전.후기 허약 고위험 노인을 대상으로 한 지역사회 중심의 다요인적 허약 예방 프로그램의 효과 평가 (Evaluation of the Effects of a Frailty Preventing Multi-factorial Program Concentrated on Local Communities for High-risk Younger and Older Elderly People)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of a local community based multi-factorial program for high-risk younger and older elderly people. Methods: The quasi-experimental research design (pretest-post test) was employed. Participants were recruited in Seoul and a total of 98 elders completed an 8-week multi-factorial program for preventing frailty. Descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test and GLM were used in the data analysis with SPSS/WIN 15.0. Results: The high-risk elderly people in the younger and older stages showed differences in IADL, TUG and BMI, and after being provided with the multi-factorial program for preventing frailty, some effects were shown on improving the total score of frailty, a physical function, TUG, BMI, depression, subjective feeling of health, and social interaction. Conclusion: The 8-week multi-factorial program for preventing frailty had positive effects on improving physical, emotional and social functions of the high-risk elderly people. It is necessary to evaluate the effects after individual intervention as well as group intervention and to evaluate the effects of the program by setting a control group in the future.

  • To analyze the applications of all types of mechanical systems, general purpose analysis programs have been developed and commercialized. However, it is customary to develop and use customized programs even though they sometimes require more work than a general purpose program. A customized program is simplified to adapt to a particular application from the beginning, is designed for small computers, and developed with hardware-in-the-loop in mind so it can be applied effectively. By adding design knowledge and bundling know-how to an analysis program, analysis time can be reduced. And because an analysis has to work in conjunction with other analysis programs, a proprietary program that the user can easily modify can be useful. In this thesis, a multi-body dynamics analysis system is presented using one of the most useful programming techniques, object-oriented concept. The object-oriented concept defines a problem from the physical world as an abstract object, an abstract model. The object becomes encapsulated with the data and method. Simulation is performed using the object's interface. It is then possible for the user and the developer to modify and upgrade the program without having particular knowledge of the analysis program. The method presented in this thesis has the following advantages. Since the mechanical components of the multi-body system converts independent modeling into a class, the modification, exchange, distribution, and reuse of elements are increased. It becomes easier to employ a new analysis method and interface with other S/W and H/W systems. To employ a new analysis method, there is no need to modify elements of the main solver and the Library. In addition, information can be communicated to each object through messaging. It makes the modeling of new elements easier using inheritance. When developing a S/W for the computer simulation of physical system, it is reasonable to use object-oriented modeling. Also, for multi-body dynamics analysis, it is possible to develop a solver that is user-oriented.

Analysis and Modelling of Vibration Performance for Multi-layered Corrugated Structure

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze for resonant frequency, vibration transmissibility and damping ratio of multi-layered corrugated structures using a random vibration test. Methods: The random vibration test was performed by the ASTM D4728 specifications using two paperboards (S120, K180) and two types of flutes (A/F, B/F). Damping ratio of the multi-layered corrugated structures was estimated using a theoretical equation derived from the measured resonant frequency and transmissibility. Results: The resonant frequency and vibration transmissibility of the multi-layered corrugated structures of K180 and B-flute were higher than those of S120 and A-flute, respectively; however, the damping ratio of each sample had the opposite tendency. The resonant frequency was inversely proportional to the sample thickness and static stress; vibration transmissibility and damping ratio were not correlated with sample thickness and static stress. In addition, we developed a mathematical model of the resonant frequency with variables of sample thickness and static stress. Conclusions: Results of this study can be useful for environment-friendly and optimal packaging design since vibration has been a key factor in cushioning packaging design.

고정밀 대형 부품가공용 복합가공기 원천기술 개발 (Development of Core Technologies of Multi-tasking Machine Tools for Machining Highly Precision Large Parts)

  • In this study, three types of large scale multi-tasking machine tools together with core technologies involved have been developed and introduced; a multi-tasking machine tool for large scale marine engine crankshafts, a multi-tasking vertical lathe for windmill parts, and a large scale 5-axis machine tool of gantry type. Several special purpose devices has been necessarily developed for the purpose of handling and machining big and heavy workpieces accurately, such as PTD (Pin Turning Device) with revolving ring spindle for machining eccentric crankshaft pins, hydrostatic rotary table and steady rest for supporting and resting heavy workpieces, and 2-axis automatic swiveling head for high-quality free surface machining. Core technologies have been also developed and adopted on their detail design stage; 1) structural design optimization with FEM structural analysis, 2) theoretical hydrostatic analysis for the PTD and rotary table bearings, 3) box-in-box type cross-rail and octagonal ram design to secure machine rigidity and accuracy, 4) constant spindle rpm control against gravitational torque due to unbalanced workpiece.

