국산 간벌 소경재를 이용한 다중접착접합 기둥부재의 압축강도성능 (Compression strength performance of multi-layer glued columns by using square lumbers produced from domestic small diameter logs)

  • This study is to develop a mulit-layer glued columns for construction of Korean-style houses by using domestic small diameter logs. Dried small square lumber glued each other to develop a multi-layer glued columns and evaluated its performance of strength. Then, predicted the design load of multi-layer glued columns and make a comparison between actual load and design load of multi-layer glued columns. In the results, allowable load by allowable stress of multi-layer glued columns was measured one-third of actual columns load and prediction load was measured less than 10~30% of the actual load. Therefore, muilt-layer glued member has a standard allowable stress of compressive of 13 MPa (Larix leptolepis) and 19 MPa (Chamaecyparis obtusa) when used as columns. Also, using compression strength of small diameter square logs could calculate maximum loads of multi-layer glued member as column.

Si3N4/SnZnO/AZO/Ag/Ti/ITO 다층 박막의 적층 횟수에 따른 광학적 특성 (The Optical Properties of Si3N4/SnZnO/AZO/Ag/Ti/ITO Multi-layer Thin Films with Laminating Times)

  • In this study, $Si_3N_4$/SnZnO/AZO/Ag/Ti/ITO multi-layer film were prepared on glass substrate by DC/RF magnetron sputtering method. To prevent interfacial reaction between Ag and ITO layer, Ti buffer layer was inserted. Optical properties and sheet resistance were studied depending on laminating times of each multi-layered film especially in visible ray. The simulation program, EMP (essential macleod program), was adopted and compared with experimental data to expect the experimental result. It was found out that the transmittance of the first stacked $Si_3N_4$/SnZnO/AZO/Ag/Ti/ITO multi-layer film was more than 90%. However, with increasing stacking times, the optical properties of $Si_3N_4$/SnZnO/AZO/Ag/Ti/ITO multi-layer film get worse. Consequently, Ti layer is good for oxidation barrier, but too many uses of this layer may have an adverse effect to optical properties of TCO film.

조경식재공간에서 다층식재의 실태분석 -수도권 아파트와 근린공원을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Status Quo on the Multi-layer Planting at the landscape Planting Area in Apartment and Neighborhood Parks in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • This study based on the theoretical understanding of multi-layer planting which have engineering, ecological and landscape benefits, was conducted to find out the status of multi-layer planting in the apartment and neighborhood park in Seoul. This study was also aimed to seek for the problematic matters, and suggest a solution on the current multi-layer planting. The results of this study were as follows; 1) Since landscape woody plants have been classified just as tree and shrub in Korea, the classification for the multi-layer planting has been unreasonable, and landscape woody plants might have been classified as tree, sub-tree and shrub, or upper, middle, and lower-layer, It could be defined that upper layer is over eight meters in full growth, middle over 3-8 meters and lower under 3 meters. 2) In apartments, the upper layer consisted of eighteen species, the middle and lower layer seven species each. In neighborhood parks, the upper layer consisted of fifteen species, and the middle and lower layer five species each. 3) In terms of planting year of the surveyed areas, there were no differences in the number of species when planting year of the apartment was divided into two groups, the first half(1900-1995) and the second(1996-2000). But, in terms of individual occupation, the percentage was decreased in upper layer, while there was increasing in middle and lower layer. 4) As the result of survey of multi-layered area, it appeared that apartment was shown 0.65 percent and neighborhood park 0.61 percent of the planted area, which was less than 1 percentage of landscape architecturally planted area. 5) In apartment, the number of individual in middle layers has been increased in the first half and the second, but with respect to the correlation with multi-layered area, the apartments had the "$\rho$=0.208", saying that increasing middle layer was scattered planting instead of multi-layered planting. 6) In planting at the apartments in Korea, the planting density was limited, because the layer division was restricted to only tree and shrub. On the contrary, it was divided into upper, middle and lower tree in Japan. Therefore, in Korea, it should be classified as the planting density by dividing into tree, sub-tree, and shrubs, or upper, middle and lower tree by the law. And, it should be considered that the multi-layered planting has a proper organic relation as well as the planting density.g density.

Effect of Silicon Nitride Whisker Content on the Flexural Strength of Silicon Nitride-Boron Nitride-Silicon Carbide Multi-Layer Composites

  • Multi-layer ceramic composites were prepared by tape casting followed by hot pressing using silicon nitride layer with silicon nitride whiskers, silicon nitride layer with silicon carbide particles and boron nitride-alumina layer. The whiskers were aligned during the casting. As the whisker content of the silicon nitride layer was increased up to 10 wt%, the flexural strength of the multi-layer composite was increased. However, further increase of the whisker content in the layer resulted in a rapid decrease of the strength of the composite. The results suggest that the strength of multi-layer ceramic composite showing non-catastrophic failure behavior can be significantly improved by incorporating the aligned whiskers in the layers.

