability through mutual cooperative works between effective job division and system nodes through parallel performance of a given work and shared memory of SC-Server with low price and low speed system nodes on networks. For this, multi-distributed web cluster group builds a sub-cluster group bound with single imaginary networks of multiple system nodes and uses the web distributed shared memory of system nodes for the effective data transmission within sub-cluster groups. Since the presented model uses a load balancing and parallel computing method of large-scale work required from users, it can maximize the processing efficiency.

  • In this paper, we designed and analyzed 256GB DRAM-based SSD storage using DDR1 memory and PCI-e interface. SSD is a storage system that uses DRAM or NAND Flash as primary storage media. Since the SSD read and write data directly to memory chips, which results in storage speeds far greater than conventional magnetic storage devices, HDD. Architecture of the proposed SSD system has performance of high speed data processing duo to use multiple RAM disks as primary storage and PCI-e interface bus as communication path of RAM disks. We constructed experimental system with UNIX, Windows/Linux server, SAN Switch, and Ethernet Switch and measured IOPS and bandwidth of proposed SSD using IOmeter. In experimental results, it has been shown that IOPS, 470,000 and bandwidth,800MB/sec of the DDR-1 SSD is better than those of the HDD and Flash-based SSD.