다국적 임상시험 지원을 위한 CDISC 표준의 확장 (CDISC Extension for Supporting Multinational Clinical Trials)

  • CDISC 컨소시엄에서는 임상시험에서의 비효율적인 데이터 처리 과정을 개선하기 위해, 플랫폼에 독립적인 임상시험 데이터 표준을 정의하였다. 그러나, CDISC 표준은 여러 나라의 여러 기관이 함께 참여하는 다국가 임상시험에서 발생하는 임상시험 데이터를 다국어로 표현하는 방법에 많은 제약을 갖고 있다. 특히, CDISC가 제정한 표준 중 임상시험 데이터의 콘텐츠 및 포맷에 해당하는 SDTM(Study Data Tabulation Model)과 ODM(Operational Data Model)에서의 다국어 지원이 매우 미비하다. 본 논문은 CDISC의 SDTM과 ODM에서의 언어 설정에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, SDTM과 ODM 표준의 확장을 제안한다. 이를 위해 SDTM에서는 다국어 지원을 위한 새로운 도메인을 설계하였고, ODM에서는 ODM의 확장 스키마를 서브타이핑 방법으로 구현하였다. 확장 SDTM과 ODM을 기반으로 임상시험 데이터를 처리하면, 다국가 임상시험이 수행되는 경우 다국어로 표현된 임상시험 데이터도 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다.

  • Graphical Processing Units(GPUs)는 비교적 정형화된 연산을 병렬적으로 처리함으로써 높은 성능을 제공한다. 기술의 발전에 따라 GPU 환경에서 다양한 응용 실행을 시도하는 General Purpose GPU(GPGPU) 실행환경이 연구되고 있으나, 자원 분배, 스케줄링 등의 GPU 자원을 효율적으로 사용하기에는 아직 제한적이다. 최신의 GPU 구조들은 커널의 동시 실행을 지원하지만 같은 응용 안에서만 동시 실행이 가능하다는 문제점이 있어 NVIDIA는 Multi-Process Service(MPS)를 제안하였다. MPS는 다른 응용에 속한 커널도 동시 실행할 수 있도록 서비스한다. 하지만 응용의 실행 특성 및 동시 실행되는 패턴이 미리 파악되어 있지 않으면 MPS 장점을 최대한으로 취할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 응용 프로파일링을 통해 응용의 특성을 파악하고, 동시 실행 스케줄링 알고리즘을 적용하여 실험을 진행하였다. MPS의 장점을 최대한으로 활용하기 위해서는 함께 돌릴 응용의 특성을 파악하고, 프로파일링을 통해 동시 실행하는 응용들의 순서를 제어하는 스케줄링 알고리즘이 중요함을 보인다.

급속소결이 다층 지르코니아 치과보철물의 변연 및 내면 적합도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the speed sintering schedule on the marginal and internal gaps of multi-layered zirconia prothesis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study is to evaluate the clinical acceptability of the marginal discrepancies and internal spacing of multi-layered zirconia prothesis by speed sintering. Methods: The two specimen types come from the same manufacturer but differ in the ingredients in layered zirconia and indication, that is anterior and posterior. The designs of both specimens were full contour crowns, and a total of 20 pieces were repeatedly fabricated, 10 for each group. The specimens were divided into two subgroups (n=10) and sintered with various total times (4 hours, 8 hours) at the maximum temperature (1,530℃). The gap between the two groups of multi-layered zirconia prostheses was measured using a silicone replica technique of 2D analysis method. The independent sample t-test was then used to compare and analyze the data obtained from the two groups (α=0.05). Results: The marginal and internal gap was superior in the 8-hour compared to the 4-hour group, and the results exhibited significant differences (p<0.05). All specimens showed that using the speed sintering schedule does not exceed the clinically permitted value of 120 ㎛, meaning zirconia prothesis using the speed sintering was adequate. Conclusion: The sintering condition is shown to affect the marginal and internal gaps of multi-layered zirconia restoration.