  • 본 논문에서는 두 종류의 재료에 대한 실험이 진행되었다. 첫째, 센더스트를 이용한 적층형 전파흡수체를 연구하였다. 그 결과, 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체는 5-Band에서 10dB 대역폭이 확장되었다. 둘째, 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체에 수산화알루미늄의 혼합 효과를 연구하였다. 그 결과, 수산화알루미늄을 혼합한 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체는 수산화알루미늄을 혼합하지 않은 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체와 비교해서 5-Band에서 10dB 대역폭이 확장하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 센더스트를 이용한 적층형 전파흡수체를 제안하였다. 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체는 S-Band에서 10 dB 대역폭이 확장되었다. 그리고 우리는 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체에 수산화알루미늄의 혼합 효과를 연구하였다. 그 결과, 수산화알루미늄을 혼합한 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체는 수산화알루미늄을 혼합하지 않은 적층형 센더스트 전파흡수체와 비교해서 S-Band에서 10 dB 대역폭이 확장하였다.

복잡한 다층 VLSI 배선구조에서의 효율적인 신호 무결성 검증 방법 (Efficient Signal Integrity Verification in Complicated Multi-Layer VLSI Interconnects)

  • 불규칙하고 복잡한 다층(multi-layer) VLSI 배선의 커패시턴스 추출을 위한 빠르고 정확한 새로운 방법을 개발하였다. 복잡한 다층 배선구조에서 3차원 field-solver를 사용하여 커패시턴스를 구하는 것은 현실적이지 않기 때문에 근사적 3차원 커패시턴스 추출 방법을 제안한다. 꺽이는 부분(bend)과 상이한 배선사이의 거리를 갖는 동일한 층내의 배선은 불연속한 부분과 만나는 곳을 분할하고 각각의 부분에 2차원 커패시턴스 추출 방법을 사용하여 커패시턴스를 추출하였다. 또한 차폐층(shielding layer)을 갖는 다층 배선 구조에서의 커패시턴스는 시스템 내의 전하의 분포를 조사함으로써 시스템을 간소화 시킨 후 평판 그라운드 기반 2차원 커패시턴스와 간단한 구조로부터 독립적으로 계산될 수 있는 차폐효과를 결합하여 근사적3차원 커패시턴스 추출 방법을 적용하였다. 불규칙한 다층 배선 구조에 대하여 설계된 레이아웃으로부터 해석적으로 구할 수 있는 변수와 평판 그라운드를 사용한 2차원 커패시턴스 추출 방법을 사용하므로 정확하면서도 신속하게 커패시턴스를 추출할 수 있어 일반적인 3차원 방법보다 비용 측면에서 훨씬 효과적이다. 제안된 근사적 3차원 방법을 통해 구한 커패시턴스는 3차원 field-solver를 기반으로 구한 커패시턴스와 오차율 5% 이내의 정확성을 나타낸다.

  • 다층 박막 스퍼터링(Multi-Layer Sputtering)은 상이한 물질을 원하는 두께의 박막을 다층(Multi-Layer) 으로 형성함을 목적으로 한다. 다층 박막 증착 공정은 공정 시간이 비교적 많은 비중을 차지하는데, 그 주요 원인은 공정 시간에 비해 증착하고자하는 기판의 이동 시간과 챔버를 고진공 상태로 만드는 시간이 많이 소요되기 때문이다. 반도체나 디스플레이 산업은 하나의 챔버에서 단일 물질을 스퍼터링하고 기판이 다관절 로봇을 통해 다른 챔버로 이동하여 다른 물질을 스퍼터링하는 공정이 대부분인데, 이는 필연적으로 공정 설비 내에 여러 개의 챔버와 진공펌프, 다관절 로봇이 필요하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 단일 진공 챔버 내에서 서로 상이한 물질을 증착하는 다층박막 스퍼터링 장치에 대한 제어시스템을 제안하고 TFT 공정에서 적용한다. 제어시스템의 제작과 실험을 통해 유효성을 입증한다.

이오나이저 및 유전체 방식을 도입한 다층 다단 다공성 플레이트 시스템의 집진특성 (Dust Collection Characteristics of Multi-layer Multi-stage Porous Plate System with Ionizer and Dielectric-substance)

  • The main purpose of this study is to analyze the collection characteristics of multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system with ionizer and dielectric-substance experimentally. The experiment is carried out to analyze the characteristics of pressure drop and collection efficiency for the present system with experimental parameters such as applied voltage, inlet velocity, stage number and inlet particle concentration, etc. In results, for multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system of inflow type, at 5 stage and $v_{in}$=2.58 m/s, the pressure drop becomes lower 15 $mmH_2O$ as 95 $mmH_2O$ than that of non-inflow type system. It is estimated that for the present system with ionizer and dielectric-substance, the collection efficiency represents 98.5% showing higher 5.2% comparing to that of multi-layer multi-stage porous plate system without ionizer and dielectric-substance at 5 stage, $v_{in}$=2.58 m/s and inlet concentration $3g/m^3$(fly ash).

  • This paper deals with the optimum rotor design approach about the multi-layer design of the buried magnets in an Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM), on the efficiency improvement by using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). In the multi-layer design of the prototype 15kw IPMSM, the constant amount of buried PM is split from the single-layer into double-layer design for improving the efficiency characteristics. The optimum double-layer rotor structure is built with the help of RSM analysis. The improvement of IPMSM efficiency is verified by the Finite Element Method (FEM) results comparison with the prototype single-layer IPMSM.