연기/CO 및 연기/열 복합형 IoT 멀티 화재 감지기의 화재감지실험 연구 (A Study on Fire Alarm Test of IoT Multi-Fire Detector combined Smoke/CO and Smoke/Temperature Sensors)

  • 연구목적: 연기/CO/열 복합형 화재감지기와 무선 IoT통신을 결합한 IoT 멀티화재감지기를 개발하고 화재감지 실험을 통하여 연기/CO/열 복합형 IoT 멀티화재감지기의 화재감지성능을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연기/CO 복합형 과 연기/열 복합형의 IoT 멀티화재감지기를 연기발생기와 면 심지 연소를 통하여 화재감지성능을 실험하였으며, 화제 신호를 발하는 기준을 확인하였다. 연구결과: 연기/CO 복합형 IoT 멀티 화재감지기는 면심지 연소 실험에서 화재를 감지하였으나 연기발생기 실험에서는 화재를 감지하지 않았다. 반면 연기/열 복합형 IoT 멀티 화재감지기는 두 실험 모두 화재를 감지하지 않았다. 결론: 연기/CO 복합형 IoT 멀티화재감지기는 CO가 포함된 연기만을 감지하였으며, 연기/열 복합형 IoT 멀티 화재감지기는 열의 부족에 의해 화재를 잠지하지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과로 개발된 IoT 멀티 화재감지기는 면심지 연소 실험과 연기발생기 실험을 통해 2가지 센서의 기준값 이상 신호를 검출하여야 화재 신호를 발한다는 것을 확인하였다.

성형 콘크리트 복층마감도장 공법 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Multi-Layer Coating Method on Concrete Base)

  • The Precast Concrete(PC) method was developed for a large production of a structure in Europe. Afterwards, this PC method has been applied to a structure and an outside Coating of buildings extensively. The outside Coating of the building applied this PC method is a method to put tiles or stones to base concrete. And there is a method to use paints for, so the expression of various patterns is possible. The Multi-Layer Coating is one of the methods to use paints. This Multi-Layer Coating method can show various designs of external appearance with Foam when it is made with the PC panel. Also, the paint film of the PC panel enables a splendid appearance, and a protective function of concrete is possible, too. Therefore, it makes good durability of the PC. Besides, maintenance is easy to manage because it is free from pollution when it uses metallic materials, stones, or any other materials. You might have no trouble in applying the Multi-Layer Coating method in order to save a merit of an outside Coating on the PC panel. However, the Multi-Layer Coating method used as a current outside Coating method has pollution and bad working environment because Oil Epoxy Resins have toxicity and flammability. Therefore, a lot of warnings are required for coating work in order to have appropriate quality because working hours are short, and production efficiency is low too. These reasons make the cost of construction of the Multi-Layer Coating method increase. And employers or designers may have problems in selecting this Multi-Layer Coating method. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to get activation of the Multi-Layer Coating method by offering improvement measures about the problems of the existing Multi-Layer Coating method.

다문화상담자 교육 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초연구 : 다문화 현장 전문가 FGI를 중심으로 (Basic Study for the Education Programs of Multi-cultural Family Counselors : Focus Group Interviews of the Multi-cultural Staffs)

  • 본 연구는 현재 다문화상담지원의 문제점을 분석하고 이에 따른 효율적인 다문화상담자 교육 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 경기지역의 다문화 현장 전문가 11명을 대상으로 3개의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시한 후 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 박사 2인과 석사1인이 실시하였으며, 외부 다문화 전문가 1인에게 검수를 받았다. 연구 참여자들과의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통한 자료 분석 결과 5개의 범주의 13개 하위영역 46개의 개념이 도출되었다. 5개의 각 범주는 다문화상담의 문제점, 효과적인 다문화상담전략, 필요한 다문화적 지식 요소, 다문화적 태도와 인식을 갖춘 상담자 자질, 효과적인 다문화상담의 교육방식이었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 활용방안, 연구 의의 및 후속연구에 대한 제안을 하였다.
